The building has a 4 story floor and there isn’t an elevator and they put us on the 4 floor. Very exhausting and expensive for the amenities. The only good thing was that staff who were very friendly.

Many supermarkets and hairdressers and phone shops . 10 minutes walk from Hayuelos Center Mall which sells everything you can imagine and all banks . Is quite close to airport and have nice little breakfast . The people in reception are super friendly and super helpful Uber is about 20,000peso ($5) to Central tourist areas . Is a great place

There are no elevators so be prepared to walk up four flights of steps which was not an issue for us but if you do have a handicap, it may be challenging. We had some trouble operating the shower but after being explained how it works, the issue was resolved. It's in a great part of town where you could walk to restaurants and local eateries and stores. We would stay here again!!
