Die Lage ist über einem Restaurant. Das riecht manchmal nach Essen. Und das Appartment im ersten Stock hat Balkone, die aber nicht wirklich nutzbar sind. Außerdem ist die Lage nahe an der Starßenbahn und der Fußgängerzone leider etwas lautr als erwartet.

La porte de la douche a été supprimée (les charnières sont encore visible dans le mur.) Dès lors, une inondation dans la salle de bain est malheureusement "facile" Le parking est "prévu" dans le descriptif mais génère un supplément de 10 euros qui n'est pas annoncé dans l'annonce

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Prachtige locatie in zijstraat vanaf het strand. 1 minuut lopen naar het strand. Accommodatie is modern, brandschoon, heel goed tweepersoons bed. Heerlijke, ruime douche. Keuken is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Nespresso koffieapparaat met een 10tal verschillende soorten cups. Magnetro-oven, vaatwasser (+vaatwastabletten). Er werd een volledige rondleiding gegeven door het appartement. Fietsen konden we veilig, droog, beneden bij de achteringang plaatsen. De auto mag tegen vergoeding bij de accomodatie geplaatst worden, maar een dagkaart op straat (parkeermeter) is goedkoper. En er waren voldoende vrije parkeerplaatsen op straat.
Ik dacht dat de accommodatie rechtstreeks aan het strand gelegen was, maar dat is niet zo. Het is dus een zijstraat en vanaf de schuifpui is er schuin uitzicht op zee. Appartement is gelegen boven een ontbijtzaakje, in de ochtend waren geuren van etensbereiding.

The breakfast we had was delivered at our doorstep and was delicious. The apartment was clean and well equiped. The location is 1 min walking from the beach and 1 min walking to the train-stop.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2022The apartment is well furnished and easily accessible being just a 100m away from the nearest coastal tram stop. The beach is a mere stone's throw away and there is a fairly decent Spar + a good bakery within walking distance.
The apartment is packed with gadgets and light controls that are overly complicated. I suppose there are people who like that sort of thing. Personally I found them a bit annoying - and a pointless waste of resources.
