Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, Die Dusche könnte mal ne Überholung gebrauchen, Spinnweben sichtbar und auch einige spinnen in den ecken,

They accomodated my request for an accessible room due to PWD.

It was near the SM and accessible around the area.

Rooms were bit shabby and old, needs some renovation as the glass in the bathroom were you supposedly put the toothbrush was no longer intact on the wall. The TV was old and not have much options to watch.

Sink in the CR is very slow to drain. Maybe needs declogging

Surprisingly amazing, Our stay at O HOTEL was exceptional. I did not expect that much with regards to accommodation, But the staff were friendly and the room was beyond comfortable. The location is very convenient with no traffic congestion! I love the parking area of the Hotel so convenient . Thank you O HOTEL Bacolod - for providing a home beyond my home.

The staff was the best we've encountered and cleanliness was outstanding. We travel to and from Bacolod every few months and our biggest issue has been cleanliness & water pressure. Out of our last 5 stays in Bacolod, O Hotel is the best. Great helpful staff, clean room, and great water pressure with hot water!

The WiFi was Under Repair. Luckily we still had some Load on our Sim. Everything else was 5/5.

I like the location and their parking area.

Their breakfast buffet is not worth it. They only have the same food two days straight and only egg, chorizo pakbet. How can someone eat pakbet on breakfast? I was somehow expecting choices of ham, egg, spam or corned beef or bacon rather than pakbet? And you can't even order ala carte if they are serving breakfast buffet which I find unreasonable given the choices of food.

My 5th stay at the o HOTEL. Great hotel with fantastic staff and excellent cleaners. Always a friendly lot of staff in every department and that's the reason I always return.

Was an overall great stay! Just minor things like no hot water for the first couple of days, WiFi cuts sometimes. They were doing maintenance and upgrades the whole time, so I look forward to seeing how it changes! 😊

Awesome hotel and stay overall. This was an unexpected God-send since we booked last minute and all other known hotels were already full. It is near everything we needed - SM Mall, Ayala Malls, eats, etc. Between its location and Grab, everything was between 5 to 15 minutes away :) They serve awesome food - give their carbonara a try!!! Staff is very accommodating, supportive, and flexible. This will be a consideration once more next time we are back :)

Breakfast was good and the staff especially in the restaurant are very helpful. Service was excellent with a smile.

Booking through booking.com & choose deluxe double room. Upon arrival we were given a twin room which was apparently “deluxe double” Since we have a child with us, we had to upgrade & paid extra ☹️

The breakfast was great, lots of choices, waiters were friendly and accommodating.

They are renovating and lots of noise during the day. The room looks worn down. Linens have spots and were itchy. The toilet and shower looks old so makes it look unclean. My family wasn’t comfortable, we ended up not staying the second night.

When in Bacolod, O Hotel has always been in my top 3 hotels. Not only are they affordable, but the place & facitilities ARE SPOTLESS! Location is perfect (downtown area surrounded by grocery shops, malls, restaurants). And the staff is highly commendable.

The room is smaller than I thought and it was a bit expensive getting that for a night.

Stayed here July 10/23. Prior to booking, I checked accessibility as my mom has limited mobility and requires a walker. Upon arrival, elevator was not in service and had not been for a while. This info should’ve been changed on the site. They did change our room from 3rd floor to 2nd, which still posed difficulty for my mom, but I did appreciate it. The rooms are old, bathroom has mold, A/C was noisy, and Wi-Fi was nonexistent (apparently, that was down as well), dirty floors, some garbage left by previous occupants, curtains were filthy, windows were smeared, walls are dirty & thin. I don’t expect much, just a clean simple room. The price was above average for this city. Although the staff was good, I would not recommend staying here if any of the above is a concern for you when staying in a hotel.

Bathroom dirty and stinky.too many questions by the housekeeper.they gave us a hard time before they finally decided to move us into a different room..will never stay at this hotel..avoid this hotel at all costs..

1. My dirty plates and silverware sat in front of me for hours. 2. They did not ask if my food and drink was okay. 3. They never came back to offer more water, or dessert. 4. They never brought my bill

Limited toiletries

The hotel is in downtown part of the city. Not far from shopping malls and the Ceres Bus Terminal. The restaurant’s food was good. Staff are excellent. Room is okay, nothing posh but it’s clean. It’s right for the price we paid per night.

We recently stayed 2 nights at the O Hotel in Bacolod. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the breakfast was great and the service was top notch!!! The hotel was under going renovation but it didn’t bother us at all. If the staff had not informed us, we wouldn’t have known it. We will absolutely stay here the next time we’re in Bacolod.

Very convenient location, great in-house dining options, very near Virgie's and downtown, great staff. Would definitely stay again.

It was a 3 star hotel when I book there But in shower and toilet was there leak and water in the dry area The painting fall of the wall No coffee or tea at the room Not posible to get a beer or drink avter 10 in evening This was a bad experiance I have live at several 3 star hotel, also in Bacolod . This was my be a 1 star hotel

People friendly atmosphere, awesome hotel staff.

The C.R. is not clean. Found plenty cockroaches. Also the water cannot subside when you take a bath There were also no toiletries and slippers provided in our room.

Hotel.com say this is 3 star hotel It is not , it can not be Aircon makes noise like a boat engine Water leaks around the toilet It's dirty Painting in different place inside the room is removed Have not be painted formany years When I ask the staff if this is suppose to be like this They replay me with this is a 3 star hotel This is my most bad hotel ekperiance ever

The best hotel i’ve ever been privilege enough to stay at. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, hospitable and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bacolod city.

Kudos to the Ohotel Staff, from front desk to the bistro, to the maintenance. They are all accommodating and super friendly.. The room are clean too..Been staying here since July this year for my OBT, so far did not encounter troubles that aren't solve immediately. Thumbs up for this hotel management. 👍👍🥰

I stayed for 2 days and 1 night with this awsome hotel. The staff was very accommodating, and also their hotel amenities was very good. Highly recommend for bussines traveller. Lastly I really enjoy also their food at the Master's Resto Keep it up!! God bless you all.

Highly recommended Hotel in Bacolod City and very accessible. I was with my family the staff was very accommodating and approachable. Wifi connection is good and the food is excellent. Rooms are very clean. We will surely come again soon. :)

Whenever I'm in Bacolod, I always choose O Hotel because of the food it's so delicious (sarap balik balikan) they have an excellent customer service,their hotel staff are very kind and polite. Andito nga Ako Ngayon sa Bulacan and Ang Dami kaming food na namimiss sa kanila kaya pag bumalik man Ako sa Bacolod for vacation nasa top list ko Ang O Hotel talaga.

We needed a room in a hurry. With no reservations we went to the hotel and friendly employees helped us and we were able to get a room. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the on premises restaurant is great the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Spend two nights at this hotel. The place has its own parking area. There is security and staff all the time. The rooms were clean and had adequate bathrooms. Refrigerator and good air conditioner included but only works when the room card is left in the slot. Breakfast was included in my reservation. There was a good selection of food including an omelet station. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is located in the city and is close enough to a lot of businesses. Airport ride was not long here even with traffic.

Sky Cable Not Working! High speed wifi not true super slow! On our 3rd day wifi not working at all. No slippers. Not good if you need a place to stay especially if your working and need access to internet.

Wifi didn't work in the first room we were in so they moved us to another room where the wifi also didn't work. The TV wasn't working either. They put us on the third floor and the elevator wasn't working. Onsite parking was nice and the room was old but ok. Good location close to shopping and restaurants.

Kudos to the staff, housekeeping and security team for making Transcom’s stay during our ECQ Camp In very warm and worthwhile. Everyone’s approachable and accommodating, even the Manager herself! Keep it up! Until next time.

Arrived Bacolod at 3 in the morning. My friends were already checked in. Wasn't expecting much from a quick stop hotel, but this place is definitely up there. It's not the fanciest, but it's way above average. We were in a twin bed room, and it wasn't bad at all. It was a tiny room, but not cramped at all. Would reco for quick hops or if you plan to go around the city for the day and just need a really good room to sleep in for the night.

I’m just grateful & thankful to Ms. Naty Sy & family & the entire O Hotel Staff of Bacolod City, for the gracious hospitality, excellent service & great accommodation while I was there. Special mention to Ms. Tata for her remarkable personality & presence throughout my stay. She's always around to help me with anything. As in anything! Ang galing ni Tata! The Master’s Cafe, The Front Desk, The Security, The Housekeeping, everyone just made my stay so special & memorable. Truly everyone made O home away from home. Surely I’ll be recommending O Hotel to friends coming over to the City of Smiles. Praying & hoping for more success in your future endeavors. Bacolod is blessed to have you! Excellent location, staff and amenities. Customer Service has been exceptional, and easily matches the many 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

Very clean, but there is a difference in the level of customer service and friendliness between the day and afternoon/evening staff

Had a little problem regarding reservations of function rooms. Contract wasn't sent. Turns out a contract and an events sheet is different. Had to pay additional for equipments. The hospitality is good and the rooms are decent. But misunderstanding woth their liaison for functions is a little bit off

This was our oasis for 5 nights. The staff were great, both at the front desk and and the restaurant. The rooms were clean. The breakie had plenty of choices with the variety of soup and generosity of omelette some of the favourites. The mango shake after a long day in the elements was awesome. The water and ice was totally safe to drink. Would definitely stay here again.

Most downtown hotels are average at best. So this one was a surprise, even if service was hit and miss. Guard upon arrival mught as well have been not there. Guest intake was quick and smooth. Wifi was good even in the room. The room was ok even if the hot shower was problematic. Breakfast was so-so, saved by an egg station. Guard upon departure was very helpful and courteous. And the location was good for nite life Will be back!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and smells fresh. the location is great as it is near commercial establishments and very accessible. It will be a more satisfying stay next time if they can have a bidet in the toilet.

Very accomodating. They allowed my husband to do early check-in. They also let us leave our luggage even if we already checked-out. Accesible to public transpo.
