Reviewed Aug 23, 2026El desayuno que incluye es correcto. Es lo que se debe de desayunar… café leche yogur cereales fruta pan …absolutamente todo el hotel tiene una limpieza excepcional. El estado de conservación es digno de ver . No hay ni un solo pelo , pelusa , mota de polvo mires donde mires … toda la madera perfectamente cuidada. Estás cosas ya no se ven pero lo mejor es el personal del restaurante y bar . Son alegres amables … me voy muy contenta

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Estilo clásico y rustico pero elegante, tremendamente limpio y con unas habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. Mucho mejor que lo que transmiten las fotos. Personal muy amable y atento.
El desayuno un poco flojo para pertenecer a una empresa con una gran fama en restauración. Desayunas bien pero sin más, no hay gran variedad de productos. No tienen parking subterráneo o techado, que siendo Sevilla es algo que se agradecería en los meses de calor, que son muchos e intensos.

La cama, colchón duro, no merece las 4 estrella y la bañera, seria razonable poner una ducha. Además el precio muy caro con desayuno incluido. No había casi nada, 3 yogures, 3 croisans, café malo y frío. Tuvimos que pedir que nos hicieran 2 tortillas. El zumo marítimo del malo etc....

Mejoraría las almohadas, una muy fina y el cojín más cómodo pero demasiado grande.

Pues que el precios está triple un hotel de 2 estrellas que te coste la habitación más de 110 euros es caro Ai hoteles con 4 o 5 estrellas y te vale 70 euros La televisión muy pequeña Las almohadas pésimas ( con los baratos y calitativas que están de viscoelasticas ) enzima aparcamiento de pago ,

This is an old hotel, and whilst it is functional, it doesn't offer a sense of value or comforts for the price of the room. The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken. It functioned, but part of it fell off when touched. There was no coffee in the room, only tea. The beds are of the older, cheaper type, whereas more modern hotels usually update their beds for the modern clientele's needs of a good night's sleep. The window shutter was stiff and awkward to open and close. Breakfast was included, but very disappointing. The eggs were hard and cold. We had to ask for sliced bread. There was no jam, marmalade or ketchup. My friend selected 3 different types of coffee, which turned out to be exactly the same but in different-sized cups.

i couldn't figure out what exactly made this hotel qualify for 4* except the entourage - just basic facilities an hour distance from sevilla. for comparable price real 4* hotels are available in sevilla.

El desayuno no vale mucho la pena. Para ser de 4*, le faltaban muchas cosas (leche caliente, varios tipos de pan, un zumo de naranja aceptable...). El primer día, hubo bastante ruido con las limpiadoras. Pero el resto de días, no hubo problema.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2025Great welcome and immediately called us inside with our bicycle out of the rain. Then found somewhere to keep it overnight. Lovely room and very clean.
Room was extremely warm with no air conditioning just blow air cooling. We had to sleep with the windows open and the noise from the restaurant and kitchen went on for hours. Breakfast was limited and the eggs etc looked like they had been there a while.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2024En voyant le rating et les 4 étoiles 🌟🌟🌟🌟 je m'attendais à une bien meilleure expérience... Certes, la déco est jolie, mais il semble que seul le restaurant contribue à la réputation de cet hôtel. La chambre, en revanche, est loin d'être à la hauteur. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout, l'isolation phonique est inexistante : on entend tout, que ce soit le bruit de la rue, des voisins, ou du couloir, sans compter la lumière du couloir qui passe au-dessus de la porte, empêchant tout repos. La climatisation et la ventilation des toilettes sont extrêmement bruyantes, et la literie ainsi que les coussins sont inconfortables au possible. Malgré avoir réservé pour deux adultes et un enfant de 2 ans, il n'y avait pas de lit pour notre enfant. Nous avons donc dû le faire dormir avec nous, dans deux lits de 90 cm mal joints, ce qui l'a fait tomber plusieurs fois dans l'espace entre les deux matelas. Et pour finir en beauté, le petit déjeuner était vraiment médiocre et sans variété – très loin de ce qu'on pourrait attendre d'un hôtel qui se veut reconnu pour son restaurant. En conclusion, cet hôtel ne mérite pas plus qu'une ou deux étoiles, compte tenu de son emplacement et de la piètre qualité de ses services. Je suis totalement déçue.
