Les personnes sont d une très grande gentillesse et nous ont aidé à trouver un restaurant pour le soir. Grande chambre avec tout le confort et dans un style ancien au top. Plusieurs vues de l hôtel sur la mer avec un espace salon et terrasse. Petit-déjeuner avec tout ce qu il faut (peut-être rajouter des œufs?).

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptional – very friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. We would definitely stay here again.

He viajado sola con mi niño de 2 años y en todo momento he recibido una gran ayuda por parte del personal en cualquier cosa que necesitaba. TODOS han sido muy comprensivos y amables. Nosotros hemos reservado la opción de parking y ha sido un acierto. También los desayunos que ofrece el hotel son riquísimos, además servidos en un lugar privilegiado con vistas al mar. El hotel con encanto, muy limpio, habitaciones cómodas. Hay 2 playas preciosas al lado del hotel (de fácil acceso si viajas con niños una de ellas no tiene olas). En cuanto al pueblo, muy tranquilo, con una gastronomía espectacular. Nosotros hicimos pequeñas escapadas en autobús a Zarauz y Zumaya (se tarda 10 min) y nos ha encantado. Repetiremos sin falta, ya qua ha sido un cumulo de experiencia positiva e inolvidable.

Parking we couldn't park anywhere near the property so was stressful at the time. Police escorted us to the door and we loaded bags in and then we parked in port area. Please message to ask to pay for parking spaces they have available nearby once you've dropped your bags.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026j'ai dû annuler ma réservation dès mon arrivée faute de parking (voir ci-dessous).
À peine arrivé dans la ruelle très étroite où se situe l'hôtel, la police municipale nous a intimé l'ordre de dégager les lieux (un autre véhicule a eu les mêmes déboires). Nous avons été invités à rejoindre les parkings en bord de plage, qui étaient tous saturés. J'ai pu trouver une place de fortune en contrebas de l'hôtel - donc loin de ce dernier et avec un fort dénivelé - mais il était matériellement impossible d'y laisser la voiture. J'ai donc dû annuler en urgence ma réservation et l'hôtel n'a pas voulu me rembourser.

The hotel is VERY difficult to approach by car and GPS instructions not to be trusted. Get hotel instructions before arrival. We booked a parking space which through no fault of the hotel's was not available, however parking at the port is not expensive once you have unloaded bags at the hotel.

El estacionamiento está lejos. Muy incómodo la llegada para dejar las valijas es una calle que cuesta mucho acceder con el auto para dejar las valijas. Un encordio. Necesitan renovar las toallas. Para desayunar tenés que decir a qué hora vas a comer. Estoy de vacaciones! No quiero horarios! Sino te molesta eso está ok. Igual el desayuno es caro para lo que ofrecen

There isn’t much to dislike, and it would be petty to try and find something.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Nice location in the heart of Getaria. Our room was nicely decorated and the hotel itself had lots of character. We didn’t have a sea view room but there were amazing views from the first floor lounge and terrace. Nice reception staff. We chose not to have the 12 euro breakfast and found a little cafe serving ham and cheese toast.
I did not realise parking was so limited so asked too late to get a space. If you don’t have much luggage it might be easier just to park your car at the main port parking lot ( pay between 10-8pm 12 euros depending on what time of year it is) and walk up from there. We failed to find the very narrow turning to drop off our luggage in front of the hotel.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Ubicación genial. Sin ruidos y a dos pasos de todo. Desayuno correcto y el personal super atentos. El edificio es una chulada y la habitación grande con una cama muy grande y cómoda.
Deben renovar el cuarto de baño. Es un peligro la bañera e incomoda para ducharse. Los ventanales de madera no cierran todo lo bien que deberían hacerlo.
