.

N/a

It was ok for the price

Exelente ubicacion

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas

Precio razonable, bien ubicada y desayuno incluido.

Clean

Ninguno

Hotel is really nice and clean, people at the front desk are very helpful and attentive, the only negative thing for me was the breakfast, food is really not that good.

The staff very slow we reserved two rooms they only had one showed them the iternirary and they needed to find a room it took them a good hour we were tired wanted to rest

Very very very small

it is just ok

Rooms are spare, but clean, a nice family atmosphere

El check in fue lento

It's good, acceptable

I stayed with my family, staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Hotel was clean, quiet and safe.

The room was not very clean, the bathroom was very moldy and there was a lot of noise in the surroundings.

Staffs are very kind and friendly.

Friendly staff, Free Breakfast and free rides to el Zocalo and Basilica

Negative experience as a guest in One La Raza, even this is a budget hotel it is backed by Fiesta, so there were expectations about a clean and comfortable room. Service was horrible with other guests in my presence because the front desk does not speak English. The guard at the parking was not allowing to park my car because “it was full”, but parking had a lot of free space. The room was dirty, it looks like bed linen was not washed and changed after every customer, I found hairs in the bed and it was itchy. All the hallways and the rooms smell really bad.

Beds were tiny. The shower head wasn’t working well and the front receptionist with glasses wasn’t too nice . Breakfast was good . The driver for the shuttle was awesome .

Clean property and rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent

Awesome

The staff was good, i speak English and the stuff try to understand what i was say

One La Raza has been my choice for several years, for its excellent service, a good full breakfast, free transportation and laundry service, friendly staff like Monica from the Breakfast area, always very attentive, thank you

The parking lot it’s too narrow and a bit tricky to park a large car, however the parking staff is helpful but that is a low point. The bathroom has sewer odor at times due to poor ventilation, should be checked by maintenance. If you don’t mind that, then it a good option.

I have used One on several occasions in different states of Mexico and I do not need to look for another option, I feel comfortable, very clean, safe, the staff is super attentive and friendly.

Very amazing folks. Treated my fiancée with respect. I recommend this hotel.

I had a good experience in this hotel, they treated me well and Francisco, the driver of the Van of the hotel was available to take me to all the places I visit during my stay! He was really profesional and he gave me an Excellent customer service, I will also appreciated that the hotel included Free coffe free tea and free water 24 hours. also I like The breakfast included !! I will for sure come back to this hote in the future!

The staff was great. However the building smells like humidity. My original room had flooded. The carpet around the building had huge water stains. It was really hard to sleep and relax with humidity/mold smells around the entire building.

Everything was excellent from arrival at the hotel to departure.

We reserved three nights at this property. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel. I would have moved sooner, but it was late. The rooms are very small and the hotel is remote. They advertise a restaurant on the property, but it is only open to serve a delivered breakfast. Nothing after. When I asked about it, I was given a hotel driver to take me to the local mall to get food. He told me his name - Francisco - and said to call for a return ride to the hotel. At 2 pm, I called for a return ride and was hung up on three times because they do not speak English. We had to find our own way back to the hotel. I reserved a queen-sized bed and was given a full - which was difficult for myself and my husband. When I tried to talk to the staff, none spoke English or even tried. The staff was rude and unfriendly and the hotel is extremely limited in facilities. Expedia staff had to call and talk to them for me because they refused or could not speak English. When I did get my reservation changed, I went the next morning to check out and get a refund on my card, the staff laughed and insulted us in Spanish (Google Translate is amazing). This hotel and staff are everything a traveler does not want in a place to stay. It was unsafe, unfriendly, and unequipped to greet guests.

Ok

Good hotel

Nice place Everybody was nice and always answer my cuestions

Nice place for the price and nice staff

Service was good. People very friendly.

Breakfast items can be more , coffee was very watery

Everything was great I would stay again

I have experience installing all sorts of cameras. I noticed they have motioned sensor cameras in the rooms. Small pin hole cameras. I know because I’ve installed them in businesses before. It’s connected to a video line.

Everyone was very friendly and some went above and beyond. Fernanda I believe her name was, front desk agent, and an older gentleman who was referred to as the doorman, “portero,” were exceptional. I believe both had an excellent rapport with everyone staying at this hotel and I am sure to return because of their service. The hotel itself was located in a good area, close to the Metrobús and the bus station, and some other stores that were of interest, including the famous Bremen chocolate factory which is about 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The shuttle service can be improved, but with so many other options in transportation at a very reasonable price, it was not a problem at all. Free wifi and air conditioned rooms with daily room service. Also, the menu they have for delivery is amazing. I paid 150 pesos for a fabulous dinner that they are able to order for you and gets delivered. I am certainly going to be staying there next time I’m in Mexico City.

The staff was very helpful with all my needs and they were quick to respond to anything I needed. The room was cleaned daily and throughly.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. They cancel my reservation because I did not check in before 6:00pm on their page it specifically says check in 3:00-midnight. They were not helpful at all and did not have any rooms available. They did the same thing to about 4-5 more families that got there while I was waiting for my issue to get resolved. When the Expedia representative called to investigate, he was told no one speaks English there. I also noticed that the lobby was dirty and old, nothing like the pictures posted. I am so glad we didn’t stayed there. Thanks Expedia for relocating my family to a nicer hotel with a better and safer location.

The only issue I had was the AC was not working in my room and the had not try to fixed it 3 times until they gave me other room

Very good

I really want to thank all the staff here in this property one hotels really nice helpful all 24 hours thanks for reaving me . No really good breakfast though

.

I saw something on the floor which was an indication of a wrong cleaning procedure.

Very friendly

What I don`t feel combatable is the room, A/C not working properly, you can hear all the outside noise, the next door or in the hall too, the lobby was a DIRTY, full garbage can, nobody was in charge of cleaning.

The only friendly people was the cleaning people and the people in the kitchen the lady in the front desk she was Cain rude and not friendly other than that I like it

We loved everything about it

Good hotel! And safe

I LIKE

Beds are comfortable and parking is free. The A/C in my room was not working, but I was able to get another room in the middle of the night. We also had to call and request shampoo and soap because the containers were empty. In addition, the shower was clogged. Not the best hotel experience. Basic breakfast. Basically, you get what you paid for.

Loved their eco-friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, friendly welcome stay. Very nice to provide breakfast.

It's a nice hotel in a convenient location. Great for just a few days starting out in CDMX!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The personnel is very attentive and professional. We have a minor issue that was taken care immediately. Thank you. We didn’t try the breakfast time around, but based on our previous staying it was simple but very good.

We really like this chain hotel ever since we lived in ONE Playa Del Carmen during our Cancun trip last year. So when we planned Mexico City and surrounding area this year, we all booked ONE hotels wherever we can find one. It never disappoints. For seven consecutive days, we stayed three nights in Mexico City, one night in Queretaro, one night in Silao, one night in Guadalajara, and two nights in Puerto Vallarta. We like them all. Delicious free breakfast. Very comfortable and clean, with very reasonable price. Parking in convenient, but garage door is a bit small so it is hard to get in and out. We will definitely choose ONE chain hotel when we visit Mexico again!
