Todo. El departamento esta muy bien equipado y la limpieza era perfecta.

Nada.

Todo exelente....ubicación perfecta...departamento super cómodo....nada que que tenga que decir ni agregar....el precio en relación calidad....perfecto..

El lugar es muy lindo. Seguro y la vista a la pile lo hace más hermoso. El personal espectacular. La gente de Nido me atendió muy bien y respondieron todas mis consultas.

Cuando llegué había una tela de araña enorme entre el aire acondicionado y el techo y en la parte de enfrente contra la ventana. Con respwcto a la cama, de un lado el colchón estaba muy caído. Yo estaba sola y me acosté del otro lado, pero si éramos 2 hubiese sido muy incómodo.

No funcionaba el anafe y por la noche se escuchaban muchos ruidos de la calle.

Es la tercera vez que nos quedamos ahí, ubicación excelente, apartamento moderno y cómodo.

Property should supply the essentials for the kitchen such as salt, pepper, some cooking oil, tea and coffee.

La ubicación es espectacular sobre todo si querés estar cerca de Palermo y a mano del Monumental para algún evento

Había olor a cloaca en el departamento. El aire de la habitación chorreaba agua y cuando avisé me contestaron un día después. El chico que me recibió puso cara rara cuando le pregunté por la pileta

Lovely and homely stay.

The apartment was excellent with excellent security and even some of the guards spoke English. I wish the bed had been a little bigger it was difficult to hold somebody who is 6 ft tall without the feet falling off the bed but it was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates. The exercise room has a good quality of equipment. Would happily stay here again.

El departamento estaba muy bien equipado. Todas nuestras dudas fueron resueltas de forma inmediata con un trato muy coordial. Las instalaciones super cómodas. Seguramente volveremos!

El trato es únicamente por mail, lo cual sería mucho mas ágil tener slgun numero para llamar. Había cosas que se notaban descuidadas.

The location is great. The security of the building and staff are nice. The building amenities are good but i have not used them this time-

I have stayed several times and the apartments need maintenance, especially pipe system in the bathrooms. The apartments are comfortable, though not luxurious for the building. They could do better- Microwave handle was burnt, footlamp needed bulb, bathroom had leak- staff was really nice and it might be the reason i keep coming back but the price is high for what you get and i keep having smells on bathrooms regardless of the apartment-

La verdad que nos encantó todo! Hermoso el apto. Muy limpio, ordenado, moderno. El chico que nos recibió al principio muy educado y a la orden. Todo el resto de los servicios un lujo. Sin dudas que vamos a volver!

Ha sido excelente experiencia, desde un principio se comunicaron conmigo para hacer el check in y fueron puntuales a la hora de quedar para recibir el apartamento. El sistema para entrar al apartamento es fácil de usar y en la recepción del edif hay portero siempre disponible La zona es ideal para pasar unos días, hay supermercados y cafés cerca para hacer compra y tener Las personas de seguridad del edificio son muy amables y están disponibles, además las instalaciones están en perfecto estado La única cosa que mejoraría es tener en el apartamento un poco de sal, pimienta y aceite para facilitar hacer comida ahí, son cosas que comprar para un viaje al final se desperdicia.. En general EXCELENTE

The apartment was very comfortable with a comfortable bed and furniture. Loved that it came with a Netflix account and a doorman. The fitness facility was excellent, as was the pool. The location perfectly suited my needs. The team at the property management group was very helpful and responsive. Overall, a great experience!

Imóvel bem localizado, portaria 24 h, piscina compartilhada. Apartamentos confortáveis mas nas fotos pareciam novos, o que não é a realidade.

Everything fantastic, no suggestions. Great location, great facilities. In fairness I think I got a good price, but would consider renting here if I were to live in BA

Gute Lage Super Pool (beheizt)

Check-in at 15.00 was not possible and delayed by 1 hour. Management promised a compensation but never responded to any written requests even though they promised to do so

Property was well furnished and made me feel like home right away. Excellent facilities and staff were really helpful all throughout. Also great part of Palermo to stay - lots to do, easy to get around and close to one of the airport. Stayed for a week and that was an excellent experience, will come back!

The staying was absolutely great, everything has been fantnastic, from the communication to the service. Will go again!

Best continuing communication from a rental property ever.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The gym is great and also the sauna. The bedroom door was broken and even though I reported nobody came to fix it, you could not open and close the door to hang or fold your clothes. The jacuzzi was broken trough out the stay and the washing machines were broken for 2 or 3 days of my stay.

Too few electric outlets, charging phone and computer was a problem

I usually stay there when i am in BA- i love the building, location, simplicity of the property. Staff is wonderful and responsive.

I have been in different apartments and they seem to have issues with toilets. Apartments need to be better equipped : need a pair pf scissors, wine cork. Also basics i would always leave a big water bottle for guests upon arrival. And i would figure out to have a place to hold luggage the departure day- many flights are in the evening.

The apartments are lovely, as well as the amenities that were actually available. The cleaning staff was wonderful, very friendly and kind women who deserve far better management and pay.

The security and management were rude, and policies regarding booking spa rooms, saunas, hot tubs, using the pool and fitness room, and the option to pay for additional cleaning or laundry services changed (along with the prices) depending on who was on shift. I had a seizure outside the building, and instead of calling paramedics, one of the doormen picked me up against my will and accused me of being on drugs.

This is the second time I have rented this place, but this time I am very dissatisfied. I had a family emergency back in the US and I couldn't complete my stay, but I wanted to see my cousins. When I announced that there would be 3 guests, never asked for an extra bed or anything because we have air mattresses, they wanted to charge me the extra guests no matter what. Knowing that I paid full amount of the stay and I was going to stay one night instead of two and that we were only going to sleep. This is the rental of an entire apartment, however they act as if they were a hotel, asking for information about all the people who enter the apartment, I understand that it is for security but then they charge you extra. I couldn't enjoy it, I was always thinking if they would charge or control at all times who enters the apartment or not. Every time you left and entered the building you had to enter all your information again. Totally strict and I didn't like it.

I would equip with basics, leave a welcoming bottle of water, coffee etc- have a pair of sissors? details to make stay perfect - hairdryer is bad. It is necessary to offer a place to leave luggage like you used to do -somewhere on site to hold for a few hours between checkout and flight, It is very inconvenient otherwise for people checking out and leaving in the evening. Carrying luggage around the neighborhood screams ‘tourist’. This is not safe.

Everything was great. The location is perfect and everything was neat and tidy. Great amenities too, although the outdoor pool was not opened, so we'll have to return some other time to use it ☺️

Just like the pictures and description, comfy bed, safe building and area, wifi strong enough for virtual meetings

Can't leave your bags at the property when you check out so you have to use a storage company if you are taking a late flight, but that's just a heads up for planning.
