È situata a pochi metri dal lago e ha un bel giardino dove si può bere qualcosa ed è adatto anche ai bambini dato che c’è un piccolo parco giochi. Le camere sono belle e pulite! Abbiamo chiesto un lettino per la nostra piccola e siamo stati accontentati senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. Colazione ottima! Tutte il personale gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato anche per le famiglie!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Poloha u vlakové zastávky. V noci vás to neruší, protože vlaky nejezdí. Doporučuji výlet do Bernina průsmyku právě vlakem, proto jsme zvolili i tento hotel. Obdrželi jsme i slevovou kartu na vlak, příjemný bonus! Snídaně i večeře velmi dobrá. Na snídani bych tedy přidala zeleninu. Pokoj OK, personál též příjemný. V blízkosti je jezero, kde se dá krásně koupat a obejít. Je to nenáročná procházka. Parkování zdarma u hotelu bez problémů.

Exzellentes Restaurant und leckeres Frühstück. Eine Bootsfahrt auf dem See und eine Runde Minigolf war inklusive. Gerne wieder!

Le persiane, insolitamente presenti (per essere fuori Italia) nella nostra camera, non si potevano chiudere. Ma d'altronde di solito non ci sono. I prezzi sono un po' alti per i nostri standard. Ma recandosi in Svizzera bisogna prevederlo.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Das Frühstück war reichlich und gesund. Ich kannte Le Prese bereits von früher. War vor 18 Jahren mal da. Mir gefällt der abgelegene Ort und die wunderbare Landschaft. Das Hotel gefällt mir gut. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf den See.
Ich fand die Preise für das Essen überteuert. Beziehungsweise war ich mit dem Nachtessen am letzten Abend nicht zufrieden. Noch halbrohe Kartoffeln und nicht gegartes Gemüse

Everything was fresh, organic and locally produced... even the herbal teas at breakfast..and the yoghurt, bread from two local bakeries, cheese, butter, fruit, jams and eggs. Dinner likewise, including locally sourced wild game, fungi and chestnuts. The staff from chef, through waiting staff and chambermaids were highly competent, professional, friendly and multilingual. The nicest room I've ever stayed in, large, warm and with a great view, a big luxury bath and his and hers washbasins. The setting at the foot of Val Poschiavo with Lago di Poschiavo to one side and the railway station, to the other is just perfect.(It's more like a tram stop in the street and ten paces takes you to the hotel door. There's also the fantastic Poschiavo Plus scheme giving free unlimited travel by bus and train throughout Val Poschiavo from the snows at the top of the pass to Tirano in Italy, if you stay two or more nights in participating accommodation. (Yes - that is the UNESCO world heritage Bernina Express route)
Switzerland seems very expensive to British people, but that is not a criticism of the hotel. The set four course menu offered a wonderful salad buffet course but it wasn't available with the a la carte offering.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus in den Zug steigen. Trotzdem ist es ruhig gelegen, der Garten ist wunderschön. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut, der Chef und sein Team kochen wirklich sehr gut! Das Personal ist Spitze, man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2024We had a warm welcome to the beautiful hotel. There was a special, calm and relaxing atmosphere in the place, perfectly located right by the train station and close to the lake. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good as well as the dinner in the hotel restaurant. All staff was extremely helpful and friendly to us and our dog. The garden where we dined was super lovely. We loved our stay!
The terrace could be decorated to be even nicer with some flowers, but it's not really a default! The duvet was too thick for summer. :)

Reviewed Aug 20, 2023The staff is very welcome weh I arrive. I had an early train to catch next morning and can't wait until breakfast time. The lady was so kind to prepared a bag of breakfast for me (bread with meat, juice, apple and snack). The room is comfortable and cozy. Just two little things, pillow is a little too soft and floor is just a little sandy, but everything else is great! Location is perfect as well. Very close to the train station and bus station.

Generous breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Dined at Hotel Restaurant 3 nights in a row and enjoyed every single meal. Food was well prepared with fresh local ingredients, simply delicious - Compliments to the Chef! 😋 Exemplary Service & Warm Hospitality from Mrs Lardi. Well taken care of by the team from the moment I arrived till my departure. Mrs Lardi really went above & beyond to provide me with a comfortable, pleasant stay - Thank You! 🥰
Wash basin initially drained water very slowly but got better on 2nd day. Too many flies at Restaurant which slightly marred enjoyment of meals - reckon even the flies can't resist the scrumptious food. 😉
