The room was so quiet. I had great sleeps. Even the air-conditioning was quiet.

Location was a little far from metro system. But getting to the railway station via taxi was great. Also I asked for a high-floor room. I got one on 54th floor. I wish it could be higher.

前台办理入住的时候用的时间过久。房间里窗户的外玻璃不太干净，比较可惜。

Amazing stay at Jumeirah. Beautiful design, spotless rooms, and incredible attention to detail throughout. The service was outstanding — professional, warm, and always attentive without being intrusive. Great facilities and overall atmosphere made the experience truly luxurious. Highly recommended — will definitely return.

Hotel is polished and pretty. Rooms are well sized.

There is basically no bar...The one bar inside a restaurant closes at 11pm. Staff barely understands English. Location is quite far away from everything and while it is very high up, the view is largely barren.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is amazing, very modern, clean, spacious rooms, huge bathroom almost looks like a spa. The staff is frindly and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, everyone can find something for themselves. Big thank you to everybody at Jumeriah, we had a pleasant stay!

Jumeirah Nanjing met our expectation. Delivered all Jumeirah standards. Excellent facilities, spacious rooms with friendly, warm and attentive service. Breakfast buffet had extensive choices of local and western food items. Breathtaking view from 56th floor room.

Excellent check in - very easy Room - superb - highlight bath overlooking the City - also huge room! Excellent customer service. Great bar with great service. Nice buffet breakfast. Will be hotel of choice in Nanjing from now on. Well done to all at the hotel :)

I love this hotel and enjoyed my stay. I think I will come back to stay at this wonderful hotel again in future. My parents live in Nanjing. One day several years ago while I was walking around, I came close to this hotel. I was amazed at the size of the tower. I decided to enter to take a look. I was surprised at the style of the hotel and decided I would stay at this hotel when opportunity popped up. I came back to Nanjing from Canada to visit my parents and booked 3 rooms to have a family get-together at this beautiful hotel. My parents, my brother and his wife and my wife and I all enjoyed our stay very much.

It so happened there two of the main restaurants at this hotel were closed for maintenance during our stay.

All things was perfect. Nice view, clean room, perfect breakfast. We were booked a suite and really I enjoyed it. Especially about nice tinjin peoples. I advise this hotel for every person that they like to stay in a perfect residential hotel. Ok

Everything, from the exterior to the amenities, the spa and the rooms were amazing. Wouldn’t recommend any other hotel in Nanjing than Jumeirah.

lovely view of the city, we stayed on the 62nd floor — nice and clean pool zone.

breakfast: No fresh tomatoes and other vegetables. the choice of juices wasn't enough. room: water or tea was spilled on the carpet near the bed, and we didn't see it when we got into the room. but after when we stepped onto it, it was a bit late to tell it to the receptionist. dust was on the furniture. location: is a bit far from many touristic locations, but it is a modern part of Nanjing.

Though they are still training the new staff, but they tried their best to make the customers happy.

Excellent city-break, welcoming staff, spacious room, good facilities & amenities, yummy buffet (wide variety of local & international choices.) Room service was good too! The views at night over the river were wonderful. There’s views of a picturesque insta-worthy pedestrian bridge.

Certainly not as good as the first visit. Christmas was very busy and it showed. The room was not as clean as one would have liked on arrival. Toilet dirty. Christmas dinner was not traditional, Roast Turkey yes, but no roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, turkey gravy, was more catered for Chinese Seafood lovers. It really needs more restaurant options. Price at 80 GBP inc cheap plonk was a little steep. The hotel suffers from being near nowhere apart from the Nanjing Eye. Breakfast was good, especially after boxing day, Chef was asked for a poached egg and we got scrambled eggs, maybe poached eggs do not exist in China.

First of, the property is great, new building, great location, the rooms themselves (I've been there twice) are beautiful. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, you would think you are halfway there but... The service is another story. The doorguys are not there at night, at daytime they have little clue what they got hired for. The front desk at night seems to be the only staff there. Even while asking in the reservation for non-feathers, the room had feathers. Getting that fixed at night was a one hour adventure that involves the front desk guy. They have at night literally nobody there. Don't bother asking for room service, don't ask anything it won't happen. The cleaning maids unfortunately also are on leave it seems as there was dust and dirt everywhere. I've been there twice, unfortunately this is twice the exact same experience. Don't bother and go to the Ritz. Far better quality of the property and service.

came back for another business trip, the hotel service was good as previous one, always up to standard. the facilites are well maintained, good options of food, and professional staffs. just slightly unacceptable that had to use proper shoes for breakfast.

its a clean and luxury property, room is large enough and has great view of the river. the service was professional. booked my stay with reservations directly, the employee was helpful and she provided all the details information i need, i felt wecomed thru the phone already

Wow !! I’ve enjoy my stay at this hotel!! The best service from check in and check out !! Arunikea is amazing ! The spa day treatments I had with Amy and Coco amazing ! I even went back to this hotel for my message with my friend and the atmosphere of the room and service ! Amy and Coco you are both amazing and I look forward to coming back again !!

Lovely hotel on upper floors of convention centre.Excellent breakfast buffet on 39th Floor. Room large and comfortable, nice bathroom, worth the stay. Extra bed for child a little expensive only downside. Swimming pool good and open. Please remember that this hotel needs two Covid 19 check apps!!!

Recently I booked this hotel as a present for my friend and her husband, they told me they had a extremely happy trip in this hotel. As Foreigners who lived in Nanjing we actually didn’t have too much chance to stay in Nanjing’s hotels. But absolutely chose Jumeirah as a present to give is a wise chose. Before I book the room, I called their reservation to ask some questions which confused me, the lady in reservation called jennie who listens my questions and give all the details I need and explained the best way to buy a room package and which plat is the best. I called serval hotels and compared Jumeirah seems the best,which thanks to the staff’s explanation. They told me the hotel is beautiful and the room is very Chinese style. Absolutely next time I will try it by myself!! Thank u Jumeirah Nanjing to give my best friend a best night!!

It was a great experience with our favorite Jumeirah Nanjing! The room was decorated and we got a complimentary dessert... it wasn’t our first and definitely not last stay at this hotel! Thank you Bella for decorating the room.. it really made our day special 😊

I’m blown away with the facility of Talise spa, all very fancy and exquisite.The vibe there make me feel serene and clam, especially after a weary trip. My therapist were Lily and Yang yang, they are skillful and also know all the right places to massage. Also thankful to the manager Arunika, her professionality makes the booking process very smooth.

I was pleasantly surprised by the the tastes of the food. It had a fine blend of flavor and tastes. I really enjoyed the portions for each of the meals with the ability to get more. Great for a date or even a business meeting. Not recommended for bringing children.

Very precise ,good job. Very nice View during work, When I came lady manager was really nice and gave me very good price. When I sat on very big armchair in the separate room they gave me tee. I am fully satisfied with.

My family and I travelled to Nanjing last November. The hotel did not disappointed us! The hotel was luxury and the services was outstanding! Especially, Vicki from the housekeeping department. She provided great services and gave us a lot of useful tips!

The hotel was excellent. Had a great two night stay. Hotel room was amazing Deluxe King. Lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed. The reception staff and bar staff were wonderful. In the restaurant and breakfast rooms the staff especially first thing were not in keeping with the rest of the team, though the food was very good. Loved the curry puffs available at lunch. Will stay here again most likely

Excellent 5-Star hotel that feels 1-notch above other 5stars i have stayed before. Service professionalism is top notch, hotel design by Zaha hadid is world class, details of design in hotel and room are excellent 2-notches above other 5-stars, room size is great! Food is nice and view is amazing. Will stay again for future work trips.
