飯店對面看起來像是小型的海水浴場，有人會在堤防邊散步，也看到有人下水，大門口左轉一分鐘有一家小小的cu，再往前走一點點會有星巴克，飯店櫃檯人員友善，停車場位置很多很好停～

Ogólnie obiekt jest fajny i ma potencjał. Przydało by się jednak gruntowne sprzątanie i odświeżenie powierzchni, zwłaszcza w łazienkach i na górze w części z basenem.

Siłownia bardzo słaba - mało sprzętu i miejsca do ćwiczeń. Maksymalnie może być używana przez 2 osoby, przy większej ilości jest niekomfortowo. Dodatkowo brak klimatyzacji. Basen infinity bardzo zaniedbany. Szyby które miały dawać efekt tego "infinity" były tak brudne ze po prostu tego efektu nie było. Po za tym widać, że basen ma już lata świetności za sobą - przydałby się remont. Czystość łazienek - niesety w naszej była pleśń na fugach.

Hotel is schoon en outdoor zwembad is fantastisch.

Wirlpool im Schlafzimmer, Ausblick aufs Meer, viel Platz, großes Bad, gutes Bett, Balkon. Frühstück war Mega! Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Teilweise ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Świetny widok z okna, okolica spokojna.

Personel mógłby lepiej znać angielski ;). Basen mógłby być bardziej zadbany.

Tout était parfait. Personnel à l'écoute très professionnel. Chambres spacieuses.

Die Lage des Hotels war super und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und die Fotos entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit. Interieur veraltet. Toilette war undicht und von der Decke rieselt die Farbe beim Duschen.

1층에 투썸있는데 아메리카노 1+1 쿠폰 줌. 다른 호텔 가면서 마시기 편했음.

방 안에 욕조가 있는게 습기괸리 빡세겠다 싶었는데 커튼에 곰팡이 펴있음. 화장실은 타일이 군데군데 들떠있어서(특히 어매니티 거치 선반과 수전 부분) 툭 치면 소리남. 물도 계속 들어가는 부위인데 조만간 떨어질듯. 그리고 배관이 어떻게 된건진 몰라도 오래된 빌라 보일러 고장났을때 들리는 하이톤의 소음이 계속 나서 잠을 못잠. 새벽 1시 넘어갈때 소리 안나는걸로 봐서 타 객실에서 물 쓰면 나는 소리라고 추측. 비바람 치는 날씨에 너무 늦은 시간이니 그냥 잤지 진짜 최악이었음. 다시는 안감.

가성비 좋은 숙소로 인피티니풀까지 있어 좋은 시간 보낼 수 있었습니다. 주위 가게나 편의점도 가까이 있고 멀지 않은 곳에 유명 맛집들도 있어서 이동하기에도 충분히 좋았다고 생각됩니다.

인피티니풀 유아 및 아동 이용 시간이 지켜줬으면 좋겠습니다. 인피티니풀 깊이가 유아 및 아동이 사용하기에는 깊어 주의할 수 있도록 안내하고 물속 찌든때가 떠다녀 보기 좋지 않았습니다.

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Jeju. This one is fairly average—not the best, but not the worst either. One clear positive is the ocean view right next to the hotel, which we really enjoyed. Housekeeping was done when requested, and the basics were handled well. We also want to highlight one excellent staff member (unfortunately standing out among less pleasant interactions). He is an older gentleman with glasses, short hair, and speaks good English and Korean. We encountered him twice, once during our 3pm check-in and once in the evening when booking breakfast. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, and provided guidance in a very welcoming way when we requested for one. It was a pleasant experience, and we hope other staff members can learn from his professionalism.

The hotel itself was fine and met our needs, but several staff interactions made the stay uncomfortable. Before check-in, we arrived an hour early to leave our luggage (as instructed after booking). Although no other guests were waiting, staff ignored us briefly and immediately stated “check-in is at 3pm” in a dismissive tone before asking why we were there. While the issue was minor, the attitude felt unnecessarily condescending. The most concerning experience happened at breakfast. My wife went down alone with our three-year-old. Although walk-in breakfast is allowed by providing the room number, the staff member questioned her in a rude manner and handled the table setting roughly when escorting her. This felt disrespectful and uncalled for. At checkout, we reported this issue and asked twice for corporate contact information, but the request was ignored. An apology was offered, which we appreciated, but the lack of follow-up or transparency was disappointing. Overall, the hotel itself was acceptable, but the repeated unfriendly staff interactions left a negative impression and could be handled much more professionally. P.S.- they have roach spray in closet of the hotel... we didn't see any roaches, but closed our luggage for safety when we left the hotel room

조식은 샐러드나 양식위주 식단은 잘 나오는 편. 직원들 친절하고 숙소가 전체적으로 깨끗하고 공항에서 위치 가깝고 전체적으로 만족함. 그리고 오션뷰 좋고, 인티니티풀 이용 봇 한게 아쉬움

조식의 음식 가짓수가 다양하지 않고 한식 구성이 좀 아쉬움

Good view of the coast! And the staff were accommodating to our request.

Really need a car to get around Jeju and to reach this hotel!

The breakfast was amazing, had so much variety in soups and local food but also a lot of western options. The bed was really comfortable and the view from our room, we just loved waking up to it!

Unfortunately, we couldn‘t attend on our second day to breakfast, we asked if it is possible to get a refund or maybe a voucher instead at the cafeteria downstairs, the staff declined our question not really friendly. It would have only been nice and we were okay with a friendly no.

Personnel

It was nice to have room service, and the sea view was beautiful. There was a swimming pool and breakfast, but unfortunately I couldn't use it. The spacious room and the bathroom with good water pressure were very good.

It's not a friendly feeling, it's a rigid check-in and check-out. There is no towel hanger in a typical hotel. There is no space or furniture for makeup.

A little old for a four star hotel

Airco en bubbelbad in de kamer. Parkeerruimte voor onze huur auto.

Hard bed en te zachte kussens. Daarnaast heeft het hotel een flinke opfrisbeurt nodig, het is allemaal wat gedateerd. Het ontbijt was te weinig internationaal. Het zwembad ziet er zeker niet zo uit als op de foto’s. Het personeel achter de receptie spreekt slecht Engels en verwijst daardoor alles door naar derden.

Modern decor and lovely swimming pool

L’hôtel est vraiment en face de la mer ce qui est vraiment plaisant. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est vraiment un bon rapport qualité/prix. Le spa dans la chambre était vraiment un gros plus. Vous avez une supérette à côté qui peut dépanner parfois. Les bus sont à proximité, ou sinon taxi toujours disponible en bas de l’hôtel.

바앞에 바로 호텔이 있어서 좋았고 시설들이 너무 청결했다. 프론트 데스크 직원들도 매우 친절하였으며 위치가 매우 좋다. 다음에도 다시 방문예정이다.

Établissement un peu ancien qui pourrait avoir besoin d une rénovation. Le lit n’est pas confortable celui ci semble avoir été trop usé. Les chambres proches de l ascenseur sont à éviter un vrai problème d’isolation du bruit et insupportable la nuit et le matin quand des clients de l’hôtel parlent fort en attendant l’ascenseur

Great stay in jeju. Close to beaches and coffee shops in walking distance. Breakfast was great.

The hotel does not match the price at all. The overall impression is not pleasant, except for a nice hot tub and kind staff. I was given a room right by the elevator where there was constant noise and people walking around. When I entered the room it had a strange smell in it. The room had very poor noise insulation - you could hear noises both outside the door and from the upper floors very early in the morning (I don't understand what they were doing at 5-6am). All this could have been compensated by a comfortable bed, but it was very old and the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the air conditioner is located right above the bed and blows into your legs very hard. All in all the sleep was terrible.

바다가 보이는 자쿠지에서 몸을 쉴 수 있다는 것이 너무 좋아요. 인피니티 풀은 음... 일단 가족여행이 많아서 그런지 아이들이 많았구요, 저녁 8시 이후에는 어른들만 이용할 수 있어서 그 때는 조용하니 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 배달음식을 시킬 수 없다는 호텔의 규정이 있어서 불편할 거라 생각했는데, 호텔 내 서비스로 주문하는 치킨이나 음식들도 투숙객 할인 쿠폰을 통해서 저렴하게 먹을 수 있으니 좋네요. 투썸 커피 1+1 쿠폰도 조식 먹고 난 뒤에 잘 활용했구요 음... 조식도 아주 좋습니다. 가격대비 최상급이라고 생각이 들었네요.

Check in is 3pm. We arrived at 3:15 and had to wait until 4pm because room wasn’t ready. They offered us two Americano coffee from the Twosome Place. I did not feel like this was enough to compensate for an hour of waiting so I asked how much do they charge for late check out? The front desk guy then processed to offer us 1 hour late check out which didn’t help us because our flight was at 1:50pm the day of check out. So they offered us a free cabana spot at their infinity pool- we agreed to this but ended up not booking a cabana. Their infinity pool is not really an infinity pool, more of just an above ground pool. The windows around the rooftop and pool were so dirty you could barely even see out of them, and full of spiders and spider webs. Mind you they were only going to give us two Americanos before we spoke up so make sure you say something like f this happens to you. Once we were told our room was ready we headed to it. Room was nice, just kind of out dated. Old lamps and shower looked like it had seen better days. Being in the room for only 5 minutes and then this housekeeper guy just walks right in and comes in the bathroom while I’m peeing. Seems like he was going to give towels he forgot to put in the bathroom. He quickly left and apologized but damn what a bad check in experience. We stayed in an ocean view suit with a jetted bathtub which was nice. Room service food was good. Stingy with their towels and the towels always smelt like mildew.

The rooms were good sized- but generally on expensive side. The place had a bit of a cosmetic French vibe which felt out of place for an island.

Overall, we were pleased and could stay again. The #1 compliant is the room was hot and humid. It was better to be in the common areas or even outside in the shade. I called several times about the A/C the first night. They offered a change of rooms or “renting” a fan. My next biggest concern was the property doesn’t allow outside food, forcing us to either purchase from the facility (which had limited hours) or eating out at other restaurants.

The rooms with hot tubs and the rooftop pool. Aewol is a great location. Breakfast has a good variety of foods.

足やお腹が虫にさされたように痒くなった。1階の部屋であった。毛布のダニ駆除が必要かもしれない。 リゾートとしては、大きすぎすよかった。 朝食は、美味しかった。

That the rooms were beautiful and big enough for a family of 4 The location outside was extremely beautiful and scenic and many nice cafes and restaurants just along the roads outside.

Good location and the staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Reception staff spoke English, which was helpful. Pool is heated to a warm temperature, which was nice because it ended up being pretty cold during our trip. There's a coffee shop downstairs and restaurant upstairs, so it was convenient to stay in/near the hotel.

Facilities overall felt dated; didn't really look like the photos.

체크인해주신 분 외에 서비스 많이 부족한 상태고 체크아웃 때 주변 맛집 추천 요청드렸는데 추천할 수 없다고ㅠ하네요. 객실 화장실 따뜻한 물 반대 방향으로 설치되어 한 참 기다리다고 전화했더니 말씀해주셨어요. 벽면 전기 콘센트에 드라이기 꽃을 때 커버 떨어지고 전기 나와서 좀 놀랬어요. 좋은 점: 1. 체크인해주신 직원 분 2. 루프탑풀 - 따뜻하고 저녁 8시 후 성인 전용이라 완전 좋았어요! 3. 객실 넓어서 셋이서 투숙하기에 너무 편했어요. 오션호텔 찾다보니 여기로 나와서 예약하고 갔는데 제 잘못으로 객실은 산방향으로 (주차장뷰) 예약하는 바람에 많이 아쉬웠지만 이틀내내 거의 외부 일정 있어서 뷰 때문에 큰 불편없이 잘 지냈습니다. 다음에 갈 생각 없지만 급여행으로써 전체적으로 만족하고 보내왔습니다.

Love the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and lawn. Ample parking for those who drive. Also lots of Instagrammable spaces at the hotel / cafe which makes the space fun to explore. And the gorgeous sea view, of course.

Should provide dressing table and full length mirror. Also lacking in amenities like complimentary coffee and tea.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the private heated pool — a true luxury, especially during our rainy stay. It made the whole experience feel special and relaxing.

Wonderful place for kids. The pool was great and warm, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was good and abundant. And the staff was very friendly. Our kids told us to give it the highest grade possible.
