Pas forcément souriant et agréable pour certains personnels à l'accueil. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment décevant, les croissants industrielles décongelés sec et huileux, pain.dur probablement de la veille ou décongelé aussi,, confiture industrielle ou du moins gelée à bas prix en portion plastique , appeler cela "petit déjeuner de luxe" par l'établissement est un peu présomptueux, trompeur.et aberrant

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Die Lage ist top in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ort Mandelieu-la-Napoule ist klein und romantisch. Die beiden Strände direkt neben der Burg sind sehr schön und einladend. Das Zimmer war nicht riesig aber völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Der Burgblick vom Zimmer aus war fantastisch.

La taille de la chambre était vraiment minuscule et sous les toits ce qui renforce cet aspect. Le ménage n’était pas très bien fait, quand nous avons passé la main sur le sol elle est ressortie poussiéreuse. Enfin, il y a eu des odeurs d’égouts tout le long du séjour.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Wonderful little hotel in a fantastic location, just opposite the Château de la Napoule and the beach. Many restaurants and bars nearby. We had a beautiful view on the Château and the Sea and a little balcony. The owner is very friendly and always helpful. The room is small but comfortable, AC worked very well in the heatwave and Wifi also. Breakfast on the outside terrasse is very pleasant and nice. We had a car and could always park for free in the side lane next to the hotel. We can only recommend !

Accueil sympathique a la réception comme pour le petit déjeuner Nous avions une petite chambre sur l’arrière du bâtiment mais avec vue sur la mer quand même ! Nous avons pu garer nos motos dans l’impasse le long de l’hôtel. Un hotel agréable à découvrir

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Staff was very polite, helpful and attentive. The location is excellent. Close to the waters and quaint shops. The outdoor seating area is heavenly. Limited food availability. Rooms are small but very well designed with more than adequate storage. Would definitely recommend it.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026The location of this hotel is superb. It is right opposite the Chateau on the beach front. If like me you enjoy an early morning swim in the Med, this is perfect. The owners who bought the establishment 10 years ago have added the comforts of a/c in the rooms but have otherwise retained the quirky character of a French beachside hotel. The breakfast is excellent and good value. I chose a croissant and coffee, the basic deal at 5 euros, but added a superb cheese omelette at 10 euros. We will be back.

Plenty of on street parking that gets taken up very quickly. No parking at the hotel. We were very lucky in finding just before another driver the last parking space which also happened to be less than a hundred metres from the hotel. We arrived late circa 22.25 and all the restaurants had stopped taking orders so dinner was an ice cream! Bathroom shower curtain did not prevent water from the shower spilling on to the floor. It appeared a similar problem was experienced by the floor of the shower room above ours.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025I had a nice time here. My balcony was opposite the beach, a lovely and beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist in anyway they can. Room was always cleaned.

The only things we didn't like were the curtains in the room - or lack of. The curtains provided are sheer so I was woken up every morning very early by the sun. And also the lack of elevator wasn't ideal with luggage.
