Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Die Lage ist super, die Altstadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, jedoch ist es durch die stark befahrene Strasse recht laut. Sonst super bequemes Bett!
Etwas laute Umgebung, leider hat uns niemand vor der Apartmentreinigung (wie angekündigt) informiert und das Bad war nicht überall ganz sauber, der Abfluss hat nicht funktioniert im Waschbecken, nachdem wir uns mit dem Personal in Verbindung gesetzt haben, ist leider auch nichts behoben worden.

Для двух взрослых человек, кровать была узковата.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Lage an VGN Knotenpunkt-man kommt schnell überall hin. Liegt auch nahe an der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch sehr gut. Die Autostraßen hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum,sie sind schalldicht.
Leider kein Licht und keine Steckdose direkt am Bett

For some people it might be a bit noisy, if you needed to open a window. But for three adults we found it ok. There is no air conditioning and we had one fan, as it was 29/30 degrees it was very hot which made it a bit uncomfortable at night but not for all of the party mainly for those in the bedroom.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Gute Lage. Innenstadt liegt vor der Tür. Das Appartement war sehr ! sauber. Selbst in den Schränken. Küche ist ganz ok ausgestattet. Schön war auch der Laden für Lebensmittel unten im Haus.
Das Appartement ist prinzipiell schön, allerdings waren wir bei 35 Grad da und das Appartement war sehr heiß. Ehrlich gesagt, zu heiß. Es gab zwar einen Lüfter, aber der half nicht viel. Jetzt haben wir in Deutschland nicht so oft mehrere Tage hintereinander so große Hitze, aber wir hatten es und daher gibt es leider keine 10 Punkte.

Der Check-in am Automaten klappte nicht. Am Wochenende ist das Büro nicht besetzt. Es war schwierig, jemanden zu erreichen. Ich musste auf einen Rückruf warten. Im Zimmer war es sehr warm. Öffnet man das Fenster, ist es ziemlich laut.

Gestione della prenotazione tramite WhatsApp e accesso alla struttura e alla camera facile e comodo tramite link e chiave elettronica. Assolutamente soddisfatto, tornerò!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026La casa è spaziosa. Nonostante avessimo prenotato una tripla (una matrimoniale più una singola) ci hanno offerto allo stesso prezzo la quadrupla (una matrimoniale e due singole). La casa era pulita ed accessoriata, anche se in cucina le stoviglie sono precise precise per il numero degli ospiti. In un momento di necessità abbiamo contattato la chat (non essendo presenti host in loco) e sono stati efficienti e d'aiuto. Si è vicini al centro, ma il quartiere non è dei migliori.
L'aspetto drammatico in questi giorni di calura è stata l'assenza di aria condizionata. Mi dispiace fare questo appunto perché sono sicura che avendo visitato la città in un altro periodo avrei assegnato un punteggio diverso, ma in questi giorni con i soli ventilatori è stato davvero stressante dormire. Ho aperto le finestre, nonostante la via principale e i rumori sotto, ma è stato molto faticoso riposare. I due bagni (uno con lavandino e wc e uno con lavandino e doccia) non sono finestrati e quello del wc ha un cattivo odore. Inoltre nonostante la discreta metratura il salotto cucina, come una delle singole, sono veramente poco areate e buie.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Excellent location- just cross the road and you can enter the old town, metro station is right around corner. Attentive staff- I was able to check in earlier and check out later (shout out to Ramon). Spacy room and convenient bathroom.
The place is loud in general, there are several tram lines that made weird noises, and in addition (actually everywhere in Nuremberg) a road construction. Would be good to have light switches by the bed

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Lage ist ideal, da die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür hält. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Das Apartment war aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage recht warm. Zudem könnten die Küchenutensilien teilweise erneuert werden, da sie bereits etwas abgenutzt sind.

Purtroppo l'odore acre e fastidioso di un disinfettante ci ha fatto tenere tutte le finestre aperte durante la notte e, questo avvenimento, non ci ha fatto dormire bene perché il Brera è situato in una piazza centrale con tanto movimento di mezzi pubblici e movida.

Φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα στις 16.10. Μου είχαν στείλει τους κωδικούς για να κάνω check in μέσω ενός μηχανήματος. Για κάποιο λόγο είχαν καταχωρήσει ανάποδα επώνυμο και όνομα οπότε ενώ μου ζητούσε επώνυμο, το έβαζα και εβγαζε λάθος. Αυτό γινόταν για μισή ώρα. Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω στα τηλέφωνα που μου έδωσαν αλλα κανείς δεν απαντούσε γιατί όλοι είχαν σχολάσει στις 16.00. Κάποια στιγμή σκέφτηκα μήπως έπρεπε να βάλω το όνομά μου στη θέση που ζητούσε το επώνυμο και το δέχτηκε. Ανεβήκαμε στον 4ο όροφο με τα πόδια φορτωμένοι με βαλίτσες γιατί το ασανσέρ μόνο κατέβαινε. Μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο και έβραζε από τη ζέστη. Υπήρχε ένας ανεμιστήρας μικρός ο οποίος φυσικά δεν έκανε τίποτα. Έξω είχε 40 βαθμούς. Τους έστειλα και μηνύματα αλλά κανείς δεν απαντούσε. Το δωμάτιο δεν μπορώ να πω ότι με ενθουσίασε. Δεν άξιζε τα λεφτά του και δεν μπορώ να πω ότι πλήρωσα και λίγα. Το μόνο καλό ήταν η τοποθεσία

Leider sehr viel, für längere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen. Für einen Tag, machbar. Zu warm in den Zimmern, egal ob man Lüftet, Wasser aufstellt etc. Die Ventilatoren sind mäh und naja.... Alles ist sehr schlicht. Hatten einige Probleme ... Mit der Sauberkeit.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Die Lage war super günstig. Direkt vor der Haustür liegt eine U-Bahn-Station und eine Straßenbahnhaltstelle. Unsere Wohnung lag zum Innenhof. Gegenüber ist direkt ein öffentliches Parkhaus, in dem man gut parken kann. Es hat 16.- € pro Tag gekostet. Direkt vor dem Haus sind auch ein paar Haltebuchten, die aber fast immer ständig besetzt sind. Die Altstadt kann man bequem innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Für Rock im Park war es die optimale Unterkunft.
Unsere Wohnung lag zum Innenhof. Von Freitag auf Samstag schallte von einer Lokation bis morgens Musik herauf. Am Freitag- und Samstagmorgen bekommt der Supermarkt, der unten im Gebäude sich befindet neue Ware und bringt diese zum Teil in das Kühlhaus, das im Innenhof liegt. Hier ist ab ca. 8:00 Uhr mit lauteren Geräuschen zu rechnen. Die Räume heizen sich bei Sonnenschein sehr schnell auf.

Schlafen mit gekipptem Fenster nicht möglich, da unser Appartement (Nr. 2.1.) an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße gelegen ist.

The only downside is the traffic outside that runs pretty constantly day and night (unless you happen to be there on a Sunday). The windows when shut block a decent amount of the noise but not all.

La entrada la comparten con un supermercado , huele feo. No existe una persona que este ahi al menos por seguridad. No es un hotel para quedarte con un niño. No pusieron toallas para mi hijo las pedi y al otro dia las dieron despues de despertarnos temprano. Me dejaron un aviso que limpiarian , pues bien despues de yo dejar toda la ropa de baño en el suelo , llegamos tarde de otra ciudad y no habian echo la habitación. La entrada del hotel permanece abierta ,ya que tambien es un supermercado ,huele a pescado y se echa en falta una persona por seguridad. No es un hotel recomdado para estar tantos dias con niños. La antesala de las habitaciones parece una sala de hospital. Es la primera vez que puntuo tan mal un hotel ,pero este lo merece.

Sehr sehr laut,da zwei große Straßen am Haus vorbei geht, sehr warm Heizung konnte nicht aus geschaltet werden.Nicht Barierefrei, Stufen am Eingang. Zu kleines Bad

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Die Lage ist super, aber leider auch ein wenig laut, mitten im Verkehrszentrum Nürnbergs. Zimmer groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad auch sehr sauber und für eine Person groß!
Leider keine Lichtschalter am Bett und die Beleuchtung für meinen Geschmack zu hell und direkt.

Möbel, Bett, Matratze an minimum von Komfort. Am Haus anliegende U - Bahn und Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Zwei Nächte übernachten, davon nachts und tagsüber 5 Polizei Einsätze. Zwei Straßen weiter "Rot - Licht - Bezirk"
