Bedroom was spacious with queen bed, 4 large comfortable chairs and two settees; A/C worked well; full kitchen; location excellent in middle of historic area.

1. We had booked a room “with breakfast included”. At check- in we were told breakfast starts at 9 AM! Kind of late no? So we get to the breakfast area at 9:15 AM and are told our only option for breakfast was juice, coffee and a single chocolate cookie - that was it, nothing else! 2. Breakfast - such as it was- was not in the same building as our room but was a block away in a restaurant where we had checked in. We were given the option to not have “breakfast” but instead get a voucher for a later “apertivo” which we did the next day getting a glass of wine in the evening.

El alojamiento muy bien , la ubicación muy bien , la atención perfecta, la limpieza muy bien, lo que nos falló era el desayuno que no te lo dan hasta las 9.00h que abren el restaurante ,y consideramos que para ir por trabajo es tarde.

When booking we ask does each bedroom have a bathroom, we were told yes, but it was not true and they didn’t resolve our issue

Midden in het centrum. Netjes en ruim en leuk ingericht. De airco was heerlijk!

We loved the location of the B&B, it was so nice and comfortable for family of four. A quaint little supermarket near high end apparel stores was so nice. The community really works hard to keep a the town vibrant with various festivals, weekly markets and nightlife in the piazza. Love…love the local coffee shops and restaurants. No chains whatsoever.

Nothing really. You have to be prepared for different way to live. Working hard, bicycling everywhere or taking train to the next town. Places are closed on Mondays but these folks work very hard 6 days a week. Some of the more frequented are open with shorten hours on Monday so as tourists you can always find a place open.

Idéalement situé pour visiter la cité classée à l'Unesco. Spacieux, propre, bien tenu et très bien décoré, cet appartement a coché toutes les cases pour nous permettre de passer un très bon séjour. Nous avons particulièrement appréciés la climatisation en ces temps de canicule ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Breakfast is not really included , only discounted and has limited options. Problems with keys and locks, but resolved swiftly by our host.

The accommodation was perfect! Comfortable, clean and with perfect location. The woman who led us to the apartment was very nice and friendly, as well as very knowledgeable and helpful.

The breakfast. It was located in the restaurant, from where we had to pick up the key for the apartment. You could attend the breakfast from 9, which is a little late. Unfortunately, a very unfriendly and sour woman (different from the one who showed us our accommodation) “served us”. The breakfast lasted over an hour and 15 minutes, which is unheard of, as we are not talking about a buffet breakfast. We got vouchers for €10 to spend at the bar, and at the end the women had us pay €20 extra for 4 cappuccinos.

Una struttura da 10 e lode Premetto che viaggio spesso per lavoro e Mi&Ti B&B è stata veramente una scoperta eccezionale. La struttura si trova in pieno centro storico dove puoi raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti d’interesse ivi compresa la stazione ferroviaria. La casa è a dir poco meravigliosa ed arredata con buon gusto, letti e cuscini comodi, pulizia impeccabile; la colazione viene servita al Bar/Ristorane sempre in proprietà della titolare del beb. Detto ciò ritengo che il punto forte di questa struttura sia la proprietaria, donna simpatica, sorridente e sopratutto con spiccate capacità professionali ed organizzative. Struttura consigliatissima per chi intende viaggiare all’insegna della comodità e di un punto strategico per poter visitare Vicenza e non solo.

The facility was very good albeit on the fourth floor

The lady host was very rude. It took 90 minutes to get into our property from arriving as she did not answer our calls and when she did she refused to give me the address of her restaurant because I was to find it on the email she sent me, which we could not find. As well as being the most expensive facility we have paid for on this tour, she then charged me €30 to store our bicycles … we had cycled all the way from Brindisi, plus we have cycled all over the world and this is only the second place to charge us for storing our touring bikes. The breakfast was a joke, it was what was left over in the desert cabinet from the previous night at her restaurant. We have left every day at 8.00 to cycle to beat the heat, but she would not open until 9.00 and it was 35C by midday.

Le breakfast : en fait on ns a donné un bon de 10€ ds le restaurant du propriétaire. Du coup on ne peut avoir un breakfast avec 1 boisson et 1 plat (compter au moins 10€ pr des œufs bacon) + 1,5 de cover tax + 4€ boisson.

Kein Fahrrad Stellplatz vorhanden man muss für ein Fahrrad 15€ extra zahlen, 500 Meter entfernt. Frühstück Café und Rührei muss man auch noch was zuzahlen Frühstück ist noch inklusive wie angegeben.

Wir haben ein anderes Appartement bekommen, welches nicht den beiden Appartements auf den Bildern entspricht (oberster Stock ohne Austritt, siehe Fotos). Es war aufgrund der kleinen Fenster sehr dunkel und die liebevolle Dekoration hat auch gefehlt. Das Personal hat sich geweigert das Problem zu lösen, da die Eigentümerin nicht da war und die Eigentümerin hat nicht auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen.

The Apartment was in the centre of the city - perfect location to see the sites and find places to eat. Size of apartment was perfect for my stay. The friendliness of staff at restaurant was amazing.

The location is wonderful. It’s in the center of the city, and almost everything is within walking distance.

The breakfast was disappointing. I expected a full breakfast, but the facility provided only one coffee and one croissant, and even the croissant was not fresh. In addition, the coffee cup and spoon were not clean. Because of this, I only went to breakfast once during my five‑day stay. The pot and pan in the room were also in poor condition. The pan had a broken handle, and the pot had many scratches, making them unusable. Lastly, the door lock required a trick to open, and I had a hard time getting the door open each time.

Posizione ottima, nel centro città, con affaccio su Corso Palladio. anche il parcheggio pubblico a pagamento era abbastanza vicino. Camere spaziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. Connessione wifi ottima

Colazione con buono da spendere al bar. Sul buono era previsto spremuta croissant e bevanda, ma al nostro arrivo il croissant non c'era, abbiamo preso cappuccino e un pezzo di torta e questo è valso 10€ di buono. Diciamo che a queste condizioni sarebbe più conveniente per l'ospite farsi la colazione per conto suo e risparmiare di soggiorno 10€ a testa a notte. Bagno un po' piccolo e con ventola malfunzionante

A estadia foi perfeita! O apartamento era enorme, muito lindo e muito limpo. A localização era maravilhosa e o café da manhã no Cu Cu foi incrível.

Camera pulita . Appartamento molto bello e pulito in centro. Camere molto ben arredate e spaziose. Solo un dettaglio ci ha infastidito. Abbiamo tardato 10 minuti rispetto all orario del ceck in La signora delle pulizie appena arrivata ci stava mettendo gli zainetti PER TERRA fuori dalla porta dell appartamento.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is located in the middle of Vicenza, so was good to go out in the evening and to reach the important sightseeing places. The towels and other amenities are prepared enough and the kitchen has many kitchenware to use. We enjoyed the breakfast at the fancy restaurant. It was the best part. We highly recommend this B&B.

Can have a tv for the evening since the apartment is so spacious. Can hear the sounds from outside way too clearly.

Unbeatable location. You can actually catch a glimpse of the basilica from your fourth floor perch ( and there’s and elevator). We see the kitchen counter for our luggage, since there are no other readily available places for them, but the apartment is luxuriously spacious and furnished.

Quibbles: you won’t get hot water in the bathroom sink unless you turn on the hot water in the kitchen sink or the shower. The bathroom is apparently unventilated. There are a lot of electrical switches that don’t seem to have any function and there are some lights for which we couldn’t find a switch, including the kitchen’s overhead.

The location was excellent, right in the center of town and just a short walk to the restaurant Cu Cu for check in and our breakfast in the morning. The place was very clean and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable, the decor was unique and a bit funky and we like that. The shower was great, lots of hot water and clean. The kitchen seemed well equipped. A huge shout to out the restaurant for excellent food, unique electric atmosphere and friendly service by Guendalina. Overall, it was a bargain to stay here and I would recommend to anyone looking for a central location, a unique apartment, and an amazing food experience.

The closest paid parking lot was a bit far away, about a 10 minute walk, and with luggage was a work out. The cost was reasonable though, I think it was about 15 Euro per day.

Appartamento molto grazioso, pulito e curato nei particolari. Camere ampie e spaziose; letti molto comodi. La posizione è centralissima, a pochissimi passi a piedi da Piazza dei Signori. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, per cui lo consigliamo per un soggiorno alla scoperta della bellissima città di Vicenza.

Inserirei uno specchio nelle due camere della struttura: lo spazio non manca!

Tolle Lage im Zentrum, die Besitzerin sehr freundlich und fand direkt eine Lösung um unsere Räder unterzubringen, da der Bici-park geschlossen hatte.

It was an exceptional luxurious designed property, the bedrooms are absolutely sumptuous … out f 10, it would easily be an 12, if only it was possible., where a professional who has their clientele comfort in mind would offer! Furthermore, the historical beauty that is so close to any wandering connaisseurs, and connaisseuses … and Guendolina, the hostess is everything a host could be: knowledgeable, attentive to your need, respectful of your privacy … overall a very helpful and delightful person!

Still perfection always has its nagging little things that are an easy fix: a shower soap/shampoo cup holder, “large mirrors” would beautifully enhance the greatness of the bedrooms - and the bedrooms are really sumptuous - a tiny check in the bathroom to ensure the seat isn’t moving too much …

Zimmer war nicht bezugsbereit, so dass wir ein deutlich schlechteres Ersatzdomizil bekommen haben. Wir hätten uns gern viele Diskussionen vor Ort gespart

Stanza molto grande e ben arredata, con ben tre finestre. Possibilità di cucinare in quanto intero appartamento. Posizione centralissima. Non potendo usufruire della colazione ci è stato offerto un aperitivo.

Manca la TV, ma forse non è proprio un difetto. La tavoletta del water da sistemare, manca il bidet, sostituito da doccino. Peccato non aver potuto fare un caffè in quanto mancavano le capsule. Comunque tutto superabile

L’appartamento del complesso Bianca che ci ha ospitato si trova in una posizione molto comoda: nel contempo a pochi minuti sia dal mare sia dal centro di Premantura, è vicino anche all’ingresso della riserva naturale ‘Kamenjak’, vera chicca di questa zona dell’Istria, dove infatti - complice la possibilità di optare tra diverse baie - abbiamo trascorso giornate tra la natura, il mare cristallino, divertimento e relax. L’abitazione è molto confortevole: moderna, di recente ristrutturazione, è dotata di un terrazzo vivibile che – attrezzato con due lettini, ombrellone e tavolo – rappresenta uno dei punti forti della casa. Comodo per fare colazione, pranzare o cenare, scorgendo il mare sullo sfondo. La pulizia è un altro degli aspetti caratteristici di questa location: i sanitari del bagno, ma anche gli armadi, la cucina, gli infissi. Il soggiorno è spazioso, così come la camera. Molto comoda la doccia ‘walk-in’. Efficiente, benché contenuta negli spazi, la cucina, dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. Comodi, non da ultimi, la possibilità di utilizzare la lavanderia e il posto auto riservato praticamente di fronte all’abitazione. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e torneremo volentieri in questo complesso residenziale.

Très bel appartement dans un immeuble historique. Belle décoration, bon accueil, très bien situé dans le centre ville. Le petit déj est servi dans un bar à proximité. On peut prendre un cocktail si on préfère.

Un petit bémol: simple vitrage donc un peu de bruit de la rue.

Blizina znamenitosti. Javni parking na 5 minuta hoda. Flasirana voda u frizideru. Kosare na krevetima sa priborom za higijenu izgledaju lijepo ali peskiri imaju cudan miris.

Nismo dobili spartman koji smo rezervisali, tj koji je na slikama. Apartman je u zgradi prekoputa. Kada sam na to skrenila paznju prvi odgovor je bio, mi imamo vise apartmana. Moderno je uredjen, preovladava industrijski stil. Daje pomalo taman osjecaj obzirom da je crni zid iza kreveta za spavanje. Peskiri nisu bijeli, imali su cudan miris. Apartman je ok za parove ali za porodicu sa manjom djecom bas i ne. Na prvu se cini veoma cisto ali u kupatilu je bilo dosta dlaka a u spavacoj sobi dlake od psa. Rezervisali smo nocenje sa doruckom. U opisu dorucka pise da je dorucak kontinentalni, jaja, palacinke, namazi, kafa, sok. Dorucak je zapravo klasicni talijanski, kafa, sok i jedan kroasan. Opisani kontinentalni dorucak se placa. Dorucak trebate opisati u skladu sa apartmanom za koji placamo a ne sta je u ponudi kafea Cucu.

Kauniisti sisustettu, todella tilava huoneisto aivan Vicenzan keskustassa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, ja majoitukseen kuului herkullinen aamiainen läheisessä ravintolassa.
