L’emplacement dans Lisbonne permet d être pas trop loin des stations métro. Prix accessible. La literie est bonne et le petit mot personnalisé est agréable. Le personnel de l accueil était agréable.

Chambre un peu petite, un personnel au petit déjeuner peu agréable (aucun sourire). Un petit déjeuner varié mais moyen tout est pas frais (pain croissant nature sec).

Worst hotel experience we ever had. I paid more than €400 for three nights, only to be put in a dirty room that was full of mold. When we arrived, the AC was already turned on, which initially seemed like a nice touch. However, as soon as we entered the room, we noticed a terrible smell. When we checked the AC, we were shocked to see that it was completely black with what appeared to be mold. There was also visible mold on the walls. How can a hotel allow guests to stay in rooms in this condition? How can you knowingly put people in a room like this? We immediately contacted the reception and asked either for a refund or to be moved to another room. They told us they could give us another room for one night while they cleaned the original room. We agreed. Unfortunately, the second room was only slightly better. It was still dirty and also had visible mold. We were exhausted, so we tried to get through the night. The next morning, we decided we could not stay any longer and asked for a refund for the remaining two nights. They refused. I tried to explain the situation to the woman at the front desk, but instead of taking our concerns seriously, she simply acted as though I was lying, repeatedly insisting that there was no mold and that the rooms were not dirty. At that point, we realized there was no point arguing. We left the hotel anyway, without causing a scene, despite having paid for two additional nights. This was an absolutely terrible experience. The condition of the rooms was unacceptable, and the way our complaints were handled was even worse. I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel. I genuinely do not understand how rooms in this condition are allowed to be offered to guests.

Pior espaço que me hospedei. Começando pelo atendimento na recepção, sábado pela manhã, uma senhora extremamente arrogante. O quarto não é como está nas fotos, a pia do banheiro é externo ao lado da cama, o quarto muito pequeno e desconfortável. 0 atenciosos com os hóspedes. Houve uma mesma cobrança duas vezes e a atendente da manhã não estava querendo enviar a declaração dessa cobrança, paguei duas vezes um adicional de adulto, sendo que no momento da reserva coloquei 2 adultos - quarto duplo. Definitivamente, não indico para ninguém

Las camas muy comodas y el aire acondicionado que enfriaba bastante bien. El desayuno sencillo pero muy rico y el personal de recepcion muy amable.

La habitación que me dieron no se correspondía con la que contraté por booking, era mucho mas pequeña, sin armario y con el lavabo al lado de la cama y no en el baño. No fue eso lo que contraté segun las especificaciones de booking. Me parece un poco caro en relación a lo que era la habitación. También hubo un día que no me limpiaron la habitación.

Non concessione di un bagno per effettuare una doccia veloce prima di ripartire. Quando poi un quello comune nella hall l'aveva la doccia. Bastava dare un telo ed il cliente sarebbe stato soddisfatto.

Location, breakfast and staff

Mold in the bath room, really noisy (the shower and the toilet flush from the room next door was louder than the AC in our own room, even waking up in the middle of the night from the noise), small room, no trash bin in the room, broken lock in the bathroom, extra pay for coffee and still water in the room, so emergency instructions in the room. All of this was told to the staff, they said, they will pass this along.

Struttura pulita con personale gentile ed accogliente a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro facendo una piacevole passeggiata. Altrimenti i mezzi di trasporto sono vicinissimi. Colazione semplice con dolce e salato.

Di sera in zona non è il massimo camminare a piedi ma ho notato che anche in pieno centro sono presenti tanti senza tetto.

Appartamento molto pulito e ben attrezzato. La struttura è situata in una bella zona di Lisbona con la fermata della metropolitana vicina. La colazione era buona e ben fornita.

LX51 Lisbon Center - Studios & Suites by APT IIN is in an excellent location because you can easily go to the historic center by bus, metro or even on foot. The personel was very friendly and helpful.

Loin des points forts Le bruit, difficile de dormir. Toujours du bruit dans les rues ou dans l’immeuble. Matelas inconfortable. On avait laisser nos bagages en attendant notre transport on s’est fait dire qu’on ne pouvait plus Être à l’intérieur pour attendre. Le sourire n’y était plus.

I liked that the room had a balcony. The staff was helpful.

The place said there would be an iron in the room but you actually have to borrow the iron and hope that someone else isn’t using it. The room was much smaller than what the pictures proposed, you could barely fit your luggage in the room. The room could have used a mini fridge and a bigger garbage—but then again the room was so small it wouldn’t have fit. It wasn’t really lively where I was at so I wish again, for the amount I paid, I stayed somewhere with more people because when you look out your balcony, nothing is going on.

Accomodation was small but did have most things we would need. It felt safe and staff were friendly and very welcoming, creating a good atmosphere throughout the stay. Location was okay, a short uber drive to all major attractions/areas. Uber rides were very inexpensive and hassle free. The breakfast was fantastic. A huge variety of good quality food and plenty of replenishments throughout service time. Really set us up for the day exploring.

Some aspects of the room needed a little care. Peeling wallpaper and damaged headboards were initially offputting. Charging for water and tea/coffee facilities was also a little offputting. Providing simple small inexpensive extras like this can really crown a stay and make things so much more comfortable. I am not sure I have been charged for these in any other accomodatiom since our hostel days 20 years ago.

The small double bedrooms had no place for our suitcases and our things, and in our room you could smell the dumpness. The towels were washed but no clean. The sink was not in the bathroom, but next to our bed so every time I was washing my hand I had to watch not to wet the bed.For two days the maids didn't clean some of our rooms and when we return at night we were begging for some clean towels.. The natural water and the coffee in the rooms were with charge..The breakfast was nice but basic.

Hemos estado una semana en un estudio, en líneas generales hemos estado muy cómodos, el estudio estaba muy equipado para hacer uso de la cocina y era muy amplio. El desayuno bufet estaba bien, tenía de todo un poco . Sobre la ubicación cerca del centro y una zona muy tranquila, con supermercados próximos.

El patio ( zona de desayunos ), estaba bien pero veo un problema que al ser un patio a cielo abierto las palomas vayan por mesas o por el suelo, deberían solucionarlo de alguna manera para evitar que las palomas estén entre los huéspedes.

Cons: The photos are heavily edited; in reality, the hotel is in poor condition. The bathroom, for instance, is covered in thick silicone to hide mold. The cabinets are worn out and battered. Outside the windows, which are blasted by the air conditioning unit, there is bird droppings everywhere. Everything was cleverly concealed in the photos.

Lx51 was in a great location to some amazing restaurants and it was so easy to get around with the subway right down the street. The attendants were so helpful and friendly.

Staffs are not welcoming and not friendly. A/C in the room didn’t work well. I asked to adjust the temperature but the lady in front desk told me that it is locked to 22C. Available breakfast is repetitive and just few options. Location is kinda far from the city center

A reggeli pont elég volt napindításra, az elhelyezkedés is egész jó volt, és a személyzetnek is külön köszönet, hogy segítettek elintézni a parkolós büntetést! A szállás alatt lévő boltot külön kiemelném, minden kapható, amire csak szükség lehet pár nap alatt, és a gyümölcs, zöldség-kínálat is mindig friss volt.

Elég zsúfolt, kicsi szobák és terek, sajnos nem ellenőriztük előre, hogy van-e hűtő, és nem volt, ez nekünk eléggé hiányzott is, mint ahogy szemetesből is elférne egy értelmezhető méretű.

The location was great for us. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful.

The pictures didn’t accurately depict what I was expecting. I was traveling with my two children and having a Murphy bed that blocked the exit door (should there be an emergency), was not favorable. You provide a small bureau with hangers, but you cannot properly hang your clothes as the space provided is too short for normal clothing sizes. The rug directly outside of the elevator on the first floor, continued to get stuck underneath the elevator door, making it very difficult to get out of the elevator on the first floor (which can become a safety hazard), when we were trying to get breakfast. This happened more than several times and my daughter and I were stuck and had to be helped by 3 other guests throughout our stay. I asked for a hotel invoice to be printed for me and the gentleman said that he could not give me one because the person responsible for that was not there. He informed me that I would receive a bill via email. I never did. There is a gentleman‘s club directly next-door to the hotel, which was not what I expected when I arrived with my children. I called the hotel to specifically ask if the rooms with two beds had a balcony, and I was told that they did. When I arrived, I was informed that that is not the case.

Hotel położony jest w dobrej lokalizacji kolo placu Pombal, można pieszo dojść do wszystkich głównych atrakcji. Pokoje hotelu sprzątane są codziennie, śniadania dobre- na słodko i słono. Obsługa profesjonalna.

Hotel molto carino, in una posizione strategica a 100 m dalla metro e 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Stanze pulite, letti comodissimi. Colazione molto buona con prodotti di qualità! Personale gentile e disponibile.

Llegamos pasadas las 12am y no pudimos entrar ya que la recepción está hasta esa hora y pues nadie nos abrió. Nos tocó a esa hora, buscar otro lugar. El hotel lo primero que dijo fue que no timbramos en vez de asumir su responsabilidad que no nos abrieron. La ubicación es pésima porque está rodeado de bares para hombres y el lugar no se parece absolutamente en nada a las fotos. Nos fue muy mal.

A charming little hotel of good location, standard cleanliness and ok breakfast. Staffs were friendly although at times reception was left unmanned so a bit annoying to have to keep looking for someone and this was during early in the day.

Room was extremely small barely able to fit the 2 of us plus our luggage. Found out upon arrival we had to take some stairs before reaching the extremely small elevator to reach reception and room, with multiple big and extremely heavy luggage this was extremely disappointing, No advise about this beforehand. Room was so small we had to transfer to a bigger room the next day for an additional amount. The small room felt we were staying in a small box with a small window :( That should accommodate no more than 1 guest. Although rate was pretty good, still not worth the experience.

The promotional photos of the place is too good to be true. Breakfast can be improved, breads were not fresh, cake in the morning is not necessary, scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked, cold meat has low quality. Eggs are cheap, they could have a poached or fried or boiled instead of a hard scrambled eggs. Fruits were limited.

The photos and description were somewhat accurate, but they could be more specific. The photos showed rooms with balconies, but the room I received was very small and did not have a balcony. I was a little disappointed because Booking.com did not clearly explain that there are different room sizes and features. It would be helpful if the listing described the room options more clearly so guests can choose the one that best fits their needs. That said, I really loved the property. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the location was perfect. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

la ubicacion es muy buena, a pesar de no estar en el centro esta en una linda zona y cerca de muchisimos medios de transporte. Hay algunos bares en la misma cuadra pero no se siente ningun ruido en la noche. El desayuno es muy variado. El edificio esta remodelado y las instalaciones son bastante modernas. El baño que nos toco era enorme

si bien ya sabia que habia contratado por una habitacion pequeña era muy chica. no teniamos lugar para abrir las valijas (carries) habia una cafetera tipo nespresso pero se cobraba extra el uso

Unkompliziert für Städtereise, gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Zum übernachten gut genug. Frühstück ok bei längeren Aufenthalt etwas langweilig da jeden Tag gleich.

1 Waschbecken im Zimmer (nicht im Bad) mit Durchmesser von ca 25 cm und sobald in Abfluss Wasser geflossen ist Kanalisation Gestank in Zimmer. Handtücher sparen durch Zimmerservice habe extra bei Rezeption geholt.Nicht besonders sauber, ganze Woche gleiches Mist am Teppich.

Laa HABITACIONES son EXTREMADAMENTE PEQUEÑAS No hay donde abrir las maletas, tuve que empujar la cama para ponerla en el piso al lado y estar pasando por encima de ella.. La tapa del inodoro estaba rota y se caía a cada rato. En el ASCENSOR sólo caben dos personas o pita y no funciona, al llegar al sexto piso la puerta del ascensor se abre solamente unos 50 cm porque se atranca con la alfombra del pasillo, así que entrar o salir de el es difícil.. Hay que subir unas 10 GRADAS desde la calle para cojer el ascensor en el piso 0, si vas con personas de edad o maletas grandes es muy incómodo. La chica de la recepción nos pidió 40€ POR ANTICIPADO para conseguirnos transporte para ir al aeropuerto, nunca llegó el transporte y a esa hora ella no estaba y el dinero perdido. Tuvimos que tomar otro taxi y resulta que la tarifa era de solamente €12. Nos sentimos ESTAFADOS por la recepcionista. No recomiendo este hotel.

La situación del hotel es buena, se puede ir caminando a casi todas las atracciones turísticas. Buen servicio, buen personal y el desayuno bueno, sin ser excepcional.

La habitación era muy justa. Podía ser un poco mayor aunque contaba con todos los servicios. El baño estaba completo, la ducha con fuerza y bien servicio de toallas. Todo limpio.

After checking out and checking back in… the room was “higher class” so super clean. Front desk girls were really nice.

The hotel sits in the middle of gentlemen’s clubs. We arrived early 7AM red eye flight, and hotel access lobby is closed until 8AM. Doesn’t look like a lobby because lobby is in the second floor… found our way there because we heard noise! The guy front desk didn’t speak English or Spanish for that matter and couldn’t find our reservation. Thank goodness shift change and girl who took over found reservation easily!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options every day. Housekeeping was excellent, and the room was cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. A special thanks for allowing us to store our luggage in a secure room on our last day. This gave us the freedom to enjoy the city for a few more hours before our departure, which was greatly appreciated. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were only a few minor areas where the hotel could improve. The room did not include slippers, which would have added an extra level of comfort, especially for longer stays. Additionally, having a minibar or small refrigerator in the room would have been very convenient for storing drinks and snacks. The elevator was also quite small, which could make it a bit challenging during busy times or when traveling with large luggage. However, these were relatively minor inconveniences and did not significantly affect our overall positive experience.

I loved that they solved me a problem almost immediately (changed the room to the better one because the air conditioning was not properly regulated)

Elevator is so small

The good things first, The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. The location is close to the Marquês de Pombal metro, the Avenida da Liberdade, and the Parque Eduardo V11. There’s also a supermarket close by. The breakfast is well set out with some nice looking patisserie. Unfortunately as I cannot eat gluten I couldn’t eat any. The staff provided gluten free bread but it would have been nice to have, at least, a gluten free croissant or some almond flour sponge cake. Some GF intolerant people are also intolerant to dairy, or at least cannot eat too much of it, [which would also rule out the cheese and yoghurt options]. The fruit and very small Chia pudding & Yoghurt pots were nice… The lift is small so for those preferring to use the stairs there’s no hand rail, and none at the few steps in the entrance, so that could be risky for less agile and mobile people. There’s also no hand rail in the shower, and no grips in the shower tray. I nearly slipped in the shower twice once the soap suds were on the tray. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the balcony not really big enough to sit out on. There was barely room for the small table and chairs. The TV didn’t work but the staff got it fixed quickly. There’s a coffee and tea making machine in the room. The coffee is ok but the tea is awful! It didn’t taste like tea. It was very weak and had the taste of coffee in it. I’d have preferred a small kettle and the Tetley Black Tea bags used at breakfast. There’s a charge for the drinks and the water left in the room (In most hotels and B&B places they are complimentary). There’s also no fridge, no milk, not even powdered milk sachets or coffee creamer sachets. If you just need a central place to stay in Lisbon for a few days it’s okay, but too small for more than one person, unless you choose the larger rooms. Having said all this I’d stay again, simply because the apartments were clean, very well located, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The week in Lisbon, overall, was very enjoyable. It’s worth taking a train to Cascais, and Sintra.
