I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has so much character, and the room itself was very comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was a traditional Thai-style breakfast. There weren’t a lot of options, but everything they served was so delicious that it didn’t matter.There’s also a cute little café downstairs, which adds to the charm of the place. The location is incredibly convenient, yet the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The owner was very communicative, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and thoughtful. I’d happily return!

Just a small note: there is no lift, so you’ll need to take your luggage up and down the stairs. The stairs aren’t too overwhelming, but guests with mobility concerns should be aware.

The location was wonderful, the friendly staff who were very helpful. The interior designer was good. Opening the door after hours was very efficient. Good Wi-Fi connection in the room. Everything was very clean. The coffee downstairs is excellent.

The bed was too big for the room so I had to walk on my bed a lot. Personal, stairs are hard for me so I would not have chosen this location if I knew there was no lift. It was too easy to splash water all over the room and it took a lot of work to make the shower head stay on the wall. I went down for breakfast at 7:00 am one day and no one was there so I just gave up on breakfast. Because there are so many wifis in the area, it’s hard to click on the correct one before it disappears and reappears somewhere else in the list. It’s next to a busy street so it’s loud at night. I almost hit my head on that TV so many times.

Hreat tidy and clean place wrh beautiful big windows and lots of light. Nice to hbe a little balcony. Felt very good value yeah!

The property was very dirty, we found a dead cockroach in our room. We couldn’t stay there for more than a few hours and ended up rebooking another hotel.

The room looks nothing like the pictures

A very lovely place with aesthetic design. The café downstairs at the entrance was very cozy and the owner and the staff were super friendly and helpful! We definitely recommend this place and will be back!

Nice little hotel-very cozy and clean. Great beds in our room (bunk beds). Decor is really cool with coffee shop in the lobby.

They advertise free breakfast but there was no breakfast or staff in the morning to ask questions. Also not walking distance from Sukhumvit.

This is a simple, but stylish place to stay. It gives you everything you need.

It's a 20 minute walk to the BTS which in summer is quite a challenge, but you can always pick up a taxi to get there.

- The place was clean enough. - The free wifi connection was decent.

1. Room - looks bigger and nicer in pictures. Room 6 was incredibly small - there is no space to even fully open your luggage. The rooms on pictures look very aesthetic but in person, it looks like a renovated basement room. The layout of the rooms are also weird - for room 8, your bathroom access is on the balcony and for room 6, the minute you enter the room, you are faced with the shower ( without door) . The curtains in room 8 are not enough. 2. Noise - Room 6 was across a property undergoing construction and the soundproofing is VERY BAD. It starts early in the morning about 6am up to 11pm in the evening. Although it is not their fault that there is a construction ongoing, the soundproofing could have been better. As a result, you can hear every single noise as if you are at the construction site itself. The AC on room 6 is also making noises which even made it harder to sleep. It wasn't cool as well. 3. Comfort - the bed is big but very hard. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up 4 flights on a very narrow stairway. There is no one to assist you if needed. 4. Breakfast - there is only one option and you get the same porridge everyday 5. Check in - so many rules that such as late check in fee or that you are only allowed to check at certain hours. They also overbooked me so they have to move me to a smaller room. They told me it was only for 1 night so I packed my stuff after one night and then they realized they made a mistake and it was actually for 2 nights so I had to unpack and pack again the next day. Someone said that they always overbook. They just have a few rooms and they should be able improve on this. The owner was responsive in finding a solution such as leaving the key after check in hours and agreeing to return 50% of the room rate for the 2 nights that they overbooked me.

Great location, cute decor

The staff didn’t explain anything, just walked me to the room and I haven’t seen anyone for 2 days. No room cleaning. The room was extremely small and dusty. There’s a massive construction next door that gets very noisy at 8am. When I finally figured out how to turn the hot water on - it lasted for a few minutes. Cut my hand with shower head’s broken ceramic handle that kept falling on me and made me hate showering there.

The shower was nice and hot, and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the private rooftop on top of the building.

There was just a lack of personnel and communication. We came down for breakfast on Monday and nobody was there. We sat there for 30 minutes and then tried to contact the hotel via telephone but it was very hard. After a while they reached out to us and gave us a very poor breakfast. We got rice in water with pork meatballs. It was tasteless and we did not get another option. They told us we could buy a croissant in the cafe for 100B so we skipped the breakfast. Next to the breakfast there was nobody available for cleaning the room, maybe if we called it could be arranged but it would’ve been nicer if we were properly informed. The room was small and the curtains did not fit so it was very light in the room. The AC was really loud and made very hard noises all the time. Also 2 out of 4 lights were broken. The bathroom was located on the balcony (but it was a beautiful bathroom) and you could not sit straight on the toilet. All in all, just a lot of money for a very poor experience.

Pleasant staff

1. Bed was super comfy, strong aircon and allowed early check-in which is a saviour for us who had a morning flight in bkk. 2. Warm water w good water pressure for shower. 3. Strong flush power (surprisingly even better than the big brand hotel during same trip)

1. Very narrow staircase and no lift. Have to carry our luggage up 6 storeys which is crazy. 2. Although the hotel has reminded tha this room is meant for 1 pax but this room is so much smaller than expected from pictures. . Not enough space to fully open 1 big luggage near the bed. Only good for ppl who travel light 3. Balcony at side not as wide or good conditioned as expected. 4. Took almost 15 mins ride to get out to main road. But there are many food places within walking distance all the way up until main road.

Gitmeden önce aldığımız oda 2 tekli ranzalı, banyo/wc olan bir odaydı. Ancak resimlerde daha büyük gözüküyordu. Vardığımızda odayı çok küçük bulduk. Zemin katta, çok ayak altındaydı. Biraz fark ödeyip 2.kata geçtik. Oda daha büyüktü ancak asansör yok ve çalışanlar her zaman ortalıkta değiller. Ingilizce konuşamadıkları için iletişim zor oldu. Resepsiyonda Ingilizce bilen birileri olmasını tercih ederdim. Lokasyon fena değildi. Sukhumvit Caddesi tercih ettik ama cadde çok geniş bir alan. Otel toplu taşımaya 20dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Grab daha akıllıca. Kahvaltı olarak ufak köfteli pirinç çorbası dışında su ve oralet tarzı yapay aromalı bir içecek verdiler. Ekstra ödeme yapmaya bence gerek yok kahvaltı için.

청소 상태 좋고 깨끗함. 2층 침대는 난간이 낮은 편이라 얌전히 자는 사람에게 추천. 객실 내 헤어 드라이어가 없는데 말하면 주심. 일회용 칫솔, 치약, 티슈, 로션 없음. 샴푸와 컨디셔너 겸용 제품 하나와 바디 워시 하나가 다임. 대신 객실이 깨끗함. 창문은 열 수 없는 구조. 침구류가 깨끗하고 푹신하여 잘 잠. 위치가 조금 애매함. 택시 필수. 대중교통으로 이동 많이 어려움. 조식은 닭 육수에 밥을 넣고 끓인 콩지같은 음식. 생각보다 맛있었고 따뜻해서 좋았음. 영어로 의사 소통이 어려우나 친절함.

タイ国際航空の朝5時台入国してタクシー移動で6時にはホテルに荷物だけ預けたい旨ホテルに電話しても結局10時までは無人、電話も無応答でした。それまでの4時間ほど近隣のサミュテイベート病院で時間をつぶす羽目になりました。ホテルのロビーですら入れなく土地勘のないゲストには覚悟がいる。タクシー呼ぶのもフロントは英語が通じない。オーナーと2階の設計事務所のスタッフの2人は英語疎通出来ますがいつもフロントにいません。駅からは徒歩では無理。道狭く、徒歩危険。でもスタッフは笑顔が素敵。1階のカフェも味は普通に使えます。

We turned up hours early before our check in time due to an earlier flight, hotel manager had the room ready to go. Very helpful staff and nice tidy antique feel hotel. Breakfast served here was one of (if not the highlight) dish of my trip- amazing. Would go back. Room I stayed in was small but all you need and is very clean and has everything you need. Quite area. A bit off Sukhumvit rd. Short walk to hospital, coffee shops, food and grocery. 👍👍

A cozy place with a very unique interior design near thong lor and sukhumvit. Bed is very comfortable. Room is clean. Breakfast is served with boiled rice with pork. Thumbs up for this place.

역에서 걸어서 20분정도라고 했는데, 방콕 날씨에 그정도 걷는게 보통 아니여서, 생각도 안했던 그랩택시를 이용하게 되었어요. 하지만 숙소때문이라기보다 그랩택시로 이동하는게 더 편해요! 수고는 무척 깔끔하고 다들 친절하셔서 좋았고, 매일 청소해주시고 새수건으로 교체해주십니다. 물론 물도 그렇고요! 전 다음에 방콕가서라도 또 방문할 만큼 분위기며 가격이며 다 좋았습니다!

The place too far from public transport for prople who come for.work and need to move anytime

Location was tough because taxi drivers always wanted to charge us extra for taking us there. No public transport options available either. In my opinion, not really a boutique hotel. More a slightly glammed up hostel in terms of service. Eg. The receptionist is not always around even during the day, no lift in the building (you haul all your luggage up by yourself), room is rather small, air conditioning is rather weak and noisy, on our second day - no coffee for breakfast (their excuse: the neighboring shop is closed). I felt the staff were not trying to make us feel welcome. Also had a mix up during check in as they somehow did not have our reservation from the booking site. It’s rather expensive considering the above factors.

The property is very charming and well maintained. Staff is scarce/hard to find sometimes. There are stores and restaurants close by, but it’s a bit of a trek to get to the main drag.

After reading so much of good feedback about the hotel, we had a bit of an expectation. Arriving at the hostel, we were greeted by a house keeper as the owner was away. She didn’t tell us much about the hotel facilities and all which is fine because we only stayed one night. We booked room no.4, so-called “lover room” as the toilet has got “no wall” . Although we are a couple, we find it a little too much. Imagine when your partner has to do big business and you were there to witness the smell (gross) . All in all, we didn’t quite feel the warmth like other guests have mentioned. May be because the owner wasn’t around? and the staff seems don’t know what they were doing. Oh, we didn’t get to try the hostel breakfast too! We just realised that our booking has got a free breakfast after checking out and they just kept quiet. We love the location wise and the decoration. Maybe we just unlucky that day.

I stayed in several hotels while in Bangkok, but this one one was the best, the first thing you notice when entering the lobby is the interior decorations and the choice of items displayed within. The place is called Ob-oon which means warm in Thai, and it is warm. The host is so kind I couldn’t believe it, she is the owner and she is an interior decorator and it shows in her unique style. This shows in the rooms and the lobby. Don’t be fooled by the location, the traffic is busy but once inside you are transferred back to a stylish French style B&B. I am already planning my return trip to this unique location in the heart of the city of life.
