Telesfora Beach Cottage

Breakfast , beach front , staff

Needs to modernize , upgrade facilities

Une nuit est largement suffisante. Pas l'endroit idéal pour se détendre

Location is near town and lots of restaurants around

Property is poorly maintained, entrance to property is disgusting. Narrow road with lots of rubbish around. Smelly drainage. We booked 2 beach front cottage and 2 or 3 days before arrival, told us that one of the cottage needs repair hence they have to move one to a garden view. We did not have time to find another property as it is to close to our arrival date! Water from tap is brownish color!

Great property, amazing beach and sunset views, good breakfast

The toilet was leaking water causing smell and mess. The sink was also clogged.

We had a very nice stay at Telesfora Beach Cottage. The location is beautiful, right by the beach, which makes for a very relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of during our stay. The cottages are simple but comfortable and fit well with the natural surroundings. It’s a peaceful place, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the beach life. That said, the facilities are quite basic, so it’s not a luxury stay, and service can sometimes be a bit slow depending on the time of day. Also, there isn’t always hot water in the evening, and sometimes no running water at all. Overall, still a great place if you’re looking for charm, simplicity, and a beachfront setting.

The room was clean, good air conditioning and a good breakfast included.

The location right on the beach and not too far from El Nido town is great! The staff were friendly and there are scooters available for hire.

The property is looking a bit dated overall. It had been cleaned well, but, for example, the water in the bathroom had a reddish tinge and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly.

Clean and friendly staff

Nothing

Location is absolutely perfect. Tours etc. literally leave from the beach at the front of the hotel and we saw the best sunsets of our life here. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Plenty of cafes, restaurants etc nearby and just a few minutes into El Nido town on a scooter or trike. The area is nice and quiet and there are friendly cats and dogs about :)

The wifi was terrible throughout our stay. Price was higher than anywhere else we stayed during our month in the Philippines (I think this is just normal for El Nido area though) but room was very basic and not very clean. Facilities in room were not as described on Booking.com (the room literally just has a bed and a cupboard in it - no tv, wardrobe or kettle etc.).

Camera pulita e colazione buona!!!Ottimi i pancake!

This accomodation was lovely to stay in. Away from the town and noise. Just a 3 minute bike ride or trike ride into town. The staff were so nice and accomodating for all our needs. We booked a tour with them, so easily done. Breakfast was lovely, very simple but good to start the day with. It was amazing that there were only a few steps onto the beach. Sunsets were fascinating! The cats were so cute too and friendly. I would definitely go back !!! Loved everything about this stay.

Servizio ottimo piscina Suoer cocktail squisiti

Great location!

Very tight room, but we were barely there so it was not a big problem, only for opening our suitcases.

Tres grande chambre.

Great location, right on the beach.

Bathroom was not clean. The bathroom flooded on the first shower we took there.

The location is superb. Perfect for strolling and starting point for boat trips. Since it is a cottage (not only room), you have a little veranda and space outside to sit and do other things.

The room and facility need a little upgrading. Though, it is functional in all aspects. (Can't complain, just for the room price I paid).

The hotel is attached to a beach which is nice but you cannot swim in the beach. The hotel has very nice cats that roam around and say hi to guests. The beds are comfy. Shower is hot. The rooms have great rotating fans that cover the whole room and keep you fresh. They provide soap in the shower too.

The internet did not work for the whole duration of our stay. There is no bug screen on the window so prone to mosquitos entering the room. The water in the toilet, sink and shower cones out yellow, which is slightly worrying. The area is prone to brownouts which is not an issue as they have a generator, but you cannot use the air conditioner when the generator is running.

Nice location on the beach, quieter area than El Nido town, tours leave from this beach as well, room was spacious, air-con worked well, overall pleased with my stay here

Beach-front cottage not really beach front, more restaurants front then beach. Privacy limited sometimes especially at breakfast

Stunning view, beachfront

Bad internet, no one cares about the beach in front.

TRAMONTI MERAVIGLIOSI.

Close to the beach and free breakfast

The property is outdated and the water system is really bad.

The property is literally the beach. But they should renovate it to make it a bit more modern.

Close to the beach and restaurants.

Towels was with stains, and i found a cockroach bugger than colibri.

The location is nice.

Terrible room, filled with cockroaches. We stayed for only one night out of 6. Couldn’t breathe in the room, it’s small and claustrophobic, the bug net was broken so no open windows, terrible AC, and the room filled with cockroaches. We left next day, and they refused to issue a refund even when I showed them recordings of the bugs everywhere. The toilets are overflowing, the smell is terrible. We were not demanding perfection from such a cheap accomodation, but no matter how cheap you’ll find it, it’s not worth the money. We couldn’t even get the manager, the staff left us to wait without telling us the manger we asked for was not coming, and Booking customer support couldn’t get our money back even if the roaches are a clear health violation

Personnel gentil

Salle petit déjeuner

Near the beach and the tour pick up is in front of the property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast taste good.

Cash basis once you’re in the property.

The only thing decent about this property is the location

Everything * the rooms were basic - mosquitos got in as flyscreens in bathroom & toilet had holes everywhere so we were eaten alive * our shower did not work most of the time & the times that it did it was a trickle & cold - no hot water - we only had 2 showers in the 5 nights we stayed there *our shower had mould everywhere *ran out of toilet paper & had to wait 2 hours for them to bring more - not good when you have diahrea *breakfast was ok but very very limited & took forever to get - they would ask you what you wanted, forget to write it down & then you would have to ask 2-3 for it so most times you just gave up. *tiles in entry of our room all cracked & broken so had to wear shoes in room so didnt cut your feet *some lounges/sunlounges/beanbags would be nice to have in the area on the beachfront to relax & enjoy the view - there were plastic chairs & that was it - very uncomfortable so you just went to your room rather than sit there *the staff tried to be helpful but didnt have the reosurces - their english was basic & limited. they did try though *this property is extremely run down-they try to keep clean but there are just to many areas that need attention to make a stay here decent.

Location on the beach, however the seating area is directly in front of the bungalow. Breakfast was good too. VFM considering the cost of other accommodation along this stretch of beach. Great massage next door to the right, I recommend the foot massage, 30 minutes and 300 pesos!!

Water pressure not good at all and sometimes no water.

Posizione perfetta e atmosfera super rilassante Soggiorno meraviglioso a Corong Corong.

Locatie! Ondanks minpunten een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Kamers zijn echt spartaans. Niks deed het echt goed (airco, fan, douche, wc, kraantje). Kan een hele flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Bungalow was nice. Bed comfortable. Cute building. Right on the Beach and very near restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast.

Aircon very old and was too noisy to have on at night, clunky sounds so was hot to sleep. Breakfast dishes were good but it took over an hour to get it after ordering as each is cooked to order. But when it’s pancakes and omlettes that’s too long. Also meant having 3minutes to eat before my boat tour started. They should get you to order the night before if they can’t cook quicker.

Good location, friendly staff

Bathroom needs some attention, poor water pressure. Bathroom smelled very bad. Water is very smelly and is dirty. This hotel needs to address the water they use, I feel it is unsafe to use the tap water at this hotel.

Although the Telesfora Beach Cottage room we chose, had breakfast included and we were although in the same apartment. The new hotel split my family into two seperate rooms and didn't offer us breakfast. We ended up moving to a different hotel in El Nido.

Although we booked and paid for the Telesfora Beach Cottage it was not assessible due to the typhoon, we were moved to a seperate sister hotel which was advertised at a much cheaper price.

There was two lovely cats and a dog.

The room could have been bigger, we booked it for a nicer place and it wasn’t.

Toilet doesn’t work, fixtures and old

Hard to find
