Reviewed Sep 5, 2026L’emplacement et le service des personnes qui nous ont servi, Riad propre , femme de ménage exceptionnelle, hôte très agréable, si vous avez besoin de quoique que ce soit demander leur. Riad calme , climatisation, wifi, taxi prévu a demandé au Riad pour 15€ pour l’aller et le retour 15€ même à 3 h 45 du matin, les hôtes viennent vous chercher aux taxi et vous y amène au retour. Vous ne donnez rien au taxi tout ce règle au Riad qui demande 15 € la course ce qui est raisonnable pour Marrakech surtout avec ce service Merci au Riad Raffaa 12/10 merci 🙏 Chambre pour 4 spacieuses elle faisait 30m carré plus salle de bain. Hôtes très très gentil petit déjeuner nickel 👌 il y a trop de belle chose à dire sur nos hôtes il méritent une notes plus plus plus

Para llegar el camino es horrible, tienes que pasar por unos escampados llenos de basura y que huelen horrible. Si llegas por la noche eso da terror. La ubicación bastante mala. La piscina necesita mantenimiento estaba sucia.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Hermoso riad. Muy limpio y muy bien cuidado. Tiene una hermosa piscina que disfrutamos los 6 días. Rico y abundante desayuno típico de Marruecos. A sólo 4 minutos de la calle principal y a 20 minutos caminando hasta la plaza Jma el Fna. Recomiendo no saltarse alimentar a los gatos que hay en la ruta camino al riad.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026El desayuno era muy completo y estaba muy bueno. Además, el servicio fue impecable. Cuando necesitamos algo, nos ayudaban enseguida y nuestra estancia fue muy buena.
La ubicación del riad. Había que meterse por unas calles complicadas y, al no conocer el sitio, el primer día fue un poco extraño. Es verdad que una vez llegas y conoces un poco el entorno, no hay ningún problema.

It was deep in the alley full of garbage you can easily get lost i got a cold reception. The staff was compleatly unknowlegeble and did not speak a word of english. Are you really in the hospitality industry ?? I got a very odd room and i requested change he said the raid was fully booked. I did not see a soul for one whole day. Next day i insisted for room change and they gave it to me after persuation. Bed was creeky and was laid with a dirty quilt like it was minus 10 degrees and this was summer. Breakfast had no options exept boiled egg every day. They refused a simple omleate egg. They did not even have black pepper. My mood was off and i moved to another raid near the main street. With amazing staff and great care and that too 30% cheaper then raffa riad. I was the only one for two nights. I think the description of raffa raid mislead me into beliving it is a good hotel. You learn from your mistakes.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Nous avons aimé l'accueil du personnel et toute la famille d' Abdel est extraordinaire. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Un Riad dans la pure tradition Marocaine avec de très belles portes, zelliges, stuc..... Le secteur Bab Doukkala conserve encore le charme authentique de Marrakech mais jusqu'à quand? Venez y séjourner vous ne serez pas déçus.
Absence d'un salon dans le patio à disposition et une terrasse une peu plus aménagée.

Our mattresses were too soft for us. Shower cabin door kept being open.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026La struttura bella e accogliente a prima vista lascia stupiti rispetto all'esterno della città. Peccato per alcuni dettagli che se curati farebbero di quella struttura un gioiellino.
La stanza quadrupla non era comoda per soggiorni lunghi. Il bagno aveva un odore insistente di risalita e la porta non si chiudeva bene per dividere i due ambienti. Non c'è poggia valigie utile se ci sono più persone e arredamento troppo antico.

The room was clean, but the shower had a bit of a foul smell after use. I think there was a problem with the drainage as it took a while to drain. It was also a little hard to find the right entrance.

The location felt unsafe and did not match the listing, with streets in very poor condition. No one attended us upon arrival, and communication was nonexistent. We were even threatened by a man, so we had to leave and book another place.

Mustapha est très gentil, ainsi que toutes les autres personnes. Le service de taxi pour l'aéroport est très efficace, même si on part en pleine nuit. Merci à tous.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Notre séjour au Riad Raffaa s'est très bien déroulé. Le Riad est authentique, beau et bien placé, au coeur de la Médina (20mins à pied de la Place Jemaa el Fna). Il est cependant très calme. Les nombreuses petites rues menant au Riad peuvent paraître peu sécurisantes au premier abord, mais nous n'avons finalement eu aucun problème pendant tout notre séjour. A noter qu'il n'est pas possible de se rendre au Riad en voiture, uniquement à pied. Les deux hôtes sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Le propriétaire parle bien français, ce qui a rendu la communication fluide. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très bon (identique tous les jours). Petit plus, le thé à la menthe servi tous les matins est l'un des meilleurs que nous ayons goûté lors de notre semaine à Marrakech. N'hésitez pas à demander le transfert Riad-aéroport au propriétaire : pour 15 euros, il réserve le taxi pour vous et vous emmène directement au point de rencontre, ce qui est très pratique.
Notre chambre était petite, avec peu de rangements. Le matelas était peu confortable (très dur). La robinetterie de la salle de bain est vétuste. Point positif : serviettes de bain fournies.

Avevo letto in altre recensioni che qualcuno definiva il tajine di pollo del Riad come il migliore provato a Marrakech...lo stesso è stato per noi! Veramente da provare! Se tornerò a Marrakech alloggerò sicuramente di nuovo in questo Riad.

They served us tea and breakfast when we were there which was amazing, and even walked us to our taxi destination! Helped us feel comfortable in a new place as a group of college aged girls.
The street was a little scary to be on especially at night, but we were immersed into the culture immediately and if you walk with a group you will be fine. The bathrooms also had a bad smell but that is out of their control due to the sewer systems.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, une salle de bain, extrêmement petite exigu et une chambre inconfortable peu d’espace vétusté et emplacement dans un quartier pas top. Le petit déjeuner était prévu ayant un avion tôt. Nous avons pas pu avoir une collation à emporter on était trois, on a payé avec le petit déjeuner, on a pas eu de petit déjeuner.

La posizione è abbastanza centrale, 20 minuti a piedi dalle attrazioni principali e in generale è comodo perché, nonostante sia posizionato in una piccola vietta che rende l’esperienza ancora più autentica, in pochi minuti arrivi nelle vie più trafficate dove prendere taxi
