An early book in was pre-arranged after 2 emails and numerous calls but was not available on arrival. The receptionist refused to give the name and number of the manager and was obstructive and unhelpful. After we had booked in we were then too late getting into the stadium for the opening game. This establishment showed no empathy to its clients.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Friendly and helpful staff, with clean, comfortable and well-maintained facilities. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!
Unfortunately, the noise was very disappointing. Children were running up and down the hallway, banging on my door several times during the night, and there was loud noise until around 3am. I had to be at the hospital at 5am, so I got almost no sleep. This really affected my stay.

While I appreciated certain aspects of my stay, there were a few areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. The absence of DStv or Smart TV functionality was disappointing, especially considering that Wi-Fi is available. Modern travelers often prefer having a variety of entertainment options, and relying solely on SABC channels does not align with the expectations of a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the air conditioning system was inconvenient to operate, as I had to get up each time I needed to switch it on or off or adjust the settings. Providing a remote control for the air conditioner would greatly improve guest comfort and convenience.

You guys can be cheaper for the features you offer or a least loose the museum TVs and showers to justify the prices honestly. You won't be riding the "Sun" badge much longer beyond the Group bookings if you don't shape up FYI, I've been one of your long stay guests from over 20 years ago as a teen. And honestly for 600 per night, your competition is TIGHT

The place was very small, only accommodating to individuals, even the towels are only for one person, so is the small soap. Now comparing to what I’ve experienced in other hotels, they ensure that there is enough for both the guests if the RSVP is for two people. In general there wasn’t much there.
