The staff(Michelle Sessions and Her assistant Que) were very helpful and courteous. Whenever we needed help with something they were there for us!

Not a thing. I definitely come back here again and again.

I love the people and everything about it especially if you are doing a family trip the room I had is perfect.

The only thing I did not log as well took a shower the water would not go down fast enough it looks like taking a shower bath but and the temperature of the room I couldn't get it cold enough to my liking but other than that there's nothing wrong with the place or the people.

The breakfast each day was wonderful and always kept me full. Lots of choices, and the omelets were very tasty!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and there was a great variety of choices. I also loved how fresh and pleasant the air smelled throughout the hotel—it made the whole place feel so relaxing and inviting. The location was also good and very convenient. It was easy to get to many different places from the hotel, which made getting around very easy.

The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen floor, which could use a little maintenance. Other than that, everything was great.

They just not allowed pets they welcome them. The staff was super and the rooms are very clean. Best surprise was the breakfast, it was amazing! Not to mention it’s walking distance from the bridge which is great to walk at night.

Durch den Eventspace auf der 5 Etage war es in unserem Zimmer häufig recht laut. Es wurde zwar gegen 20-21 Uhr leiser, jedoch mit Kleinkind nicht ideal.

The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing and the hotel was beautiful.

The cleaning staff entered our room twice before we checked out which was very intrusive and off putting. The other issue was a loud party that someone had that was also intrusive. I called the front desk and they apologized but it definitely didn't allow us to have the peaceful experience we were hoping for

I really liked the size of the rooms, and breakfast every morning overall the place was really clean.I like how we were able to get fresh towels every day.

I did not like the very limited channels on the TV, and that the tvs are not able to sign in to our streaming accounts. We were there on vacation for my husband's 40th birthday and he really wanted to watch the fight that was on Paramount plus and we were unable to get it on any of the TVs even downstairs in the dinning area. I think there should be more options especially since people use that as an extended stay.

The front desk staff were so incredibly kind! The public areas were quiet and clean. The location is perfect for easy access to Downtown Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is easy access to plenty of parking.

We’ve stayed at this location several times before and absolutely loved it. There is a reason we come back year after year. Unfortunately, this time was a bit of a let down. There was mud caked into the kitchenette area floor of our room when we checked in. The fire alarm went off repeatedly around 11:30 our first night. One of the side doors was not working during our entire stay. As we were loading up to head home, we watched a landscaper using a leaf blower in the parking lot. He blew debris and dust directly at people’s cars. We would’ve been really upset if that had been our vehicle since debris like that can damage the exterior of a vehicle. Overall, we just felt like the experience and quality were a bit disappointing compared to the many previous times we have stayed here.

Our room and the common areas/grounds were very clean and well kept. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, and we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. Highly recommend.

כשהגענו התברר שהחדר שהזמנו כמה חודשים מראש (סוויטה עם שני חדרי שינה) נמסרה למישהו אחר. אמנם נמצא פתרון ללילה הראשון ובלילה השני עברנו לחדר הנכון אבל זה לא צריך לקרות. רמת התחזוקה של החדרים לא גבוהה ובכל חדר שהיינו הייתה לפחות בעיה אחת - אסלה שהניאגרה שלה לא מתמלאת לבד, דלת חדר אמבטיה שנתקעה לחלוטין וכו.

It was nice hotel in a good location.

We requested a roll in shower for someone in a wheelchair and we didn’t get it. We had a bathtub and a shower stall with a lip that prevented us from using it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we wanted to do. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety each morning, and the Monday–Wednesday evening socials were a great bonus. The gym was well equipped, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Que at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and always happy to offer recommendations that made our trip even better.

Very little to dislike. The only minor issue was that breakfast could get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff kept everything stocked and clean.

We had a one bedroom suite and it was quite spacious. Quiet hotel with good breakfast and nice staff. Great location, could be in Charleston in less than 15 minutes and surrounding beaches in less than 30

King room suite very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen equipped.. cooked on stovetop, microwave and coffee pot. Nice living room and deck we got a lot of use out of. Bed is very comfortable.. had breakfast and happy hour couple of days.. very nice. Pool is outdoors and everything was cleaned and cared for. Very close to restaurants.. minutes from downtown. Downtown is horrible.. parking very expensive.. 18 hr to 84 for couple hrs.. in some lots. They nickel and dime everything. Loved our stay at this place. Would go back to THIS hotel for sure!

Bathtub was narrow and slick, it was very scary because I felt like I was going to slip and fall. There was not anything to hang on to.

Our suite was very nice, clean, and the location was good. Enjoyed the social hour with drinks and snacks. Breakfast was decent with both hot and cold items.

A group of guests sat in outside chairs with a guitar and sang until after midnight despite the hotel policy of quiet after 11 pm. They kept us awake even though we were on the 4th floor overlooking that area.

The location was great.

The floor in 412 was a snap tile floor that was no longer snapped together. I caught my toes several times on the raised tiles. The base moulding in the bath room was missing by the shower. Someone caulked around the toilet but got more on the floor than under the edges of the toilet. Wi-Fi was good when in the hall, but went out when in the room. One employee tried to get my phone hooked in WiFi in my room but was unable to log me in. She then blamed my iPhone 16 or me for doing something to prevent a hookup. Very poor WiFi. It works everywhere, including other countries I have visited. Just very poor at this hotel.

We had a great time during our stay at the Staybridge Suites! The hotel was clean, the room was great, and the staff were extremely friendly! The location was perfect, we were right in between both Charleston and Mt. Pleasant so it was a short drive either direction.

Pretty much everything. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was great with nice over size pillows. Breakfast was a little bit better than your average hotel included breakfast. Location was really great, with a large amount of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive, and close to downtown.

Our only complaint is the noise from traffic. It wouldn't have been an issue if we had been on the other side of the building. Had to use a noise machine to help sleep. Otherwise, everything was great.
