Hôtel Mercure Beauvais Centre Cathédrale

Mycket bra hotell nära centrum. Bra frukost!

Excellent service and the location was perfect! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would return to this hotel!

Hotel is very close to the cathedral. It was nice but we were disappointed to find the restaurant was closed and there was no drinking water in the room. To get water you were encouraged to buy a reusable bottle for €7 ! The hotel car park is also very small with about 5 spaces

Convenient location in the centre of The city. Modern and the different grey colour shades of the wall and carpets are comfortable to eyes. Modest buffet breakfast. Team is friendly.

Great location. Very new and modern. Spacious room. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Room fine apart from unpleasant mattress cover. Evening meal spoilt by rude waitress. Food indifferent. Breakfast: no fresh juice, coffee very weak. Overall pleasant hotel of Ibis standard, no better. Restaurant below Ibis standard. I was staying with a group, we usually use Ibis.I would not take my wife to a Mercure, below our expected standards.

Just a very nice place to be

Fridge in the room but no drinks or bottle of water.

Perfect location for flights to beauvais airport. Hotel was very clean with very attentive staff. Easy walk to the train station for commute into Paris.

A lovely hotel close to the city center and the cathedral, with comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast buffet. The only challenge is overnight parking. There are only a few spaces available other than parking across the street which requires payment after 9am. Since checkout is at 10am it would be great if the hotel contracted with the city to let guests park there until 10am.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Restaurant was very good too.

Parfait séjour

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.

The location is very convenient...

Excellent facilities and location. No plastics cups / bottles. I asked for fresh milk for tea and promptly received a jug full and able to use fridge in room to keep it fresh. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Only slight let down was the restaurant; it was open but even at 1900 there was no-one around and it looked closed, even the kitchen was empty so had to eat in the town nearby

Reception staff dreadful - had to sort with Manager who was apologetic and very polite. Limited parking a problem

Good

This was fine for a relatively inexpensive stopover. Clean and comfortable. Other than the magnificent cathedral, there wasn't too much in Beauvais, so one night was plenty.

Lovely staff and nice breakfasts. Quiet location.

Comfortable, clean room in well located hotel. Cathedral a few minutes walk. Two excellent Boulangerie located on streets each side of hotel. Large square (with the Marie) 5 minutes walk away with many cafés. Good variety of restaurants.

The rooms were very nice but, after making 3 separate requests for a collapsible toddler bed (2 directly with the hotel and one via the Expedia app), the bed was not put in the room. I think the staff is not as efficient as they could be.

Brilliant short stay fantastic lovely hotel well worth the 4 stars!

This is a beautifully modernized property. It is perfectly located in Beauvais, France in the center of everything. We would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast and dinner in their dining room were excellent too.

The Mercure is located near the cathedral, but is difficult to reach by car, and its signage is minimal. On-site parking very limited. Cost is high, for lack of competition in city center. Service staff was good, dinner excellent (although dining room mostly empty). Shower had no door or curtain, so although good, water went everywhere.

Hôtel près du centre ville

Preis-Leistung absolut unangemessen. Hotelpersonal freundlich. Frühstück gut. Doppelzimmer mit viel Platz. Im Bad keine Trennwand zur Dusche - 1x Duschen = Totalüberschwemmung.

Great hotel to stay

I liked the hotel very much but the town is not that interesting. Connection to Paris is excellent so this is a bonus.

Lovely clean hotel. Super comfortable beds Very helpful staff

Clean rooms, good restaurant

Bra och rent. Fräscht och nytt.

Great stay in a lovely, comfortable hotel. Wonderful to spend a night in charming Beauvais.

Very nice property with a good restaurant, awesome breakfast buffet, and friendly, helpful staff.

Really pretty, old fashioned town and a great hotel - quite modern by contrast but stylish and well designed, which makes your stay effortless.

Good location.

It was only one night, but very good one! Room was perfect, and the receptionist was very nice and helped us to book a taxi to the airport for the morning.

Very good quality accommodations. Modern comfortable great lobby. Lots of amenities. Excellent location. Great Wi-Fi. Definitely no complaints. Except the service was adequate. Professional. But not really friendly.

hotel is great, just breakfast can be better

They overcharge us for the breakfast

Lovely hotel Very helpful staff We will be staying here again Thank you

We choose this hotel as a stop over on our journey to meuzac near Limoges. The hotel was modern and the staff welcoming and was everything we expected from a quality branded 4 star! However, reviews about the breakfast were confirmed €17 pp, yes, a wide selection to choose, but the hot food was luke warm and dried up, with no sliced bread for toasting! We inquired about fresh ,hot food and toasting bread and was told 'our suppiers are slow because of the french national holidays ". So not value for money for the breakfast, we could have gone on a short walk into town for breakfast, for €6.90 or €9 but not as inviting as our 4 star restaurant/ breakfast room. So nice hotel, disappointing breakfast.

The hotel was clean, modern, comfortable and a good location for the town centre although the railway station is the other side of town (20 mins walk). Buses from the airport (number 6 run frequently and cost €1). They go to the centre which is about a 6 min walk to the hotel. Beauvais is lovely. The cathedral is fantastic. Only negative is €17 each for breakfast.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Nettes Personal.

ottima struttura posizione perfetta.

Overall very good property. Need to make a lock or catcher behind the door inside of the room so anyone could not open and come in from outside.

Friendly staff New property Great overall stay

Satisfactory

Staff welcomed us warmly on arrival. Then my husband left his glasses at the property and they were really helpful about getting them back to us after we left and couldn’t return for them. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and comfortable bed.

parfait

Excellent location. Clean. Well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Exactly what you would expect from a mercure. Clean, modern, a known standard. Only stopped one night to break up a long journey so can’t comment on service, but check in/out was fine. We didn’t have a view on the cathedral but think you have to pay extra for that. Nice and quiet room on the 2nd floor, comfy bed, and a useful mini fridge for storing food for our journey the next day. The hotel only has a handful of its own parking spaces and we ended up parking in the public area adjacent. We grabbed the last space but at least it was free. There is a large public car park on the opposite side but assume you would have to pay for that.

Nice. And new style hotell

Excellent check-in Superb room Wonderful location Nothing to complain about at all

Very friendly and helpful - changing our room after we'd moved in, for example. Food in the hotel - breakfast e.g. - rather pricey, but otherwise an excellent place to stay and to visit the best of Beauvais.

Staff were great especially Lucy who upgraded us without us even asking and Beniot for his assistance at the bar Thanks!

Excellent hotel, close to the city centre and very quite at night.

Best hotel ever. Staff friendly, rooms amazing, breakfast great.

due to covid rules, breakfast is really light. staff need to be more creative in order to offer better conditions/choices (expected for such kind of hotel)

Love the stay. Close. Convenient. Stylish!

Particularly like my corner room on the top floor with views of the cathedral on one side and the canal on the other

This is a great hotel in the center of Beauvais, close to the cathedral. We were there for a family reunion. Our adult children also liked the hotel and its location.

The room, location and cleanliness are all excellent. Only thing that let’s is down is the restaurant is very expensive.

I wouldn’t bother with breakfast as it wasn’t worth 16 Euro. Everything else was great.

There was nobody at your checkout desk (reception) in the morning I had to shout at the top of my voice until somebody eventually came to the desk (i also rang the bell numerous time) because nobody was at the desk on time we missed our flight and had to book a new one !!!

I THOUGHT I WAS JUST USING A FEW DAYS TO REST UP AFTER THE FLIGHT AND USE THE BEAUVAIS AIRPORT TO TRAVEL ON TO POLAND BUT FOUND THIS HOTEL AND ITS ACCESS TO HISTORIC TOWN CENTER AND ITS ACCESS TO GREAT FRENCH FOOD TO BE A MAJOR BONUS

Staff was friendly and very accomodating, rooms were clean and nice

very happy

This hotel is excellent - great staff, service and rooms. A perfect stopover in Beauvais on the way to the Ryder Cup in paris.

Great hotel. Wonderful location in Beauvaise.!! Will stay there again my next visit.
