Very clean, host could not do enough for us. Location was great for buses metro or walking.

The outside entrance could do with renovating. Shower could be improved

今回のGWを利用して泊まりました。 ・オーナーの方は年配の女性の方で日本語が話せます。事前のメッセージでのやり取りにより、部屋のキーを直接もらいました。 ・手ぶらで宿泊しても大丈夫なくらいアメニティなどが充実していました。 ・チェックアウトの時も直接お会いしてキーを返却するシステムです。 ・部屋はいくつか持っているようで、その日の空き具合で場所が変わるようです。現に、booking.comの掲載写真とは違う部屋でした。（ハズレは無いと思います）

1泊だけで利用したのが惜しいくらいです。

La proximité du centre

Le studio est environ 40 mètres carré, il est meublé et les charges sont comprises, alors je ne dois pas payer les factures. En plus, il y a une nouvelle porte-avion nucléaire est en train de construire à côté. Enfin, la vie est fantastique à Dalian.

大連市の紹介資料も置いている、大変参考になりました。

TVの使用及びVIP 会員の参入に必要事が、不便以外無し。静香な部屋、19階で、港見える風景最高でした。

管理人さんの日本語が非常に上手で助けてもらいました。交通の便もよく、部屋に洗濯機などもあり、非常に少ない着替えでも快適に過ごせたので、大連に来るときはまた利用したいです、

Very good stay. The host was very kind. We were let into the room a few hours before the posted check in time. The room was clean and spacious. Cookware and dining ware were provided in the kitchen. There was a washing machine in the bathroom. We didn't use either of those items. But if you plan to stay for more than one night, it is a good deal considering the location.

Such a lovely place to stay! The location is right in the heart of the city, with supermarkets and great food spots just around the corner. The internet was fast enough for work, and the house had everything I needed. Honestly, there’s no reason not to recommend it. The host was kind and helpful too — definitely a place I'd stay again!

スタンダードな部屋を予約しましたが、翌日になって部屋に変わってほしいとの話なので、宿泊している部屋にこだわりはないので部屋を変わりました。部屋を変わった後はすぐに出かけたので、夕方部屋に戻って分かったのですが、その部屋はエアコンが故障していることがわかりました。直ぐには直らないとの事と、他の部屋もないとの事で、ホテルを変わる事になりました。

Perfect location, but not easy to find property. Fortunately we have local friend to help us to settle in Xiuzhu Mansion Apartment and get a key. Departure to airport at 4:30 a.m. was easy via manager of property by taxi ( 40 yuan).

Great location, lots of bus and shops nearby. Landlord is super friendly.

The location is just amazing, and the owner is wonderful. We needed help with so many unusual things, and she was so patient and lovely and helpful. We can’t wait to return in the future.

Its hard to dislike any part other the weather being too hot.Hi Hi when you are not used to real beautiful sunshine every day of your trip like in Beautiful Dalian

The host Ms.Liu was very kind and warm. She tried to support us in many ways to make our stay comfortable. Very flexible and also very easy to reach out. Response is very fast. Location is very very good. Many restaurants and also we loved local street market 5 minutes from the hotel. Local brealfast was very delicious.

The room is quite old and not so modern but 20th floor had a good view. The bed is very very hard so be prepared

The room was larger than I expected and the bedroom was comfortable. The location is extremely convenient in my opinion with a local market nearby. This building is where locals live so you can sort of experience what living as a local feels like. The bathroom has heating and the tap & bath water turns warm quickly.

You should know that the apartment is located in an old building so some parts of the facilities are comparatively old and the soundproof is poor. This didn't bother me though, considering the reasonable price, and I wore soundproof headphones when the noise was loud.

The apartment is located in the downtown area very close to Zhongshan Square and gives very convenient access to metro and bus routes. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate well through WeChat. I came back one day to find a lovely gift of fresh cherries 🍒.

Entire apartment at a great downtown location and all the required amenities for long term stay. The host was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, making my stay in Dalian smooth and comfortable.

3泊で利用しました。 中国へ行くのは初めてだったこともあり、こちらのサイトからチャットでいろいろと質問をしたところ、丁寧に説明してくださいました。 また、私たちは空港に到着後、元に両替が出来ずWifiもローミングも不安定でWeChat、アリペイもつながらず、2時間程、空港近辺で足止めされていました。その際も、管理人さんから何度も電話をして頂いたようで（電話は繋がりませんでしたが）、その間、到着予定時間からずっと私たちを待っていてくれました。 施設はホテルではなく、ウィークリーマンションに近いと事前に説明を受けていましたので、寝間着を持参しました。とても面白い建物で地下に広いスーパーがあり、1階はコンビニや居酒屋もあります。利用はしていませんが、クラブもありました。私たちは3人だったので同じ施設に宿泊出来ないとのことで、別館に案内されました。そちらは宿泊施設だけですが、本館のすぐ近くです。 部屋のアメニティはタオル、バスタオル、シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ（歯磨き粉）、石鹸がありました。設備は各部屋に無料の洗濯機、ポット、冷蔵庫、洗濯干し、ドライヤーがあり、お水も2本付いていました。事前にお願いをして、連日のタオル交換とゴミ捨てをお願いしました。午前1時頃までやっているコンビニが本館1階にあったため、足りない物は購入出来、何の不便もありませんでした。 地下鉄の駅やバス停も近く、アクセスの良い場所にあります。 何よりこの値段で、このクオリティの施設はとても素晴らしいです。そして、管理人さんがとても親切な方で、日本語で対応して下さいました。次回、大連に行く際は絶対にこの施設を利用します。そして、他の人にも勧めます。

Had to go to 9th floor to get the keys but needed the security guard on the 1st floor to access the elevator.

オーナー👩とは、Expediaを通じたメッセージのやり取り、中国に着いてからwechatでのメッセージのやり取り、共に素早く、柔軟に対応いただけました。 お部屋も同額でアップグレードしてくれました😃本当に広い1LDKでびっくりしました。階数も高かったです。自炊も十分に出来、現地の中国人がいいホテルで安くて驚いたと言ってました。 エレベーターは、その階の鍵を持ってる人しか押せないようになっていてセキュリティもいいです。 ホテルの周りも観光地だからこ、夜でも明るく女性が1人で歩いても比較的安全だと思いました。 まだビザがないと日本から渡航出来ないので、大連にはビジネスマンしかいませんでした。早く以前のようにビザなしで渡航出来る様になると良いなと思います。

Near to the Harbour. Big Appartment, big skyscraper. Take the subway, line 2, station conference center, to go to the sea!

Paperthin children mattress, beware! No kitchenware in the kitchen. Only Chinese language, no English. You need wechat to get the keys, otherwise you are lost!
