Todo muy bonito, limpio y bien organizado. Lo único que tendría que mejorar es que el desagüe del plato de baño del apartamento donde nos quedamos se quedaba estancado

Séjour très décevant au vu du prix payé. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas recommander cet appartement dans son état actuel. Plusieurs problèmes importants ont rendu notre séjour beaucoup moins agréable que prévu : la climatisation fuyait et nous avons eu de l’eau partout dans l’appartement, et nous avons également été confrontés à une absence d’eau chaude. Nous avons signalé les différents problèmes au staff, qui est effectivement intervenu et que nous remercions pour sa disponibilité. Cependant, malgré leurs interventions, les problèmes n’ont pas été réellement réglés et la situation n’a donc pas changé de manière significative. L’appartement en lui-même est plutôt agréable et la cuisine est très bien, mais pour une semaine, la quantité de vaisselle et d’ustensiles est vraiment insuffisante : quasiment tout est disponible en seulement deux exemplaires, ce qui est assez peu pratique. La piscine était également très chargée en sable, ce qui était assez décevant. Au final, nous avons surtout le sentiment que le prix payé n’est absolument pas à la hauteur des prestations proposées. Nous ne nous attendions évidemment pas à un séjour parfait, mais compte tenu du tarif, nous espérions au minimum un logement fonctionnel et un meilleur niveau de confort. Nous avons donc été réellement déçus de notre expérience et du rapport qualité-prix.

Es muy acogedor, tranquilo y muy cómodo. La piscina perfecta ya que no coinciden todos los apartamentos al mismo tiempo.

Me falta algo más de platos, vasos, tenedores únicamente hay 2 todo el rato lavando. El agua de la ducha no sale caliente. La piscina al ser de tierra rasca un poco tienes que ir con cuidado si no quieres hacerte daño. Lo que no me gustó de la piscina es la falta de limpieza me tiré 4 días y estaban los mismos pelos en la escalera todos los días…

La ubicación y la piscina pero todo en general

nice quiet area, close to the train station, which is pretty convenient for a visit to Barcelona.Apartment was cozy, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The small pool is super clean and great for chilling. Be aware that parking is incredibly expensive all over the town.

The kitchenware is a bit limited, more glasses and plates would have been nice.

L'emplacement est idéal pour aller à Barcelone en train (environ 10 mn à pied de la gare) et pour profiter de la plage (environ 20 mn à pied). Un parking en sous-sol fermé est disponible à environ 10 mn à pied (moyennant 10€ par jour). Le cadre est très sympa et dépaysant grâce à sa piscine et ses plantes. La machine à laver ainsi que le sèche linge (dans les parties communes) sont très pratiques. Possibilité de manger à l'extérieur. Petits cadeaux d'accueil dans le logement 😊

Le cadre est magnifique et très reposant. La mise à disposition de lave linge et sèche linge est vraiment appréciable.

La piscine est belle mais le revêtement en béton fait mal. Mes filles se sont blessées.

Le lieu non loin des restaurants, le calme, la commodité pour se garer et non loin de l'aéroport.

Le canapé lit inconfortable ! De plus le drap du dessus n'était que pour 1 seule personne. Heureusement pour une seule nuit.

Tout était parfait, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel Des équipements fonctionnels et facile d’utilisation L’emplacement, est très stratégique, à 20 minutes à pieds de tout (plage, centre commercial, boutiques).

Le côté peu isolé des appartements, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe surtout quand les gens se croient tout seul dans la piscine à 1h du matin, ou alors très tôt le matin (ce qui est totalement indépendant des propriétaires). Également les vélos « à disposition » ou « réservé » qui ne sont jamais chargés, et on est obligé de faire une réclamation pour remboursement car débité qd même alors qu’on peut pas utiliser les vélos. On a pu louer les Ambici de Castel.

La piscina aunque era pequeña era muy agradable y suficiente para las personas que había. Se nos rompió el código de la puerta y no podíamos entrar a la habitación pero lo solucionaron rápidamente. No sabíamos que entraban a limpiar la habitación ni cuándo, ya que solo lo hicieron 1 día.

Eine kleine schöne Anlage und genauso wie beschrieben... Klimaanlage, Safe und Küche Super, Pool klein aber fein und alles sehr sauber und auch Sicher 👍🏼 und genau Mittig zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Verkehrsanbindung egal wohin auch gut!

Zimmer schon ein bisschen klein 😉 Ansonsten alles gut 👍🏼

Había una pareja en la picina llevaba todo el día molestando en la picina y tuvimos que ver cosas que no y bebiendo porque llevaban botellas de cristal y mochila sigficia que no eran del apartamento era de fuera y no pudimos disfrutar bien la picina ya que habíamos pagado para disfrutarlo

Everything is good, nice internal space in the complex and the flat itself, there is everything you need in the flat + arrival compliments is pleasant in any case

The water depends on sun, so there is hot water only in the deep afternoon. Cleaning once in 4 days. Though everythis is good, 270 EUR per day is a bit expensive as for me for this area. It a price for 4 star hotel

Le logement est suffisamment spacieux pour 3 personnes et la piscine est assez sympathique

Il n'y a pas de place de parking pour stationner au près du logement en voiture. Et puis c'est un peu bruyant d'entendre les avions car c'est assez proche de l'aéroport.

El precio era excesivo para lo pequeño que es, el baño es diminuto y el menaje escaso, solo un par de tenedores, cucharas, etc,,. El personal muy amable, pero nos pareció excesivo el precio para el tamaño y la lejanía de la playa

Alles gut

The whole complex was just beautiful, so peaceful and really easy to get to. Close to the town centre and amenities and just a short walk to the beach. A short train ride into Barcelona itself, this really was just perfect for us. Staff were fantastic, so helpful. The apartment was well equipped and everything we needed was available. Loved the pool, normally not one to just laze by the pool on vacation but it was so inviting, spend a lot of time just relaxing, just what we needed. Having laundry facilities available to use too was just great.

Nothing, loved the place would be back in a heartbeat!

We liked everything

I liked the smooth check in. The complimentary items were welcomed. Kitchen equipment were great. Bed was comfy.

The heat of the hot water, it wasn't hot enough. Insects in the room. No coffee for the coffee machine. Swimming pool surface a nit rough on the root. Sun beds are nice bit flat ones would be better. Towel too small for a size 18 woman.

I loved the location of the property, 10 minutes walk into town or 15/20 to the beach, train station near by if you wanted to go into Barcelona. Nice pool area, and sun loungers were usually available throughout the day, it didn’t seem to always be full. The room had everything you needed, and nice powerful shower as-well. Castelldefels is a lovely town and there is a really nice bar near the apartment called El-Patio which we went to most days for a drink. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay. I really recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect from check in until checkout. The bed is extremely comfortable, the place was spotless. The pool was nice and warm and there was parking right in front of the access gate. The free use of washing machines and dryers is also a great plus!

The tap water doesn't taste very nice. (They supplied a large bottle of drinking water)

Wszystko co potrzebne jest w apartamentach. Dobra lokalizacja 10 min spacerem do stacji, z której łatwo dostać sie pociągiem do Barcelony. Duży plus za mały poczęstunek na powitanie. Niewielki basenik ale tłoku na nim nie było. Polecamy.

The swimming pool was perfectly temperatured and decorated beautifully, it felt like a small oasis. Communication for check in was expediant and clear. The rooms were clean and had the basic amenities. The owners left a wine and some snacks to welcome us. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, this is a great choice. We saw couples, friends and families stay here.

The distance from the beach, shops and metro is a good 11 minute walk but the quality of the restaurants and beaches are high and the apartments also offer rental bikes. It is 1 hour from city centre with the metro or night buses which should be factored in when planning to visit barcelona. The AC is positioned opposite the bed but temperature can be controlled.

Lovely setting in a quiet area near transit. Beautiful landscaping and outdoor space. 15 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes walk to train station, restaurants, and commercial areas. Laundry room was a blessing!

We had a few mosquitos in our apartment but otherwise it was comfortable and had good amenities and kitchen supplies.

We really enjoyed our stay in this room. It was spacious and very comfortable for all five of us, and we were able to settle in easily. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. When we had an issue with the oven not working, it was replaced very quickly, which we really appreciated. We were also grateful that they allowed us to check in early, as we arrived after a night flight and were very tired. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool was also very pleasant, and we really appreciated the sense of privacy throughout the property. In general, everything was excellent, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

A very minor point was that the mosquito net had a small tear, which allowed a few mosquitoes to get in.

Det var ingenting jeg likte med stedet. Jeg og min venninne skulle ha et opphold der for 10 dager, men vi endte opp med å forlate stedet samme dag. Vi klagde over klor lukt og dårlig kvalitet for rommet som vi fikk. Ser ikke ut som på bildet, i hvert fall rommet. Skittent og urenslig rom. Vi har hatt stor sak med oppholdsstedet, og vi får ikke pengene tilbake, ettersom vi også måtte bytte hotell. Vi har gått helt konkurs. Det føles ikke trygt for turister. De har ikke resepsjon på stedet, som gjorde at vi måtte være i kontakt på telefon eller Watsapp. Virket ganske useriøst. I tillegg måtte vi betale for renhold som ikke var med i prisen. Anbefales ikke.

Мы останавливались с мужем и остались абсолютно удовлетворены! Мы очень долго выбирали жилье, так как ехали на фестиваль и хотели чтобы было удобно добираться до Барселоны, но и чтобы был баланс в отдыхе и цена не миллион евро. Это место просто супер, не сомневайтесь. До моря ~1,5 км, просто выйти и идти прямо через мост или воспользоваться велосипедами которые есть на территории и предоставляются бесплатно для жильцов комплекса. В другую сторону ~7 минут до ЖД станции откуда легко уехать в Барселону (5-6 остановок), вроде рядом еще автобусная остановка, но мы предпочитали поезд:) Территория чистая и ухоженная, очень чисто в апартаменте, для нас это важный пункт, тут прям было идеально. Удобные матрасы и подушки, у меня прошла боль в спине которая была некоторое время до поездки:)) В самом апартаменте есть все,полноценная кухня со всем, что может только пригодится, все новое, чистое. Мы готовили завтраки каждый день дома и кушали их на террасе, это было замечательно. Есть прачечная, где можно бесплатно постирать вещи, так же есть сушка и капсулы для стирки. Очень милый персонал, все очень приветливые🤍 Есть зона отдыха с лежаками и бассейном, которая так же находится в чудесном состоянии. Сам пляж в Castelldefels изумительный, песок, очень широкая и длинная береговая линия, мы ощущали себя очень безопасно, не смотря на все отзывы о криминале которые мы читали в целом за Барселону, на пляже мы оставляли вещи с телефонами и шли купаться вдвоем и вообще чувствовали себя свободно и хорошо. Много заведений, могу рекомендовать место Rocxi Beach, очень вкусно в целом и очень хорошие устрицы. Магазины так же близко. Мы обязательно вернемся в это место.

Humidité et moisissures murs mais le propriétaire le sait et fait des travaux

It felt safe and secure. Loved the greenery and quietness which gave the environment a therapeutic vibe. We did not spend much time at the apartment to enjoy the pool as we were mostly out and about. Very supportive and understanding staff. Loved the little welcome drink and appetiser. Has direct train to Barcelona city which was great but train station is about 10- 15minutes walk.

No direct bus access from site. It was a bit of a walk to get the bus and had use uber service alot.

Barcelona'nın kalabalığından uzak, sakin bir lokasyonda konaklama için ideal. Sahile ulaşım yürüyerek oldukça kolay. Küçük ama işlevsel bir tasarıma sahip bir minik bir daire. Mutfağı oldukça yeterli, balkonu ve bahçesinde zaman geçirmek çok keyifli. Daha uzun bir konaklama için tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir seçenek. Gracias !

Bahçedeki bisikletleri kullanıp kullanamayacağımıza dair girişte ufak bir bilgi verilmesi daha keyifli olabilir :)

Soggiorno impeccabile! Appartamento perfetto in tutto: pulito, accogliente, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e vicina ai principali servizi. Check-in semplice e comunicazione chiara e veloce. Esperienza davvero positiva, lo consiglio assolutamente

Beaucoup d’humidité, peu de fenêtres pour aéré; une odeur de moisissures dans un des appartements et dans l’autre des remontées d’égouts.

Гарне розташування до центру і моря.Апартамненти чисті з усім необхідним, затишне подвір'я.Є пралка і сушильна машина.Можна скористатись велосипедами.Поряд кафе з смачним шведським столом. Персонал завжди на зв'язку і допомагає вирішувати усі проблеми.

Жалюзі в кімнаті трохи з цвілью і не чисті.Креще їх змінити.

L’appartamento non è molto grande ma per due persone va bene. Molto carino. Posizione strategica tra il centro e la spiaggia. Certo devi camminare un po per raggiungere la spiaggia ma se non hai problemi é perfetto. Biciclette disponibili per gli ospiti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in comune con gli altri ospiti e completamente gratuite (compreso detersivo) Ho avuto due problemi e tramite whatsapp sono stati risolti immediatamente. Carina la piscina. Insomma…ci ritorno tra una settimana e questo dice tutto

Non do 10 solo perché la porta del bagno non si chiudeva bene. Necessiterebbe di un po di manutenzione. Ma è un dettaglio rispetto ai lati positivi.

The appartment had everything we needed and it was very clean. We loved the garden with pool so much! Very good location, 10 mn on foot to train station with very frequent trains to Barcelona (25 mn ride) and to town center with shops and restaurants. Smooth communication with the host and very clear instructions about check-in.

Noise from nearby motorway - if you are a light sleeper, you better bring the earplugs (worked for me :-) ).

Logement propre et bien équipé, situé assez à mi-distance entre la gare et la plage. Communication efficace sur WhatsApp avec les gestionnaires.
