Reviewed Jan 17, 2020Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No heating (-5C and you could see your breath in room). No hot water. Food choice dire (pizza or spring rolls). Owner very rude. Checked out early. To top it off owner chased me across the apron as I was boarding my flight to accuse me of leaving without paying! (I’d paid in full on booking through here). Avoid!

Reviewed Oct 30, 2019Hopeless shower that does not work. Kitchen smoke in room at night. Bad even by Nepali standards

Reviewed Oct 14, 2018Friendly and efficient, one of the better ones in Phakding, good, warm and clean blankets (THE most important thing in altitude lodges...)

Reviewed Sep 23, 2018We ended up being stranded here for 5 days due to weather in Lukla and the ability to fly out. Everyone at the hotel did their best to accommodate us and many others last minute. The food was good, and the staff was helpful.
