There were no instructions on how to work the coffee machine or room safe or television. We had to work this out ourselves, we still couldn't figure out how the room safe worked. The room was supposed to come with breakfast which was added to the price, but when ee asked at reception we were told this was already in the room. This consisted of a coffee/tea machine, 2 coffee pods and one teabag, and 4 very small prepacked sponge cakes.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026La habitación estupenda, mucho mejor que muchos hoteles, disponía de 3 balcones que daban al exterior, el detalle de la cafetera con café de cápsulas, infusiones y bollería que reponían todas las mañanas. El jacuzzi en la terraza superior con ducha, hamacas y sillones, un lugar muy tranquilo.
Lo único que no funcionaban eran los chorros de los asientos del jacuzzi porque los exteriores para el cuello si funcionaban.

Se escuchaba ruido de la calle, ya que nos dieron la habitación dos y encima la bañera tiraba agua pagué por una habitación mejor por la bañera y resultó que fue para nada

The location was convenient, but unfortunately the overall experience didn't justify the price. We paid around €300 for two nights in July, which felt far too expensive for what was offered. Before arrival, we were asked to prepay in order to receive the access codes because we were told reception closed at 6pm. However, Booking.com stated reception was open until 9pm, which was confusing and made the process unnecessarily stressful. The staff were also not particularly helpful. The bathroom shower was leaking and had visible mould, and because the room was at ground level with windows facing the main street, there was very little privacy. Overall, I wouldn't expect to pay more than around €80 per night for a room of this standard.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Nerja, reformado y muy cómodo. Tienen de cortesía agua fresca en la nevera, dulces y cafetera con dia cápsulas, todo un detalle. Hay aparcamiento público justo al lado o a un paseo de 7 minutos parking gratuito. Sin duda una opción muy recomendable para estar alojado en Nerja tanto para visitarla como para ir a sus playas.

Extrêmement déçu de notre séjour ! Les seuls points positifs pour nous : l'emplacement et une femme de chambre très agréable. Pour le reste on repassera et vous trouverez les photos à l'appui.... Premier jour jacuzzi semblant a priori propre avec du dépôt de sable au fond mais parasol cassée... En allant dans le jacuzzi nous nous rendons compte qu'aucune buse ne fonctionne. En descendant à la réception, la femme est très gentille mais nous réponds ouvertement que c'est une piscine et non un jacuzzi, hors nous avons réserver car booking stipulait qu'il y avait un jacuzzi et il y a même une pancarte dans l'hôtel indiquant les horaires du jacuzzi, donc dès le départ on se sent pris pour des imbéciles... De plus, une prise est ouvertement visible a côté du jet d'eau ce qui est juste ultra dangereux.. Le soir même, des traces suspecte au bord de la piscine et absolument aucune filtration alors que celle ci doit fonctionner 24 heures sur 24, ceci est une obligation légale. Je tiens a préciser que la filtration était bien allumé le lendemain matin. Les jours défilent et la piscine a toujours son dépôt de sable au fond et devient verte, les carreaux de la piscine sont d'une saleté extrême, canapé immonde et en prime la pompe de la piscine ne fonctionnait plus. Nous sommes a nouveau descendus a la réception pour se plaindre de cette saleté et la pompe qui ne fonctionne pas. La réceptionniste est allée mettre une pastille et m'a dit que ça va se nettoyer, une fois partis, nous nous rendons compte que la pompe ne fonctionne pas. En redescendant a nouveau, la dame m'explique que l'agent de maintenance a remarqué que la pompe avait un problème, aucun geste commercial, aucune mesure d'urgence prise, à part désolée nous nous sentons à nouveau pris pour des imbéciles ouvertement.. Nous voyageons énormément dans diverses hôtel et n'avons jamais vu un service aussi déplorable. 150 euros la nuit pour un service qui n'est pas.

El precio es excesivo puesto que no dispone de parking y si es verdad que tienes el parking público al lado, pero este te cuesta 22€ el dia y si a esto le sumas el precio del hostal que son 150€ te sale en 172€ la noche. Para un hostal que no está en primera línea de playa ni tiene vistas al mar.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Hotel mieście się bardzo blisko balkon dr Europa, dookoła świetne restauracje i kawiarnie. Piękny widok na góry. Obsługa ekspresowa i bardzo miła, pomocna. Zameldowanie między 10 a 18. Potem samodzielnie dzięki kodom do wejścia. Wszystko odbyło się sprawnie. Basen na tarasie, na dachu malutki, nie korzystalam.
Brakowało mi np. parasola na plażę, nawet do wypożyczenia.

Cercanía al centro bares y cafeterías para desayunar muy cerca. Parking cerca aunque si sabes moverte por merja puedes encontrar aparcamiento gratuito , nosotros hemos tenido suerte , aún siendo temporada alta .
Nada que mejorar todo perfecto, el año que viene volveremos sin dudarlo

Nella parte superiore c’è una terrazza con una piccola jacuzzi un po’ mal curata, ombrellone rotto, 2 lettini solari e jacuzzi non funzionante( sicuramente non come nelle foto) .

The bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable room. A special thank you to Micaela for her kindness and hospitality. She welcomed us warmly when we arrived, kindly looked after our luggage before check-in, and was always available whenever we needed anything. Her helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.
