Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Good location, close to the Marine liner to Okayama and 7 Eleven is a 2 minute walk away. It works if you are in a pinch and need a place to sleep, but not more then that.
Not clean at all, bad working locks. The place is open 24/7, anyone can basically walk in. There is a camera watching the entrance though. Just did not feel comfortable.

管理側で部屋割り表の表示を間違え、対応がひっかかります。 2階の受付台に宿泊者ごとの部屋割り表示があり、確認の後一応忘れてもいいように写真を撮って部屋へ向かいました。1時間ほどの後、他の宿泊するはずだった客が２人組でやって私がいる部屋を開けるなり去っていき、さらにその後管理人さんが訪ねて私が部屋を間違えていてそこに泊まるはずだった別の客がキャンセルしてしまったことを知らせに来ました。 私は部屋割りの写真を撮って部屋へ向かったので、間違いなく私に割り振られていた部屋番に入っていました。管理人さんの対応は終始落ち着いていて私を責めるようなことはありませんでしたが、 部屋割り表が間違えてるはずがない なんで写真を撮ったのか？ 一応客だからあなたの主張は信じますけど、 のような対応で、気分が良いものではありませんでした。 管理人側から謝罪とまでは言わなくても、管理側での部屋割り表への表示が誤っていた旨の一言くらいは欲しかったものですが、本人は誤りを認めずでした。 私の推測では、例の２人組の客と私の3人の中で組み合わせを間違えて部屋番を書いたのではないかと思います。２人組の客も、自分たちしか泊まらないはずの部屋に先客がいたら気味悪くて去っていくのも納得です。 7時前まではタオルを全てクリーニングに持っていたようで、レンタルしたかったけど無理でした。 Wi-Fiの情報が書いてある紙には、Wi-Fiではなくwifeと書いてあります。

不潔の一言。 鍵もわからない、貴重品ロッカーもすぐ壊されそうな箱。女性専用部屋の鍵も無い様でした。 怖くて、布団も痒くなりそうです。 こちらでカプセルホテルに宿泊したことがありますがこんな酷いホテルは初めてでした。 ホテルを取り直して宿泊。 サイトからこのホテルは削除して下さい。 信用問題です

布団や枕等臭かったのと電源が違うのか 携帯充電速度笑えるほどｽﾛｰで21辺りから翌日3時頃迄で充電ﾊﾞｯﾃﾘｰ完了出来なかった。携帯充電速度も笑えるほど充電出来なかった。1時間で例えて言うなれば35%→45%なるかならないかでした。

フロント不在(呼べば来るのでしょう)。泊まる部屋がどこなのか､分かりにくい。 ベッドメイクと片付けを自分でするため、長旅で疲れている時は身体がきつい。

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026The fact that I wasn't completely on the streets and that there was a roof over my head.
The check-in was weird and confusing. I had to figure everything out myself as there was basically no staff. I had to ask another guest (who seemed to be actually the owner who tried to avoid contact with guests) to help me out with finding some things out, like an extra linen sheet because: The room and bed were dirty. There was old paper, human nails, and spots on the bed. I was grossed out to the point I wanted to leave asap, and went in the city to get drunk so I would be able to handle it and be able to sleep, and spent as little time in there as possible, which luckily I succeeded in. In the morning I woke up and left asap. If I was to stay a night longer, I would for sure cancel it and find another place. Also, the wifi didn't work so I had to use the wifi of the neighboring hotel. Definitely not coming back.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026高松で1晩越すことができればよかった自分からするとよかった。 プライバシーはあったし、よく眠れた。 横になって眠ることにクオリティを求めなければ十分なお宿です。
無人のチェックインのため、すこし手違いがあったようで自分のカギが取り違えられていましたが、電話をすればすぐに繋がり対処いただけたので問題はありませんでした。 最大6人で一部屋なので、空調や明かり、シャワーや洗面などの意見の相違があると難しそうだなと思いました。 今回自分はそういうこともなく過ごせたので評価は高めにしました。

女性6人部屋を1人予約｡他に3人いた｡二段ベットの下に寝たが、上の階の人のイビキがひどくて､よく眠れなかった。これはホテルのせいではありませんが。

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026The hostel is close to the harbors, train station, and bus terminals (local and long-distance buses). It is convenient for us to visit other cities or islands. Overall, the hostel is clean, and we could have simple meals in the kitchen. The manager was nice. He was there when we arrived about one hour earlier than the check-in time (5 p.m.). We also had a room on the second floor as we had requested due to having a large suitcase. We were grateful. If you travel on a low budget, this might be a place for you to stay one or a few nights in Takamatsu.
The light in our room was not bright enough; therefore, it is not proper to read in our room. Our room was warm when the heater was on, but the hallways were not. When we walked out from our room, we had to put more clothes on to stay warm. The hostel is a bit rundown, and it needs renovation.

改装中だった為、入ってもいいのかわからず、とても困った。電話してもかからなかった。土足で上がって下さいと書いてあったので、上がって行くと、名前が書いてあって、鍵が置いてあったので、ホッとした。 場所も分かりづらく、探すのが大変だった。 スタッフの方は誰も、おられなかったので、聞きたい事があったのに、すごく困った。

There are room for improvement for the kitchen food heat up equipment as a bit old and need replacement.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025The location is very good — very close to the harbour and the train station. The bed was relatively comfortable, although there was a gap between the bed and the wall and some of my belongings fell through (fortunately the person in the bunk below wasn’t sleeping at the time).
Already quite expensive for a shared room, and the value for money is even worse given the poor facilities. The building is very run-down, dark, and really in need of a paint job. The whole place didn’t feel very clean. There were only one or two showers and toilets for the entire building (and perhaps an additional one in the large women-only dormitory). I also don’t think there was any staff present.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025駅ほぼ目の前。24時間出入り自由。（玄関の鍵はないため、賛否はあるだろうが） 建物は古く個人のDIYのように感じた。 共用スペースにトースター、電子レンジ、湯沸かし、冷蔵庫あり。洗濯可能。 寝る場所は押入れみたいなタイプの2段ベッドだが入口はカーテンで仕切り。 ベッド内にセキュリティボックス（南京錠）あり。 バスタオルのレンタル、耳栓販売があった。（ゲストハウスやカプセルホテルなら耳栓は必須品だと思ってる） 荷物も置ける（預かるじゃない。勝手に置いておける感じ。自転車のダイヤルロックみたいなので括り付けておける） 古さは否めないが、ゲストハウスとしては快適な方だと感じた。
入口の階段が急であるため、スーツケースや足の不自由な人は辛いと思う。 宿泊する階によってはトイレやバスも階段を使うのでその点は考えたほうがいい。 建物が古く個人のDIY感満載であるので、賛否は分かれるだろう。 玄関に鍵がない。受付も無人。よってセキュリティ面はホテルなどに比べたら劣るのは否めない。 （ゲストハウスにそこまで求めるのもどうかと思うが参考までに） 完全に無人チェックイン。ボードの上に鍵と部屋NO,名前が書いてあるので各自で持ち去る仕組みだが、少しわかりにくいと感じた。（他客も悩んでいたたので説明した） あと荷物置きの写真があるのだが、ちょっとわかりにくくて…。電話で問い合わせた（親切に教えてくれた）
