Beautiful and cozy hotel, staff very friendly. All you need is there

The location was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was included.

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Three of us got sausage that had just been refilled. It was cold. All of them. And I dont mean it got cold. I mean they were still frozen cold to touch. The amount of food to volume on refills were not sufficient. Constant empty containers. There was a lady staff that was rude and demanding at people. Two days on a row. The young girl that worked with her looked terrified. You could hear her from the kitchen areas yelling orders. Its not professional nor was the way she Handed food. We have stayed here twice now and the pool has been freezing both times. This time it didnt even seem maintenanced. We checked in on a Friday and on Sunday when we headed out for the day we stopped in to the desk and asked for a room refresh , restock of towels and tp because we were out and specifically asled for the trash to be taken out because we had take out left overs for two nights still in the room. When we got back the room some what got a resfresh and but they left all the trash and take out in the room. We spoke to two people specifically asled for that to be removed and it wasnt.

Both the hotel facilities and the room were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The breakfast selection was limited. In addition, some items were not replenished promptly—we had to ask for more bread after it had run out.

Obiekt nowy z bardzo ładnym pokojem, wygodne łóżka i poduszki, basen. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, najlepsze jakie jedliśmy do tej pory w USA. Wspaniały widok, dogodny dojazd do pobliskich parków.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

Tolle Lage zum Zion NP. Zimmer und Anlage waren relativ neu. Grosser Poolbereich, sehr schön angelegt.

Das 3. Bett (Schlafsofa) war nicht vorbereitet. Aber Kissen usw. waren im Zimmer. Haben wir schnell selbstgemacht.

Convenient location to Zion National Park.

No electrical outlets near either side of the bed. Not good for guests with CPAP machines. Had to have extension cord from housekeeping.

Ir was a convenient location after we visited Zion National Park, before we got on I-15 to head back home.

Room.and breakfast were excellent. Can't say that there was anything we didn't like.

Facilities looked new, clean and spacious. Pool and gym were great.

We had a problem with the microwave that didn’t work properly, instead of fixing or replacing it. We had to move to another room. In the new room, the sound system for the tv didn’t work, so we couldn’t use it.

The room is tidy and clean. The person at the front desk, Travis, is very nice.

It's still some distance from Zion Park. If you want to take the shuttle bus, you might consider scheduling it in Springdale.

The location is perfect for visiting Zion. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is nice and clean. The breakfast was very good.

The staff at the front desk didn't seem very qualified.

My wife and I absolutely love this hotel. It is located in a quiet valley some distance from the congestion of St. George and close to the entrance to Zion's park. The facility is beautiful, clean, affordable, with a wonderful continental breakfast, lovely pools, and situated close to endless hiking trails and great restaurants in Zion's park. We continue to return there month after month.

Nombreux insectes (poisson d’argent) vivant et mort lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre. On nous a proposé une nouvelle chambre, que nous avons accepté, cette dernière était ok. Petit déjeuner moyen et rien aux alentours pour manger le soir.

Wenn man nicht direkt im Zion NP übernachten kann, ist dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Lösung. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt, alles war in Ordnung und sauber. Es gab ein typisch amerikanisches Frühstück mit vielen Convenience Produkten. Es liegt allerdings etwas abgelegen. Restaurants sind nicht fußläufig erreichbar, aber es gab im Hotel ein kleines Angebot an Speisen zu kaufen, die man mit auf das Zimmer nehmen konnte.

Very nice rooms. The hot tub felt good after a long hike. Overall grounds and setting were quite pleasant, as were the staff.

Breakfast was adequate; more variety would have been nice. Location was a little remote, but the short drive to the park never gets boring.

Place was clean and relatively new. Requested second stand for our bags in room but not able to accommodate. Breakfast was good with waffles stealing the show. Could have been better if serviced at more frequent intervals. Pool was great.

Geweldige plek om van Zion te genieten. Je betaalt niet de gekke Springdale prijzen en je hebt hier echt alles wat je nodig hebt. De kamers hebben zelfs een terras waardoor je nog van de sunset kan genieten. Top zwembad ook.

Breakfast could have less salt and more variety of hot food

We spent a few nights here while we went into Zion. I would say you get your standard Marriot kind of stay. We were lucky and had a balcony facing the east so we could nicely sit outside on our deck after being in the sun in the park all day. It is only about a 20 minute drive to the entrance and is split between a few small towns, so for being a name brand hotel this close, it worked out well. The amenities were okay. Not one of the newer hotels for sure, but wasn't that old. Only challenges were the lack of electrical outlets near the bed and the chairs being damaged on our deck.

Comme l’hôtel de fait pas de bar/restauration en dehors du petit déjeuner il y a peu d’espaces extérieurs propices à boire un petit apéro en profitant des paysages (mais nous avions pris une des rares chambres sans balcon). La licence de débit de boissons (bières) est en cours, pour l instant il faut aller à pieds au camping d’en face ou prendre la voiture pour aller en station service.

We were super pleased with this hotel. I was unsure of where to chose for visiting Zion National Park. It can be quite expensive around there. So we settled on this hotel based on location, amenities and reviews. We were very happy with our choice. The room was great, although the only complaint is only a little chair for sitting but this isn't a huge deal as we were not in the room much. The breakfast was great, even when busy it is still better than most others and I loved the three waffle making stations, as these can be busy spots. It started at 0600 and the breakfast lady was efficient although not the friendliest. The pool was large and warm, same as hot tub which is hard to find in hotels lately. I would 100% come back to this hotel. We couldn't have been happier.

Location is centrally located between Zion & the commercial district. Property is kept clean & orderly.

The old lady worker at the kitchen is very rude & disrespectful to guests. She is not a people person & needs to learn manners. I thought it was just me but after having interacted with the other guests during breakfast, we all shared the same experience with her. If you tell her that there was no coffee left or you need something else, she gets very pissy & tells you that she’s doing her best & she doesn’t have anyone to help her. I would have understood her situation had she said it politely…. but NO!!! She needed to bitch about it & then talk to you condescendingly as if you owe her something. I always say, if you’re not happy with your job, then go effin quit!! The other guests I talked to said the same thing. What a pathetic individual.

Location is very good. Parking was easy. Plenty of room in the breakfast area.

The mirror in the bathroom is very dirty by the bottom rim of the round mirror. Room needed two chairs and only one available. I was there for three days and the thirty day’s breakfast was half gone without replenishments. Only one hot item was available out of three. tables were not clean because only one worker was there. can’t get any hot water after breakfast time. I would like to have a second chance with it the next time because we liked Fairfield hotels.

I really liked the property grounds, the landscaping was beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The location was close to a lot of different parts of Zion NP so that was very convenient for exploring.

Being able to get filtered water for drinking or hot water for tea in the evenings would have been a nice touch.

Staff was excellent. Super friendly and helpful.

Crazy kids running around the pool and hot tub. Would have loved some relaxing time in the hot tub.

Hôtel qualitatif (bonne literie, propre et moderne) à proximité de Zion, ce qui permet d'y arriver parmi les premiers et évite ainsi de tourner pendant des heures pour trouver un parking.

On ne s'habitue vraiment jamais à manger du carton dans du plastic mais celui-ci n'était pas le pire puisqu'au moins on pouvait y faire ses 'gaufres' fraîches le matin.

The property is well designed and in a convenient location which great access to Zion NP. Is is very clean and well maintained.

The beds. We found the mattress much too soft for our older backs. That is the only negative we found for this very nice property.

Bed was comfy so we had a good sleep and the room was clean.

Breakfast eaten out of plastics! With your oatmeal and coffee you get estra microplastics in your body. Terrible. Only in US.

Nice hotel and rooms

Spoilt by a poor breakfast - all served on paper plates and plastic cutlery and no bacon on any of the three days we were there.

I was worried when my wife and I stayed there. BUT LET ME TELL YOU!! All these negative comments are crap. The staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. The front staff really made our stay, the little older woman who helped with the stocking of the continental breakfast area was a hoot, and so friendly. My wife and I looked forward to seeing her every morning. They don't have a full restaurant that is true, but they do provide food for a light breakfast which was enough. But with in 20 minutes you could sit down and have full meals. The location of the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the staff attending to the rooms were always helpful. Stay with confidence. We would go back 100%.

That we couldn’t use the facilities until we were due to leave they stopped working at check out time yet there was no one using them at all in the hotel, we were only due to leave at 1pm so it would have been nice to be able to use the pool at after check out until we left

Eggs were watery and the gal running the kitchen was not up to speed on keeping hot food well stocked Fitness room- kids shouldn’t be allowed as most have no idea what they’re doing and can really hurt themselves. There should be a hotel disclaimer posted for those working out at their own risk, or there should be an age limitation. Free weights- suggest add 5 lbs. & 15 lbs.

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Shower was excellent!

Breakfast was lacking. No potatoes, no hard boiled eggs.
