Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Sejur minunat, aproape de mare! Am apreciat foarte mult curățenia impecabilă și terasa mare, perfectă pentru relaxare. Locația este perfectă: foarte aproape de plajă și de taverne, dar ferită de zgomot. Proprietarul a fost minunat și s-a asigurat că avem tot confortul. !

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Sve pohvale za objekat Dionisios Elia! Boravak je bio izuzetno prijatan i opuštajući. Smeštaj je prostran, besprekorno čist i opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajima za udoban odmor. Plaža je na svega nekoliko koraka od objekta, a u neposrednoj blizini se nalaze i prodavnica i pekara. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni, susretljivi i uvek spremni da pomognu. Posebno nas je oduševio prostor za zabavu i lepo uređeno dvorište sa sadržajima za decu. Sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti i toplo preporučujemo ovaj smeštaj svima!

Υπάρχει θέμα με το νερό. Τις ώρες μεταξύ 7μμ -10μμ το νερό δεν έχει πίεση ενώ τις υπόλοιπες ώρες το νερό ήταν χλιαρό.

It is situated right in the city center, making it convenient to reach all local services, shops, and restaurants. The host was kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with any request we had. The overall property is also beautifully maintained. It features a lovely bar, a small game room that was perfect for the kids, and comfortable lounge seating areas. Everything is tastefully decorated in a minimal-chic style, with great attention paid to the colors and furnishings. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Locație amplasată aproape de plajă, camere medii ca mărime, cu paturi mari și confortabile, chicineta dotată bine, parterul amenajat pentru relaxare, luat masa, grătar în aer liber, ping-pong, jocuri și un mic loc de joacă cu jucării pentru copiii. Balconul mare, baia nu prea mare dar cu uscător de păr și produse pt igiena. Personalul foarte ospitalier a răspuns cu promptitudine întrebărilor și cerințelor noastre. Recomand cu încredere!

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets. The courtyard and children’s play area were a wonderful bonus. The host, Christos, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help. We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again

Nyolcan nyaraltunk, és 1 apartmant kaptunk. Ennek csak az volt a hátránya, hogy 1 WC volt, ami kevésnek bizonyul.

Evin içinde yemek masası olmaması (balkonda var fakat güneşte ve bazen sivri sineklerden dolayı sıkıntı) yatağın biri mutfakta olması hoş olmamış.

Überhaupt hat mir gefallen, dass überall selbstgemachte Deko stand/hing. Man merkt dass sich die Eigentümer viel mühe geben. Bäcker und Supermarkt auch ums Eck.
Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter und in die Jahre gekommen. Es war okay und gepflegt, aber man könnte das ein oder andere schon mal erneuern. Bad sehr sehr klein.

Din punctul meu de vedere e undeva între 7,5, cu maximă indulgență, poate 8. Iar plaja e departe de descrierea de pe net. Noi nu o să mai revenim niciodată.
Descrierea nu e sinceră, mirosul de vechi, în față locație în renovare, mizerie în jur, iar plaja pur și simplu o glumă față de pozele din descriere. Nu există niciun "centru', un fel de Eforie Sud în anii 1995

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Чудове місце для відпочинку! Ці апартаменти готельного виду, проте все необхідне є у наявності. Якщо чогось не вистачає можна звернутися до власника і він одразу все надасть. Поряд, за 2 хв ходьби пляж, також два магазини, 2 пекарні. По середам в обласному центрі Неа Муданія чудовий базар, їхати до нього 10 хв на авто. Від аеропорту Салоніки дорога на авто складає близько 1 год.
Трохи шумно, з вулиці доносяться різні звуки, та й сусіди бувають голосні. Ще є побажання, замінити на більші холодильники у номері, також якось вивести шланг від кондиціонеру, щоб не було необхідності постійно зливати воду з відра.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Osoble vile bio je izuzetno dobar i isluzliv.Bili smo 2para u jedan apartman.Osoblje nam je dozvolio da udjemo u apartmen veoma rano jos u 9 sati unatuc tome sto nije bilo goste prije nas u apartman.Apartman je bio komforotan i imalo ja sve sto je potrebno u kuhinji.Malo su kreveti bile nelagodne ali sve u svemu toplo preporucujem Elia dionisius.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026The whole building was fantastically decorated, with extreme care for all things to be practical, functional, and aesthetically wonderful. The apartment was small but well-suited, excellent for a summer holiday, and the terrace was big enough to move normally next to the table. The refrigerator was big, you can keep a lot of drinks. Everything was clean, the towels were white and new. On the ground floor, there is a big playground room, where you or your children can spend the day. We traveled for work, and we didn't go to the beach, yet the sea was very close. The owner was very polite, we communicated regularly by messages. He had an office in the building and was available all day for check-in and check-out. There are parking places on the street. I guess it will be busy during the season, but you can still find a parking place. Simply, it was a perfect place to feel nice and comfortable.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach, perfect position! We went in winter, and there were not many people, yet the hotel was well kept, functional and clean. The beds were very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was amazingly huge, perfect to rinse the dogs too after a day at the beach! Christos welcomed us and he was very available and quick to answer any question, a very nice person!
The only thing I could say is that the room looked bigger in the pictures... But doesn't everything?
