Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The staff were super polite and helpful, the drinks available throughout the day were great, the breakfast was great too. The location was perfect if you plan on going throughout the city and the price was worth it.
My only complaint is the dryer on the second floor, you may have to do 2 or more cycles of the dryer for your clothes to be dry

ほとんど全てのアメニティがフロント前にあり、荷物もある中で部屋に持っていくのは少し不便だと感じた。

予約した時に、駐車場は先着順であるとサイトに書かれていたのに、返ってきたメールみたら、駐車場なしになってた〈あちこちいきたかったからクルマで来たかったけど仕方なく電車できた〉 設備が古いのはいいとしても、トイレの水がボタン押しても流れないのは？チェックしたのかな？ 風呂も怖くて、はいるのをやめた 朝、のんびりしたかったけど、6時半にチェックアウトしました 快適には程遠かった…

朝の清掃の音が客室まで響いていた為、強制的に起床させられることとなった。 朝食の料理が冷めていた。値段相応と思われる。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Overall, I was pleased with my stay at this retro hotel. It's a bit of a time capsule! I expect that my room looks much the way it did in 1990, but it was comfortable enough, and I'd stay there again. It's close to some good cafes, restaurants, and bars.
In terms of proximity to Susukino, the location is great because it's close to the action but not right in the middle of it. However, in terms of proximity to the station, it's a bit of a trek if you decide to walk with luggage. I walked to the hotel on arrival but opted for a taxi to the station when I left Sapporo.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026ホテルはいつも通り快適です。タクシーでホテルに向かうのですが、ファンゲートの名前で運転手さんに伝わらない事が多くあった中、今回は｢ああ、入口前に郵便ポストのあるホテルですね⁉️」と言われ、本当にポストがあって驚きました。フロントの方に伝えたら、一緒に笑ってくださって嬉しかったです。
