Holiday Inn Express Chelmsford by IHG

Easiness getting in and out, staff very helpful

Todo está muy bien , lo recomiendo al 100%

Everything was great would recommend staying in it again in the future! Love the free body wash, conditioner & shampoo.

I can’t really say much bad things nothing really I didn’t like I enjoyed all of it!

The breakfast was good, coffee was good, nice warm cinnamon rolls

Remote controller was awkward & there was no channel guide

It was close to other things. In the morning, manager was very kind and allowed a late check in.

The TV didn’t work and when I asked the front desk she was so confused and told me to unplug/replug the tv. Front desk service overall was mediocre. The phone did not work. The rug was like damp???? I don’t know, weird. Overall just not a great stay and for the price.

The breakfast was decent even though a lot of the machines were malfunctioning.

It was extremely loud in the hotel room all day and night. Staff left bags of trash by elevator for the entire stay while we were there. The pool is rusted and not clean. For the price paid, I expected a more comfortable and relaxing stay. Would not recommend to others when there are other options nearby.

Clean with courteous staff. Breakfast was outstanding.

Nothing

Hot Breakfast was very good with many options. Fresh coffee 24 hours round the clock. Handicap room very spacious with very large bathroom, 3 grab bars at the toilet and 3 in the shower.

mattress was just a little soft. carpet is harder for the wheelchair.

Clean, good hot breakfast, quiet property, close to highway

No coffee in the room

Clean, amazing breakfast with many choices, friendly staff, nice shower, pool had a lifeguard

Breakfast was delicious and the location is convenient.

Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel

Pool closed at 5 pm there wasn’t any comfortable chairs to sit & watching tv

This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were super nice

I loved everything

Clean n friendly

Pool not open

The breakfast was adequate. Coffee was wonderful.

Wanted to go swimming, but the pool hours were very very restrictive. Makes no sense?

I like that the place is quiet. The rooms were comfortable and the closeness of several different food options within walking distance.

What I found irritating, the room I stayed in the usb outlets were out of place. It was really inconvenient that we’d couldn’t charge our equipment.

BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS FINE AT IHG HOTELS.

EVERYTHING! COFFEE MAKERS REMOVED FROM ROOMS FOR "ENVIRONMENTAL" REASONS, ELEVATORS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY, NO PAPER OR PLASTIC CUPS IN ROOMS, RUST AROUND BATH FIXTURES, RUST ON TUB, GRASS OUTSIDE NOT CUT, ELECTRICAL OUTLETS NOT STEADY. NEXT DOOR IS NEW HOME 2 SUITES BY SAME OWNER. NEW HOTEL GETS SERVICES, THIS ONE IS NOW SHABBY.

Breakfast was good. Location was very good - proximity to UMASS Lowell.

The two Elevators needs to be replaced or fixed properly.

Buen servicio, limpio, comodo, buen desayuno

Room was big and very clean 👍👍

Not enough space to park the car

Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and modern. House keeping kept towels stocked and room clean.

Poor breakfast and bad coffee.

Free breakfast and coffee is convenient. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

1. We were on a floor with all families with kids. Doors slamming and loud talking until after midnight. 2. No bananas or oranges. No gluten free pastries or muffins. No bacon, only pale, undercooked turkey sausage.

Easy to travel

Na

The breakfast was incredible—complete and impeccable.

Nothing

Close to destination

Little shabby outside

The staff was really nice and helpful. Allowing us to check in early after driving for 6+ hours was a bonus. I appreciate the two young ladies that help us out on Friday during checkin.

The door for 517 is damaged, we could not lock the bottom lock because it was broken. Saturday night there alot of noise and chaos from another basketball program that stayed. They were very rude!

Breakfast and the friendly staff

Too noisy in the hallway

Location near the highway was convenient.

There seemed to be a problem with some of the electrical outlets. My charging devices worked intermittently. Breakfast food was average but the coffee was very good.

Close to everything

Convenient to where we needed to

Convenient to the highway

Muy buen sitio, desayuno súper Rico!

Dishonest practices. They did not refund temporary hold (pre-authorization) on my card at check-in wherelse there were no incidentals, damages. Swimming pool wasn't opened on time

Is a very nice hotel, very clean, room was very nice plenty of room Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean environment and breakfast

Clean

The couch was dirty and the thermostat didn’t work for us but other than that it was a nice stay.

The bed was comfy

It felt outdated; tub had rust, door jams looked dirty, carpet looked like it had stuff stuck to it

Clean rooms ,and clean beddings .

The tv were too old

Clean!! Right off the highway. Mobile gas station across the street for quick fill ups.

Honestly, everything was on par. No complaints.

Breakfast ok

Room unclean

Good in hospitality. The staff were quite cordial

Repair work on floors with lodgers

Staff

Breakfast was as expected.

More fresh fruit and oatmeal topping options please

The breakfast had a good variety of food & the food service ladies were friendly & accommodating. Martha, the young woman at the front desk, went out of her way to be helpful to us & show us where to walk to get to Jimmy’s pizza. We had a 2.5 yr old with us & she made sure we didn’t walk on the main road. She was very friendly, kind & helpful. Please award her something for being an exceptional employee.

We stayed in Room 111. It was clean but it didn’t look like the toilet had been cleaned.

Breakfast was really good.
