Great location, Mary and staff were very welcoming. We got off a red eye flight and our room was ready for early check in before we were even out of the airport

Mary, the hotel manager was super nice and friendly. We arrived earlier than standard check in with the expectation of simply leaving our bags in storage but as Mary was aware we would be arriving early she prioritized the cleaning of our room and after a quick coffee we were able to check in

No in house dining but with restaurant next door and 2 more within 100 ft it was not a problem

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would happily recommend it. It was comfortable, quiet and in a great location. A special mention goes to Mary, who was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I'll hopefully be back!

It was simple but very clean, well sound-proofed and away from the busyness of town but not too far from the main sights!

AC works, although very loud and pointed directly at the bed.

No reception, no check-in, no hotel name on the building — just a WhatsApp number, a passport photo, and a PIN for a key box on the second floor of someone else's hotel. Blood stains on the bed, a dirty bathroom, and a room advertised as 18 m² that is visibly smaller. Rock-hard mattress, pillows far too high, and nobody on site to ask for a replacement. So much for the "soundproofing" in the listing: neighbours talking until 3 a.m., snoring for the rest of the night. WiFi didn't work, tap dripped all night, AC blows straight onto the bed. We cancelled the second night and left.

Modern, spacious rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was strong air-conditioning in the room as well which was perfect for hot summers in Rome. Check-in was easy and staff were pleasant. Hotel was close to good cafes and restaurants, accessible via a short bus ride from Rome Termini. The surrounding streets are quiet in the night time. Hotel is quite far from the main attractions like Colosseum, Vatican, Trastevere etc but they're about ~30 mins by bus/metro.

The hair dryer in the bathroom was not working reliably so not being able to dry my hair was a bit frustrating.

Muy amables y grandes profesionales. Detalles que hacen la estadía única en el hotel. Especialmente Mary por todas sus atenciones y también Melani. Sin duda una profesionales y grandes personas. Un hotel al que volveremos.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Zeer behulpzaam. Zeer goede airco op de kamer. De kamers waren ook netjes!

De balie is slechts tot 18u bemand. Wij hadden geen nieuwe shampoo gekregen waardoor we dit ook aan niemand konden vragen voor nieuwe. Daarnaast werkte de douche ook niet goed, zeer zwakke straal en soms enkel zeer heet water. Wanneer we dit tegen het personeel zeiden, werd hier wel steeds onmiddellijk op gereageerd om ons zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Er werd zelfs een kamer voor ons vrijgehouden. Er was ook weinig opbergruimte om kleren weg te leggen.

Piccolo boutique hotel al primo piano di un elegante palazzo romano, in una zona comoda per raggiungere sia il centro che la stazione. Stanze confortevoli e ben accessoriate, con bellissime volte in mattoni. La Sig.ra Mary è stata gentilissima ed efficientissima.

Non c'è la possibilità di fare colazione all'interno, ma c'è un ottimo bar di fronte all'hotel. Essendo la struttura molto piccola, manca un locale comune dove poter lavorare; tuttavia il WiFi della stanza funzionava benissimo e ho potuto supplire in questo modo.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. Great location for restaurants straight out the door with much better food than the tourist places in the centre. Yet only a 20 minute walk along lovely streets to the centre of Rome.

We liked it all. A tiny thing that would improve the room is more hooks and hangers for clothes. Other than that it was all great.

La porta di ingresso alla struttura è sempre aperta (sicurezza???). La mia stanza affacciava su un cavedio molto buio ed era piuttosto umida.

Cute and centrally located

The place was lovely! Had everything we needed and was within walking distance to everything as well as metros near! We were also given early check-in free of charge just because we landed early!

The reception team were excellent, so friendly and welcoming! The room was gorgeous with the brick ceiling. The location was fantastic, close walking distance to everything we needed and a great coffee shops and taxi rank on the doorstep.

The shower was far too small. It’s a shame because this was our only issue with the property. It was incredibly hard to squeeze into and a tall person would really struggle with headroom.

Die Gastgeberin Mary ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die herzliche Art der Gastgeberin hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Wände sind auch sehr dick, wodurch es sehr leise ist.

Top Unterkunft , wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen werden wir wieder kommen. Personal freundlich , Unterkunft war sehr sauber

Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel à Rome ! La chambre était propre, confortable et bien située. Le personnel a été accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour. Une très bonne expérience, je recommande sans hésiter !

Property was great. Good location easy to access. Mary was an absolute gem. Very helpful friendly and informative. Rooms were very clean and well equipped.

The only thing that let the property down was the bed. Mattress very hard and pillows were not the best. You had one very hard and one extremely soft.

Prachtig gelegen hotel bij de noordelijke Aureliaanse muur. Uitermate vriendelijk verwelkomd en zeer goede communicatie. Schone, ruime en rustig gelegen kamers, die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Het hotel ligt op 12 minuten lopen van de Galleria Borghese, en op 25 minuten lopen van de Spaanse trappen. Verder veel buslijnen en een taxistandplaats dichtbij. 2 bushaltes verwijderd van Roma Termini. Gezellige en goedkope restaurants tegenover en naast het hotel. Rinascente om de hoek. Een aanrader.

Hôtel charmant avec très peu de chambres qui met dans l’ambiance de cette belle ville, quartier calme afin de passer des nuits calmes. Propre, chambre spacieux avec des rangements on s’y est senti très bien pour nos 4 nuits. Les hôtesses d’accueil très gentilles, accès au centre 25min à pied et sinon de nombreux bus à côté. Merci encore

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. A special mention to the kind lady on reception. She went above and beyond for us and even stayed a little extra for us to come collect our luggage before heading to the airport. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We struggled to find the entrance initially as it’s on level 1. Apart from this, there’s nothing I didn’t like!

Soba je predivna i jako prostrana iako je delovalo da nece imati dovoljno prostora. Francuski lezaj je savrsen tako da mozete odmoriti bez problema. Svakoga dana se cisti soba ako vi to zelite.

Neke noci su bile bas hladne i zato moram reci da grejanje u smestaju nije bilo bas najbolje, to bi trebalo resiti. Topla voda i pritisak vode nikad gori od kako putujem i to ce biti moja najveca zamerka. Bilo je dana kada sam po pola sata cekao da naidje pritisak tople vode.

Mary and the staff were lovely, they were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Mary messaged me before our holiday and kept in touch on WhatsApp, which was great for checking in/out. We also celebrated a birthday and Mary kindly left us a lovely note and some prosecco 😊. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Bathroom a good size and shower was great. We had a good view of the street too. Couldn't hear our neighbours at all, sometimes heard street traffic but otherwise very quiet neighbour. The main rome sights are a good 20/30min walk away so bare in mind, but we didn't mind walking into the more tourist part of Rome, it was quite a nice evening walk 'home'.

Temperatura dell'acqua della doccia era fredda e il riscaldamento non facile da regolare, temperatura della stanza, complice periodo particolarmente freddo, sempre un poco fredda.

The location was awesome; it was easy to get to everything quickly. Mary was incredible; she was very informative and shared some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Sometimes traveling abroad can be confusing and she made it easy to ask questions without fear of judgment. Mary also gave us a lot of flexibility with our checkout time, and encouraged us to leave our bags and explore for as long as we liked. The room was immaculate.

There was nothing we didn't like! We really enjoyed our trip. We would recommend this location to friends or family.
