Le rapport qualité/prix dépend de la chambre. Notre conseil est de confirmer en fonction de la chambre proposée. Le 3ème étage n'est pas la meilleure option.

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt. 5 min von der Metro-Station Bolhao entfernt, von der man auch direkt sowohl zum Bahnhof Campanhã als auch zum Flughafen fahren kann. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Wasser. Allesamt sehr freundliche Hotelangestellte, tolles Frühstück. Es gibt keinen Personenlift (aber für die Koffer außer für die ersten 20 Stufen), worauf man aber vorher zweimal vom Betreiber per Mail hingewiesen wird. Unser Zimmer war ganz leicht hellhörig, deswegen ist es keine 10 geworden. Ich würde trotzdem jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

The property was very centrally located and made it easy to walk to everything. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous modern vintage vibe. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable and no street noise. We enjoyed our stay in Porto very much and would definitely recommend this place for an authentic Porto experience.

The street door to the property is a little hard to find but once you know it is there it’s easy. Those who cannot climb stairs should not really stay at this gorgeous house style property.

We loved everything about the hotel, the room was extremely clean, comfortable and very central. Julius on reception went above and beyond - so helpful and full of information. Carla and Liliana in the breakfast area were 2 lovely ladies, ready to help with breakfast as well as when we were leaving. Thank you all for an amazing stay in Porto.

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt . Gegen über der Markthalle . Man kann von hieraus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war ausreichend und alles frisch zubereitet.

Super Lage, tolle Details und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Karla sehr hilfsbereit beim Frühstücks-Buffet.

Eine Etage mussten die Koffer bis zur Rezeption hochgetragen werden. Das war aber von der Buchung her schon bekannt.

O Hotel nao tem elevador e tem muuuitas escadas. Cheguei ao porto de carro e tive dificuldade de encontrar onde estacionar, mas acabou dando certo - tem um estacionamento grande perto. Esqueci um carregador de celular na tomada elétrica do quarto, mas percebi apenas quando já estava na estrada de volta a Lisboa. No entanto, havia deixado as malas no hotel após o check-out e, ao retornar antes da partida, não foi identificado pela arrumação do quarto o item esquecido (poderia ter sido devolvido naquele momento).

Stairs! There is no lift and you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to reception then more stairs to the bedrooms. The hairdryer was poor quality and stopped working after a while.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Julio von der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat uns viele Tips gegeben.

Die Holztreppe und der Boden ist extrem laut. Man hört am Abend jeden Schritt aus anderen Zimmern und auch vorm Hotel ist es extrem laut. Ohrstöpsel sind zu empfehlen!! Das Frühstück ist den Preis nicht wert. Das Personal muss man suchen, um Eier zu bestellen. Es sind rundherum viele Bäckereien und Cafés, also das Frühstück würde ich nicht mehr buchen.

Sehr netter Empfang von Soraia mit Tee und Gebäck, da wir sehr früh im Hotel ankamen. Später, als wir Tipps für die Stadt bekommen haben, gab es Portwein und etwas Biskuit dazu. Trotz direkter Lage ruhiger Schlaf bei geschlossenen Fenstern möglich. Das Frühstück war lecker, ausreichend und sogar Hafer- oder Mandelmilch erhältlich. Hervorzuheben die Freundlichkeit und der Service aller Mitarbeiter!

Upon arrival, Julius Ceasar welcomed us in Reception and could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room and lounge area were quirky, artsy and classy. Great view of the Bolhau market facade. Central location.The whole place was spotlessly clean. Modern facilities. Soraia was very friendly in breakfast and brought us some rabanada (which she had just made) to sample. It was delicious. She later brought us the recipe.

Some people would find all the stairs difficult - but it is stated clearly when you try to book.

Assenza di ascensore come segnalato ma nessun disagio anche perché le valigie vengono trasferite ai piani tramite un montacarichi. Camera molto bella, pulita, letto comodissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale a Cesar per la disponibilità e i tanti consigli utili e a Soraya per la gentilezza.

We had a wonderful stay at B The Guest. Cesar welcomed us, helped us with our luggage and shared great tips for visiting the city. Thank you again! The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The location was great. Definitely a place to stay.

If I would have to say something, the sign saying that eggs were included during breakfast was a bit small, and we did not see it. But not a big deal, really.

La ubicación es excepcional y a pesar de estar en una zona concurrida no se percibe desde la habitación, lo cual permite el descanso perfectamente.

The welcome of Cesar was amazing and he helped us with telling us about art and architectural spots especially Serralves an incredible art gallery garden with an exhibition of Frank Ghery … we were blown away .. The location opposite the market is superb.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Vom Rezeptionisten haben wir viele tolle Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Ausflügen und Restaurants bekommen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage des Hotels.

La stanza era al terzo piano e senza ascensore. Non si poteva aprire la finestra perché dava sul cortile interno con odori di cucina tutto il giorno.

Il n’y pas d’ascenseur, le petit déjeuner est très bon, on y trouve des produits frais et fait maison mais le choix reste succinct.

We absolutely loved the outstanding staff, who felt more like genuine friends than hotel employees. They helped us map out our daily plans, hosted a unique Port wine tasting, and were incredibly caring when our eight-year-old daughter fell ill during an intense European heatwave. The thoughtful room surprises made us feel so welcomed. The delicious, made-to-order breakfast was the hit of our entire Portugal trip, the homemade jam was incredible, and having custom-made eggs and coffee meant nothing went to waste. My parents actually produce their own olive oil and are extremely picky, but they were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's own produced olive oil! The hotel’s artistic design and comfortable beds were a joy to return to, and the location could not be better; it is walking distance to everything, with both a pharmacy and a supermarket right next door. Plus, having a luggage elevator to haul our bags to the room once we made it to the lobby was a huge help.

We truly loved everything about our stay, so these notes are not complaints at all, but rather helpful tips worth mentioning for future travelers to plan smoothly! As clearly stated in the hotel description, the setup can be challenging if you have limited mobility or heavy luggage. Arrival by Uber or Bolt is tricky because the hotel is on a narrow, one-way, single-lane street where cars cannot easily stop. If arriving by Metro, the station is very close and an easy walk, though Porto’s cobblestone streets still make rolling multiple heavy bags a workout, we definitely recommend traveling light! Once at the hotel, entrance is via a small street door leading up a narrow staircase to the lobby, and there is no passenger elevator in the building. Lastly, despite keeping our windows closed during our early July stay, we noticed a few mosquitoes in our room, a minor detail we forgot to mention to the staff at the time, and something that certainly didn't take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.

Dopo l'accoglienza non abbiamo più visto nessuno alla reception per due giorni C'era un numero di telefono ma non è sempre facile telefonare all'estero. Ci aveva anche detto che ci faceva avere uno sconto per il parcheggio ma non l'abbiamo più visto. Nonostante questo la struttura è comoda per girare. Attenzione perché è tutta una scala senza ascensore, se si hanno problemi di mobilità non va bene

Ohh how much I loved this place! The location is exceptional, and there is so much charm and character there. The facilities are simple but the whole experience is just pure charm. The stuff was also super helpful and nice!

Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The laundry service was inexpensively priced and completed on time.

It was a little hard to find. The address was correct but the entrance is narrow and sandwiched in a row of buildings with not much distinguishing signage

Die Lage, die Lage und nochmals die Lage. Der Empfang mit Hilfe fürs Gepäck mittels des kleinen Aufzuges. Der offerierte Portwein mit hausgemachtem Kuchen beim Empfang im Salon mit vielen Empfehlungen.

Frühstücksauswahl ist etwas beschränkt und immer gleich. ZB Rühreier mit Speck oder ähnlich wäre schön. Parking gemäss Booking-HP ist vor Ort nicht vorhanden, sondern in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus 5 Min Gehdistanz. Rückfahrt vom Parkhaus bis Hotel dauert lange, da wegen Einbahnstrassen grosser Umweg gefahren werden muss.

Die Lage ist super. Der Frühstückservice hätte nicht besser sein können, super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen..

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, dadurch gab es viele Schrägen und niedrige Zimmerdecken.

The room neither the bathroom was not really clean. The house does not have lift and you have to climb up to 4th floor. The staff does not provide us enough shower gel or other facilities.

Allt, personalen, rummet, frukosten. Framför allt var läget underbart. Tänker er att bo nästan i hjärtat av Porto men ändå var det inte något som störde på nätterna. Att ha marknaden precis utanfördörren var ett stort plus.

Jag har inget negativt att säga om boendet. Överträffade mina förväntningar. Att kunna bo mitt i staden 3 min från tunnelbanan som tar en direkt till flygplatsen var också bättre en väntat.

There was noise from an upstairs guest. Maybe it need more acoustic barrier and toilet seat was broken and there were no tissues

The breakfast was nice and the morning I was leaving early they packed me a bag to take with me! They went above and beyond by making suggestions as to what to do around town. The owners are really helpful and wonderful people!! I felt really taken care of! I loved the room it felt so homey and comfortable and clean!!

Location good walking distance to most sights and main Rail station.

Viešbutis pranoko lūkesčius. Vieta - 10 balų. Šalia metro, kitoje kelio pusėje judrus turgus (jei norisi greitai užkąsti, atsigerti geros kavos). Viskas pasiekiama ranka - iki visų objektų tikrai nedaug kelio max 10min pėstute. Dieną žmonių labai daug, vakare - labai saugu. Buvome dvi moterys, jautėmės labai saugiai. Bet išties pats viešbutis - sužavėjo. Neturiu kito išsireiškimo. Ypatingai jaukus. Atmosfera, aplinka, dekoras - viskas puiku. Komunikacija dar prieš atvykstant - puiki. Registratūroje dirbantis vaikinas sužavėjo labiausiai. Jo dėka turėjome nuostabų vakarą mieste, jei ne jo patarimas nueiti tilto viršumi ir grįžti tilto apačia tikriausiai pirmą vakarą būčiau gavusi galą (išgelbėjo visą mūsų kelionę, visą vakarą mintyse dėkojau, kad pasakė kaip nueiti ir kaip pareiti pataupant savo kojas). Vakarienės vietos patarimai tikrai buvo puikūs. O į miestą išleido su sužymėtu žemėlapiu ir po taurės porto. Vienas puikiausių prisiminimų iš visos kelionės.

Fantástica ubicación, ideal para visitar la ciudad a pie. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y la decoración nos encantó, con mucho gusto y llena de pequeños detalles que hacen la estancia muy especial. El hotel tiene muchísimo encanto. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente: siempre amables, atentos y profesionales. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El desayuno es muy completo, variado y de gran calidad. Sin duda, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Si volvemos a Oporto, repetiremos.

Como aspecto a tener en cuenta, el edificio no dispone de ascensor. En nuestro caso no supuso ningún inconveniente, pero puede ser importante para personas con movilidad reducida. En cualquier caso, todos los aspectos positivos del hotel compensan con creces este pequeño detalle.
