6/7 入住，晚上 9 點開始隔壁房就持續大聲開趴、重低音震動不停，嚴重影響休息品質。期間總共打了 4 次電話給櫃檯反映，雖然櫃檯有電話制止，但對方每次安靜不到三分鐘又開始，整晚反覆發生，直到半夜都無法好好休息。 最後他們經理提出「升等房型」作為處理方式，但當時已經半夜 2 點，在累得要命的狀況下，還要重新整理、收拾行李換房。被影響休息的是我們，憑什麼後續折騰的也是我們。 真正該被處理的，明明是持續製造噪音、影響其他房客的那間房，但該旅館經理態度非常強硬，甩鍋讓櫃檯面對，完全沒有要積極處理，反而是要被影響的住客自行承擔後果。 住宿最基本的就是休息品質，從噪音管理到現場應對，都讓人非常失望。 P.S 而且房間內有一隻超大隻蟑螂。

隔音不是很好，住的房型衛浴是開放空間，洗完澡整間房很潮濕，衛浴設備的花灑卡水垢很厚不敢用，幼兒有踩到別人剪的指甲，打掃應該再稍微仔細會更好

剛進去時房間有味道，尤其是在放冰箱的櫃子那區有臭味。 床跟枕頭太軟睡不習慣。
