Hop Inn Hotel Alabang Manila

Clean room.

Everything is fine if your looking for somewhere to stay, staff are very accomodating, rooms are clean and the place is far from traffic noise, only problem is limited parking..you have to shoulder outside parking fee if they ran out of space for you to park.

One of my favorite hotel to stay near Alabang-Zapote 5 reasons: 1. Affordability 2. Rooms 3. Convenient store near entrance. 4. Near pacific rim which you can do running, biking. exercises 5. Restaurants around the areas, only down side is bit noisy in the morning like construction sounds, and the traffic which is very normal in las pinas city, Yes I will book my stay again.

Good location for easy access to shopping, airport and food. No frills accomodation but very good by Philippines standards.

Very cleaned and quiet place, you can walk around near Ayala mall and tones of restaurant surroundings

Basic and very clean

Nice location, lots of restaurants, shops nearby. Access to public transportation

Close to the Malls, restaurants but the floor we were at the 5 th floor some of the guest Were loud and noisy. This was for one night only .

Did a late check in at 9pm. Just when we're about to sleep, we saw the AC leaked half of the room floor. So we had to get up, pack, and move to another room. It was very inconvenient after a very long day outside with the bad weather and traffic.

VERY BAD :( Disappointed with the Accommodation and Service I was not happy with my stay. The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, which made it uncomfortable, especially at night. I raised this with the staff, but they were not helpful and didn't seem interested in resolving the issue. Additionally, I felt that the staff lacked sensitivity and awareness in how they interacted with guests. I'm not sure if it was due to a lack of gender sensitivity training, but it made the experience feel unwelcoming. Overall, I expected better service and comfort for the price I paid. :(

Good clean lower budget friendly hotel. No frills but comfortable.

No shower door and few roaches

Good location, accommodating staffs and comfy bed and pillows though we could do more extra pillows

Simple casual place to stay in with several places within walking distances

Spent a total of four nights at the hotel very nice especially for the price nothing fancy it was clean the desk clerks were very good walking distance to a mall and many restaurants. I would stay again and would tell my friends about the hotel

The room that we booked is very spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom because there’s no door in between the shower room & the toilet. That’s why after you took a shower, the floor is so soaked & wet.

We appreciate the fact that our room was upgraded to a family room, however, the bathroom experience was not pleasant at all. Shower did not have a partition from the rest of the area, so every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. Also, the water drained slowly which made it look untidy and unsanitary. Bathroom is better in smaller rooms.

Like: Good value for money Dislike: Water dripping AC

We had a pleasant stay at Hop Inn Hotel in Alabang

It is very accessible.

The hotel is new. Basic facilities and amenities. Good location. No fridge and coffee machine in the room. I would recommend for anyone who wants a stay in a basic room. Friendly staff. Of course it’s Philippines.

Poor room amenities! No tea or coffee, no small fridge to keep our things, still stuck in 2020. Only good thing was the location and surrounding area.

Slow staff in reception area, checkin takes 30-35 mins even though there is only few in queue. The managers has to run time in motion study that the whole process of checking in should not last 15-20 mins processing per customer as compare to industry standard in hotel management, sometimes they are like government employee that will look on their phone, chit chat with a colleague and will go in and out their post without doing anything at all.

The front desk staff are not willing to assist you easily with any of your requests. Elevators are always occupied by hotel staff since there are no service lifts. No amenities in the room, i.e. fridge, kettle or even hand soap. And their check out process was not friendly, the security guard did not allow us to give the luggage to the taxi waiting outside until they finished checking the room!

Walking distance from some good restaurants

Maintenance of this property should be taken care much attention. Security is good. Staff are excellent and friendly. And I will love to stay again for a long period of time.

I appreciate Ernie Bentillo in housekeeping that no matter how mess I leave out he puts everything back in order nice and clean. You feel valued here. All front desk team or concierge like Alyana very helpful. The whole B Hotel Alabang are exceptional. Even though I’m not here for leisure but they sure made my day!!

Basic hotel. Pleasant enough for just a room and being left alone.

I always stay here when I’m in Alabang. It’s very quiet and convenient

Stayed there many times

The hotel is located in the area that has a lot of small children begging for money .. and the transportation is hard to get , except Grab .. the hotel staff are giving us a salutations meant for Mislims

No parking. The staffs are not friendly especially Dauphny

We were pleased with our stay at the Hop Inn in Alabang. We had a quiet and clean room with everything in good working order. It was everything we needed for our time spent in Muntinlupa. The staff at this hotel do a great job of keeping all the areas of the hotel flawlessly clean. Basically, this hotel is straightforward in catering to the value minded traveler, and we were happy to have experienced that during our stay.

.

The Inn is in a good location and a decent building but parking is terrible as only a few vehicles are allowed in their parking garage and worst the limited parking was not mentioned in their posting.

It’s good but lacking some appliances like kettle and fridge

The place is nice looks new. comfortable and big enough. Good place for work. Biggest drawback is that it’s so noisy you can hear the conversation from outside the room. I hear the doors banging even late at night.

Stay at Hop Inn Hotel was very friendly and conveniently located to Alabang Town Center Mall

Inconsistency of the service. Staff lack of training and the Manager in charge also don't know what is happening in the operation. Don't even know how to solve and handle the issue. Manager promise to resolve the issue but it happen again on the same day.

Just a shorr walk to Molito Mall and Alabang Town Center with a bargain price this hotel is a steal.

Conveniently located

We stayed here for 1night just to rest from a flight and after dinner with some family and relatives in Alabang. After which we will go straight to Batangas the next morning. Hop inn is a budget hotel preferably for business travellers as it is situated in Madrigal Business Park Alabang. Their room costs around 2000 pesos per night. They have small clean rooms, airconditioning is good. Bed and linens are also good. They have bath gel, no hair shampoo and no dental kits, so you should bring your own, or buy at 7-11, in their ground floor area. They have free water, from their per floor water dispensers. Only glasses were provided in the rooms. Overall, stay is good, and recommended.

There were people/ visitors hanging out in the hallway late at night and were very loud at that.

As my brother and I are based in Manila and had to report to our Alabang office on 9 Jan 2024, we felt that it would be wise for us to stay the night before in Hop Inn Hotel instead of battling closed roads on the day itself. This was all well and good since this is my 2nd stay with Hop Inn. The Good 1. Basic. Nothing more, nothing less. 2. GREAT SHOWER. Strong water pressure. Hot water is available right on tap. 3. Clean beds and room. 4. Although in house hotel restaurant, there is a 7eleven convenient store just downstairs and can satisfy your basic snack requirements. 5. Ample parking spaces. The Bad 1. There's gotta be a way to improve the slow check-in / check-out procedures. I don't think the manpower is the issue (since every company suffers from issues arising from staffing) but there are some ways to improve c/i c/o efficiency. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK when work requires us to stay nearby.

A bit small but enough for a short stay. Access to eateries and groceries is a plus. Seems super budget - with not even a bottle of water on offer in the room. TV was not working at that time. No access to other floors which ensures safety but a bit of hassle to connect with friends (on other floors).

Me and my sister stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights for our Christmas staycation. And our stay was definitely a pleasant one! Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. This is perfect if you want to do some last-minute Christmas shopping or just dine in one of the restaurants in Molito or Alabang Town Center. As for the room, it was nice, clean and just perfect. The room was just spotless when we arrived. The aircon was just right and we enjoyed some movie marathons in the room. And also, I loved it that the hot/cold shower is just working perfectly! And lastly, the hotel's service was just spot-on. The staff was friendly, attentive and polite. Every time I walk in the lobby, they'd be greeting you "Good morning", "Good afternoon" or "Good evening". We had a late check-in issue, and the front desk handled the situation well. Also, kudos to the guard who helped me out when I had my hands-full one time. That was very helpful! However, there is one small con that I noticed during our stay. The towels that were in our room were a little worn on the edges. That's all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and this will not be the last time. We will definitely come back again in the future!

For the price it was excellent. It was clean and looked like it was a new hotel. Definitely stay there again.

We were pleased with our stay. Our room was clean & in optimal shape, and had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. The wi-fi worked well, and the room was quiet. There was bedside USB ports, and the bedding was fairly comfortable though slightly hard. The location of this hotel is excellent, and probably our favorite aspect of this hotel. There is a 7-11 on the premises. And you are within a short walking distance of Molito, where there are numerous high quality restaurants and shops. Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again at this hotel.

We arrived around 10pm after long day of traveling and stayed on 10th floor where hallway was very hot and room AC was not effective. We were given another room on same floor and same thing happened. It was hard to sleep in hot room.

Overall stay was okay. It's in the heart of Alabang. However, we can hear the voices of the people talking from the corridor inside our room. So it's kinda hard to sleep when there are loud people passing by your room.

Basin was clogged: AC drips water inside room; no coffee maker in room; nor lobby has one; guests are told to buy coffee at 7/11; no fridge in room.

Value for money minimalist hotel. Very spacious with desk, TV and safe. Conveniently located near the town centre

Stayed here for 4 nights and they put me in 10th floor. AC was not cooling at all! I fell asleep because i was so tired from plane trip and I woke up sweating!! I asked to be transfered to a different room/floor as the guy who came to check the AC (called 2x to check the AC and still not cooling) he said that it is understandable for the rooms to be this hot because we were in 10th floor and that was the top of the building and it's summer. So should I be the one to adjust?? I was so frustrated and stressed out because I was also tired from my 28hr flight. Then they transfered me to 6th floor where it was a little bit cooler than the 1st room I was in. But it took about 2-3 days for the whole room to be cold. No toiletries, no microwave, no water heater for coffee, NOTHING.

Excellent place to stay for those who move around often while in the city.

I stayed here for 4 days and it was one of the best! The staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The location was close to grocery stores and shopping malls. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Hop Inn staff!

I stayed here two nights. Actually 1.5 nights though. The room was clean and the staff was kind and friendly. Good location as well. It took 20 min from airport, using highway. About 700peso. The room wall must be thin so I could heard the sound from outside of room. But it doesn’t matter to me. If you need more space in your room, this hotel must not suitable I guess. But you don’t spend much time in hotel, this would be nice choice.

The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

The service & staff were amazing. Close to the shopping centers & restaurants. The hotel rate was excellent.

Great value for money

It’s very convenient. The room is nice and clean, staff are accommodating. The price is very affordable and just right.

Checkin is seamless and the hotel is extremely clean. Lobby is so spacious and the art works displayed are amazing. Toilet at the ground floor is huge and spotless. The hotel is only 5min walk to Molito Lifestyle Center and Alabang Town Center. 7-11 is conveniently located at the ground floor for your necessities while Family Mart is on the other side of the road.

A very convenient location. Walking distance to Molito and ATC. All the restaurants are within walking distance also. Romulo resto is a few meters away. The staffs are very professional. Rooms are clean.

We had an overnight staycation at this hotel, and I'd say it was a good one. Location-wise, it is very convenient. It is within walking distance to some malls, shops and restaurants. It is very easy to find. Check-in was fast, seamless and efficient. The front desk staff did a good job with that. I also liked that there is no security deposit (but I guess if something happens, they will charge it to you upon checkout). As for the room, it was simple, neat and it's just right for two people. The aircon was cold and there are lots of channels on the TV. Wi-Fi is also fast. They also provided water bottles, towels, face masks and a bottle of isopropyl alcohol. Toilet is also clean, and shower is working perfectly. It was just right. The hotel staff is very friendly, polite and attentive. When you walk into the lobby, they'd always be greeting you "Good morning!" or "Good evening!" or whatever part of the day it is. Same goes for that security guard who assisted me to the elevator when he saw me walking in with hands full. Really appreciated that. And lastly, there is a 7-11 beside the hotel. That is a big plus! However, there are no toiletries available at the hotel. So, it's either you bring you own, or you can purchase at the nearby convenience store. Also, the walls are quite thin so whenever someone from the hallway closes their door, you can hear it. Checkout also might take a while since they'd be doing their room inspection, so you'd be waiting in the lobby for quite some time. In conclusion, I'd say our overnight experience at this hotel is a pleasant one and we might consider coming back again in the future.

Love our stay and very close to commercial areas and safe clean place... highly recommended for family 👪 and corporate

+ The hotel the room the bedsheets and the bathroom, all are all every clean. + The prices are cheap. + Free internet access . + The bathroom is spacious. + Thee room has aircontition. - There are no stairs (there are only emergency stairs which you are not allowed to use) you have to use the elevator. - There is no balcony. - There are some cracks on the column in the room and some moist on the roof. - The internet speed is really slow, I checked it online and it's 1.24 Mbps /s. - There is no breakfast, restaurant or anything relevant. - There are no toiletries.

This is my first time i have booked my short stay in Hop Inn. Seen some of these budget hotels abroad but never got a chance to try one. Fortunately, i need a short stay in Alabang and I saw that Hop Inn was close to the location i need to be at. My expectations are low since I just recently tried another budget hotel in Malate and my experience was not that good. This time it is different. The room was clean, well maintained, staff are friendly and have more amenities that your usual budget hotels. The bed is comfortable and clean, aircon is blowing cold air, water pressure is good, and just enough space for a solo traveler or a couple. There is also a convenience store near the lobby so in case you forget anything, you can simply buy them from this store. Overall, my stay was great and look forward to stay in this budget hotel in the future.

I had an amazing stay, the staffs are all respectful and attentive to our needs. The only minor thing that cause initial inconvenience is the lack of toiletries like soap and hair conditioner that you find usually in many hotels, though I have to mention that shampoo is provided. Also, no phone in the room as well as free coffee nor electric kettle for heating water, but this inconvenience is mitigated by using Viber to which their staff respond promptly to any messages.

Amazing staff

close to malls

It’s the shower room. The shower floor is not provided with non slip material to prevent any one from sliding and thus causing major injury.

hi, Just want to share a little bitsy things abt your hotel. Fist, no parking: Can you please improve your parking system. we’ve paid almost 300 which is already an add on cost to us. 2nd, no extra pillow to give given the nth time stay already in the hotel 3rd, requested for late check out at 1pm but given us til 1230 only. tsk. tsk. >we register to be a blue member for us to enjoy the perks but to no avail. 4th, Front desk staff were not accomodating thus leaving us with no options.

Staff are friendly and respectful. Room is spotlessly clean. Shower room needs a door or a shower curtains. Air conditioner is leaking condensation water.

Besides it’s location, the staff’s efficiency in service and immediate reply to queries are most plausible! Filipino courtesy and hospitality at its best! 👍👍

Very clean hotel, bed is very comfortable, check-in and check-out is quick and easy. I missed a bathroom amenities kit, there was only a hand dispenser with soap. As well there was not enough parking space for our car at the hotel. But all in all the hotel is clean and easy to access and a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Nothing beats a place where you can stay comfortably with wonderful people sincerely greeting you in and out. Thank you for making my stay always topnotch, please give a pat on the back to Harold Ariola who loves to meet guests personally and assist us sincerely. More power and God bless! ❤️

Thank you Hop Inn Alabang. Enjoyed our stay for 2nights. The staff is very accommodating especially Ms. Carla, feels like talking with a friend. ☺️ Hotel is very accessible to restaurants and shopping malls. Rooms are clean, very comfortable to stay at. The only problem is the parking cause they only have few slots but we will definitely come back soon. 😊😊

Staff were helpful and welcoming!

Staff are very friendly and helpful

Stayed for 10 days during our quarantine and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was clean and staff always helpful and friendly.

Great for your budget quarantine stay. Staff was very accommodating and very helpful. The 7-Eleven at the base of the building was also very helpful. Although, the hotel doesn't provide free slippers, they were very accommodating in allowing delivery service to the room.

Staffs are very accomodating. The main entrance, hallway and room are clean. The view in my area looks so nice.

Very clean room. Its what matters most. Good quality comforter. Friendly staff and best stay for the price.

When I request to change our towel, I was charged $12 for a used towel, I stained it with coffee, so I have to be careful in linens too, I have to cover my pillow with my shirts, I’m afraid I’d be charged too because my hair just got hair color,ed, luckily I brought a linen, so I have to use it to be sure not to stain the linen. so now we have to avoid eating on our bed, it’s not comfortable at all.

They dont serve food. You have to order outside online.

An excellent experience that would entail me more on staying again with my friends. Kudos to all the staff and management! Keep it up!

Staff are very helpful and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and for sure i will come back on my next trip to manila.

Property is in a quiet location. All the staff have been really good. The rooms are new and the beds are comfortable. Wifi always works.

No phone inside the room to call the front desk, you have to install an app to get in touch with them, but other than that everything is good.

Only half shower compartment. :0( No toilet paper holder :0(

Property is reasonably new. Property is close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to get transport.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. Room was comfortable. Price is affordable for a superb service. Only that the lady receptionist during our checkout was not friendly.

Clean, nice place to stay. Close to shopping mall. Friendly staff

Conveniently located in the high end part of Metro Manila. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping centre. Good value for money paid.

The place is nearby eateries like Mang Inasal, Chowking, Jollibee etc. There is also 7-11 shop beside the hotel. My suggestion is at least to provide electric kettle to be able to boil hot water at any given time. Thanks & Regards.

Staff is very helpful and friendly . But lack of pillows and hangers.

Staff are ok housekeepin & security ok 711 store next to it is ok. Just the noise at night or early morining bangging doors

great clean rooms toilets are spotless service is good

Very good!

Over all, it was a good stay. Only, there ran out of extra pillows...

Erything was okay but they don't have any shampoo or soap for the guest and even a ketlle.
