Die Villa Ucci hat unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft und der wunderschöne Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Bett äußerst bequem. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und den herrlichen Blick auf den See. Der Gastgeber Danilo ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück sind sehr praktisch.

Villa Ucci to magiczne miejsce.... wszyscy o tym piszą i trochę bałam się rozczarowania, ale przyjazd tutaj był najlepszą decyzją! Okolice jezior Como są dość tłoczne z dużą ilością turystów, ale tu....można zapomnieć o wszystkim i się relaksować! nie zapomnij zabrać dobrej książki, bo czekają na Ciebie leżaki i hamak w pięknym ogrodzie. Weź buty do wody, karimatę i parasol od słońca, bo jest tu sekretne przejście na kamienistą plażę :) Villa zachwyca wystrojem, ciszą i elegancją, Danilo jest znakomitym gospodarzem, od początku poczuliśmy się zaopiekowani. Danilo przygotowuje wspaniałe śniadania w ogrodzie. Zazwyczaj jest sześcioro gości. Na miejscu są tylko 3 piękne pokoje - to ogromny atut. Kilka porad: wybierając się do Bellagio korzystaj z transportu publicznego. przystanek autobusowy jest przy samej Villi, a autobusy kursują raz na godzinę. Wybierając autobus oszczędzisz sobie trudnych manewrów mijania z dużymi samochodami na wąskich drogach tuż nad przepaścią. Poza tym, bardzo trudno o miejsce parkingowe. Przy Villi Ucci jest parking gdzie warto odstawić samochód na cały pobyt. W Onno są też wspaniałe restauracje. Szczególnie upodobaliśmy sobie Al Batel z lokalną kuchnią. Przyjeżdżajcie i wypoczywajcie! warto!

Location was wonderful with access to a private beach

Gem find in Lake Como! Perfect "off the beaten path" tucked away in Onno, we came via car and rented a Vespa for easy access around the lake. Danilo shared advance information of our visit that helped plan, drives around the lake, pre-bookings for tours, boat rental and the vespa idea! This was the best part of our Italy/Switzerland trip this summer. Breakfast was perfect, room, arranging parking onsite, helping to book restaurants - everything was great. Also this place is right next to the ferry which we took a few times. Thank you for making it perfect for us.

L'adresse indiquait n°141 alors que le portail pour rentrer dans la villa est au n°139. Le tarif est un peu cher mais comme tout aux alentours du lac de Côme.

Tout était parfait, Danilo est un hôte extraordinaire . Un séjour hors du temps, agréable de retrouver la villa après le tumulte des visites. L’accès direct à la plage est un bonus.

We stayed at Villa Ucci for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The location is excellent, only a 10–15 minute drive to the center of Bellagio. The villa is beautiful, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved the private beach and the delicious breakfast, which was excellent every morning. Everything exceeded our expectations. Danillo was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Villa Ucci to anyone visiting the area!

Wirklich schöne Villa mit direktem Blick auf den Comer See. Der private Strandabschnitt war leicht zu erreichen. Die Qualität des Zimmers ganz toll gewesen, ebenfalls die Kommunikation mit Danilo der uns super bei dem ganzen Aufenthalt unterstützt hat. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker gewesen es hat an nichts gefehlt, einfach zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die sehr schönen Tage dort.

Villa Ucci is located in a great location, almost no tourism, very quiet and private. The owner Danilo is very helpful and nice. Automatic gates, parking space, villa with an interesting history, authentic, preserved furniture and decoration elements, paintings, books from 1907. Very cozy and interesting. got a room with a balcony on the second floor, amazing views. Breakfast was great, we swam in the lake, we have nothing to add and maybe we will come back here next year with the children. I highly recommend it.

Alles! Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit einem atemberaubenden Garten zum Wohlfühlen. Der See lädt schon morgens zum Baden ein. Ein idyllisches Erlebnis. Danilo ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Wenn Danilo für uns abends noch kochen würde, würden wir bei ihm einziehen. 😉

La città è magnifica, la camera è pulita con una splendida vista dal balcone! Ci si sente davvero benissimo. Ha pensato a tutti i dettagli, persino allo struccante per le donne. Abbiamo avuto anche bottiglie d’acqua e una colazione incredibile al mattino accompagnata dal canto degli uccelli. È possibile anche avere accesso a una spiaggia privata. Senza parlare del proprietario, che è stato super accogliente, disponibile e gentile!! Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo anche ai nostri cari.

We enjoyed everything very much. Location, view of the lake and mountains! Birdsong and an abundance of greenery and flowers! The room was on the 2nd floor with a beautiful balcony where you can go out to sit in an armchair! The house itself is very authentic, with vintage furniture, but with a fresh renovation in san. A place where everything was very convenient ! You can get to Bellagio by bus - several stops, but you don't have a car. It took us 15 minutes to get there by car! The villa has on-site parking. There is also a private beach where you can retire. There is a cafe within 5 minutes to have lunch or dinner. The breakfast in the villa is very homemade and delicious in the morning! We will definitely come back

Danilo was a fabulous host and made sure we were catered for at all times. The villa is located within walking distance of the town of Onno which has several restaurants and a ferry service to other parts of the lake. We had a great time here.

I would have appreciated better quality amenities and more attention to details in the services/decore/amenities provided. We left early, so we skipped breakfast included. We were not offered any breakfast takeaway bag.

A most lovely estate in the most lovely part of Lago Como. Donilo was a perfect host!

Místo je úchvatné - vila v krásné zahradě s vyhlídkou na jezero a vrcholky Bergamských Alp. Ve vesnici vzdálené 300 metrů je velmi dobrá restaurace a několik barů a pizzerií. Dobré spojení do Bellagia a Lecca, buď autobusem nebo lodí. Pokoj je vybaven starším nábytkem, je v něm málo úložného prostoru. Snídaně jsou dobré a personál velmi ochotný. Vila má vlastní přístup na pláž.

Vzhledem k nedostatečnému úložnému prostoru není pokoj příliš pohodlný. Cena vychází spíš z atraktivnosti místa, než z kvality ubytování.

Super mooi gelegen aan het Comomeer en met een heerlijk vers ontbijt begon de dag geweldig. Host Danillo is ontzettend aardig en zorgt ervoor dat alles naar je zin is. Wat een super service. Danillo had ook goede tips voor restaurants en activiteiten in de omgeving. In één woord: GENIETEN!

Er was helemaal nergens iets op aan te merken.

Nagyon szép helyen van 🌞😊 igaz az út mellett de mégis lehet pihenni ! Nagyon ízléses a berendezés és az udvar az igazi gyöngyszem! A part gyönyörű és csodás a víz ! Sajnos kavicsos nagyon vízi cipő javasolt 😆

Esetleg lehetne a szobákhoz egy egy partra vihető szék vagy nyugágy ! De semmi negatív nem volt !

The location is ideal to visit Lake Lecco and Como. I loved every peace of the place, the villa, the breakfast in the garden, the room with the beautiful view to the lake. Danilo is superkind, and gave all the necessary information to find the villa, and also tips for daytrips. I loved the private beach in front of the villa. Bellagio is 40 minutes on boat, the most beautiful boat trip of Europe.

All was perfect.

I liked absolutely everything about this property, from its location to its amenities. The house is filled with the history. There is a private lake beach just across the road where you can enjoy a moment of solitude as you meet the dawn.

Enjoying breakfast in the garden, with glimpses of the lake through the trees. The warm yellow of the house truly completes this beautiful, almost cinematic, landscape.

Thank you Villa Ucci for welcoming us into your family's lovely home by the lake. We were enchanted with Lake Como and especially enjoyed our stay at Villa Ucci. We look forward to returning to Villa Ucci and Lake Como next year! Villa Ucci is in an excellent location, with unobstructed views of the lake (except for a few trees). The proprietor is very helpful with great communication and is knowledgeable about the local area. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish we would have been able to stay longer. The rooms are limited, book early. Onsight parking is great if you're driving in.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the owner of this villa, Danilo. The care and attention to the guests were simply wonderful. It was truly a beautiful place to stay. We were looking for a house with history by the lake, and this one exceeded our expectations. The house is remarkably well-preserved, and its rich historical character left a deep impression on us. We especially appreciated the document sharing the history of the villa and recommendations for things to do in the area—it was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The garden was simply beautiful and very picturesque, a perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. Reaching the villa without a car was surprisingly easy. You can easily get here by ferry, which made our arrival very smooth and convenient. We will definitely be back—it’s a place we look forward to returning to!

Our stay at Villa Ucci offered beautiful views and was enhanced by the helpfulness of Danilo the host. The check-in process and reception were good. Danilo had proactively sent us a detailed explaining precisely how to get to the Villa and how to access the parking. The host's politeness and attentiveness were very commendable. A significant highlight was the clear and informative PDF document provided with recommendations and ideas for tours and attractions in the area. This was incredibly useful for planning our days. The location and accessibility of Villa Ucci were excellent for enjoying the surroundings.

Regarding room comfort, our room was on the second floor, and it's important to note that access is by stairs only. This is a point to consider for guests with mobility issues.

Our stay at Villa Ucci was brilliant. Danilo was an incredible host. He was very kind and hospitable and was there for any needs. The morning breakfast was fabulous and the whole villa screams Italia. Easy in and out and they take care of the rooms very well. Love this place and would definitely go back.

This is a beautiful turn of the century villa in a great lakeside location meticulously maintained, tastefully furnished with antiques and with lovely gardens. The villa is a 5 minute walk to Onno, a pretty little village that is relatively peaceful with a handful of restaurants, yet only 20 minutes from the tourist hotspot of Bellagio. Danilo, the host, is very attentive and the breakfast spread just right. Ideal place to explore Lake Como from.

I would start first with Danilo, who is a very nice host and he is always trying to help and make you feel very welcomed. About the property...what can I say, the garden and the views are absolutely gorgeous, the breakfast very good as well....location was perfect for us, being a not crowded area but with access to bus and ferry in case you don't want to use the car. Thank you Danilo for the wonderful time we've had there and hope to meet you again someday!

Next to the road that can be noisy. However, lake is right across the toad, so this is a premium location.

The hosts were charming and helpful. The villa was very comfortable and close to the lake and restaurants .

Danilo and Martina were the perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was great and we could either relax on the nice green property as well as the beach... You also have your private parking spot!

We had a wonderful stay here in villa ucci. The host Danilo is very kind, offers a great breakfast with multiple choices and if you ask him he will help you with everything. The room was lovely with a balcony facing the lake. There‘s also a private entry to the lake, a beautiful big garden and a public beach 20m away.

The property is a large, beautiful house built in the 1900s and has been designed to allow for guest rooms with their own bathroom. The views are simply stunning. The host is a very lovely human being and wants the best for all his guests.

Danilo was exceptional. The villa is stunning. If you want a Lake Como vibe you must choose this villa to stay in. Gardens are amazing, it has it's own beach so you can enjoy and is close to restaurants and other towns. Only 14 minute drive to Bellagio. The room was perfect, comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom both with balconies overlooking the lake. It was marvelous! The breakfast provided in the mornings is also delicious with fresh ingredients. Thanks Danilo for such a great stay.

Danilo has been the best host we have had in all our travels. Villa Ucci was a great location to explore lake Como from with restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The accommodation was extremely clean , we had a large light filled room with a balcony on the first floor, central heating, bed was very comfortable with great views of the lake and mountains. Bathroom modern clean. Nice thoughtful touches like bottled still or sparkling water , tea/ coffee making facilities with little treats for us . Delicious breakfast with Danilo who catered to our preferences. Loved our stay here.

Wife and I had an amazing stay there. The host, Danilo, was so nice, responsive and helpful. His home was beautiful with amazing views of the lake and mountain, and the bedroom was very comfortable with blackout shutters and usb-c charging. One of our best stays in Italy, we wished we had stayed more nights!

Danilo was so friendly and helpful. He was very responsive to all of our questions and was proactive in preparation of our arrival. He made sure we knew how to get to the Villa and was very accommodating when our times tables had to shift. His Villa is amazing! Incredible views of the lake, the property is welcoming and maliciously maintained with a relaxing vibe. Onno is a skip away and we had the most amazing dinner in town watching the moon rise over the lake. It was like out of a movie. Onno is small, sleepy and romantic. There is legit hiking all behind the town on the mountain with well marked trails that will provide stunning views if you can get to the top. Getting to the other towns is simple via fairy and the ride will not disappoint. We drove and the property has parking and is totally safe. Our room looked over the lake and it was magical. Can't say enough about it.

Everything was absolutely fabolous!!

The garden is majestic! Having breakfast early in the morning facing the neatly kept landscape was a true winner for us. We also loved how pretty and peaceful the room was and must I say how good it smelled too. Danilo and his wife were absolutely lovely, it was easy to contact them whenever necessary.

A small reminder that the Villa is next to the road so it may be noisy at times if you open up the windows, but it wasn’t a bother for us we enjoyed the view and the terrace nonetheless

This villa is a gem. Danilo is a kind, helpful, and has a wonderful sense of humour. He gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation and was always keen to meet our requests, making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He was easily contactable both before and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the gardens/villa beautiful. The rooms had modern bathroom, great water pressure, and lots of original features and character. The beach is a stone's throw away and very peaceful. I cant wait to go back!

Danilo was aware that the occasional noise of cars from the road at night was disruptive at times and had done his best to minimise this, including changing the windows! The only suggestion I have is perhaps installing air conditioning so that the windows can be kept closed at night.

Beautiful villa with history, quiet garden with stunning view cared with love. We had a room with a romantic balcony overlooking the lake. I felt like Juliet asking my husband to recite a poem to me under that balcony like Romeo. :) Room was lovely, modern bathroom, comfy bed, breakfast in garden...oh, what a great time we had there! Danillo was very kind, he sent us info how to reach villa in advance and he also prepared a very useful guide for local best. Thanks a lot, Danillo!

Beautiful luxurious villa with antique furniture and newer parts designed with respect to the character of the house. Big lush green gardens and wonderful setting next to the lake and the hills. Danilo is a wonderful host who makes you feel welcome immediately.
