スタッフの人が不親切でした。宿泊時の説明もなく、挨拶もなく。外国人の宿泊者が多かったので省略してるのかもしれませんが不明点が多く、部屋の湿気もありすぎてカビ臭く換気しても改善されませんでした。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026在這住了好多天，早餐好吃，還有烏龍麵，夜鳴拉麵，也很不錯，泡完溫泉吃拉麵很幸福，泡湯的地方，很大很亁淨，可以免費使用洗衣機，對一個長期在外的旅人很方便。
若房間的電視是可以看you tube的智能電視就好了

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026아침식사도 너무 맛있고 아이스크림이나 저녁 야식 소바도 전부 기대이상으로 좋았어요. 서울 강남에서 도미인에 가본적이 있는데 다카마쓰의 퀄리티가 훨씬 더 좋았어요. 최고는 온천 경험이었어요. 여행후 지친 몸을 온천하며 피로를 풀 수 있었어요.
도미인 자체가 워낙 객실이 작은 것은 알고있긴 했지만 모르셨던 분들은 너무 작다 느낄 수 있을 거 같아요. 캐리어 제대로 펼치기도 조금 힘든 규모입니다. 전반적으로 청결도도 좋았는데 살짝 아쉬운 디테일들은 있더라고요. 그래도 그외 온천이나 조식의 강점이 너무 커서 너무 좋았고 재방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026고객에 대한 배려가 묻어나는 숙소였어요~ 11층 대욕장안에 무료 세탁기가 있었고 건조기는 100엔이지만 싸요. 무엇보다도 대욕탕 노천탕과 실내탕이 개방되어 있어 환기가 항상되구요. 11층에 코믹만화가 비치되어 있는데 창가쪽으로 좌석이 있고 전자렌지 1회용 스푼 포크 준비되어 있어서 좋았어요. 숙소가 고객에 대한 세심한 배려가 시스템안에 묻어나오는곳예요~~저는 매우 만족했어요 ㅎ 가성비 짱

夜泣きそばを楽しみにしていましたが、21:30～だったので疲れて眠ってしまいました。ポスターに『時間に間に合わなければカップ麺を差し上げます』と書いたあった(と思う)のですが、チェックアウトの際に伝えるのを忘れて帰ってしまいました。ラウンジ入館時、ルームナンバーを確認しているなら、来ていない事が分かるので、チェックアウト時に一言声をかけて欲しかったです。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026La chambre avec la vue sur la station essence. On était là pour 2 nuits et ils nous ont attribué une chambre vraiment moche alors que ceux qui venaient pour une nuit avaient une meilleure chambre. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The breakfast was good, as well as the public bath. The location is convenient for those coming from the airport, or going to the port and the JR station. Also the garden is within walking distance. The shopping arcade and the art museum are close.
The room decor was dark brown and gloomy. The air conditioner worked but the room remaind relatively humid. We planned the trip and did the original booking four months in advance. A few days before the stay, we found that the current cost of staying was about 30-40% lower than that we were about to be charged for our original booking. Thus, we canceled that and re-booked a larger room for much less than we were supposed to pay originally. I don’t like that we were about to be greatly overcharged by the hotel, if we hadn't checked the current room pricing.

방이나 호텔내부에 그림이 한점도 없었던 점 영어소통이 힘들었어요.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026丁寧に対応してもらって快適に過ごせました。露天風呂に入れたのと、入浴後のアイスや夜鳴きそばも無料で提供してもらえたのが良かったです。
駐車場が満車だったのと車幅が大きくて備え付けの立体駐車場に駐車出来なかったので残念でした。
