Very modern apartment with all the facilities you could need. Upon arrival, the friendly host was waiting for us and explained everything clearly. The sofa bed was the best we have ever experienced, it was as comfortable as a proper bed! The host was also very responsive throughout our stay.

Nothing, actually. Unfortunately, we experienced a water leak because the drain was not working properly. The host was very helpful and came over immediately to assist us. They arranged for an engineer to fix the problem the following day. Overall, they handled the situation very well.

La limpieza del apartamento. Estuvimos una semana y a mitad de la semana nos hicieron una limpieza totsl cambiándonos sábanas y toallas. La atención del personal fue magnífica.

The person greeting us was professional and friendly. He had a lot of knowledge about the area and cared about the success of our stay. He was available later in the stay when we had questions and a couple of complications. Cleanliness, safety, and customer care were all exceptional. The location was excellent. Most importantly, during an absolute epic heat wave, the AC worked without fail. Really cannot say enough good things.

The internet quit a few times which was problematic since we had things we needed to accomplish. However, they were right on it and got it fixed quickly in all but one instance (which also was not too long an outage). We did not like having to clean out the washer/dryer, but when we called to let them know about this problem they sent someone right over who 100% fixed the issue. So - I give this place an A+ for customer care and offer a big "thank you!"

Modern fitout and very spacious and clean. The fold out bed in the lounge is like a proper bed and very comfortable, and the lounge can be divided off from kitchen/dining area with sliding doors , so like having 2 bedrooms. Really good communication for checkin, which was really appreciated as we were on a late flight so arrived at property very late. Really good location. Lots of good restaurants and bars in the area. Walkable to all the sights around the city and easy walk to the several metro and rail stations.

Sugiro só aumentar a iluminação do entorno do chuveiro no banheiro e colocar mais locais para pendurar toalhas e roupas no banheiro

Die Wohnung überzeugt durch ihre hervorragende Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Porto und ist dennoch angenehm ruhig. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die großen, bequemen Betten mit ausgezeichneten Matratzen. Selbst das Klappbett war überraschend komfortabel. Die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage in Porto braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war von Anfang an freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir trotz eines Missverständnisses etwas später ankamen. Alles wurde perfekt erklärt und wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Porto. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Zeer mooi appartement , rustig gelegen maar je bent snel in het centrum. Mooie kamers met zeer goede bedden en airco , zeer propere en mooie badkamer. We lagen op het 1e verdiep aan de straatkant en hadden geen last van lawaai. Je kan te voet naar de brug en rivier en de andere bezienswaardigheden.

1. The bathroom floor has stains which makes it look dirty. 2. Quite a number of rules for requesting of house keeping and these are not communicated clearly. Hence, no house keeping for the 3 nights I stayed.

We felt very comfortable in this very stylish yet cosy apartment. Check in was excellent with Diogo being so kind and friendly. The accommodation had everything you could want and the walk-in closet is a much appreciated extra. The bed is large and we slept really well. The property provided ear plugs which we used as the street noise is audible if you are sensitive. We felt very safe, too. The location is excellent with so many lovely restaurants and little shops all around. Perfect for exploring. We walked everywhere. Another highlight is that you can store your luggage for free if you check in or out early. TV and shower as well as kitchen appliances worked perfectly.

Maybe a bit more light in the bathroom would make it perfect, other than that we loved everything.

We stayed in apartment 32 at the rear of the building. It was so quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout blinds so so good it meant we could have a longer sleep. All the amenities were in the apartment and we felt safe and secure. The location is perfect for walking around Porto and there are plenty of restaurants close by. A special thanks to Fabio for meeting us on our arrival which was around 11 pm and sorting out lockers so we could leave our luggage for the day we departed as our flight was at night time. The next time we are in Porto we will stay here again.

One little thing was the door in the bathroom would not stay closed but we just put a sock in the doorway and it closed then.

Our group loved staying here! The apartment was very cute and spacious definitely very comfortable for 3-4 people with a full sized living room with a pull down bed, a small kitchen with all the essentials, 1 bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and spacious and the host was so nice and very helpful with check in when she showed us into the apartment gave us a rundown of all the local necessities. There was an elevator that took us with all of our bags and the entrance to the building was right off the street which was super helpful when it came to uber drop/off pick up. It was on a hill but so is everything else in Porto and the area was cute and felt safe as a group of girls so we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Nothing that would stop us from going! The bathroom was dark (but someone in our group liked it) and the fridge was on the smaller size so if you need a full sized fridge I would keep that in mind but it was perfect for us for the couple of nights we spent in Porto!

O apto é completo e confortável , o sofá cama da sala realmente vira cama e tem certa privacidade pq da pra puxar uma portinha parcial que você não vê a pessoa dormindo . O quarto principal é super amplo. A localização fica no alto de uma rua que vai dar no Aliados , não eh exatamente ao lado mas como eh descida , da pra ir tranquilamente ! A volta eh que são elas … também há mercado próximo .

O fato de não ter auto checkin , ter que esperar alguém (no meu caso a pessoa que me esperou mas pode gerar incômodo se for o contrário) , no dia do meu checkout faltou energia e tive que descer com infinitas malas por 3 andares no escuro! Foi horrível . Elevador não tem gerador. O móvel da geladeira necessita de reparo. O banheiro diferente dos demais cômodos , eh MUITO escuro, precisa melhorar

The accomodation was very spacious and equipped with everything needed for self sustainable stay. The smaller bed was a real bed rather than a couch that transforms into one which was not so easy to find in the area, and was a real treat for our party of 3. The location is perfect, many cafes and restaurants as well as a train station, Mercado do Bolhão and small kiosks were reachable by foot within 10 minutes walk at maximum. The hosts were very nice and answered all our questions, provided useful tips and made the check-in really pleasant.

We stayed at Almada Domus for 7 days. The apartment was a spacious and clean property that met our needs for a very comfortable stay. Our room faced the rear of the property and was very quiet - the road facing rooms may get road noise from the cobble stone roadway and traffic noise. It is in an excellent location near many cafes and restaurants and is quite near three supermarkets. It is only a short walk into the centre of the city. The bed was very comfortable. All of the electrical items worked well. Once we worked out how to use the washer/dryer, it worked very well to wash and dry clothes.

Bathroom lighting is not as bright as it could be - hard to do make up. Manuals or at least instructions for the use of the microwave oven and washer / dryer would be helpful.

The apartment is nicely spacious and efficient, with lots of closet space, good appliances (including a nice washing machine), and a comfortable bed. On arrival we were met downstairs by someone with the key (actually an easy-to-use entry card) and walked together through the apartment (we much prefer that personal touch to finding a lock-box somewhere on the street on our own). She also kindly provided some helpful information, e.g., a phone number for calling taxis. The property is in a very good location (if without much of a view), just a few blocks from a good supermarket and a five minute walk to the Avenida dos Aliados and Metro stations. We walked easily from the apartment to just about everywhere, through the historic district and many of the city’s top tourism sites (e.g., Clérigos church and tower, São Bento train station, the Cathedral/Sé do Porto, Palácio da Bolsa, São Francisco Church), all the way down to the lively and attractive riverfront. As an aside, one place we needed a taxi to reach was the Museum of Asia, well worth a visit for anyone with even a slight interest in Portugal’s history and ties with the other half of the world. We were surprised to see that it is indeed a world class museum (and with a very nice restaurant).

El apartamento es fantástico. Es muy espacioso, luminoso y cómodo. Está en un edificio remodelado a nuevo con buen gusto y calidad. Estuvimos tres personas y nos sentimos muy a gusto. Todo funciona muy bien: cuenta con todos los artefactos necesarios (que son de primera calidad), la ducha es de las mejores que he experimentado. En el living hay una cama desplegable desde la pared que es grande y muy cómoda, como también lo es la de la habitación. La ubicación es también excelente, a distancia de caminata para recorrer esta hermosa ciudad que es Porto. Elegimos este apartamento luego de una búsqueda minuciosa y no nos equivocamos al elegirlo. Conclusión: no dudaríamos en volver a este hermoso alojamiento.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment. It's really nice flat, fully equipped, the beds are really comfortable, building is quite new (or renovated). We could easily walk to the all sightseeing spots - which start cca 1,5 km away. Close access to the tram (Trinidad station) and to the other bus stations. Easy communication with the host.

Extremely convenient location close to Trindade and Aliados stations, far enough away from the tourist craziness but easy to get everywhere. Bed was superbly comfortable, and the rainfall shower was amazing for both water temperature and pressure. I wish I could have taken it home. The hosts were accommodating and responsive during our week-long stay. We requested a quiet room, and they gave us #12 in the back, which was perfect. Could not hear other guests or the street. Also, while I was in the bedroom, I could not hear my husband watching TV in the living room! They allowed us to check in an hour early, which was greatly appreciated. It's a spacious and clean apt that looks like the pictures. They have a washer/dryer in the unit, but there's also a laundromat just a few doors down. Close to loads of restaurants, pastelerias, and Bolhao. Highly recommend!

The living room furniture is very deep and could use some more throw pillows for added comfort. Throw pillows would make a huge difference! A coffee table would be nice too. Seniors should be aware that the toilet is very low to the ground. The neighborhood is very hilly, but that's Porto!

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement : il est situé à peine à 5 minutes du métro qui mène directement à l'aéroport 🙏 La place Trindad est également le lieu de rendez-vous pour les prestations de visites de la vallée du Douro, et elle est bordée de nombreux arrêts de bus. Le quartier est à la fois proche du centre-ville et calme. L'immeuble est de qualité, bien entretenu et sécurisé. Le système de cartes pour entrer et sortir est vraiment très pratique. Il y a au moins 3 magasins entre 1 et 5 minutes pour faire quelques courses alimentaires ou de premières nécessités. L'appartement est joliment meublé et bien décoré. Il contient tous les équipements indispensables comme à la maison !! Il y avait très peu de vis-à-vis malgré la densité des constructions, ce qui est très agréable lorsqu'on ouvre les rideaux pour aérer 🌞 Le personnel qui nous a accueilli était professionnel, à notre ecoute et souriant. Sachant que nous restions 7 jours dans le logement, notre hôtesse Luisa nous a remplacé le linge et a procédé au nettoyage en milieu de semaine, elle a même sorti les poubelles ! Nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour sereinement. Le confort de cet appartement a été un élément essentiel à notre expérience à Porto : après chaque journée de marche à visiter, nous étions ravis de nous reposer dans cet environnement aux couleurs chaleureuses. Les 5 étoiles sont méritées ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

I would give 20+ if I could! Everything was excellent! Starting from check-in - we arrived a bit earlier than the time we agreed, but the host was super responsive and flexible, so we managed to get in sooner. All of the requests we had were honored - thank you guys! The location - absolutely top one! Walking distance to every major place of interest! Very comfortable beds! There was a nice perk at the end - we were offered to leave our bags the next door at no additional cost. Ideal for people having their flights later in the day. Communication was really perfect and the fact we had no issues whatsoever makes us wanna come back. No doubts that's the place if we are again in Porto! Thanks again!

The only thing we could mention as a downside was that the street might be noisy at night over the weekend, but that is something minor compared to all the comfort! You are offered earplugs if you need them, but we never used them - was bot that bad.

Nice clean apartment in a good central location with all the facilities that you would require. We had good communication from the property before and during our stay. It was useful to be able to leave our bags in lockers after we had checked out.

Like a few other reviews have mentioned, the lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim and the sofa is not very comfortable to sit on but these are only very minor points

The bathroom door doesn’t close. Since this is apartment towels don’t get changed even though I requested for it as my towel dropped. The hook in the bathroom is hopeless and doesn’t hold the towels well.

La ubicación es perfecta. En un extremo del casco antiguo pero al lado de restaurantes, bares y muy cerca del metro. No obstante, desde allí se puede recorrer la ciudad a pie sin necesidad de coger transporte público. Es lo que nosotros hicimos. Apartamento moderno, con lo necesario. Tal cual aparece en las fotos. Para nosotros muy importante que el sofá del salón fuese una cama de verdad (abatible). Nos recibieron el día que llegamos para darnos las llaves y enseñarnos el apartamento. Fueron muy amables y nos explicaron cosas de la ciudad.

Por poner un pero, la luz del baño es un poco floja, pero es un detalle sin importancia.

Viajamos con una bebé de 10 meses y este apartamento ha sido perfecto. Con salón independiente para descansar mientras ella dormía y dos puertas que hacían que no escuchase nada y pudiese descansar que era nuestra gran preocupación. Salón con muchísimo espacio incluso para dejar el carro abierto y pasar por todas las zonas a gusto. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavavajillas, lavadora-secadora,... Está muy céntrico y fuimos andando a todos los puntos de interés. Llevábamos nuestro propio coche y aparcamos en la misma calle renovando el tiquet cada dos horas, es cómodo con la aplicación móvil y sale muchísimo más económico que los parkings. En definitiva, si volvemos a Porto, repetiríamos en este apartamento sin duda!! Comodísimo, muy espacioso y los anfitriones muy amables.

Ideal para alojarse en Oporto, Ubicación inmejorable, puedes ir caminando a todos los puntos de interés, y con mucha oferta de restaurantes en la misma calle. Aunque puedes parar en la misma puerta para dejar las maletas, e incluso aparcar pagando parquímetro, recomendamos el parkíng TRINIDADE ( es un parking en altura, a 5m andando) que cuesta 50 euros por 72 horas ( y te cuenta solo las horas que tienes el coche aparcado, puedes entrar y salir las veces que quieras) Colchones muy cómodos de ambas camas ( el sofá cama es realmente una cama que sale de un mueble) Ideal para familias, o incluso para dos parejas.

We were met at the apartment for the keycard handover and the lady showed us around, showed us where everything was and how to operate the air conditioning which is warm or cold depending on time of year and your preferred level of comfort. The apartment was very clean and the photos on Booking.com are representative of what to expect. There is a lift in the block so you don't have to lug your suitcases up to the 2nd floor. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped if you cook for yourselves although we would have liked a measuring jug and the cooking knives were very blunt. We found the bed/sofa bed comfortable and unlike other reviewers we found the pillows to be just right, all a matter of preference I suppose.There is a manual in the apartment with useful information on how to operate the washing machine and other appliances plus information about local supermarkets etc.Towels in the bathroom were clean, of a good size and there is shower gel provided. We contacted the owner on the last day as there was an error message on the boiler when the hot water was used, someone came out within 30 minutes but it needed an engineer-he arrived the next day as we were leaving so hopefully it will have been fixed. The apartment is accessible to Porto centre and the Douro river, however be prepared to walk up and down some steep hills!

We both had trouble with the internal doors in the apartment, none of them fit well and the bathroom door was a struggle to close (it doesn't have a key for the lock either). Neither of us were able to move the dividing door that separates the living room/sofa bed area from the kitchenette and when the sofa bed is in use there is nowhere to sit in the living room.The bathroom does not have enough light as the room is quite gloomy given that the tiles are dark brown, I feel that more light is needed especially in the shower area. The apartment faces the road which is a busy thoroughfare and cobbled so there is a lot of road noise, however you are provided with earplugs by the owner which help at night (there is a bar opposite which can be noisy at night too).
