We liked most things, but was slightly off putted by the breakfast staff that had quite a rude manager, and kept telling people off and taking plates when you haven’t even finished your breakfast. Just a small point but makes the stay specially when all the hotel And reception staff are so wonderful x

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Alles war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und verfügte über eine Klimaanlage sowie alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die Lage ist top. Das Essen war lecker und sowohl der Fitnessraum als auch der Schwimmbereich waren gut. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Im Zimmer gibt es leider keinen Löffel, sondern nur eine Tasse. Ich habe extra nachgefragt, aber die Mitarbeiterin sagte, dass es nicht möglich sei, einen Löffel auf das Zimmer zu bekommen. Meiner Meinung nach ist es sehr komisch. In jedem Hotel ist es immer eine Tasse , Löffel und kleinen Teller. Auch im Angebot steht „Shuttlebus“, daher hat die Kollegin es offenbar ebenfalls nicht gewusst. Sehr unbequeme Kissen. Das Schwimmbad könnte länger geöffnet bleiben.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026A renovated, modern hotel that is very pleasant, with lovely and extremely helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing—more like what you would expect from a 4-star hotel—with the best omelette I have ever had and plenty of local products to taste. The coffee machine also makes very good “coffee & milk” and “Americano”. The beds were very comfortable, with latex mattresses, and the location is great, just a short walk from the beach. In my opinion, the best beach in Paguera is Playa La Romana, with its crystal-clear and clean water. It was also great to be able to leave our suitcases safely locked away on our last day and have a shower before leaving. Very convenient and a really nice facility. But above all, I would highlight the friendly and helpful staff, who really made our stay special.
2 beds together rather than double bed, but that seems to be the trend nowdays.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The room was small but it had a double bed which is what mattered. The breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful. There was always enough seating available and staff on hand to help. The hotel was incredibly clean and well maintained (apart from the fridge in the room not being cleaned out after the last guest), and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful.
Because the room was small, there was no separate private bathroom (it was more like a studio apartment arrangement). The room had air con, but it took two days to cool my room down, it did not seem like an efficient facility, and most of the time is blew slightly cool air out. It was super hot in Mallorca when I visited so maybe that's why it struggled to cool the room. My room faced an uninspiring road and run down building.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Közel volt a tengerpart, buszmegálló, sétálóutca, megis nyugodt, csendes szállás. Személyzet mosolygós, kedves. Légkondi csendes. Nagy választék a félpanziós étkezéseknél.
Amikor takarítottak a szobában a padló sajnos elég homokos maradt, de a szálloda és szoba tiszta volt. A szállodához tartozott egy nagy medence, több nyugággyal. Sajnáltuk, hogy csak korlátozott időben lehetett használni. 10 órakor még nem engedtek be a vízbe és 17 óra után sem lehetett használni.

11:00-19:00 óra között lehetett csak használni a medencét. A hotelhez parkolási lehetőséget lehetne fejleszteni.

Il est très agréable et propre, le personnel est très sympathique et de bon conseil. La piscine est très agréable également et la température de l’eau au top. Le petit déjeuner est très varié.
Le seul truc c’est peut être que la piscine ferme un peu tôt (19h)

Mauvaise qualité de la nourriture, très peu de variété toujours les mêmes plats : brochettes de poulet/tranches de poulet quasi tous les soirs 3x burger en 7 jours! Le petit déjeuner les croissants sont industriels tous comme le reste!!! Les jus de fruits imbuvable coupé a l'eau... Des fourmis dans la salle de bain et même dans les lits, la réponse de l'accueil lorsque nous avons réclamé ce problème : c'est parce qu'il fait très chaud !

Hotel was absolutely spotless, rooms really nice, spacious and airy with great aircon, wifi, etc. I had mentioned it was my wife's birthday and we were upgraded and greeted with fruit and fizz, which was a nice touch. Pool, pool bar and sun loungers were lovely - I've read in some reviews that the pool was cool - perfect temp in my opinion. Breakfast was a good selection, which changed daily - best omelette, i think i've ever had... Good, quiet location with easy (5 mins) walk on to the main strip (restaurants/shops) and beach. Beach was nice although due to high temperatures the sea was a greeny / yellow colour but totally safe.
Not a complaint with the hotel at all, but more the resort. Food isn't great, we found one or two nice Spanish restaurants and some small tapas (you must book 1-2 days ahead if you want a table), but the majority very typical resort, pizza / pasta, etc.... We'd not visited Paguera before and were aware it was popular with Germans and this is very true, many of the bars and restaurants are influenced by this but were pleasant. In short if you want Spanish then you might be disappointed.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit einer großen Vielfalt und einer Omelettstation. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Aufgrund der Klima haben wir das Einzelbett unserer Tochter neben unsere Betten geschoben und da gabs auch nie ein Thema mit der Reinigung oder den gemachten Betten. Es geht ein bisschen bergauf zum Hotel, das ist vielleicht für ältere Gäste nicht ganz so angenehm. Für uns hat es gepasst. Da es nicht direkt an der Promenade liegt, war die Umgebung auch sehr ruhig. Etwas hellhörig, aber das ist eh in den meisten Hotels so.
Der Kaffee war leider nicht gut. Aber das war auch schon alles Negative :-)

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Supernettes Personal, sehr schöne Einrichtung von der Lobby bis zum Pool. Sogar ein kleines Gym! Mein Zimmer u das Bad sehr klein, zu klein! Deutsches TV, Balkon top. Und so ein Frühstück hab ich auf der Insel noch nie erlebt! Dafür 10 von 10 Punkten! Ich komme wieder, falls mich mal wieder eine Hochzeit in den Südwesten bringt. Und bis zum Abflug kann man duschen in einem extra Raum. Klasse!

Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach zwei Tassen für das Hotelzimmer wurde jedoch nicht lösungsorientiert reagiert. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir selbst dafür verantwortlich seien. Ich denke, mit etwas Unterstützung hätte sich auch hierfür unkompliziert eine Lösung finden lassen.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Die Zimmer haben für ein Drei Sterne Hotel eine gute Größe. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls für ein 3 Sterne Hotel hervorragend. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem in wenigen Schritten am Bulevard. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, alle Mitarbeiter freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Breakfast was great, lots of choices for everyone. Location was good, very close to restaurants and markets but quite area at the same time.
It is not easy to find a free parking place around the hotel but there is still two parking spots for free, you should check on the map. Even though the hotel claims that the rooms are sound proof but i do not agree, you can easily hear snoring from the next door. There is no enough lighting in the rooms that’s why we thought it was clean first but after we have noticed dust on bed head, some blood marks on the sheets and towel, if they could improve the cleaning i think it is very nice hotel in overall.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026I liked a lot of things: 1.the location. It’s close to the beach,to the Main Street and a walking distance to some supermarkets (eroski and lidl) 2. The variety and quality of options for breakfast and dinner 3.Exceptionally helpful receptionists and friendly cleaning ladies. 4.It was quiet and peaceful,no loud music.
There wasn’t a water cooler for dinner.I think having water is a must. We could buy alcohol and soft drinks but free of charge water should also be available.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Everything. Beds are very comfy, location is calm and after 11pm everyone is quiet and respectful. Staff is very friendly. Massive thanks to Susana, Isabel and the gentleman from Germany in the reception. My room was clean every day and I had a great stay. Thank you.
On my first night the AC was not working and when I called to ask if it was fixed the owner of the hotel answer very rude to me stating I should stay somewhere else if I didn't like it amd that it was 20degrees outside so no AC is needed. This is the only thing I disliked of mu stay. The rest of the staff where amazing kind and helpful 24/7. Was very disappointed at this lady's manners towards a guest. Absolutely entitled. Very unfortunate because the hotel is indeed great. She never apologized either.

The breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection, and it was great to try some local specialties. We also really appreciated being able to use the bathroom after checkout to take a shower before our flight.
Maybe the pool could have been a little warmer, but otherwise everything was great.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Die Lage war super - in 2 Minuten war man am Boulevard und am Strand. Das Hotel ist mega-sauber und das Personal superfreundlich, auf deutsche Gäste komplett eingestellt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Die Betten waren bequem und der Balkon schön groß und gut möbliert.
Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig: man hört den Fernseher aus dem Nachbarzimmer und die Nachbarn schnarchen und husten! Beim Frühstück sind die Getränke aus den Automaten echt schlecht.
