The location was good

The rooms are full of mold. Furniture has rust. Paint stripping from the walls inside the room. Bathroom filled with rust. Elevator common areas all smell of stale air and mold

It was perfect for a weary traveller arriving 1am in the morning from Australia to helpful, smiling night staff. Very thankful of the upgrade and coffees & tea in the room! As one room would have been pretty small, but having adjoining room accessible too as my upgrade was awesome! I could sort my things out and organise properly the next morning. Thankful of the 11am check out too, so I could pop out for Brekky at local cafe!

As I had an adjoining room I could have done with 2 keycards so I could use electricity at same time in both rooms!

La atenciòn de la recepcionesta de la mañana, una señora que no supo como comunicarse con nosotros que no hablamos chino, y ella no dominaba el inglès. Parta nada amable.

L'accueil nul je me suis fais envoyer bouler et je suis polie car mon arrivée était en avance ce n'est pas faute d'avoir essayer par e-mail de proposer un enregistrement tôt moyennant paiement aucune réponse L'homme qui m'a engueulé devrait répondre aux e-mails et comprendre qu'après 2 avions et 8 h de décalage j'aurais aimé être accueilli normalement

El proceso de reserva en Booking. Todo y que se publicaba en la app que estaba libre de impuestos y cargos, en el proceso de pago surgió un importe superior, con impuesto municipal y cargo de servicio. También un recordatorio de que con el pago online Booking se hacía cargo de una parte del importe. Pero no fue así. La respuesta de Booking es que aunque no se anunciara, sí que había gastos . No han querido asumir que la información publicada era errónea y que no tenían por qué aplicar el equivalente a una noche más de alojamiento. En Hong Kong ,con unos preciosiy elevados. El hotel está mal insonorizado con las habitaciones de la planta. Además coincidimos con unos vecinos muy ruidosos hasta bien entrada la noche. La habitación , sin llegar a estar sucia necesita una mano de pintura y otros detalles para su precio.

Shouldn’t have any complaints if you are thinking the price you paid. However, not recommended for anyone who wants to stay in a quality hotel, period.

酒店在工貿區，要步行十多分鐘才到地鐵站，入夜後附近很少商鋪食肆。酒店和房間都比較殘舊，不過價格的不貴，所以預算很有限的人可以考慮。

少し(10分前後)だけ歩けばショッピングモールも飲食店もたくさんある。 どこか繁華街へ行くにはたいてい一度乗り換えで行けるので僕には丁度良い。 観光地では無いのでとても静かで落ち着きがあって良い。 理想的な街。

Great stay

Room is small but not that small. Room is clean even though it's slightly dated. Check in/out fast, staff is nice. Price is very competitive.

與圖片不符合，估計係工廠大廈改建成酒店，整體比較簡陋，上到樓嘅燈光紫藍色，氣氛非常不好，房間內床舖是可以的，乾淨的，我已經是住16樓，外觀只是對面大廈，完全沒有海景，

First time i stayed there. A little run down property, what bothered me most was the fact bedlinen were not clean. Beyond only changed every 2 days while it seemed popular as an hourly hotel for romantic getaways.

I like the location and rooms. Cleanliness is also top-notch! I will definitely come back

This hotel's location, just one block from the Kwun Tung Promenade, is ideal for guests who enjoy morning jogs or exercise. However, its location in a factory district means it's a considerable distance from shopping malls and supermarkets, and the area offers little in the way of evening entertainment.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained but the surrounding area contains a lot of garage shops and primarily in an industrial area. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station.

The only part other than the above-average satisfaction is the walking distance between the hotel and the MTR stations is a bit long.

I like that it's cheaper compared to other hotels if you're looking to stay in a less crowded environment. And it's quite near near from metro station, around 10 mins walk

They don't provide shampoo, body soap, handsoap, toothbrush, etc. .you can buy from the reception for 10hkd(not good quality) The WiFi is also super slow. Rooms aren't soundproof, can hear everyone from the hallway🙄

The humidity of room is too high, very uncomfortable. There is strange engine noise as well, slightly disturbing.

Gut: Lage, Sauberkeit. Zimmerausstattungen funktionierten erwartungsgemäss. Safe Deposit Box hatte keine Batterien, die wurden nach Meldung eingesetzt. Unzufriedenstellend: Einige der Rezeptionisten sprachen kein Englisch, nur chinesisch/kantonesisch. Wände sind dünn. Vom Nachbarzimmer und Flur ist Lärm von Gesprächen, Gelächter, Telefon oder TV hörbar. Schlecht: Der Feueralarm ging fast jeden 2./3. Tag los. Fehlalarme? Missachtung des Rauchverbots? Jedenfalls kam die Feuerwehr mind. einmal während meines 10-Tägigen Aufenthalts.

This is one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever stayed in: 1. Build quality is pathetic. My room has a door security latch that won’t fit together properly, which renders it useless. Then there are paint flakes all around the morning table due to lousy paint job / waterproofing along the window sill. The bathroom has stains everywhere… The list goes on… 2. The toilet constantly emits foul smell. It smells like dried up sewage on a hot day. 3. The entire hotel is not carpeted, and the floor is so dusty as if it was never vacuumed. In humid months it even gets sticky. 4. The water temperature was never right. It’s always either too hot or too cold. No matter how hard you try to “fine tune” the water temperature, it will never stay consistent. 5. Also the room temperature was never right. Maybe it tries to average out the temperature, like when I set it to 25 DegC, it fluctuates from 22~27 DegC as shown on my Pro Trek watch. 6. Most of the time the two towels I was given were either stained or with holes on them. 7. I know this is not the hotel’s fault, but when there are so many guests from mainland China, you can expect all kinds of nuisance. Like people talking / playing music loudly at night. Or the smoke alarm gets set off due to idiots not closing the door when taking a shower, or even smoking in the room. At £65~70 per night non-refundable, this hotel is not cheap, but the quality is. So choose a well-reputed brand instead, and stay the hell away from it.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station, die Zimmer sind leider nicht mehr aktuell und ziemlich schmutzig.

No breakfast place and the travel distance between the train station is quite far away.

Renovation, improve staff attitudes and room cleanliness

Small but cozy and clean. Big washroom.

2 elevators. One is so slow. I think it was converted from a moving elevator.

The hotel was not very clean there was dirt under my bed. The service wasn’t too great too I also think because of language barrier.

Overall very poor experiences. Shower water unstable, air condition can’t not control temperature. Receptionist do not know how to operate their systems when I check in, need to wait 15 mins until another team member show up.
