Reviewed Oct 24, 2025Standard business hotel (although it might be a love hotel to some visitors?). Was pretty much what I expected. It is more nice than in the photos. It's clean and quiet, and the rooms are spacious. For the price, and if you want to visit KINTEX, it's pretty decent. Also I got a free upgrade - and a massage chair as a result. Cheers for that.
Dark indoor light and some bad choices on the interior design part. Old, stained windows and sloppy coffee machines. A cooker on the table which turned on and off at times. The place just feels a bit cheap, as many of these kinds of hotels does. Whoever was the "designer" of this hotel could be replaced with an AI.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2024방이 세개, 화장실 2개, 테라스도 있고 여러명이 와서 묵기에 나름 준수한 레지던스입니다. 다만 앞 건물(아파트)과 너무 가까워서 프라이버시 유지가 좀 아쉽고, 안방 옆에 보일러실이 있어서 웅웅 소음이 좀 있습니다. 거실도 넓고 TV도 커서 넷플릭스 영화 감상하며 쉬기 좋습니다. 주변 먹거리 옵션도 훌륭한 편!

Reviewed Mar 21, 2021가족이 묵었어요. 수건 시트는 확인해봐야하는 청결도 입니다. 화장실은 물이 묻으면 매우 미끄러우니 조심하셔야 합니다. 보일러 온도 올라가는데 시간이 다소 걸리니 미리 켜달라고 하셔야 할 듯 해요. 가격 저렴하고 넓게 갔다온 것은 장점이네요.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2020일단 숙소는 완전 마음에 들었어요 일요일에 숙박하는거라 주차 하긴 편했구요 내 집은 아니지만 아파트 구조라 편하고 바닥은 강화마루 마감을 제대로 안해놔서 중간중간 이음세가 안되있고 단 마음에 안든건 세탁건조기 세탁은 잘 되는데 건조기가 안됨 소음도 완전 심하고 건조 시간을 끝냈는데 물기가 남아 있어요 아무튼 여러번 건조했는데 안되서 바닥에 말렸내요. 그리고 숙소 바로 앞에 조기구이찜 맛있어요 사장님도 친절 하시고요

Reviewed Sep 16, 2019추석연휴 가족들과 함께 한 숙소였는데 전반적으로 관리가 잘되어있고 깨끗하고 5명 묵기에 넓고 편안한 공간이었습니다 무엇보다 세탁기며 청소기..일반 가정에서나 있을법한 가전기구가 마련되어있어 넘 편리했구요 위치도 이리저리 움직이기에 적당했습니다 가족 모두들 완젼 만족해했답니다^^ 단지 주변이 술집 식당가다 보니 자는데 좀 예민한 우리 가족들 쉽게 잠드는데 어려움이 아주 없진 않았습니다 참~ 가스불이 좀 약해서 조리에 대한 아쉬움이 살짝~있었던것 빼고는 아주 만족이고 재방문할 의사 100%있습니다^^ 수건도 넉넉히 잘챙겨 주시고~감사합니다 잘쉬었다 갑니다~ㅎ

Reviewed Sep 7, 2019The showers are not good, water gets all over the bathroom due to no enclosure. One "shower" is a hose running from the sink faucet. There are no real towels, everything is the size of a hand towel. There were three bedrooms but only two rooms had a bed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Internet needs upgraded, as it was very slow and at times did not work. No place to get coffee in the morning. Not a great experience, but it was clean and affordable.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2019일반 가정집에서 숙박한 듯 모든게 다 갖춰져있었어요. 호텔 작은 냉장고가 아닌 가정집 큰 냉장고에 세탁기 식기 세척기까지.. 쇼파가 굉장히 편했고. 숙소도 깨끗했어요. 여름에 아이들 해변에서 놀고 옷 빨기에 편할듯 해요.. 저희는 늦은 오후부터 다음날 아침까지 짧게 이용해서 이 편리한 것들을 활용하지 못한게 아쉽네요. 숙소에서 바로 항구가 있어 낚시하기도 좋았고.. 뭣보다 이른 아침에 둘레길 산책하기가 참 좋았습니다. 가족 여행 숙소로 아주 만족합니다. ^^

Reviewed May 12, 2019방이 넓고 레지던스 호텔이라 편의시설이 무척 잘 갖추어져 있었어요. 세탁기, 냉장고, 주방까지... 무척 편하게 지냈는데, 단 한가지 흠이라면 주변 분위기?! 주변 상점들이 건전하거나 깨끗하게 보이지 않았다는 점이 유일한 단점이네요. 그리고 위치가 좀 . . . 애매했어요. 일단 바다가 보이지는 않으니까요. 그러나 호텔에 일찍 들어가서 아이들하고 저녁 시켜먹고 영화보고... 호텔 안에 들어가 있으면 왠만한 호텔이나 펜션보다 훨씬 좋았어요.
