Very pretty rooms and very spacious.

The room did not lock. There was no staff on site and the online check-in did not work. We ended up missing our tour due to late check in (60+ minutes). We notified the host via booking.com and asked for compensation but we received no reply.

가성비가 좋음. 일본 호텔치고 꽤 넒음. 와이파이도 꽤 빨랐음. 양질의 어매니티와 음료 바가 제공됨.

침대와 벽 사이의 공간에서 우리 것이 아닌 양말이 나왔음. 침대 머리 맡 부분과 창틀에 쓰레기가 남아있었음. 연박했는데, 3일차에 청소시간이 끝나고 숙소로 복귀했는데 방 문이 열려있었음. 방 상태는 쓰레기통만 비워져있고 나머지는 그대로였음. 추가 수건조차 제공되지 않아서 프런트에 가서 요청해서 받음. 화장실에 환기장치가 고장났는지 작동하지 않아서 6일 내내 화장실에서 빠지지 않는 똥냄새를 맡으며 샤워해야했고, 화장실은 6일 내내 습했음. 화장실 세면대 수압이 너무 약했음. 일본은 13번째 방문인데, 하다못해 캡슐호텔에 가도 이것보단 청결했었음. 그리고 방에 있는 나무가 너무 걸리적거렸음. 머리도 몇 번 부딪힘

Sistema de apertura de puertas de la habitación con QR por lo que si no tienes batería no puedes entrar a tu habitación. En nuestro caso el lector QR dejó de funcionar por la mañana y la habitación no se cerraba con llave, asi que nos vimos obligados a coger un taxi para poder ir a una actividad que teníamos reservada porque tardaron más de una hora en solucionar el problema y aun así no se solucionó del todo, una de las soluciones era que ellos nos vigilaban la puerta. No tenían bañera y la ubicación estaba alejada de todo, bus o mucho andar para poder ver kyoto y caro

Stanza pulita, struttura silenziosa, la posizione non è male ma richiede comunque l utilizzo di mezzi pubblici per spostarsi in qualunque luogo. La fermata del bus e il combini più vicino è a 5 minuti a piedi

Non puliscono la stanza. Cambiano solo gli asciugamani. Stanza comunque molto pulita. In zona non proprio centrale

丹波口駅近く島原の観光地内（卸売市場近辺）の住宅街の中で静かで、新しい建物で宿泊だけならとても快適でした。食事以外の飲み物や備品も揃ってました。近所に卸売市場があるため美味しい食堂や食事処も多く外食するにも困らないと思います。島原大門や角屋など近所には歴史ある観光地もありますし和菓子屋もあり情緒もありとてもよかったです。

コンビニからは少し距離があります。玄関と部屋の鍵がQRコードの為お年寄りやスマホに詳しくない方は大変かもしれません。

The place was lovely beds comfortable and room very stylish and clean, bathroom was nice and lovely hair products, I found the staff to be very nice and I enjoyed my stay there

I didnt like the fact that I had to pay and extra 3400 yen on arrival after I had paid, I do understand this is standard though for some places in Japan. I also thought the area was a bit out of the way from the main part of Kyoto

上の方の清掃が行き届いていないのかエアコンを強風にしたらホコリがたくさん落ちてきた、暖房を夜から朝まで32度で設定したが全然暖まらなかった

Struttura pulita, in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso.

Stanza molto piccola, servizio quasi inesistente, molto spesso la reception era vuota. L'acqua calda andava e veniva. Non è prevista ristorazione, nemmeno la possibilità di scaldare qualcosa, non essendoci un formo a microonde nemmeno ai piani.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but is well connected with the train stations. The rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff is friendly and the check-in process very easy

The stay here was fine, there are some older buildings near the hotel, which are pretty. The side we arrived at was across a more industial working space. It is only 1 stop away from Kyoto Station so easy to get to.

They don’t have breakfast, but it’s a small hotel so that makes sense.

Di 4 notti la ditta delle pulizie ha rifatto la stanza una volta e non ha pulito il bagno, una volta siamo tornati nel pomeriggio verso le 15 e ci siamo trovati la porta della camera aperta con nessuno dentro,a dire dell'hotel era una dimenticanza della ditta delle pulizie. No lo consiglierò di certo.

Great location and friendly staff.

We had 12 plus screens in our room and not one of them worked. I understand the theming but it was a bit much. It would have been good to be upfront about the tourist tax when booking.

La chambre est grande. L’une des plus grande que l’ont a fait. Les lits sont très confortables, très propre. Il est bien placé proche de la gare et des arrêts de bus. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de toujours retourner sur la gare principale pour nous déplacer, nous avons pris le bus à côté de l’hôtel ce qui est un bel avantage quand on voit la file de touristes qui attendent un bus en gare centrale. Sur la grande rue il y a tout pour manger: 7 eleven, sushiro, ramens etc… Nous avons utilisé la laverie automatique à 15 mins à pied très propre et pratique.

It was very nice to be in a calmer neighborhood and the room was spacious and comfortable to sleep in. Also a big benefit to be close to a station and a park

The bed was terrible and the location of the hotel is not great for exploring Kyoto.

Un Hostel moderne, avec des équipements corrects. L’hostel dans un quartier calme, beaucoup de ryokan dans ce quartier. Un station de train par rapport à la gare de Kyoto.

L’hostel de trouve dans une petite rue, impossible pour garer. Si vous venez en voiture, le moment pour décharger les bagages, cela pourrait perturber le traffic.

Goede ruime en schone kamers. Het personeel was vriendelijk en stond ons goed te woord in Engels. We wilden nog een extra nacht blijven, eerst bijboeken via booking en we werden vriendelijk hierin geholpen.

Decoración exquisita en las habitaciones. Ambientado como un riokan, y ubicado en un barrio con encanto, aunque un poco fuera de la zona principal.

No tiene zonas comunes, y las ventanas no te permiten abrirlas.

5 mins walk from the station which was 2 stops from Kyoto station. 5 mins from a 7/11. Large bed, very clean. Exceptionally good price.

I liked the no contact. And QR codes made the place easy to access. The facilities are clean and very quiet.

Mmm not much really. I would have liked a more Japanese entrance to the room so people are forced to take their shoes off in the room but still fine as is!

Certain aspects of the hotel design were interesting

The staff was difficult to track down, the room key was issued for a room that was not yet cleaned, the taxi request took 10 min to place (again because the staff was not at the reception desk), and then it took almost 20 min for one to arrive. The hotel is situated literally in the middle of a working industrial zone (largest fresh vegetable & fruit market in the city), although 5 min from a train station.

It is on a very quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed

It is a contactless hotel and when we needed to solve a problem it was a bit difficult to reach someone

Easy check in, check out. Store bags if needed. Close to Onsen, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed.

使用QR Code進房，不用怕忘記帶房卡。門口就有LUUP可使用，到JR丹波口往返可以免去步行的時間跟體力。吹風機強而有力，吹頭髮快速。

Personnel jamais à la réception. Carte qu’il a fallu réactiver le 2e jour, nous nous sommes retrouvés bloquer devant notre chambre à 22h et avons attendus 1h pour qu’on nous ouvre… La localisation est vraiment pas terrible, le quartier craint, c’est à côté d’une grosse usine. Je vous conseille de loger dans le quartier de Gion.

櫃檯友善且說明詳細，提前寄放行李，回到飯店時行李已放到房間裡了，房間設計可愛乾淨整潔，可以將28吋行李箱攤開，房間選物很時尚，2個床頭都有充電插座，床墊偏軟但很舒適，備品在櫃檯旁邊自行取用

離丹波口要走一小段路，會經過大型果菜批發中心，拖行李不太好走，附近餐廳比較早關

Las instalaciones en general, todo muy bien y con muchos extras como café y té en la habitación. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño y la cama muy grande.

La ubicación, para desplazarse hay que coger transporte público porque no está nada céntrico, pero hay estación de tren cerca para poder coger tren o metro.

京都駅から2駅＋徒歩5分程度の好立地。 チェックインは非常にスムーズ。 ルームキーはQRコードでカード式より便利でした。 周辺は京都の青果市場や京都・島原花街の古い町並みがあり、京都の別の一面を楽しむことができました。

部屋のモニターシステムが調子が悪いらしく、何も見れなかった。
