De gastvrijheid. Buitengewoon vriendelijke gastheer en vrouw. Heerlijke landelijke locatie en een charmant authentiek huis. Toprestaurant op loopafstand. Oprijpad voor een lage auto is wel een uitdaging.

Gastvriendelijke mensen. Het voelt echt als thuiskomen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en de kamer was netjes en schoon. Voor Italiaanse begrippen was het bed super comfortabel. The people were very welcoming. It was just like being at home. The breakfast was extensive, and the room was neat and clean. By Italian standards, the bed was super comfortable.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage ist traumhaft.Duw Anlage sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer ansprechend gestaltet. Unser Hund durfte überall laufen und mit der sehr netten Hundedame toben. Als Pferdebesitzerin habe ich die Haltung und Pflege der Pferde wohlwollend beobachtet. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und bin traurig, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben.

Il bagno piccolissimo con il scarico d’acqua chimico, mancava bidet pur che nella descrizione della struttura i bagni dovevano avere uno, mancanza dello spazio per appoggiare i cosmetici, le scale piuttosto scomode per non dire pericolose

La camera in soffitta senza aria condizionata, con un finestrino micro, pensavamo di andare al fresco, invece abbiamo patito un caldo che neanche a casa stiamo cosi male, bagno senza bidet con tappeti ovunque anche in bagno, non danno l'idea di igiene, mi dispiace ma se devo stare cosi in vacanza sto a casa mia. Per fortuna, era solo per 1 notte.

Absolutely amazing stay! The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were definitely the best part, incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The whole place is super peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto: un luogo immerso nella pace, nel silenzio e nel relax, ideale per staccare completamente dalla routine e rigenerarsi. Un posto che consigliamo davvero a chi cerca tranquillità, ospitalità e un’atmosfera speciale. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente!

Das Bett war unbequem mit einer sehr weichen Matratze, sodass ich (Ruth) schlussendlich am Boden schlief. Glücklicherweise hatten wir im Auto eine Matte dabei, die wir dann zu später Stunde geholt haben.

Amazing farmhouse with breathtaking views and the most welcoming, friendly host! The room was very clean and beautifully aesthetic - every corner made me want to take a photo. 😀 The farmhouse has lots of horses and fascinating views all around. The breakfast was homemade, with a great variety of delicious food. Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Unsere Gastgeber waren herzlich und aufmerksam ,so dass wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt haben. Der Hof liegt absolut idyllisch mit einer traumhaften Aussicht.

The view on the hills is beautiful, and this small farm is lovely. The owner (who speaks at least French and English) is kind and caring. My daughter could collect the eggs from the henhouse and help with horse care, she didn't want to leave.

Metterei aria condizionata e zanzariere alla porta

Wir hatten ein sehr herzlichen Empfang und uns wurde auch Wein angeboten, was wir gern angenommen haben. Das Frühstück wurde mühevoll hergerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben hier eine Durchreiseübernachtung gemacht, da die Unterkunft ideal zur Nähe der Autobahn liegt und dennoch super ruhig ist. Wer Pferde mag, ist hier super aufgehoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

La gentilezza dei proprietari, il panorama e i luoghi limitrofi.

Lenzuola non perfettamente pulite, pavimento in travi di legno molto rumoroso, bagno privato ma fuori dalla camera. Mosche ovunque per via dei cavalli. Camera caldissima priva di aria condizionata, dotata di una mini finestra che non fa assolutamente entrare il fresco che c'è fuori e di un mini ventilatore. Colazione con yogurt lasciati fuori frigo per ore, salumi idem che per il caldo alle 9 già sudavano, mosche ovunque nel latte, sulle uova. Insomma mi aspettavo molto meglio per le recensioni che avevo letto. Dispiace perchè i proprietari sono due persone fantastiche e super disponibili però per aver pagato 200 euro 2 notti mi aspettavo una qualità dei servizi nettamente migliore.

La camera Fiordaliso, la stanza che vi ri-assegnano se siete accompagnati da un cane, lascia un po' a desiderare, soprattutto considerando che l'abbiamo pagata 116 euro a notte. Ragnatele e insetti (inclusi svariati ragni e tre piccoli scorpioni) un po' ovunque, principalmente a causa della mancanza di una zanzariera e del fatto che la stanza è al piano terra. Intonaco cadente o mancante con macchie di muffa in vari punti. Asciugamani fornite con grosse chiazze bianche. Abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire a causa del caldo, dell'umidità e della mancanza di aria condizionata.

Un accueil plus que chaleureux dans un cadre superbe. La très belle maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût; le site, calme et reposant, offre une vue magnifique sur la campagne vallonnée et les superbes chevaux. À proximité, un charmant petit restaurant vous propose de délicieux plats régionaux.

The breakfast was limited but fine. We chose this option because we wanted a place high on the hill with clean, cooler air. A nearby excellent restaurant was an additional plus. We were greeted by a charming host. We loved the historic, well-maintained building.

In spite of the higher elevation, the room was still warmer than we had hoped. The stairway up to the room was a real challenge for us given our age. The bathroom was 1 floor down and limited head height resulted in a bump during a nighttime bathroom trip.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La casa è stata ristrutturata rispettando perfettamente lo stile originale, immersa in un paesaggio da perdere il fiato, nel silenzio e nella tranquillità; nella proprietà sono presenti diversi cavalli e altri animali da cortile; la mia camera era accogliente e arredata con gusto; la proprietaria è una signora gentilissima, disponibile che ti fa sentire a casa, te ne innamori subito. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi il tubo della doccia che perdeva! Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura e spero di tornarci.

La signora Titty è stata molto gentile e accogliente, mi ha fatto trovare la colazione vegana come le avevo chiesto. La struttura ci è piaciuta, avevamo la camera con un giardino e il maneggio proprio davanti, il mio bimbo ha apprezzato tantissimo! La camera e il bagno erano molto puliti.

La camera era fresca tanto che abbiamo potuto dormire bene anche senza aria condizionata, ma allo stesso tempo un pò umida

Queríamos uma experiência de como viver na Itália nos tempos coloniais. A casa entregou isto. Titty é incrível. Uma típica Nonna. Adoramos!

Titty & Willi sind super lieb und nett und führen mit Liebe und Fürsorge dieses B&B! Die Lage mitten in der Landschaft der Emilia Romana ist atemberaubend schön. Ruhig und idyllisch - perfekt zum entspannen und lädt zum stundenlangen verweilen ein. Gracie per tutti!

The place is very nice, calm and cozy, the beds are very comfortable and the linen is beautiful. The breakfast is fresh and rich. The host Titty is very welcoming and even booked a table for dinner for us in the restaurant nearby as we have arrived late.

This place is in a gorgeous setting out in the countryside. We rented several rooms and ended up having the main house to ourselves. It has a ton of old Tuscan farmhouse charm. We loved walking around outside looking at the animals. The local restaurant in a tiny town we walked to was one of our favorites on our whole trip. Not fancy, but amazing food with good prices. Breakfast was amazing - lots of fresh cakes and bread with meat and fruit. The host was very sweet and helpful and had interesting stories to tell.

The only thing I would recommend to improve the place is a sitting area outside somewhere with chairs (bonus points for a fire pit) to sit and look out over the hills. The view was breathtaking but there wasn't anywhere other than the ground to sit and enjoy it.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer ebenso schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Die beiden älteren Besitzer sind unglaublich nette, ja liebenswerte Menschen mit großem Bezug zu ihren Pferden. Man fühlt sich wie in eine Familie aufgenommen. Das Frühstücksbuffett war toll. Die Dame spricht perfekt Englisch, der Herr Deutsch. Der Hund will ständig geknuddelt werden. Zu Fuß erreicht man in wenigen Minuten das Restaurant Il Bruschino. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort, da wir auf der Durchreise nach Korsika waren. Sonst wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung.

Posto davvero speciale, sono rinata nella pace di questo luogo, la signora Titty davvero una persona speciale. Colazione fantastica e abbondante, dolce e salata ( con le uova delle loro galline), appartamento molto bello accogliente e pulitissimo.. ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e appena ci sarà occasione torneremo li, grazie per l'ospitalità, a presto.

A házigazdák nagyon kedvesek és figyelmesek voltak. Mesés a ház elhelyezkedése, nagyon szép a kilátás. A reggeli is családias hangulatú volt a háziak mindenkihez szóltak pár kedves szót.

Nella camera si sentiva odore di polvere, mobili vecchi e bagno piccolissimo e anche la biancheria molto deludente. Unica cosa gradevole era la signora anziana che ci ha accolto.

This property was picturesque. The host was so lovely and welcoming and we were able to wander around the farm to look at the chickens and pat the horses, dogs and cat. It had snowed a few days before so the valley looked beautiful. Titty made a booking for us at the local restaurant that we walked to and the food there was spectacular. I couldn’t recommend it more for an authentic experience out of the city.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter (10 Jahre) und unsrer Hündin auf der Durchreise. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah an der Autobahn, aber dennoch komplett ruhig in den Bergen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und herzlich, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
