Reviewed Sep 8, 2026المكان نظيف وواسع والحمام عصري ويتوفر شطاف وكذلك المضيف يوفر لكن مطبخ متكامل وكبسولات قهوه ومكينة قهوه ، اقمت في الشقه التي فيها غرفتين نوم رقمها 5 ، صاحبة المكان كانت على تواصل دائم معنا على الواتس اب وكانت ترسل لنا التعليمات بخصوص كل شيء ، واعادت لنا التأمين بالكامل ، بالطبع سوف اعود للسكن هنا الصيف القادم .
لا يوجد تكييف وهذا شيء معروف في المناطق الجبليه مثل زيلامسي ( لكن تتوفر مراوح ) ، يجب ان يكون معك سياره لان المكان مرتفع والمشي اليه متعب ولكن مع السياره لا مشكله ابداً

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Es war alles Top! Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, tolle Terasse, schöne Küche und Essbereich. Sogar das Schlafsofa war super bequem! Der Lift ist maximal 5 min Laufweg entfernt (leider muss man einen steilen Berg hoch, also eher nichts wenn man nicht so fit ist zu Fuß, aber ansonsten sehr gut machbar). Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und allgemein war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Superb apartment with all-you-need facilities. We lived in big one on the 1 st floor with big terrace and nice view of the mountains and slopes. It's located really very close to the ski slope, like 70 m and you can easy return to the house by ski. Also not far from gondola Trassxpress / Schmittenhohebanh and bus stop. The rooms had private bathrooms, good quality beds, soundproof, good WiFi. Big and convenient kitchen well equipped (special thanks to the hosts for the wine and shot glasses!). We enjoyed our stay very much!
sauna - small, for 2-3 persons, expensive old, small and slow TV (that is 100% compensated by amazing view from the windows) compare with all other details it looks like minor problems

Dass es von Booking com so schlecht gesteuert ist und wir nicht die große Terasse hatten, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben (2 SZ Appartment)

O saune je v informáciach len krátka zmienka (čo je škoda), ale je to bonus, ktorý stojí za vyzdvihnutie, je to tam a je to naozaj pripravené pre zákazníkov. Tie podmienky rezervácie a ceny treba dotazovať u prevádzkovateľov, mohli by byť zverejnené, ale stojí za to sa pýtať, odpovedajú veľmi promptne.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Lokal w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko 3 głównych wyciągów i tras zjazdowych (dosłownie klika kroków trzeba przejść żeby wejść na trasę prowadzącą do 3 wyciągów – super !!!!) Blisko do przystanku skibus – przy wyciągach – rewelka !!!. Korzystaliśmy z apartamentu w 7 osób, a miejsca jest na 8 osób. Byliśmy tydzień czasu, aż szkoda było odjeżdżać. W komplecie 2 sypialnie i 2 łazienki, duży salon. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Zmywarka, duża lodówka, piekarnik, mikrofalówka. Narciarnia duża ogrzewana, bardzo dobrze działająca. Buty suchutkie na drugi dzień. Sauna w budynku, co prawda za dodatkową opłatą i tylko na godzinę (standardowy czas) ale nam - 6 osobom w zupełności starczyło. Parking przy budynku zadaszony, niestety busem nie da rady wjechać bo trochę za niski, ale jest inne miejsce gdzie można zaparkować. Dla samochodów osobowych jak najbardziej jest OK. Polecam zabezpieczyć się w solidne łańcuchy na koła i nauczyć się zakładania ich. Droga dojazdowa przez miasteczko jest pod kątem 18 stopni, ostrzegają o tym znaki drogowe, a już sam podjazd do apartamentu (jakieś 100m) ma ponad 20 stopni. Jak są świeże opady śniegu, duży problem z poruszaniem się autem, na oponach zimowych można się zatrzymać i nie ruszyć z miejsca. Jedyny ratunek to łańcuchy !!! Busem nie ma co marzyć o jeździe bez łańcuchów. Ogólnie cała grupa była bardzo zadowolona z pobytu tutaj i myślę że nie raz tu jeszcze zajrzymy !!!! Wielkie ukłony dla właścicieli, pani Natalie i pana Cornelis za bardzo dobrą komunikację z klientem … tak trzymać !!!

Kitchen is full and ready for all meals. We enjoyed it as a family with kids. Location is very close to center of zell am see ( 5 min drive). The hosts made everything ready before our arrival. Will definitely recommend it for everyone. One of the best places in zell am see.

Everything was well organized and very clean, which made my stay even better. What really stood out for me was the wonderful management and staff. They are truly professional, kind, and always ready to help . Their warm hospitality made me feel very welcome and cared for throughout my stay. It has a direct view to the ski slopes and is close to the ski gondola and slopes. It has a very good equipments for ski boots heating and ski depositing. We loved it here.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The management team is extremely helpful and well-organized. This is a fully remote-managed property, so you don’t meet anyone in person, but communication, guidance, and response times were excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, especially the kitchen, which was well-equipped and well maintained. All appliances are Miele and in almost new condition, which really adds to the comfort. We stayed in Apartment No. 3, which has three bedrooms (one en-suite). The balcony is great and the view is more than sufficient. The location is very convenient — only about 150 meters from Schmittenhöhebahn. You can easily reach Zell am See center using bus 71, which is free of charge (last return around 18:00). Taxis are easy to find afterward and cost around €17.60. As a small suggestion (not a complaint): the living room sofas are new and clean, but slightly cozier seating could make the space even more comfortable.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Lokalizacja to chyba najlepszy atut, duży taras z widokiem to drugi, wygodne łóżka, duży stół w jadalni, w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny, dwie łazienki, dwa przypisane do apartamentu miejsca parkingowe pod zadaszeniem! Na prawdę bardzo przyjemny obiekt :)
Można by odświeżyć podłogę (szlif, uzupełnienie uszkodzeń i olejowanie) i odmalować niektóre ściany w drugim pokoju, poza tym nie widzę negatywów.

لا انصح بان تسكن بهذا الفندق اذا كنت لا تملك سيارة فالمطلع صعب مشيا ، المخدات غير مريحة ، مكثنا اسبوع تقريبا ، لم يوفروا لنا فوط بديلة ، يجب عليك ان ترسل لهم بطاقة الفيزا ليتم حجز مبلغ 500 يورو تأمين ، ولكن قاموا برد المبلغ بعد تسليم الشقة

صعب جداً جداً جداً جداً الحجز عندهم تحجز من بوكينق ثم يتواصل معك واتس و ايميل و فبوكنج عشان ياخذ الديبوزيت و صورة الجواز و الديبوزت غالي 500 يورو ثم بعد عناء يرسل لك انه تم تأكيد الحجز . عندهم اشتراطات معقده جداً . الموظفين ليسوا مثاليين فالتعامل . البلكونه مليئة بالنحل بسبب انه ساكن فالقرميد حق البيت .

Deposit Concerns: Before our trip, the property requested a €500 deposit via email, asking for my credit card details and ID to be sent via email. This is against Booking.com policy, and I was uncomfortable sharing sensitive information this way. The property stated that check-in would be denied without the deposit. After negotiating to avoid this, I was still asked for the deposit two days into my stay, which I chose to ignore. In case of asking deposit, there should be provided secure payment method and also to be done through Booking.com, and not sending my credit card details via email. Inadequate Amenities: We booked a fully paid 3-bedroom apartment, but upon arrival, it was only set up for one bedroom, with a total of only two towels provided for two bathrooms. My husband and I each received one medium and one small towel, which was insufficient. I couldn't wash and dry my hair and also no hand towels in 2 bathrooms. After requesting more towels, we were told, “this is not a hotel,” although additional towels were eventually provided. For the price we paid, I expected better, especially in a 3-bedroom apartment. Additionally, in a 3-bedroom apartment and a sofa there were only two pillows available in the whole apartment, making it uncomfortable to relax and watch a movie. Missing Welcome Package: The welcome booklet promised a package with coffee pods and snacks. After a long day of travel, we were disappointed to find no coffee available next morning. We had to ask for it and ended up driving to the supermarket since none were nearby. Few coffee pods were provided later, but only after we had already dressed up and drove to the supermarket. Overall, while the apartment itself was nice, the management's lack of attention to these details made it feel more like a prison than a home. I booked this place to enjoy a comfortable holiday, not to deal with issues regarding towels and coffee.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2024Everything. Appartment is spacious, well maintained, cozy and has a wonderful view. Nathalie was a generous host and ensured a smooth check-in with no deposit. The appartment location is perfect for those who are looking for privacy and quietness.
I would recommend having appartments where pets are allowed and others where they are not allowed. This is out of personal preference and it is not due to any complain. Also, this might be already there and I didn’t ask for it.

There is no AC . There is no protection for the windows from Mosquitoes. To Many instructions for checking in . ( don’t use this , be careful of this )

Reviewed Feb 4, 2024Great location, close to lift and slopes. Friendly and helpful host, flexible check-in and check-out. The apartment is very spacious and has a nice balcony. Clean and modern inside. You can stay with 8 people, we were with 6. Though it means sleeping with 4 people in 1 room (1 double bed and 2 bunkbeds), and with 2 people in the living room on a couch.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2024Great for our group of 6 adults for a one week ski holiday! Super comfortable and easy access to the slopes.
The kitchen was missing a few key utensils for cooking, e.g a baking dish and grater. Given the property was a rather long walk into town we opted to cook most nights.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2023The location of the apartment is hilarious nice view and absolutely quiet. The view from the balcony was great. The apartment was well equipped nice and clean. We've enjoyed our stay here pretty much.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2023The apartments are wonderful with breathtaking views in a calm and quiet area where you can enjoy the scenery. The quality of the materials in the building is top notch and the finishing of everything is superb. The bathrooms were clean and the bidet availability was important for us Arabs. The host was very friendly and welcoming and we had no issues with the whole process of checking in and out
As we booked during a very very hot summer, we would've appreciated the availability of air-conditioning.
