no toiletries and the check out time in this app is different from the check out time in the facility that's why we rushed in checking out because the staff said there will be a charge for overstay

(I was booked there for my whole family for 2 family room) they stayed there in 2 days and 2 nights and there's no complain. The staffs are very kind, friendly and accommodating, they reply immediately in every quiries. bathrooms every rooms is complete with aircon are very convenient very clean and neat The place is very accessible location. Overall... good and happy experienced and loved the place. Affordable prices for 2 days and 2 nights for 12pax🤩🤩🤩 it's Highly recommended❤️❤️❤️

Второй номер в который нам переселили, был большим и комфортным. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Есть одно парковочное место, как раз для нас было. Расположенное удобное. Сотрудники очень вежливые и приветливые.

Когда мы заселились в первый номер, которые бронировали, то увидели мышь в номере. Нам сразу же предоставили новый номер. Но полагаю что мышка может гулять между этажами. Звукоизоляция плохая, мопеды начинают ездить в 5 утра и все это слышно в номере очень хорошо, поэтому выспаться не получилось.

Close to the bus terminal. The room was spacious and clean. The apartment was easy to find and was conveniently located to nearby shopping and dining options.

The staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs. I think her name was Jen.

We are seniors. We did not get a lower floor as requested. No elevators so we has a hard time climbing stairs.

This is not exactly a hotel-type of establishment. It’s more like several an apartelle/rooms/suites in one building. Nevertheless, my experience with them was still a positive one. They don’t have a 24 hour front desk/lobby. However, late check-ins like ours can easily be accommodated. The room/apartment assigned to us was clean and spacious. AC was cold. Parking is on the street and seems very limited. There doesn’t seem to be an elevator. Overall, a positive experience. My only issue was that it was a bit noisy as you could hear every tricycle passing through the street downstairs. If you can sleep through that, then you should be good!

Nice apartment to stay for an affordable price. Good for family and business trip. The only problem is no parking space.

Accessible and lots of restaurant around to eat

The room is so big and clean. The amenities are great. You have your own basic appliances and all are working. The only thing I have concern on was about the low water pressure coming out of the shower. Also there are some spots in the car that are not cleaned. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

The staff where excellent.. Because we had many items missing from the kitchen and the hob also did not work or the rice cooker.. But the staff where very helpful the found us replacements so my family could cook their meals

We booked the apartment purely because it was suitable for a large family and had a seperate bedroom we where party of 5 Adults 3 kids we also booked it as the discription said full kitchen equipment!! For our cooking.. Unfortunately this was not the case the refrigerator was in the way of the kitchen sink the hob did not work there was no kitchen knives or cooking utensil and no rice cooker no kettle all where broken or missing Also the electric wires are not good inside the room loose fixtures and the aircon in the bedroom did not work also the tv in the kitchen/sala also broken... The CR bathrooms where also dirty..

No staff to assist after 8pm

Staff were really accomodating, the common areas were clean and the rooms also. Room cleaning service upon request was really nice. Laundry area and free use of washing machine on the 4th floor was really good.

Would be nice to have a set of plates, cups and utensils and a proper dish drying rack for the rooms with a mini kitchen. Also wish there was a toaster. The sofa bed wasn't functional.

very dirty, not even toilet paper is provided, no mirror, no change of towels, nobody is cleaning the room for ages, the fridge is smelly and stinky

this property is in a great location just .25 miles from anything you could ever need including emergency service the staff was very accommodating

although the staff was very accommodating when we arrived to the property our room was bare we hand no pots pans to cook with we were given after requesting but the quality was bad we ended up going to buy our own. the washing machine is a community washing machine so if you need to do a quick load you might wait all day

It would be better if the showerwater pressure is stronger and if the air conditioning unit is a bit quieter.

The owner was generous enough to give us the 10-pax unit . The place is safe and quiet.

I booked the superior 4 bed room not realiasing the kitchen was not in the room.(it was not clear on the desciption /photos) The manager was very helpful and arranged the superior 6 bed room (room 303) with kitchen facilities in the room and i paid the difference, the room was clean and spacious and was the floor below the rooftop terrace, which was spacious too, although just basic seating and benches was pleasant to sit and eat. Stairways are the only way to any floor. Not lift in the building. Our stay was for 4 days and the staff were nice and frielndly. Short walk ro the market and small mall in candon and lots of small bakeries and shops to explore.

There was a little mix up getting into the building from the outside. When the employee finally arrived it was not easy to assure her that we paid through hotels.com. When we finally got in we were very happy with everything especially the amount of bed space.

I just stayed for a night. I checked in late and the lady who opened the door for me upgraded me to a suite room, the one with a kitchen. The room itself and toilet were clean. I only wished the water pressure was a bit higher.

We like the property the only issue We have is when we got there they were staying that I booked the smaller room since We paid less than the room that was advertised. The room I booked was big and they were trying to say its the smaller room.

Place was all right. The washrooms plumbing system just need to be better - sewage can be smelled in some nights.

We booked this accommodation on the bus en route to Candon, just an hour and a half time via Trivago. Booking was very convenient, and we got immediate confirmation. The reception is unconventional, with a small table beside the stairwell. The lady was friendly and took us right away to our room. She explained the 3 set of keys and utilities that we can use. The apartment has a triple twin sized-bed (two were pulled out). It has A/C, fan, complete dining wares, free instant coffee, refillable water bottle (you can refill your water at the reception area), shampoo and soap, clean towels and sheets, large TV (selected channels), and has it has a good size balcony. If you want to explore Ilocos Sur/Norte, this would be an excellent base to stay. The distance from Candon is a comfortable return ride. The price is very reasonable, and there are several walking distances-places to eat.

Clean, ample facilities & utensils for the kitchen. The extractor fan for the smell of cooking is not efficient.
