Sai Towers is the best Hotel in Puttaparthi🙏🏼I have always chosen this hotel for my stay as it is very comfortable. Convenient to go to the Ashram & other places. The food is great at the hotel restaurant. Most delicious meals. The hotel has modern interior and cleanliness is to perfection. The staff are friendly & accommodating. Special mention to reception staff Strinivas & Navinesh. They were extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay & the arrival process was quick. I have dealt with Strinivas on all my visits to the hotel and he is extremely helpful. Strinivas is an asset to the Sai Towers Team. Hemanthu one of the cleaning staff was the most helpful person when it came to ensuring the room was cleaned on time & laundry services were delivered on time. He is an asset to the Sai Towers Team and a very humble person. Thank you for my amazing stay once again. Look forward to my next visit. Sai Ram Navi Naicker

Excellent stay along with family

Always a pleasure to stay at Sai Towers. The hotel is comfortable & clean, the rooms are a his size & have both AC & a ceiling fan (our preference!) we’ll be back

This was my 1st stay at Sai Tower, and I can say it's worth it and the service is up to what I expected. Starting from the housekeeping to the restaurant service, they were all very kind and delivered the service as it should. Starting with Sri Laxmi Narayana, Sri Sreenath of the housekeeping dept, to sri Srinivas of FO dept, they showed us real humbleness! A big thank-you to Divya and Munna of the Love all Serve all restaurant, always up to standards and offered a quality service! Next time I come to Parthi, for sure I will be back to Sai Towers!

We stayed at Sai Towers two days,It s a charming lovely hotel with very clean room,spotless linen and extremely clean toilets. The hotel staff were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was excellent ,Very attentive staff,Mainly Prabakher and Kalpana. The hotel is located in a very convenient place close to Prashanthi Nilayam. Hope to visit again. It’s always wonderful to stay here. The renovated rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, the staff is kind and attentive. The location is absolutely the best for reaching the ashram. The best!

We stayed at Sai Towers during the 100th Birthday celebrations and I cannot praise the staff highly enough. At a time when thousands of devotees filled the streets and the atmosphere outside was hectic the hotel itself was full of peace warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went far beyond ordinary service and they set up a special buffet restaurant to accommodate the huge overflow of devotees ensuring that no one was ever turned away. Even with massive crowds every meal was served with calm efficiency kindness and a smile. Our room was provided with fresh bottles of mineral water every day and we were assisted promptly with anything we needed and were always greeted with a heartfelt Sai Ram. Their dedication patience and grace during such an intense period were truly remarkable. The food was excellent the prices very reasonable and the location could not be better as it is directly opposite the Prasanthi Nilayam Ashram at Ganesh Gate.I wholeheartedly recommend Sai Towers and I am deeply grateful to every member of the staff for making our stay not only comfortable but truly memorable and filled with Swamis love. Thank you for making our stay so special

room not clean and dirty, bathroom toilet smelly. staff not interested in helping my family. front desk not helpful. after staying in a hotel in Bangalore this hotel feels like a hostel very dark room.nearly had a fall. management not interested in changing room. just pay your room charge and go. very poor experience. sad.

Room construction was a bit noisy. Rooms also dated looking.

Sai towers is always our preferred hotel when ever we visit puttaparthi. This hotel is very close to the ashram . Good staff members . They maintain the rooms well and the food quality in their restaurant is also good There are lot of shops near by and all the attractions to see are near by

As regular guests this is a great home from home. It’s wonderfully located, well equipped (in fact gets better each time we stay) & Most importantly very open to requests from guests. On all 3 of our last visits we’ve asked for special cakes which have been provided efficiently & beautifully. PS the restaurant is really good too!!

Sai Towers is second home for me. Been staying there for 7 years now. Srinivas and Bharati to manage the booking. The wonderful staff. The best restaurant in Puttaparthi. And the most attentive owners. Sai Towers has the most loyal repeat customers. No other place in Puttaparthi comes even close

The restaurant is simply amazing...the cuisine..the service...the ambience....the food is delectable.....

I-in fact was there with my wife- this is one of my repeat visits. We keep coming back mainly because of the amazingly good delectable food served in so clean and neat way. I have tasted the food at most places around and the Sai Towers Restaurant easily tops the list. The other advantage is undoubtedly the location being so very close to the Ashram. And last but not least the staff-so very friendly and courteous. Sau Towers-choice of stay by default

We booked a taxi in advance and paid 4300 rupees for a newish and a suv car to go to the airport. But when the taxi arrived it was very old and nearly broke down on the way to the airport it was only swamiji blessing that we got there. The reception staff were not trustworthy. Please be aware if you book a taxi with them

Perfect venue for a spiritual kind of high quality stay. Right next to the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Ashram in Puttaparthi. Very local and walking distance to all amenities one requires when visiting the area. The staff are truly very knowledgeable & helpful.

Horrible 2 star hotel This must be the worst hotel in Puttaparthi. The front desk staff are arrogant especially the elderly looking guy who is very rude. He needs to realise that we are the paying customers and he is not doing us a favour. On the day we checked in at 6 pm we were given a room which was not made up and we had to wait outside the room for it to be made ready. Housekeeping guys are always waiting for tips after they have cleaned your room or if they bring you something to your room. The rooms are still dirty and dusty while the toilet and bathroom smells of sewage. On a couple of occasions we rang the front desk to send housekeeping as we had run out of shampoo but they just ignored our call. After requesting the housekeeping 3rd time after about an hour the front office told us that he was on his dinner break and will send him up when he is back. This is not acceptable as he could have told us on the first call and who goes for dinner for an hour when they are supposed to be on duty. This is what you get from the front office staff. Pure ignorance and never willing to apologise for their short comings. There are many other hotels in the area. We will never stay here again. This hotel is old from inside and staff are not helpful. The worst thing is you are not respected as a customer and I don’t appreciate such manners especially when they are not providing their services for free. Krishna Kumar

Sai Towers is an excellent choice in case you are visiting Puttaparthi. It's very close to the Ashram, has a separate parking space, where their driver parks your car and gets it whenver you want. Service is also very good and the attached restaurant provides excellent food.

Sai Towers was an excellent choice for my stay🙏🏼the hotel was in great condition. Professional processes followed. The room was comfortable & had everything I required. Very spiritual surroundings exactly what I was looking 🙏🏼the staff was amazing & helpful a special mention to strinvasu. Always pleasant to deal with and professional . He always checked if everything was ok with my stay and if I requested anything he would ensure it was done. That’s awesome service he is an asset to the Sai Towers Hotel . He has been there for years & has never failed to provide great service 🙏🏼Thk u Strinivasu🙏🏼your kindness was appreciated 🙏🏼Laxmi & his team of cleaners were also wonderful when checking the room was properly cleaned everyday 🙏🏼. Worth for the price

The rooms are clean and service is very good. Reception guys are very helpful. Room service is very good and they served cofee at 3 am in the morning. Very close to the Ashram gate. Restaurant is also fine. They arranged the taxi for railway station very fast.

Stay booked and paid for well in advance, with a request for an excutive room. On arrival we were dumped into a so called excutive room. Staff do not care as it is paid for. On a previous visit Barthi mentioned if we were not happy then we can seek other accomodation. Will not stay there again.

We always appreciate the convenient location, comfortable accommodation & excellent service at Sai Towers. It feels like a home from home! We’ll be back in Puttaparthi in 2025 & will again stay at Sai Towers. Wishing all the staff there a very Happy 2025!

This was the third time I have stayed in Sai Towers. It is good value for money - I stayed in a standard room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. All staff were courteous and obliging. The hotel has a restaurant attatched to it and I thought the South Indian food there was very good.

We had a lovely experience staying at this hotel, we booked a junior suite. The room was spacious and clean. The food and service were excellent. The bathrooms could do with a refurbishment though. Overall very good and we would stay here again.

I had an amazing 10 days stay at Sai Towers. All of the staff were very helpful, courteous and any questions I had were answered quickly. It made my trip back to Puttaparthi extremely relaxed and allowed me to do all the things I needed to do in the ashram. A truly memorable trip.

My wife and I with my brother-in-law stayed at this nice Hotel suite room when visited Parthi. The family suite was very spacious and the rest rooms very modern and clean. The attached restaurant had a variety of food items which were tasty. The only issue was the service was little slow due to limited serving personnel.

The renovated Sai Towers is excellent from all perspectives, be it the Food and Beverages or the support provided for travel and the people at the desk are very supportive. The rooms are very comfortable and hot water is available 24*7. It clearly stands out as the finest hotel in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh

Can improve.

Prompt service and good rooms, very near to ashram. Restaurant has good choice of menu and a subtle ambience. Room was kept neat with clean linen. Whenever we come to Puttaparthi, if we have to take accommodation outside the Ashram ‘Sai Towers’ has been our choice for many years.

Very close to mandir

The staff is friendly. The front desk was open to a late check out time, which was helpful.

Stay was good

We booked a suite with 2 bed rooms, connected. There was not a single window for fresh air ! Also it was scary as there was only one entrance to the suite & the 2 rooms & attached bathrooms stretched a long way inside. There was no other exit available. It was literally a narrow bottleneck entrance. The price charged was of a 4 star hotel!! Not worth the money!!

Good

The room and hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the food at their restaurant. They have renovated their reception area and hope the rooms will also be renovated soon. We enjoyed our the nights stay at Sai Towers.

Great service and facilities!

The room allocated is in an annex which is accessible through the main building. The two buildings are at different levels, so floor is uneven. Needs proper lighting.

Towels warn out .time for replacement. Front desk, housekeeping and porters plus restaurant staff very friendly and efficient.

Property is still undergoing renovations and should be ready in time for xmas.

The place was wonderful. The people helpful and kind. The air conditioning so good you could freeze yourself out if you wanted to. Quite a surprise. Clean. The bed was great. The 2 restaurants were another surprise . Wonderful food and the prices were ridiculously low. I hope to get back to Puttaparti in 2021. There is no question I will be staying here again

Its perfect. Close to ashram and has the best food.

We arrived for a 8 days stay with 5 family members in the group. We booked 3 rooms and was upgraded to executive rooms. We were unaware that the hotel was undergoing renovations when it was booked more than a month earlier through Expedia. Loads of dust and construction materials abound. Did not have hot water for 5 days during stay with daily power outages. However, all these were negated by the efficient front desk personnel’s namely ms barathi. She and her team ensured that all anomalies were managed with contingencies in place. All of our transportation and local visits needs were arranged flawlessly. The in house restaurants have a wide selection of dishes from local to many international choices. Very courteous and helpful restaurant staff and it was so good that we had all of our meals in the hotel as the restaurants around did not seem to offer the choices, quality and hygiene considerations.
