Sehr zentral gelegen, wenige Minuten von der Gran Via entfernt. Auch zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde das Museum Prado. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich ein exzellenter Spot um zu frühstücken. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top!

Todo fue maravilloso, la ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable, están todos super atentos a tu llegada, dentro de la habitación te reciben con agua, snacks, café… muy limpio todo, la habitación impecable, volvería sin dudarlo

Ubicación increíble, a 3 minutos de la parada de metro chueca y a 4 de Gran Vía. Instalaciones limpísimas y nuevas. La cama era como una nube. Te dan unos zumos y aguas de cortesía.

Sono stata a Madrid con mio marito ed i miei figli per una vacanza ad agosto e questa struttura ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre esigenze. La stanza era pulita, confortevole, con un ottimo impianto di refrigerazione. La struttura è in centro e vicinissima alla stazione della metro. Lo staff è delizioso, super efficiente e molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Consigliatissimo a tutti!

Location was good.

The room was standard. The bed was queen size(1,8x2m), however the mattress quality was flimsy, completely lack of firmness providing no support for a decent nights sleep; we ended up with back pain. Bed sheets felt slimy, it did not feel comfortable. There was dust and hairs in the floor. Shower tray/frame was rusted/limed/dirt.

The Woohoo rooms are in a superb location in the heart of Chueca. For a very reasonable rate you get a squeaky clean room, a comfortable bed, a hot shower with decent water pressure, great air conditioning and friendly staff. Other reviewers have commented on being able to hear street noise, but this wasn't a problem at all in the room we had.

Unfortunately, following a brief power cut, the Wifi stopped working for us. This appeared to only affect Apple products. I appreciate this is no-one's fault, but it fell to the receptionists to try and resolve the problem, which they were unable to do, so we were without internet for the duration of our stay meaning we had to find a cafe to take work calls and attend to emails. The morning we checked out there was a different receptionist and the issue was resolved. I think this illustrates others' comments that if something does go wrong, the support to resolve it is a bit limited.

El aroma de todo el lugar era delicioso, creando una sensación muy agradable desde el momento en que entramos. Laura fue un amor, nos recibió con una calidez increíble y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer instante. Su atención y amabilidad hicieron la experiencia aún más especial. Sin duda, un lugar hermoso que merece ser descubierto. ¡Una joya escondida que recomendamos totalmente! A hidden gem. This place is truly special. The room was extremely clean, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The scent throughout the entire place was absolutely delightful and created such a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Laura was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel comfortable and appreciated right away. Her kindness and attention made our stay even more memorable. Definitely a beautiful place that deserves to be discovered. A true hidden gem that we highly recommend!

Right in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable. The place is unique and eclectic.

The bathroom is small, and using a key to lock the door inside and out was a bit unconventional.

Ease of checkin, location was perfect! The service was always available and very friendly. The guy at the front desk was especially helpful. This company has figured out every detail and has made the whole experience flawless. It cost like €30 more per night than the others but you get €200 worth of value and complete peace of mind. I never write reviews (too busy traveling, 17 countries this year) but I stopped to do this one. Terrific stay!

Good place to stay a couple nights in the heart of Chueca. Clean rooms and a good friendly staff, service and communication is great! Location is very good, just couple blocks from Gran Via and the shopping district, great cafes all around.

The hotel is a set of rooms created inside an older apartment within a residential building, not a proper full service hotel, rooms are small and feels a bit cramped up, so little pricy for what you get. Getting in and out is a little hassle with a tiny old elevator, can be a challenge if you have mobility issues.

The rooms were very comfortable, stylish and clean. Customer service was top notch.

Localização é o ponto alto - Chueca é um bairro muito legal, cosmopolita, animado, com 2 mercados sensacionais e posição estratégica entre os principais pontos turístico de Madrid. O quarto é muito bom, cama grande e confortável, limpeza impecável.

acústica é o ponto fraco, ouve-se todos os ruídos dos quartos vizinhos, corredor do hotel e principalmente no pátio interno, que dá acesso a outros apartamentos do prédio. A janela acústica "resolve", mas não é todo o tempo que queremos ficar com o quarto vedado. senti falta também de tomadas "não USB" ao lado da cama.

Lovely central location, friendly helpful staff (not there all the time but available as needed). Clean, comfortable and they even left complimentary snacks which felt welcoming (not even the “top” hotels do that.)

One must understand that it is not a “full-service” hotel so doesn’t have amenities like restaurant, gym, lounge etc but for what it is, it is terrific. There was an antiseptic smell as you enter the main door but I just took that as evidence of cleanliness and it did not follow into the room.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo przyjazna obsługa, możliwość zostawienia bagaży przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu. Obsługa szybko reaguje na zgłoszenie usterki. W lodówce czekała na nas woda w butelkach, jakieś soki i przekąska.

Cienkie ściany przez co słychać rozmowy na recepcji.

Great location in Chueca. 5 mins from metro (Chueca or Gran Via). Room perfect for a short-term stay and base for seeing Madrid and wider area. Bed was large and very comfortable. Not for all, but nice location on side street in Chueca, with city buzz and atmosphere. Room facilities as expected for hotel room of this nature, with good enough storage options for room of this size.

Room 001 is right next to the front door of the whole hotel, so you can hear everyone going in and out, and the front door slamming shut. This is loud. The street noise would also be off-putting for others, or lighter sleepers, past 7am. We were up early 2 out of 3 mornings, however there will be more issues for others (see other reviews!) The bathroom was also musty after one day, with obvious (previous) water damage. This should be repaired, and prevented from re-occuring.

Todo está limpio. Hay espacio suficiente en comparación con otros hostales donde las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. La habitación es bonita y tiene todo, hasta mini bar.

Los ruidos por la noche.

La ubicación es muy buena. Barrio tranquilo y céntrico con buenos locales comerciales, de comida y estación del metro.

Staff no está 100% en el hotel.

Esta muy bien ubicado, el barrio es muy lindo lleno de lugares para comer o tomar algo. Cerquita de la Gran Vía y también del Parque El Retiro.

De grote van de badkamer. Die was heel klein. Ook is het hotel erg gehorig. Helaas veel rumoer op de gang bij de receptie, die je in je kamer letterlijk kan verstaan.

Ótima hospedagem. quarto super confortável, não é espaçoso mas também não é super apertado, o banheiro é bem espaçoso. A localização é excelente, perto de todos os restaurantes bons de Madrid.

Atendimento do recepcionista que estava lá para fazer nosso check-in foi super passivo agressivo. Mas depois precisei de ajuda e mandei no WhatsApp e a pessoa que respondeu me atendeu super bem.

Molto accogliente, posizione perfetta. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la macchina del caffè nell’area ristoro sia per comodità che qualità.
