Die Unterkunft ist Mega sauber und hat eine tolle Lage. Katarina ist sehr nett und immer zur Hilfe. Alle 3 Tage Reinigung und frische Handtücher.

Das Doppelbett ist nur 1,40 m breit. Das finde ich für 2 Erwachsene nicht sehr komfortabel. Mein Mann hat im Etagenbett geschlafen. Hier ist auf jeden Fall eine Modernisierung dringend notwendig.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily give this place a 10/10. The apartment was absolutely spotless and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, not just for preparing a quick breakfast, but even for proper cooking and larger meals. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras waiting for us: coffee capsules, olive oil, homemade wine, and even laundry capsules for the washing machine. The beds were very comfortable, there was convenient private parking, and the location itself was beautiful. One of our favourite things was being able to watch the sunrise from the terrace in the morning. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us useful recommendations for activities and even suggested a boat company for our trip to the Keri Caves. Before our flight home, when we were worried whether our suitcases would stay within the 20 kg baggage limit, they also helped us by providing a scale. Small things like this made us feel genuinely looked after. The location is also very convenient, with shops nearby and easy access to some of the most beautiful sights in the area, including the Keri Caves and Mizithres.

Lovely, helpful host. The room is very clean and has everything we need, including AC. The location is perfect, literally one minute away from the sea and two minutes from several taverna, markets etc.

bello e pulito l'appartamento, la proprietaria è gentile e simpatica e ci ha anche preso il latte di soia e offerto il vino prodotto dal marito. mi è piaciuto il fatto che ci sia una uscita davanti e una dietro, entrambe con tavolo e sedie per cenare o rilassarsi all'esterno.

non ci ha dato l'appartamento vista mare, avrei preferito sicuramente il piano superiore invece del piano terra. il mare si intravedeva. il condizionatore è l'unica cosa da cambiare.

Katerina is an excellent host, always ready to resolve any issue. The location is a quiet fishing village where you can relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Our apartment had a lovely small terrace with a sea view. We had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely wonderful — a true home away from home ❤️ We honestly cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the moment we sadly had to say goodbye, everything was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment with the balcony and the little terrace at the back overlooking the sea, and it was simply gorgeous. The apartment was beautifully kept, spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we could have needed. There was air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a very comfortable double bed, and a separate bedroom for the children with bunk beds and plenty of storage space. Although we chose to eat out every evening, the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook during your stay. There is a cooker and oven, pots and pans, cutlery, plenty of glasses, a large fridge and freezer, and even a coffee machine. Katerina had thoughtfully prepared coffee pods, milk, sugar and tea for us, which was such a lovely touch. We were welcomed with a bottle of locally made wine and a little bottle of locally produced olive oil — such a beautiful and personal welcome. The apartment is cleaned every three days for longer stays, with fresh towels provided as well, and everything was always beautifully maintained. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Katerina and her family. This is a genuine family-run business, and you can really feel the love and care they put into everything. They live on the property, so they are always nearby if you need anything, but they also give you your privacy and make you feel completely at home. Katerina is absolutely incredible — so kind, welcoming, helpful and genuinely lovely. The location is also fantastic. The nearby beach is quiet and beautiful, there is a small supermarket close by, and there are plenty of lovely restaurants within easy reach. It is a peaceful place where you can really relax and enjoy Zakynthos. Leaving was honestly emotional for us.

Είναι ένα πάρα πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την θάλασσα . Το δωμάτιο είναι πάρα πολύ ωραίο και είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα . Η οικοδέσποινα κυρία Κατερίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ φιλόξενη και δίπλα στους πελάτες για το οτιδήποτε. Για τους λάτρες της θάλασσας όπου θα έχουν μαζί τους ένα σκάφος είναι ιδανικό το κατάλυμα διότι βρίσκε δίπλα στην ράμπα καθέλκυσης και σου παρέχει μεγάλο χώρο στάθμευσης συν νερό .

The venue was fabulous as we could walk to the beach to do a cruise, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

View was fantastic. Clean and well presented. Lady who checked us in (possibly the owner) very friendly and welcoming. Great location.

Beds were a little hard, but thats a personal preference. Air con took a while to work out.

Katerina è una host eccezionale. Simpatica, familiare e accomodante che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. L'appartamento aveva una bellissima vista mare ed era provvisto di tutto il necessario.

The location was amazing, with the sea almost right below the balcony. The beach was beautiful and very clean. It was a peaceful place with restaurants and small shops, but without nightclubs and noise. Ideal for families with children. The hosts were very kind and helpful if any problems arose. For example, we got a flat tire, and the owner helped us resolve the whole situation. A bottle of wine on the table upon arrival and olive oil were the icing on the cake. Perfect! We will come back

La proprietaria Katerina è fantastica, non ci sono parole per descrivere la sua accoglienza, gentilezza, simpatia! Gli appartamenti sono bellissimi, dotati di tutto, situato appena fuori dal piccolo centro si é immersi nel relax, la spiaggia é proprio di fronte Katerina vi suggerirá cosa vedere, dove mangiare e in camera troverete l'ottimo vino e olio che produce suo marito; chi trova Katerina trova un tesoro!!

Era tutto perfetto!

O quarto era muito espaçoso e gostoso. Tava tudo bem limpo e organizado. A proprietária foi super solicita e simpática. A localização é em uma região mais tranquila de Zakynthos, mas uns 30minutos do centro principal da ilha. Pra nós que alugamos um carro não foi problema nenhum.

Katerina und ihr Mann waren einzigartige Gastgeber. Sie haben alles dafür getan, dass wir uns sehr willkommen und wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Selbstgemachter Wein, selbstgemachtes Olivenöl (alles aussergewöhnlich lecker), Orangensaft, Nespresso-Kapseln, Wäschetabs, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, Shampoo mit Conditioner, Spülmittel, Spül-Schwämmchen, alles war da, sogar eine Riesentüte Eiswürfel hat Katerina noch gebracht. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Terrasse, also kein Kofferschleppen, einfach genial. Wir konnten die Wohnung bereits vor der offiziellen Checkin-Zeit beziehen. Alles war blitzblank sauber, in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. 2 wunderschöne Terrassen, ruhig und gemütlich, eine davon mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Marathonisi, sogar vom Badezimmer aus. Wir liebten diesen Ausblick. Ein wunderschönes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche, großem Waschbecken und einem großen Einbauschrank mit ganz viel Platz. Ein sehr bequemes Bett mit sehr guter Matratze. Alle 3 Tage wurde sehr sauber geputzt, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher (die immer soooo gut geduftet haben) ausgewechselt, obwohl das gar nicht nötig gewesen wäre, sogar zuletzt noch wegen nur noch einem Tag Aufenthalt. Katerina und ihr Mann haben sich täglich erkundigt, ob alles passt, ob wir zufrieden sind oder ob wir einen schönen Tag hatten. Aufmerksamere Gastgeber kann es gar nicht mehr geben. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation perfekt. Katharina ist ein so warmherziger und fürsorglicher Mensch, einfach eine gute Fee, die immer präsent ist ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir können diese Unterkunft und diese wunderbaren Gastgeber zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Dieser Aufenthalt hat unseren wunderschönen Urlaub perfekt und unvergesslich gemacht. Auf einer Skala von 1 - 10 haben diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeber eine 15 verdient. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Excellent, quiet location, a short walk from the beach and well equipped, good sized studio.

The bed was quite firm, but this seems to be normal in Greece.

The host Katerina and her husband are really lovely people, made me feel right at home. The appartment was huge, with some homemade wine and olive oil as a lovely surprise when I arrived. Very clean, well tended to. I really enjoyed my stay, especially given the gorgeous location. Definitely stay here when traveling to Zakynthos!

It’s not related to the property but to Keri in general. The tap water is not drinkable. You should buy water in the marketstore and it can be delivered to your accommodation.

Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet! Wir haben uns bei Katerina sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am Strand , einfach herrlich! Tauchbasis ebenso nur zwei Minuten entfernt.

Die Lage des Apartments zwischen Strand und Tauchbasis ist ideal, die Vermieterin Katerina ist super nett, das Apartment mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, noch dazu sehr modern und absolut sauber. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! Two things stood out in particular: first, the host - Katerina was absolutely wonderful. She gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Second, the location - you simply can't get any closer to the beautiful Keri Beach! If you're looking for accommodation in Limni Keri, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

Nous avons adoré l’accueil de Katerina avec des produits locaux, la tranquillité des lieux, la proximité avec la plage de Keri Beach à quelques mètres (sans doute l’une des meilleures de l’île, plage familiale et calme), les équipements dans le logement, le balcon vue sur mer et la gentillesse naturelle de Katerina et son sens du service. Nous avons tellement adoré que nous avons prolongé notre séjour Si nous revenons sur l’île, nous retournerons dans ce logement sans aucune hésitation Aucun défaut, tout était parfait !

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento suite con vista mare. La cucina era ben equipaggiata e tutte le stanze comode, confortevoli e pulite. Il terrazzino, oltre che utile, è fantastico per godere della vista sulla baia. La posizione ottima, davvero a due passi da un mare cristallino e da una spiaggia non affollata, con servizi gratuiti. La baia di Keri si trova, in generale, in una posizione che permette di visitare l'isola e di fare escursioni in barca che consigliamo assolutamente. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Caterina ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Хорошие, достаточно современные апартаменты с неплохим месторасположением. Хорошо укомплектованный кухонный уголок. Просторные жилая и ванная комната. Большой балкон с сушилкой для вещей. Своя, частная парковка. Дружелюбная хозяйка. Боковой вид на море. Тихий район. Хорошая инфраструктура рядом. Небольшой галечный пляж в ста метрах.

В душевой все-таки неплохо добавить занавеску - вся вода из душа постоянно летит на пол ванной комнаты. Заезд на парковку затруднителен для большого автомобиля.

Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. The room was great with a nice terrace and sea view. The beach is 20 metres from the property. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel is situated in a perfect location—very peaceful and surrounded by greenery. It’s close to the water and beach, with a boat rental nearby. There are also good restaurants in the area. It’s an ideal place for a family getaway. There’s no hustle and bustle, which was a big plus for us. We keep fond memories of this place and would gladly return, as we were very satisfied with our stay.

An excellent location with a beautiful sea view. Nearby there are taverns on the seashore, minimarkets and the port hosted small boats that you could ride on. The room was spacious, chic, fully equipped, everything was sparkling clean. Things were new, well maintained and very clean. The towels and bed linen are impeccable. The owners pleased us the most. Very hospitable, kind and generous people. They did everything possible to make us feel at home and enjoy every day of our vacation, and they really succeeded. Thank you for everything!

Warm welcome and friendly/inobtrusive service from our lovely host Katerina who allowed our early check in and assisted with booking our transfers to/ from the airport. Our patio had a direct view to the sea and was our favourite afternoon/evening spot. A few metres walk to the beach for great swimming and 5 - 10 minutes walk to good selection of restaurants. Comfortable bed and space for our luggage in the 2nd bedroom. Full kitchen and dining plus washing machine. Effective air conditioning and insect screens. Location/Keri beach was perfect

The lovely patio was the only lounge area and only view to the sea but was not that private with other guests, owners passing to and fro and the diners from the restaurant next door overlooking us.

We like everything. The location is fabulous close to the Keri beach and boating services. Room has ample space and amenities for short or long stay. Caterina and her family are gracious hosts, helping us with luggage and gifting wine & olive oil made by themselves. You are lucky if you get your booking here!

We had a very nice time thanks to the people here. First, they understood our situation and changed our reservation FOR FREE ! So we didn’t miss two days. Then they were so nice, helpful, and gave as curtosy drinks, olive oil and fruits. Very, very nice people !

Me and my sister stayed here for 9 nights and we were sad to leave. Lovely, family owned, apartment. Everything was perfect, included everything we needed very spacious and it was always super clean. We both felt very looked after and safe here :)) The location couldn't have been more perfect, pretty much beach front and a 3 minute walk to the main centre of Keri which had a nice mix of restaurants and day time activities. Loved my stay here would 100% book again. Thanks to Katerina and her family ♡

Fantastic apartment, very well fitted out, modern and very clean. The large balcony had wonderful sea views and views inland to the hills too. A quiet location about 20 metres from the sea, but within five minutes walk along the boardwalk to the main part of the village where there is a choice of several tavernas and restaurants. A special mention to Katerina, the owner, who was excellent, very welcoming and friendly, always a smile on her face and ready and willing to give any help advice needed. We highly recommend Marathon Studios and Apartments. You won't be disappointed.

We spent 5 great days in Marathon Studios & Apartments. Everything was just perfect! The place is very clean and tidy! Extremely nice and obliging owners of the facility. We felt like being home there! Thank you for everything! Hopefully, we will visit you again in the future!

Everything was 10/10. Extremely nice and generous hosts, katarina&family.thanks again! Very nice and clean studio, super location with seaview to very nice crystal beach. Price well below standard offered. Handy shop on spot. Nice neighborhood- close to bars and shops, but not too noisy. A 'must go' and we surely go there again when - for sure-in zakynthos, to see again the lovely turtles at Cameo. I recommend also to rent private motorboat, Sirocco good price for unforgettable private tour. We just loved it all!!

The location was absolutely the best! Tt is almost on the beach with a breathtaking view. It is very near of restaurants and it has a supermarket inside the building. Also it is a very quiet location. The apartment was very clean, really nice smell of cleanness and new. We had everything that we needed and actually the apartment is better in reality than in the photos from booking. We had a very nice surprise having the best hosts ever, being very helpful and sweet and willing to do everything for us in order to have the best staying. They made us feel very welcomed and homey. We had a welcome present when we arrived and also a good bye one :). They had provided us all the necessary information in regards of the location, activities that we can do, everything. It is the perfect place to rest and recharge! I will definitely comeback! :)

We highly recommend this apartments! It is located directly at the beach, the location is amazing and the view is incredible! There is a terrace to enjoy the breakfast with a nice view. The neighbourhood is quiet, so there is not much noise. Near the apartments there are shops to buy food, restaurants, and places to rent a boar or buy tickets for excursions. The apartment was very clean and it was big enough for 4 people, that's how many we were. There is a fridge, kitchen and possibility to cook. It has a good Wifi as well. Especially we liked the host, Katerina! She is amazing, such a pleasure to communicate with her! She was very gentle to us. We had booked a small apartment for 3 days, and then a big one for 4 days, but she offered the big apartment one day in advance. She kindly helped us with everything we need, provided guidance for our excursions and was there everyday to assist us with any questions. In addition, on the last day, she permitted us to do the check out at 18:00 instead of 11:00, and to stay for a few more hours because of our evening flight. We were very happy that we chose her apartment, and would like to come back for sure! Many thanks to Katerina!!!

Honestly we could not find anything missing, everything was good and especially good value for the money. Katerina helped to fix everything we needed, so many thanks to her for making our stay calm and beautiful!
