La ubicación. Muy buen sitio y cerca de todo. Alojamiento limpio y bonito. Dan instrucciones para entrar. No es ruidoso. Muy recomendable.

המיקום מושלם. 10 דקות הליכה מכל מקום. אצלינו היה ממש ממש שקט ברחוב וזה היה מושלם. הבנתי שבדיוק באוגוסט עושים הפסקה מהבניה ממול אז צריך לבדוק מה המצב שלה כרגע. מרחק הליכה מבית חב"ד, וגם היה אפשר לקבל מפתח לשער ולדירה למי ששומר שבת. היינו צריכים לעלות במדרגו שזה לא ממש נוח עם המזוודות אבל כל הקומה הייתה שלנו וזה היה ממש נחמד. בכללי הדירה מעוצבת בסגנון עתיק כי זה בנין לשימור ויש לזה וייב יפה. סך כל אני ממש ממש שמחה שבחרנו את המקום הזה לשהיה שלנו באתונה! במטבח יש רק סוכר וקפה. אז אם רוצים מלח\פלפל\שמן צריך להביא מראש. המזגנים לא הכי חזקים אבל סביר. הרצפה קצת חורקת אם הולכים, וגם הדלתות. כי זה בית ישן. לנו זה לא ממש הפריע.

יש כל הזמן נמלים במטבח. אם משאירים אפילו רק פירור אחד תוך שניה באים מלא מלא נמלים! זה היה ממש מגעיל ולא נעים. בצק אאוט בשעה 11:00 החדרנית דפקה בדלת ורצתה שנפנה, ביקשתי להתקשר למארחת לשאול אם אפשר רק להשאיר את המזוודות שלנו בקרבת מקום, והבנו שאין מקום כזה. רק אם הולכים לבית השני מהרשת הזאת במרכז העיר, וזה מרחק הליכה די גדול לעשות עם מזוודות בכל העיר. בסוף ישבנו בחוץ ברחוב בשיא החום בזמן שחיכינו שיאספו אותנו ברכב, ועקצו אותי ואת הבת שלי כ20 יתושים כל אחת. תיאורטית המארחת יכלה להתחשב ולתת לנו 10 דקות לחכות בפנים. ראיתי שבזמן הזה החדרנית לא עשתה כלום ורק ישבה ועישנה בנתיים אז לא הבנתי מה היה דחוף לפנות אותנו.

Hello Please I need help This people are thief’s I forgot my money at the bed room 1800 € in cash and they stole it What I should do

the property was very small, they squeeze,you like sardines to charge more for the beds, the property does not sleep more than 3 people on trundles of course, it's all about making money and they increase the daily tax when you arrive.

Great location, many walkable sites, although I would recommend the Lime scooters, as a means of trannsport unless you have plenty of time there. Staff helped with all queries quickly and efficiently.

If we're being really picky, there was one slightly damaged floorboard that our son managed to stub his toe on, but it wasn't a big issue at all

Betrifft App. 14: - Haare/ Haarbüschel von Vorgängern - Baustelle Luftlinie 10 Meter, Beginn hämmern + Kreissäge wochentags um 7 Uhr, samstags um 8 Uhr - keine inkludierten Parkplätze - Matratze überträgt jede Bewegung des Bettnachbarn unangenehm - kein Schallschutz - keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, Nachbarn können vom Balkon bis ins Bett gucken - Exit-Beleuchtung leuchtet auf Kopfbereich von Bett - alter, abgenutzter Abwaschschwamm (hab ich gewechselt)

The only good thing about this place was the location.

Completely misrepresented on the booking.com site. We only received about 1/3 of the accommodation that is represented in the pics.

Αρχικά αναφέρεται ότι υπάρχει πάρκινγκ , πράγμα που για αρχή μας ενόχλησε διότι είμαστε οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά κάτω των Τρειων ετών και κοιτούσαμε κατάλυμα με πάρκινγκ, μας ανέφεραν ότι φταίει η booking γι αυτό. Το χειρότερο όμως ήταν ότι στην μικρή μας κόρη κατά την αποχώρηση μας φάνηκαν στο σωματάκι της κόκκινα σημάδια , αρχικά νομίζαμε ότι ήταν από τα πολλά κουνούπια πού αναφέρονταν και σε άλλες κρητικές , αλλά μετά την επιδείνωση των σημαδιών ο γιατρός μας ανέφερε ότι ήταν σημάδια από κοριούς. Μπορεί να είναι όμορφο και διαχρονικό αλλά σίγουρα δεν θα το ξανά προτιμήσω. Τα παιδιά στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία ήταν εξαιρετικά και ευγενέστατα.

Quartos limpos e o apartamento é muito lindo! A recepção foi muito atenciosa com a gente, nos ajudando em muitos momentos! Achamos muito carinhoso da parte deles disponibilizarem um pote com café e cafeteira para começarmos a manhã! Recomendaria muito!!

Znakomita lokalizacja - spokojna, bardzo ładna część miasta - blisko Akropolu. Bardzo dobry standard apartamentów - byliśmy zachwyceni.

The apartment was lovely, great location and was clean. Plenty to do within walking distance such as attractions and places to eat. We had a great time and hope to return again!

The property is in an excellent location with incredible surroundings and plenty of space. It is also beautiful architecturally with its high ceilings. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed and sofa were comfortable.

Unaware it was on the ground floor so balcony etc seen in photos wasn’t included, this made the construction noise happening from 6am outside even louder. Shutters were hard to open so left closed and so limited natural light. Bath tub leaked.

Clean place. Quiet street. Apartment is a walking distance to Acropolise and Plaka. Lots of nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions.

Bien équipé, propre et rénovation récente , proximité lieux touristiques avec quartier possédant de nombreux restaurants.

Apartamento con encanto, espacioso, con techos altos. La cama grande y cómoda. Todo muy limpio. La situación excelente, a pocos metros de restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, etc., y lo principal, a minutos del Acrópolis. Desde el apartamento todas las zonas turísticas a visitar están como máximo a 15-20 minutos caminando, no fue necesario utilizar el coche aunque lo teníamos estacionado en las cercanías (el establecimiento no dispone de aparcamiento, pero se puede aparcar en la calle sin problema).

Por poner algún detalle, el apartamento dispone de cafetera de cápsulas, pero en el nuestro no había cápsulas ni de café ni de té, cosa que suele haber en todos los alojamientos que hemos estado en Grecia.

Posizione vicinissimo centro storico. Arrivo organizzato senza persona. Qualche gradino, ma molto comodo al piano terra. Camera matrimoniale buona. Solito divano letto, ma comodo. ok aria condizionata.

Il bagno sarebbe da rinfrescare.

Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. All rooms are air conditioned. The living area wher the sofa bed is located has no air-conditioning. Has essentials like hair dryer and flat irons on each rooms. Has fly repellant sprays and citronella everywhere although not seen mosquitoes during our visit. New, soft towels and toiletries enough during our stay, even spare bin bags! Strong water flow all over the apartment and has shampoo and shower gels. Has extra toilet rolls too. Kitchen well equipped with cooking pots, utensils and plates and cutleries. There is even a coffee machine, not one but 2, with enough coffee granules to use!!!! And they have tea as well. No washing machine. Great place to stay if you're around athens. Not wheelchair friendly. Adonis came to greet us and even gave us a sweet present. Rafaela has kept us updated even booked us transport to the apartment. A quiet area and street but a short walk to the main street and restaurants and shops.

Just the missing washing machine.... but it didn't affect our stay as we brough enough clothes

Great location and very cool apartment stayed 2 nights

The property was so cute and quaint, decorated really nicely. We only stayed for one night and I wished we could have stayed for longer. It’s a really great location to explore Athens, you can walk everywhere from the apartment. It was super easy to access with really clear instructions and had everything we needed, with really nice toiletries provided! Would stay again when back in Athens.

Absolutely loved the tastefully renovated historic house. The location was excellent and a surprisingly quick walk to a beautiful view of the acropolis and restaurants.

The drain in the shower was a little slow.

We were on a Virgin Cruise and stayed with Live in Athens for arrival and departure days. We stayed in two (2) different units. Each one had their charms. The staff is excellent, accommodating, and helpful. We LOVED our stay.

Location was good. It had Netflix

The sofá bed for 2 children wasn’t that comfortable and the floors were very squeaky and loud.

Design and details of the apartment

Lovely neighborhood, old style Athenian accommodation, a true gem that takes you back in time. The location is unbeatable with many cafés and restaurants right on your doorstep but still very calm.

Great support from staff - thank you- wonderful apartment - everything as per booking ; super location to Acropolis but also to the city itself - can’t fault our experience at all

주차는 빈자리찾느라 한참 헤맬듯해요. 난벙도잘되고 다좋았는데 아쉬운건 . 헤어드라이기 없다는거. 수건을 주문하면 돈을 더 낸다는거가 아쉬워요 .

Wonderful location very close to the city center and all touristic attractions yet not on a main route and hidden within the "real" Athens area which enabled us to enjoy in authenticity of this magnificent city life.

A little bit noisy at night

A very nice apartment with spacious rooms and modern kitchen. Very clean! Grocery store is only steps away so I felt at home quickly. Also appreciated the washing machine. Location couldn't be better - quiet neighborhood but only minutes from subway, shopping and of course the splendid Apostolou Pavlou. I really liked being tucked away and not directly on the street. The little terrace is a restful place to read a book. I look forward to returning to Athens and would happily stay in in this apartment again. Most importantly, every interaction before and during my trip with the staff at Live in Athens was a pleasure. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to this solo traveler. Nice to meet Thanos at the main office when I dropped by to pay my balance.

I would suggest some brighter lights at the bathroom sink. Wifi was a bit spotty. I'd also suggest leaving some laundry detergent as I ended up buying a big jug that I only used about 1/4 cup of. Perhaps multi-language washing machine instructions, too? These are all minor things, none of which impacted my stay. Suggestions only.

Very little help regarding storage of luggage until check-in. Very little Φιλοξένια from reception except for the wonderful housekeeper.

The internet was poor.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location with great ambiance and great restaurants nearby , very comfortable, well equipped. very attentive office, easy and friendly communication with the office. The apartment has beautiful setting, we liked it a lot.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the bus/ truck noise from the street very early in the morning.

The location was fantastic. We were walking distance to all the main sites and the metro. It was a great apartment for a few days. Beds were comfortable and quiet at night. Air conditioning was superb. The kitchen was handy although we didn't use it.

Nice apartment in the historical building, within walking distance from the centre of Athens. A lot of good taverns in the quarter around the apartment.

the backyard and the apartment itself were beautiful. it was easy to enter and the information was very clear. the apartment is close to night life and a 10 min walk from the center of Athens. highly recommend and would come back.

If you are more than two, the sofa bed is not very practical during the day and so you do not enjoy the living room. there is a lack of electrical plugs so almost impossible to plug your laptop if you are on the living room table. You have to choose if you want to watch the tv or charge your phones / electronics. You have to choose between the light or charging your phone once in bed. The Wifi is quite poor and very diferent depending on where you are in the appartment. I would have prefered a shower than a bath, as it would have provided more room and confort in the nicely decoarted bathroom. Having said that it is the second time I come

The location - a short walk from restaurants, bars, and mainline metro to ferry terminal. We were slightly taken aback how close the the apartment was to access the main attractions of Athens. Would have loved to stayed a few extra days as the apartment was in a quite residential street and gave a more local feel to our stay.

We would maybe have enjoyed a different apartment had we been staying longer. There was a courtyard, but not without direct access. This however may have reflected in the price paid.

Great location for all the attractions in Athens. It is an old house renovated with great taste and very confortable.The terrace is awsome, you really feel like your in a restaurant and ready to order.Thank You!

The property does not look as spectacular as it does in the photos but the main rooms were beautiful and well appointed. The bathroom could perhaps use a bit of rethinking/improvements. Outside the courtyard is lovely but you feel a bit like you're in a fishbowl with the properties around. The WiFi wasn't working but the property manager came over right alway trying to fix it and even offered another property around the corner for WiFi for an important meeting and explained they'd never had this issue with WiFi before, so quite responsive.

The house was clean modern, missing the courts in the front door where you have the second bed. Kitchen was ok check-in ok the best of the house is the position really very close to most of the actraction of Athen. The street next to the house has very nice restourant and supermarket

Our stay was in February, and what is important, the apartment has heating, which was very comfortable. Dream location, all attractions are accessible on foot. All necessary and useful information was available in the apartment. During our stay was calm and quiet, maybe because it was off season. We lived upstairs, we could use nice terrace, even though it was winter.

The location is good pretty close to everything. Nice kitchen with the required staff . Clean. Personal is very nice and address all needs .

We got room 13 it was very dark , the weather was amazing but we couldn’t open the window in the bedroom because the view on the wall and choked air, we heard shower of the room 12 and other neighbors like it’s in our apartment . The terraces is down of the living house and it is not comfortable to sit outside with old house above of your head .

A great place to stay with family or friends. A step away from the supermarket and bakery. A quiet neighbourhood surrounded by streets with good restaurants, terraces and rooftops with fantastic view over Acropolis and Parthenon.

Really beautifully presented apartment. Lovely attention to detail and it felt really special to be in such. Beautifully restored historic house. Absolutely amazing location too.

Honestly, it was absolutely amazing. The only thing I would say is that as a family of 5, the single sofa bed wasn't that comfortable, which led to all three of our children sharing the double sofa bed, not ideal in hot weather.

a very nice place to stay in the middle of Athens. very quite place and a few nice restaurants in close vicinity of the flat. we enjoyed our staying and we will recommend this place. Thission and Monastiraki easy reached in a few minutes
