The hotel is beautifully situated in the historic centre, it was a bit complicated to access the city centre but staff were excellent and very kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room. Many thanks

Posizione e gentilezza dello staff! Ottima colazione la mattina. Il nostro cagnolino è stato il benvenuto (quota giornaliera consueta). Splendido palazzo antico, senza ascensore ma assolutamente gestibile. Posizione perfetta x visitare Arles e per raggiungere il parcheggio pubblico. Prodotti Nuxe ottimi!

Tutto! Una residenza storica in pieno centro storico… molto bello, camere ampie tutto pulitissimo , colazione ottima servita sul viale esterno tipicamente provenzale. Staff estremamente cortese. Parcheggio convenzionato a due passi. Che dire .. ottimo !

Lovely small boutique hotel with amazing staff. The bed was super comfortable, the A/c worked very well (which was helpful as it was very hot during our stay in May). We really enjoy the breakfast and the outdoor seating in front of the hotel. The location was great, walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Location is great… Arles is very hot and humid in summer and room a/c works well. In general staff are nice with an exception.

We decided to take a night cap at the hotel and return after dinner. It was the night of football semifinals. We took a table for 2 at the edge and there were 2 big groups (each with big dogs) seated nearer to the screen. Of course their dogs wandered off and as our table is at the edge, the dogs were bumping the table and I had to hold on to the 2 glasses. Staff didn’t do anything until the guy in front got nasty and very vocal. Management needs to decide then as it spoils the whole atmosphere to be a hotel guests and be treated worst than a guest for evening beer…..

J’ai aimé la situation de l’hotel en plein coeur de la ville. Les attentions du personnel avec la lettre de bienvenue, la carte postale et l’éventail en cadeau. La chambre calme. La propreté de l’hôtel et de la chambre. La literie est incroyable. L’accueil du personnel, très agréable.

La taille de la chambre, un peu petit pour 2 je trouve. Je ne savais pas qu’il n’y avait pas d ascenseur. J’aurais aimé le savoir lors de la réservation.

Beautiful traditional hotel in the centre of Arles, Sabine was a great host and gave us a very interesting history of the area . Room was very good with lovely traditional long windows looking out onto the square. Great day restaurant and bar , with super outdoor seating.

Pillows a bit large and stiff, that’s all .

Idéalement situé dans Arles, le personnel est très accueillant et agréable! La dame présente à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée nous a très chaleureusement accueillis et indiqué les choses à faire dans Arles. La chambre était superbe, le lit très confortable et le tout climatisé. Merci beaucoup

El personal es fantástico, en especial Sabine quien nos ayudó con un problema que tuvimos en nuestra habitación con el A/C. El hotel tiene excelente ubicación y la habitación en buen estado.

El desayuno pudiera ser mas completo y mejor. No tiene ascensor pero para nosotros no fue un problema.

En plus de l'accueil très agréable, le point fort de cet hotel est l'emplacement central et son cachet.

ce qui manque c'est un ascenseur (mais c'est impossible) et l'éloignement du parking.

Der sehr freundliche Empfang. Das Zimmer im 3. Stock war nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, aber ein junger Mann trug unsere Koffer in die Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte einen Ausblick auf einen kleinen Park und war mit einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem. Dusche und WC in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Zufahrt zum Hotel ist etwas schwierig, aber man bekommt vor Ankunft eine genaue Beschreibung. Für die nahe gelegene Garage gibt es für Hotelgäste einen Sondertarif. Die Garage ist zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Location and historic character, quiet at beginning of June. Good breakfast can be taken indoors or on terrace.

Standard double was not spacious though well equipped.

Mi reserva coincidía con las fiestas de Arles y pregunté por la insonorización. Me confirmaron ok. Música debajo de la habitación, decibeles altísimos. Imposible estar en la habitación hasta las 3 am. Nos tuvimos que ir al día siguiente sin completar la estancia. No nos dijeron la verdad. Reclamamos varias veces y nunca nos respondieron. No aconsejo para nada este establecimiento por su falta de ética profesional.

Fabulous character hotel in the best location for the historic centre of Arles. The staff are wonderful, really helpful and kind. Our junior suite on the top floor was very comfortable and quiet. Just be sure you can handle the steps up, no lift! Not a problem for us. Breakfast was a good array of buffet style choices, eating outside on sunny mornings joyous.

Posizione eccellente, all'interno dell'area pedonale nel cuore di Arles. Palazzo d'epoca con ristrutturazione interna valida, camera razionale e bagno con grande cabina doccia, adeguati alle esigenze attuali. Staff dell'Hotel efficiente, cordiale, collaborativo. Molto utile l'invio alla prenotazione di email con indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura e il Parking du Centre, con cui l'Hotel è convenzionato.

Non ho riscontrato nulla sfavorevole.

Friendly staff who gave an excellent welcome on arrival, and helped with luggage. Comfortable room. Good location for visiting the town.

Stairs! We were on the third floor, and there was no lift.

the room and all facilities in the room were very pleasant and new. The overall room and bath were very good. Location is very central and great.

Very thin walls. I could hear my neighbours sneezing. Overall noise isolation in the room and on the windows really disappointed. Morning were spoiled by outside noise from streets cleaning and neighbouring room noise. That is why I cannot give more than 7 for overall experience.

The parking process is cumbersome and the instruction could be simplified. No map but simply say: 1. From blvd des lisses turn on rue jean Jaurès 2. Call number to lower the bollard 3. Enter and immediately turn on Rue de la rotonde 4. Drive 200 meter to hotel No need for map or point rouge or great line. Nobody watches a phone while driving

Staff/location/town all great. The Easter festivals were great as we are travelling around, so some festival fun was welcome.

Très bel hôtel restauré et meublé avec beaucoup de charme et de goût. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et accueillant. Une vraie attention est portée aux clients. À RECOMMANDER.

La salle de bain est légèrement petite et une baignoire aurait été la bienvenue.

Es un edificio precioso muy bien ubicado en una calle céntrica de Arles. Tuvieron la cortesía se darnos una habitación superior a la contratada y estuvimos súper cómodos. La cama muy confortable, la temperatura de la habitación perfecta, el baño y productos de higiene geniales. Cogimos desayuno y también estuvo muy correcto, vale la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado más noches de haber podido!! Y el personal súper amable y agradable.

La estancia en el hotel nos ha encantado. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y atentos en todo momento. La habitación está recién reformada y la cama es muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente para moverse por el centro histórico. Tienen un parking a 5 min y el hotel te facilita un descuento que está muy bien. El desayuno es muy completo. Cuando volvamos a Arlès que nos gustó mucho no dudaremos en repetir este Hotel.

The stairs. But my elderly parents managed. The staff was very helpful to carry our luggages to our room and came to take our luggage when we checked out

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The room was large and quiet.

I typically don’t mind stairs, but the stairwell was a little tight and beige, which I found a bit uncomfortable to go down from a depth perception standpoint. Maybe add a black strip to breakup the beige? Just a consideration but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there.
