Reviewed Aug 8, 2026We absolutely loved our stay! The location, facilities, and overall service were excellent. One of the biggest highlights for us was the Wi-Fi — we have stayed at many properties, but we have never experienced such fast, reliable, high-speed internet. It made a huge difference and was very much appreciated. The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The shuttle service was another fantastic feature. We especially appreciated having this service as we were travelling with two elderly parents who had multiple appointments throughout the day. It made getting around so much easier and convenient for our family. The property is also located in a wonderfully quiet and convenient area, which was perfect for our purpose. Everything came together to make our stay comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable. A truly wonderful experience, and we would be very happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!
There was honestly nothing we disliked about the property. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in the bedroom as well, in addition to the one in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was excellent!

المبنى قسمين A و B لاكن الممرات الخارجية للغرف حارة جدا ولا يوجد بها تكييف كتمة الفندق اقيمه 3 نجوم ليس 4 نجوم والشبابيك مفتوحة للتهوية وتدخل منها الحشرات يحتاج تجديد نوعا ما لايمكن موظف توصيل الطلبات ان ياتيك للغرفة لازم تنزل بنفسك تاخذ الاكل

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026I had an appointment at Bangkok Hospital and the hotel was a slow 5 minute walk to the main entrance which was ideal for me (they also have a buggy transfer). The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. They let me leave my luggage while I had my appointment. I had also forgotten to pack an adapter for my phone charger and reception let me borrow one. They were very helpful.
I like a balcony but I knew when booking that the hotel does not have any but the location over rode in this instance. Also, I arrived early after a long haul flight and I could see they were not full but I was offered an early check in for a fee. It would have been a nice gesture if this had been complementary as I have experienced with other hotels. I paid the extra as I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep but it did slightly wrankle.

Reviewed May 29, 2026المكان حلو و هادي و قريب من مستشفى بانكوك، الي يشتغلون هناك وأيد يساعدون و محترمين يقدرون يوصلونكم للمستشفى ابلاش و شي صرافه في المستشفى. المكان ينفع للعرب في مطعم حلال و لاندري قريب بس شوي بعيد عن المولات الحلوه مثل سيام. بس بشكل عام حلو.

Reviewed May 24, 2026The location for hospital appointments was unbeatable. The area is kept up and has many conveniences.
There was an odour coming from the bed that was reminiscent of bed bugs though I did not see any physical evidence. Around the bedside tables it was dusty and dirty. Also the checkout time noted is noon. I got a phone call from the front desk at 11:30am telling me I needed to leave before noon. Ummmm, ok. Also they make you leave a cash deposit which I find really annoying though not uncommon. The front desk person at checkout needed to be reminded to give me back my deposit. It was just all very odd, with the exception of the person who helped me change rooms my first night. It took two rooms to find one that was cleaner and did not have that rotting fruit odour.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Proximity to Bangkok hospital with beautiful outdoor area on top floor with pool. Didn't feel like I was in a concrete jungle. Even though they have a free shuttle to the hospital every day, I preferred to walk as it's also a beautiful street.
The only thing was the water was either extremely hot or cold. The mixer was not working properly.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Es war soweit alles wie immer, nichts außergewöhnliches. Die Lage zum Megakomplex Bangkok Hospital ist natürlich mega stark. Personal bleibt trotz schwieriger Gäste immer recht freundlich.
Sorry, aber das Frühstück ist ein Hauch von nichts. Kein bisschen Abwechslung. Jeden Tag dasselbe, ist schon recht einfallslos. Selbst wenn man nur 2-3 Tage dort bleibt.

The kitchen was decently equipped but it lacked dish soap, kitchen towel, etc. Not a big problem but a minor frustration.

Es gibt keine 2 Bett Zimmer. Es wurde ein Zusatzbett bereit gestellt, welches 1 Nacht benutzt wurde und mit THB 1000 berechnet wurde. (10 Nächte waren gebucht!) Man wollte 1 defekten Kleiderbügel in Rechnung stellen…

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025فندق قريب جداً من مستشفى بانكوك الملكي يوجد فيه توصيل للمستشفى وبالعكس جميع المرافق موجوده مصاعد ، مسبح ، جيم، مطعم ، غسيل وكوي الملابس. نظيف جداً واثاثه مريح ، النظافة بشكل يومي والموظفين خدومين جداً وأخص بالذكر السيدة نورا خلوقه جدا ومتفهمه ومساعده جداً. الموقع جميل جداً وهاديء وآمن لقرب مركز الشرطة منه ودائماً محجوز من قبل الخليجيين. يوجد فيه خدمة واي فاي ممتاز
