So I see Tripadvisor now has AI to help write reviews for us, how lazy have we become...... So myself and My Girlfriend usually stay at the Ramada Resort, and before that the Golf & Spa in Soke. I gave both those properties 5 stars. However it is only when you go to a proper 5 Star Hotel that you realize the difference in Quality. Maybe it would be better if we had a mark of 10 to score from. Either way this Hotel would receive 5 or 10. Let's start with the Lobby. Simply when you walk into this hotel there is a sense of Grandeur, it's like you have stepped into a mix of tropical Forest and Cruise Ship. It really does take you a minute to take it all in. It's incredible and even after a week in the Lift going up and down and looking upon this Lobby , I never tired of it's grandeur. I love the Ramada resort but had been there this May and didn't do my usual Tripadvisor review. The Food was still brilliant and the Rooms excellent. But the Bars and Entertainment which for myself are the Soul of the Resort were gone. I found out that the Management team had in fact all left the Resort and gone to the Liberty. It was noticed greatly and hence I came to the Liberty on my second trip this year to turkey. Guess what....the Soul was here . The entertainment was amazing, the Manager Nihat Oze had brought his team with him and the Halloween show was brilliant. I saw kids entertained all day and non stop fun. Him and his team are truly brilliant. The Bar's this was the biggest difference, They don't use cheap spirits here, the Vodka is Smirnoff, it's real Bacardi. The Cocktails and blended and made with Ice in Glasses. The Mojito was made with crushed Ice. There was real Gin and Tonic. There was a huge list of Cocktails. There are a huge number of Bar's and A La Carte Restaurants, Mexican and Chinese were for myself the highlights, excellent food. Ahmed the Food and Beverage Management was so nice and always greeted us everyday and asked for feedback on food and drink. He really cared about us We stayed in a sea facing Room with jacuzzi Bath. The accommodation Manager Mert was incredibly helpful to find the exact Room we wanted. He could not have been more helpful and contacted us a number of times to check all was perfect. Again I will say we were really cared for by Mert. I am not going to say the Liberty was as Cheap as the Ramada. But honestly it was not much more when compared to what we got. I have stayed at the others and honestly I would pay the extra and never step back down again in quality. the Liberty is the best Hotel in Kusadasi full stop. I would recommend definitely staying here if coming to Kusadasi and thank you to the team for making our holiday amazing
The hotel is lovely rooms are luxurious the alcarte restaurant quality ot food was good but the portion size was just to big for fine dinning where this hotel is let down is the lack of service you have to go for everything yourself having been to the liberty signa there's no comparison also while we were there they advised Live entertainment in the Tokyo bar every night while we were there we only saw one singer and two girls on violin's don't.get me wrong this is a lovely hotel with lovely staff I just think it needs a few tweaks to make it a true 5 star
Value for Money Following our one week holiday at the Liberty Kusadasi hotel (October half term), we had a great experience which was totally worth the money. There were a few downsides, which I’ll get out of the way first: 1. The Pools really are very chilly, yet we still managed to use them. The children’s splash park was the coldest of all the pools and this should be addressed as a priority for 2026. 2. As this was the last week of the hotel being open for the 2025 season, we could tell the hotel were cutting back with things tailing off (e.g. food and drink offerings being limited and the evening entertainment shows stopping midweek). Having said that, the few shows that were put on at the start of the week were excellent especially the Halloween party. 3. The buffet was mediocre at best, but this may tie into it being the last week of the season (no croissants at breakfast). 4. The smoothie and milkshake bar was great but annoying that they ran out of certain ice cream flavours. Now to the positives, and there were many. 1. Firstly, the benefit of being here at the end of the season with low crowds more than paid off for the tailing off food and entertainment, as not only were we given a complimentary room upgrade, but also a complimentary late check out, as well as an additional complimentary a la carte dinner. These really made up for the downsides. 2. The room size, views, quality of the beds were excellent. 3. The a la carte restaurants were brilliant (2 included complimentary as standard). We tried the Mexican and Asian - both had superb food offerings for the adults. Would recommend a few more choices for the children on these menus though. 4. The cocktails were top notch, for those where they had the ingredients still remaining in the hotel. 5. The water slides were a huge hit with the family, despite the freezing pools. 6. The beach was lovely and quiet and the kids had hours of fun on it. 7. The patisserie offered great speciality coffees, cakes and snacks. 8. No fighting for sunbeds whatsoever and had so many to choose from (this being due to it being the last week of the hotel being open). Would also note that we had a week of warm and sunny weather, so would certainly consider here again at the end of October each year. Overall, for the price we paid for the holiday compared to the quality of service and quality of the hotel, the holiday deserves a five star rating.
food very average and no service bars ok beach terrible the sea was all mud so cannot use it terrible. most of staff at bars very nice.
The moment you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a completely different world and a magnificent ambiance. It was a perfect experience in every way. Thank you. Kapıdan geçer geçmez bambaşak bir dünya, muhteşem bir ambiyans sizi karşılayacak. Herşeyiyle mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Teşekkür ederim.
Just back from a weeks holiday here in October 2025 half term and this is my honest review.... Hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere and an incredibly impressive lobby area. Even to the point where when it rained, a lady came out around the pool area to sweep away the excess water. Pool areas are lovely, plenty of sun loungers (no sunbed wars but possibly because we had iffy weather). Pools are cold though, but not to the point where no one goes in them. The middle pool is "heated" but what with i have no idea! Main pool is 140cm depth, "heated" pool is 100 - 140cm depth, slide pools are 120cm depth. Slides - Great fun and very fast. Be careful with the rubber ring slide though. There is supposedly a minimum weight limit of 40kg. My son had been going round and round and round, when he was suddenly stopped and weighed in at 37kg and told he couldn't go on it anymore. 30 minutes later, the lifeguard changed, and he then went back on it for the rest of the holiday with no problem whatsoever. Restaurant ok... typical buffet style affair with plenty of choice. Food could have been a little hotter at times, but everything was cooked thoroughly and no one in our party got a dodgy belly. People still push in despite the queue for food, and i would imagine in the summer the queue is even worse. We were lucky that the hotel was only half full for our week, if its full up i can imagine food times will be stressful! They could do with having a seperate cook to order section for popular items like chips, omllettes etc... A La Carte restaurants... We tried the Asian and the Mexican. Mexican by far the best choice, and a huge shout out to "Adem" the waiter. He was awesome! Asian restaurant was lovely but very small portions. We ended up going back into the buffet one afterwards! 24 hour bakery/coffee shop - Yes, you can get cake and ice cream, plus coffee 24/7. Milkshake bar - lovely milkshakes, open from 11 till 6 Staff - Generally very polite, friendly, and approachable. The ones in the buffet restaurant though could do with being a little more attentive. We sat for over 15 minutes before anyone came over and asked if we wanted water for the table etc.... Bars - We tried the lobby bar, timeless bar, and tokyo bar. All good with top label drinks. The queuing system is a bit of a pain as people still push in. Be careful when ordering the cocktails though. They don't always follow the recipe shown on the app and sometimes they look/taste completely different to what they are meant to! Shops - on site shops are well stocked (unless you wanted Haribos). Little pricey but to be expected when they are on site. You are not harrassed by the staff though which is lovely!! Entertainment - During the day, absolutely fine and good fun. Of an evening we felt it was very poot. The ampitheatre wasn't used due to the crappy weather, understandable, so they were using the convention centre space. No seating anywhere, just people milling around, and then when a convention turned up mid week, the entertainment stopped completely. Beach - didn't use so can't comment but looked nice on the evening we walked down to it. Poolside bar/restaurant - burgers, hotdogs, kebabs, salad etc all available from 10 till 6. Great food and nice and hot. Makes a change from going to the restaurant. Rooms - nice and spacious with rainfall shower, jacuzzi bath, 2 king size beds, and balcony. And shock horror, A/C that actually works!! My first time in Turkey where the a/c actually blows out cold. So there we go, that's what we thought of it. My only complaint is that they need a non-smoking area for the outside seating in the restaurant. We love eating alfresco style, but everytime you're out there, its just filled with smokers puffing away while you are trying to eat your food. It wouldn't take much to seperate the area 50:50 for smokers and non smokers. Also, as much as we would be happy to return to this hotel, we won't go back in October. As much as it's quieter with less people, stuff runs out and doesn't get replaced (ice cream, caramel shots for coffee, some food items in the buffet, Haribos in the shop etc). Even the pool side stage was being disassembled whilst we were in the pool. Would i go again - yes, absolutely.
This is a lovely hotel but it definently doesnt feel like a 5* please dont compare it to other Liberty hotels. I feel that the hotel was starting to wind down for the end of the season. Minimal staff on the bars meaning queues, ice cream flavours running out. No smoothies in the smoothie and milkshake bar. One morning they even ran out of bread and croissants at breakfast and the A la cartes not open every night. The food selection for kids is the same every night chicken nuggets chips and spaghetti bolgenaise it became very samey. The food selection was nice enough for adults but could also become quite samey. Not enough fresh fruit selection! The pool areas are lovely and well kept and kept the kids entertainied well. The entertainment around the pool was great too. No issues with sunbeds! Would highly rate the kids club my daughter loved it. You could just pop them in and out as you fancied. The staff always greet you with a smile and my daughter felt very comfortable. Overall we have defo enjoyed our stay and was the relaxing last minute holiday we were hoping for. The hotel is lovely the rooms and internal are beautiful i think maybe staying at other hotels within the liberty chain made our expectations a little too high.
We travelled as a group of 12 (6 adults & 6 teens) and we all had a fantastic time ☀️ Really good drinks, served in quality plastic glasses and tasty cocktails. Mango daiquiris and porn star martinis were a couple of our favourites🍹 The food at the buffet restaurant and snack bar were ok. The milkshake bar and the patisserie place, were both a good hit with us all 🍰🍦 We ate at the following a la carte restaurants, Turkish, Mexican & Asian. All 3 were really nice, and it was so good to all sit together and be waited on 🥳 Special shout out to Kamil in the Mexican restaurant. He was excellent and made our night. Thank you Kamil 😃 We would also like to say a special thank you to the lovely Yağmur on guest relations. Yağmur was always on hand to help with any enquiries we had, was so friendly and very knowledgeable, and booked our restaurant reservations. Thanks again ❤️ We all enjoyed Timeless bar for a quiet drink, and would then move onto Tokyo bar for a livelier atmosphere. We didn’t watch any of the live shows as we played games in the bars. Timeless doesn’t show Premier league games, so the men from our party went into town, which made a nice change. We were impressed with the large rooms, with a daily stocked mini bar, nice touch 🍻 We have made lots of fun memories, thank you Liberty Kusadasi 💫
very lively and fun would come back most definitely and very nice staff good service swimming pools very nice and spa area
Food was okay, Drinks solid 5 beach was so dirty and terrible. Entertainment was amazing, room quality was good we might come back
What a beautiful hotel. When you walk in there is water with fresh fruit waiting in you and a lovely big open space - we loved going up the lifts and just looking down at the inside of the building. The facilities were excellent, kids loved the pools, slide and indoor pool with a small outdoor section. Beds were really comfortable and rooms were a good size. There were so many sun loungers we always got one even if later on in the day. The sea next to the private beach was quite shallow in the area that was roped so good for paddling but not swimming or snorkelling as more mud/silt. We enjoyed the evening shows particularly the fireshow. Food was lovely as there was a huge range. Staff were excellent we felt so looked after, Humeyra was especially lovely and organised for our room to be decorated for my daughters birthday, there was a slice of cake and she booked the Mexican restaurant for the evening and popped in to make sure we were happy. Thank you to all the staff you really are amazing we had a wonderful holiday. Teşekkürler
The hotel was fantastic. We stayed in the Ramada before but changed to Liberty for the entertainment team. The room was clean and the mini fridge restocked everyday included with the package. The pools and poolside bars and snack bar were great. We loved the vibe in Tokyo bar after the evening entertainment. Although the two main bar staff were rude and aggressive. The entertainment team were the highlight as always. We loved everyone except for one team member who is rude to women. He does not respect women and treats them like second class citizens unless he can sleep with them which is not allowed. However the rest of the team are so amazing they make up for it. The events they plan are fantastic for kids and adults
We booked this as a last minute reasonably priced getaway for some early winter sun. We knew it wasn’t going to be on par with our usual 5* place in Sorgun and we were right. When you enter the hotel you get a feeling of grandeur. The appearance looks lovely and the area is welcoming. The people on the reception desk were slick but not overly friendly. At 2am, I was just pleased to get to our room quickly. We kept our luggage and were glad we did as some people waited over an hour to get theirs taken to their room by the hotel staff! Not ideal when desperate for your bed! The room was big and had two nice kind sized beds. The mini fridge was stocked with one coke, one Coke Zero, 2 beers, flavoured water, orange juice, milk, water and peach tea. Nice variety. There was a small balcony and drying rack. Side sea view is pushing it but we could see the sea (just). The curtains didn’t fit the windows well and were hanging loose. Not blackout either so the sun was in the room from early. We had to phone for extra robes (only 2 in the room) and more towels (again only 2). There was black hair all over our shower on the tiles and in the drain. 🤢 Breakfast that morning was ok. Nothing fancy. Not very busy so plenty of seating. Pancakes were nice and waited for fried eggs as the ones ready to go were a little sorry looking and dry! Fresh orange juice tasted good. Coffee machines weren’t working properly but there is a coffee machine (proper one) at the patisserie on the next floor so got one from there afterwards. The kids had toast (frozen bread)! We headed out to the pool area to find almost all the sunbeds gone the towels down but few had people. The hotel says no reserving beds! It says any towels before 10am will be removed. It’s says staff will remove towels from sunbeds not used for an hour! Doesn’t happen! People up at 8am to get best beds!! We found 2 (for 4 people) and tried to settle down but the wasps were horrific! They were continual and you couldn’t get settled! We moved to another area! The beach area was better for less wasps but a fair distance from the pool of kids playing! We ended up moving a few beds out of shaded area into the sunshine! Worked ok. We stayed in this area pretty much the full week. Wasps were still annoying but not nearly as bad. Witnessed 3 people stung and countless others frustrated with wasps…especially when eating! I know there’s not much can be done about nature, but I would have expected some deterrents or something to try and control them a little. The food at the pool bars was ok. Usual…burgers, chips, hotdogs etc. The drinks weren’t as good. Bar is basic I was told. I asked for pink gin…none! In fact they had none in the whole hotel. Don’t restock it after busy summer! The only place I managed to get a drink was in the Asian restaurant and they only had enough left for 4 drinks! No other flavoured gins! Not sparking rose in the AI ultra!! 🙄The rose was ok but quite dry! Tried to book the Mexican for dinner but it was full. All were full apart from the Turkish but we didn’t fancy it! Ate at the buffet…food ok. Luke warm! Lots of items finished. No gravy left. No fried cauliflower. Kids struggled. Very limited children’s selection. Spaghetti bolognaise and chicken nuggets (processed rubbish). Onion rings and chips. Again Lukewarm. Reid next day for Mexican at 10am…fully booked again! Told to come 8am-3pm to book for dinner in the day but by 10am full!! We tied to book the Asian on the Monday..it was closed Monday! Managed to get it booked for Tuesday after complaining! Food there was ok. Better than buffet but still wouldn’t be raving about it! Tried to get Mexican Wednesday…full…Thursday closed and Friday at 9am…full! Then were told we couldn’t book a restaurant in Friday as that was checkout day! It was till our day 7 of holiday! We didn’t arrive until Saturday morning by 2am…we are being collected Friday night 7.45pm! After explaining they ‘allowed’ us to have dinner but couldn’t only offer Turkish restaurant at 7pm!! 🥱🥱🙄 Ate at buffet and went for 6.30pm (opening). Food was at least hot and all available! Roast beef was decent! Minibar was a nightmare! Constantly having to message in the app to have our fridge restocked! Granted, we did have the DND sign up on many an occasion until after lunchtime as our son wasn’t feeling the best on holiday and was in the room in the mornings! When he left the room in the afternoon, it was removed and the desk was messaged to ask for mini bar to be restocked…around 2-5pm! It was being restocked at 10-11pm!!! 🫣 The evening entertainment was possibly one of the better bits! That and the waffles at 2.30pm for an hour served at the patisserie! Wouldn’t be rushing back to this hotel! Was disappointed…despite knowing it was a cheap week in the sun last minute…they rate themselves 5*! They ran out of pink gin, they ran out of vanilla ice cream (so no vanilla milkshakes available), they ran out Turkish Delight for goodness sake! I guess you really do get what you pay for! The pools were absolutely freezing! Like ridiculous! They heat them from October 15th but only if the air temperature outside is less than 15 degrees! Now one thing I will say which was a huge positive (but not something the hotel can control) was the weather! We had a week of glorious sunshine! No rain! Mid to high 20s!! Thank goodness for that! 🤣Something to make me smile! The slides are turned off for a break over lunchtime. The pool area is very noisy with loud music and it’s not filtered so the language can be heard clearly! The indoor was ok. Still cool. The gym was also ok. Some machine and some broken! The last thing is the smoking! It is everywhere! Now I know this is expected in Europe and is a very European thing but it’s disgusting to be sitting and have it blown in your face everywhere! There really needs to be more controlled smoking areas and no smoking areas! Not everyone wants to smell like an ashtray, have their kids inhaling smoke or be lying on the sun loungers breathing it in! Personal choice to smoke but some considerations need to be given to those that don’t! I’m sure for what we paid, we could have had a nicer time somewhere else! But you get what you pay for. So if you are looking for a cheapish week in a pretty looking hotel but don’t care much about value for money or comfortable living, here is fine!
amazing hotel. food is really good and staff is amazing. entertainment is really good there so personal to you. Zei and Melz are amazing great staff
Leaving after 2 weeks, great modern large room with bay views.Excellent smart lobby area and clean pool areas.Food was overall good inc 3 free a la cartes, duck good at Asian and fajitas at Mexican.Snack bar could change menu more eg jacket potatoes.Pools were cold for us,sea at bit warmer.Staff friendly throughout including some bar staff Zeynep,Musa,Emre,Ahmed and Yagmur from guest relations.Easy bus to Ladies beach area for £2 beers and shopping at Kusadasi centre.Good value paid for the standard with branded drinks such as Absolute Gordon's Aperol Jw etc.Oktoberfest party a great event,we didn't attend shows.Decent musicians in Tokyo bar with well made cocktails there.Overall happy with our choice and didn't see a nicer hotel in the area. Please dont compare this Liberty with Fabay/Signa etc its priced way cheaper.Thankyou,Paul and Kelly from Doncaster
Had a wonderful week at this hotel made extra special by the gorgeous room we were given overlooking the sea. Perfect for morning coffee and evening chats on the balcony while the world hurried by below us. We did struggle to get into the a la cartes at first but an email to the hotel expressing our issues and all was sorted. We came back to the room to a lovely note saying we had been booked into the Turkish restaurant.... thank you. Food was plentiful and the a la cartes we visited- Turkish, Mexican and Italian (fee of €20pp for Italian) were all very good. Favourite was the Turkish but left so full!! Cocktails in the Tokyo bar were amazing with a very extensive menu. Spent all our days in the hotel at the beach, despite reading reviews that the beach was awful, we loved it! Always beds available and lovely and shallow for those not confident in the water or for children. Chose this area in particular so we could visit Ephesus which was only a short cab ride away and a "must do" for history lovers. All in all a wonderful holiday, memories made and a new hotel found for if we want to visit the area again. Thank you
This is a lovely hotel with lovely staff. The beds and bed linen are very comfy. There is a 24 hour bar and a 24 hour pattessiere. Wheelchair access was good and the only place I couldn't get was onto the rooftop adult only sunbathing are which wasn't a problem. If you are vegetarian or vegan this is not the hotel for you. They seem to cook all hot food in chicken stock. They has QR codes beside some items but these are incomplete and do not list the chicken stock. We had to eat out several times to get hot veggie food. Would recommend Cadablanca Restaurant. Hong Kong Restzurantwas mediocre and vastly over priced for Indian dishes.
We have just returned from 11 wonderful nights. The hotel was amazing and we couldn't fault it! The rooms were spacious, with the comfiest beds and pillows! The view from our balcony was simply stunning! The food was varied and delicious, we went to the Asian and Mexican restaurants where again we had amazing food and service. All the staff were brilliant and we enjoyed special cocktails made by Zeynep every night! We also made great friendships with Arda and Jusef from the entertainment team and were made to feel so warmly included in everything our holiday had to offer. I would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return! Thank you x
After having a terrible experience and having to leave the first hotel we were at in the next town ( as it was worse than hell) this hotel has made everything better. The food is amazing, everything is so clean and they list all allergens and cater to everyone's dietary needs. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel staff are super friendly we just wish we had got to stay here the entire time we were in Turkey. I will definitely be back and will recommend to all of my friends thank you for saving our holiday Liberty hotel!
We spent two weeks at this hotel in September. Everything was very good, excellent food, large room, cleanliness, minibar refilled daily, clean beach, enough sunbeds at beach and pool. Helpful, kind and smiling staff, special thanks to Yagmur (guest relations), Secil and Tugce (bars) and the girls at the pastry shop.
Liberty Kusadasi impresses from the very first moment with its wonderful location, elegant design, and calm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything in the hotel is thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel truly special. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and cleaned with great care every single day. The minibar is also refilled daily — a small detail that makes a big difference in comfort. The service throughout the hotel is at an exceptionally high level — there isn’t a single bar or restaurant where we weren’t greeted with a smile and attention. We visited the Turkish restaurant “7 Yedi Turkish Cuisine,” which truly impressed us. The authentic atmosphere, the rich flavors of the dishes, and the warm attitude of the staff made us feel completely immersed in Turkish culture. We also had dinner at “Lime Mexican Cuisine,” where both the setting and the food were absolutely wonderful. But what made our evening truly special was the service provided by Mr. Adam — exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive. His hospitality and warmth left a lasting impression on us. At the lobby bar, Mrs. Zeynep deserves a special mention — her cocktails are amazing, but it’s her radiant smile and positive energy that make the experience even better. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture the hotel made for my partner’s birthday — a lovely touch that showed how much they value their guests. Our experience at Liberty Kusadasi was beyond amazing. It’s a place we will gladly return to again and again whenever we have the chance.
We had a lovely time in this hotel. Everything was great. Kids were very happy during our stay. I recommend it. Thank you to all the staff.
Check in was fast and a bell boy appeared immediately to help us with our cases. The room was huge with 2 big double beds, lots of pillows and a settee and table, only criticism was the lighting needed to be better. The maid came in every day and cleaned and left fresh towels. Had to call down for maintenance once for the safe and they came immediately. Also asked for blankets and they also came immediately. We tried the Turkish and Mexican a la cartes and the food and service were excellent in both. We did book in to the roof top agean but ended up walking out as they didn't have certain items on the menu and the service was terrible, to be fair they didn't charge us. The food in general was just ok, could have been hotter and would be nice to actually be offered drinks in the buffet restaurant. The milk shake and smoothie place was lovely and so was the coffee place. Lots of drinks choices at the bars but these were woefully understaffed, usually only one person on which led to long waits to be served. The guest service people were wonderful here, it was my parents anniversary and they arranged a lovely surprise in their room. Also when we had a problem with the agean they went above and beyond to sort it out which we really appreciated. Lots of sunbeds on the grass if couldn't get around the pool. On the whole most of the staff were friendly. This is a really nice hotel but could be fantastic if they just upped their service level in the bars and main restaurant. We would return as thought good value for money.
Let me start by saying this was the best holiday ever! A special thank you to Emelie who never stopped cleaning she had the friendliest beautiful smile. A Turkish wink to you Emilie. Also Hakan, who helped us every morning with coffee and teas always smiling and respectful with guests. The staff in dining room and reception made this holiday. A wonderful holiday. I would highly recommend to all.
The hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are spacious only niggle is the bathroom needs repair/update. The area the hotel is in has nothing for the night time so was taxis in to the main town(£8 one way). The hotel does have night time entertainment but it is the same schedule each week. Overall I would come back but for me 7 days would be enough.
A fabulous stay at Liberty hotel the best team of staff made the experience amazing x hotel is clean and food was great x plenty of choice of of drinks x
Had an excellent trip with my family. I am definitely recommending this hotel. Would return to it, I enjoyed the time here. Animation team is great, everybody is so friendly and helpful.
Great hotel, had the best time at Liberty hotel. All staff very nice and friendly. Hotel very clean and nice rooms. Food and drinks excellent. Highly recommend
Good time friendly staff and good food and drinks 🍸 also the animation was very well made our vacation is fun we are talking about to come back but sea could be better
This hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Everyone—from the porters and waitstaff to the cleaners—was incredibly kind and attentive. The highlight for us was the kids’ playroom, where Nora and Maria were wonderful, and especially Asya from Guest Relations. She is an absolute gem—so caring, friendly, and always going the extra mile for guests. We really appreciated her. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the pools are fantastic. There’s something for everyone here—families and couples alike—with a separate pool for a quieter experience. With so many bars and dining options, everyone can find something they enjoy. We can’t wait to come back
Amazing experience in this hotel one of the best hotel we stayed in with the amazing staff clean rooms and 24hrs tea coffee pastry ice creams , bars open and hotel services just amazing with beautiful beach views and clean swimming pools. My 4year old daughter had an amazing time everywhere including KIDS CLUB WITH THE TEACHERS CALLED Nora & Maria very friendly ladies and trustable. Front desk Guest relations the best person speak to is ASYA she’s the best of the best. The area of the hotel is just close to everywhere to the town centre outside shops open till late for any thing you need and inside the hotel shop open till 11pm aswel. Nearby town is all the restaurants shops starbucks burger king mcdonald’s popeyes everything you name it you can find it and around the hotel massive shopping centre where you can find everything include 5M Migros. we just simply love this hotel with everything including staff rooms cleanliness bars taxi drivers outside the hotel doorstep plus just outside restaurant it’s a bus stand No 5 where you can go to the town centre straight. we will definitely come back here again soon :)
We had the most wonderful stay at Liberty Kuşadası and can’t recommend it highly enough! The hotel itself is absolutely stunning – beautifully designed, spotless throughout, and with such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The guest relations team were so helpful from start to finish, always making sure we had everything we needed and checking in to see if there was anything they could do to make our holiday even better. It really made us feel cared for and valued as guests. The cleaning staff were also amazing – so friendly every day, always greeting us with a smile, and keeping our room and the hotel spotless. Their hard work really stood out and added to the overall comfort of our stay. Of course, the real highlight was the entertainment team. They were full of energy, fun, and created such a fantastic atmosphere day and night. A special thank you to Nihat, Jordan, Arda and especially Yusuf – they went above and beyond to make everyone feel included and ensured that every activity and show was full of laughter and great memories. Overall, Liberty Kuşadası exceeded all of our expectations. Between the beautiful hotel, the welcoming staff, and the incredible entertainment, it was a perfect holiday. We can’t wait to come back!
yusuf is the best, everything is good, food is amazing, pool is great, you have really well equipped fitness center, drinks were good
Józio is the best animator in the word! VERY funny and profesional. Handsome too ;)))) restaurants are tasty and the pool has a great vibe
Józio is the best animator ever, very handsome. The pool animation were great fun to take part!!! Join! If your lucky you will be a champion
Best experience ever, Józio is the best atraction of the hotel fr. I love the drinks the food the animators all perfect :)
We had the best family holiday! There were so many bars/ restaurants and activities within the hotel there is no need to leave. Children absolutely loved the slides and children’s entertainment, kept them busy for hours. 10/10
Mini clib the girl was lovely and polite, my two daughter loved and they would want to stay at there any time we need to.If you need to leave your children is the right place .100 procent recommend 👌
Amazing staff members and entertainers always interacting very nice people.food is great too lots of options to choose from
Lovely Staff, especialy Lisa from entertainment team !! Fantastic DJ Jordan!! Great food, spacious rooms.Highly recommend this hotel🙂
It was a great family stay. Liberty Kusadasi is Perfect resort for your family. Service is great. Food is great and pools are amazing. Also Night shows are cool. There is always something to do.
The hotel in its self is fabulous,it is kept very clean. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms. the food is a little bit hit and miss, plenty of options but sometimes it is a little cold, all tastes are catered for. What lets this hotel down a lot is the animation team. Music is extremely loud from 9.30am to 5pm and can be heard all around the outside areas of the hotel, mostly rave/house style complaints made but nothing changed. If you like to take a stroll outside the hotel of an evening there is nowhere to go, no bars or restaurants are close by you need to take a taxi into Kusadasi (8 euros). Because of the noise from the animation team and the lack of any local bars/reastaurants we will not be returning to this hotel.
4 night stay at this lovely luxurious hotel for my partners 40th Birthday. A Big thank you to Zeynep at the palm court bar who was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and made the best inclusive plus cocktails. We would definitely return in the future.
We like the hotel. Specially mini clup and entertaintment is so lovely. Our kids wants to join mini clup every time . Nora and mari also melz is very kind we love them
It was the best holiday i’ve ever been to. I was never bored, the staff is so fun, the food and the bar were amazing. The rooms were clean. I have nothing to complain. Keep up the good work!
Great all-inclusive hotel in Kusadasi with friendly staff, tasty food, and beautiful views! It was fantastic! I would come back!
It was really great experience to being in this hotel, we enjoyed so much with the entertainment team in their parties, we will come again.
Very good. Ozzy, lisa and their friends was so friendly and nice. Every thing was good and exiting. I recomend this hotel
I come here with my family and friends ❤️ and we have a accommodation for a7 days everyone and everything is was so good 👍 just the beach was small and could be much better than now
Best place. I was here with my family. We had a great time. My teenage daughters had fun and we will definitely come back. Бях тук със семейството си и си прекарах страхотно. Препоръчвам.
It's a perfect place for a family vacation. The entertainment programme is fun and there is something for everyone. We and our teenage daughters had a great time and a really unforgettable holiday!
We had a lovely holiday at the Liberty Kusadasi. On arrival the lobby area had a real wow factor and despite the late arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly getting us all checked in. We were allocated a beautiful room facing the front looking over the pool and sea and the views were simply stunning. It was my daughter's 8th birthday the day after we arrived and they left us a cake and treats for her which was a nice touch. Room very spacious with plenty of storage and the beds have to be the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Food was good although we found the main buffet area a little chaotic at busy times yet the staff were always working really hard to clear tables etc. snack bar a good addition although I feel they could offer more variety and change the choices up a little more. A la carte restaurants we are in the Asian which was great, the Mexican which was our favourite overall. Have to mention the main gentleman here I believe he was the restaurant manager as he was overseeing everything and making sure all guests were enjoying their meals he really did display exceptional customer service skills. We are in the Italian but did not enjoy this at all as unfortunately the food was not authentic and not to our liking. This being said when raised with the concierge team they really did go out of their way to solve this and offered us an extra visit to the Mexican. I feel the hotel management want to solve any issues that arise and I was very impressed with this. Booking process was easy and the lady and gentleman on the concierge desk were always very helpful each morning when making the bookings. Entertainment wasn't to our taste and our son couldn't interact with the main activities due to being 14 and not an adult but was also too old to participate in the children's events. We did enjoy the African dance show and my children loved the foam party. Sunbeds got taken early so me and my husband took it in turns to get up earlier and each time enjoyed a lovely coffee on the terrace. The milkshake and smoothie bar was a huge hit with the children. Cleaning is fantastic our room was always spotless as were most areas around the hotel apart from the pool toilets they do need a bit more attention. Overall we really did enjoy our stay and would happily return and recommend to others.
Fabulous location set within the mesmerizing scenery of Kuşadası. The hotel truly does justice to the beautiful nature it’s surrounded by. Everybody is incredibly kind and welcoming, a perfect stay for a family. Special thank you to Zei, and the entire entertainment team for making our trip unforgettable.
Goed en mooi hotel
We stayed here Easter 2025 and returned with a larger family group in August. The hotel offers value for money and the staff are all really helpful and lovely. Special mention to the barmen in Tokyo bar who made us delicious cocktails. My husband’s favourite espresso martini and my Moscow berry punch. Apart from many others. The lady in the lobby bar for her fantastic bloody Mary’s. Hakan in the restaurant was always on hand offering us drinks and clearing away. Emine the lovely lady always cleaning and cheery. All of the staff were lovely. Good range of food on offer. The salad olive bar and fresh fruits and desserts are exceptional. There is always something to eat with the choices on offer. I witnessed a lot of waste food also. Some guests are taking full platefuls of croissants and pancakes as they are cooked causing big queues at breakfast. Breakfast before 8am is a joy after that time the dining room can be chaotic. Our grandchildren loved the slides. Pools and snorkelling. The poolside snacks are good. If wraps were available daily this would be good for the children who don’t always want to eat burger and chicken nuggets. The rotisserie chicken is very good. The a la carte restaurants were all lovely my only criticism is the children’s menu in these restaurants have too many burgers and nuggets at every restaurant, pizza woukd be a good addition or smaller portions of the adult menu. The 24 hour patisserie is a huge bonus with fabulous ice cream and for an hour every afternoon they make waffles. Availability of bottles of water everywhere id fabulous. Please don’t change this. There is a lot of comparing this hotel to the Fabay and Lykia but anyone considering this hotel the price is more appealing for a great holiday. All in all another lovely family holiday in a great hotel with lovely staff.
Our first time to this hotel and sadly we won't be returning. On first entering the hotel it was like a wow moment, it looked beautiful, lots of different seating areas where you sit with your family and have a drink. The room was big the beds are huge and they are very comfy, the shower is powerful, but why on earth is their a phone next to the toilet? Tea/coffee and the mini bar were missed on a couple occasions, we went to reception to ask for some more coffee and we were told by Delphine "sorry not my problem, you'll have to wait until tomorrow", we found Delphine rather rude, unapproachable and really not someone you want on a reception desk. The main hotel was clean but when you use the stairs they are full of dust, dirt, rubbish, broken plaster and clearly unkept, but when you are waiting ages for the lift it is quicker to use the stairs. The food in the restaurant was okay for 2 members of the party who usually found something to eat, but it was chaos at dinner time, big queues so the food was cold by the time they had got to the table, I had salad all the time as I didn't really like the cooked offering, the salad and fruit station was lovely. Lunch at the pool bar was delicious, I particularly liked the chicken which I had every day, the youngest member of the family hardly ate anything as there wasn't anything he liked but we knew he wouldn't eat much so we bought stuff from home so that was good. The milkshake bar was a hit especially when the small lady with dark hair was on, she made the best thickest milkshakes they were that thick the straw stood up in it, other times they were just like milk when other staff members were serving. They also had a lovely lemon drink which was really sharp but very refreshing. The restaurant had cats roaming around looking for food, so if you have an allergy to cats this isn't the place for you, they don't however, jump on your tables they do keep themselves to themselves. The onsite shop is crazy what they charge for stuff so I would totally avoid and go to the shop outside the hotel about 30 second walk, this guy doesn't rip you off and is very friendly and helpful. If you don't like sunbed wars this isn't the place for you, the hotel says they don't allow towels out before 8am, this isn't true and most of the sunbeds are claimed by 5am, if you want to get up early whilst on holiday then you'll be in your element, utterly ridiculous that this is allowed to happen. The pools are nice and the slides were a hit with my older child, however, the area around the pools are incredibly slippery and many people have fallen and broken bones, had their chin and heads split over, not enough matting down and it is just a massive accident waiting to happen. The outside area is full of wasps and hornets they are literally everywhere all around the food and drinks so if you want to sit outside and eat you can't unless you don't mind being stuck by these creatures. The outside toilets aren't nice, a couple of days they were just full of poo and no running water to flush any of them, dirty and disgusting. A family hotel where you witness Turkish men having a full on fight at the pool side isn't what I want my family to witness, security and staff did defuse the situation but still it shouldn't have happened. A couple of times the little pool for the younger guests were closed due to poo in the water, perhaps the hotel should enforce the use of swim nappies to prevent this from happening. There are lifeguards but really no point them being there as they just sit on their phones all day taking no notice as to what is going on. The beach was nice and the sea also, quite rocky but that isn't anyone's fault at all, we did like this area, not very big but adequate for your needs. We paid 90euro for a late check out room, so we had to move rooms, and this room wasn't fit for purpose, the air con didn't work, the TV was hanging off the wall, the fridge wasn't plugged in, and no way to plug it in, the furniture looked like it was going to fall down, and when we charged our phones the plug socket came straight out of the wall. Not safe at all. The entertainment team did the same thing every single day at the same time and did nothing but blow whistles this was annoying after the first day, and is it a good idea to allow the female members to where the skimpiest bikinis? This did attract the wrong attention by the male guests, again not what I want my family to see. We didn't like the fact that there was a no smoking area anywhere, with the sunbeds being so close together you get to breathe in everyone else's smoke and this isn't nice when you have children with asthma. We did have fun in the pools and enjoyed doing very little for the week but after what we had experienced we wouldn't ever return to Liberty Kusadasi. Every review pretty much says the same thing and how management will share comments to improve, which I actually doubt happens, they aren't bothered I don't think and nothing changed whilst we were there. Not for us, we don't expect to pay a lot of money for a holiday that is below standards.
I have never wrote a review before but after hearing the reps around the pool asking to leave good reviews made me want to leave a honest review. HOTEL - the hotel is great , it’s modern and clean . The rooms are huge , comfortable beds too . The reception and lobby area are great . You can have a relaxing drink in there also . OUTSIDE- pool area is ok, not the biggest . Sun beds are all cramped together, so not much room to move . The slides are ok too. We have been to aqua fantasy hotel so it’s not on par with that but they were ok . Floors are extremely slippy, not enough floor mats. Lifeguards are constantly on their phones.. RESTAURANTS - main restaurant is what lets this hotel down the most . No matter what time you went for food it was never hot , so for me this was the worst bit of my holiday , never mind the absolute chaos . Breakfast and lunch was a little bit more manageable but in an evening this was horrendous. Too busy , not enough food stations, so this created cues , a lot of people had tummy bugs including myself so I m wondering if this was food related or just a bug . I did complain about the temperature of the food and they did acknowledged this by a post card through my door but nothing changed . The à la carte restaurants was quite nice , not the best but ok , Mexican was our favourite and the Turkish was the worse for us , I didn’t even eat my meal . They do have a fantastic coffee shop with delicious ice creams , waffles and cakes . A milkshake bar too . STAFF - entertainment team are great , my girls loved Yusuf the most , he was so good with everyone. Bar staff are ok too , not the friendliest but not rude either. BEACH . This is an extremely small beach. The water is very shallow and rocky not the best to be honest but it is very calm and quiet , if that’s what you’re looking for this is perfect . Overall, we did have a good time , we ended spending more money as we had to go out to eat more than we should because of the food . We met some lovely families there too. Would I go back ? only if I got a bargain and if they sorted the food temperature out too..
The hotel and site are generally clean although the smell of stale fat in the Tokyo bar and outside at the timeless bar was overwhelming 🤢 Quality of drinks and cocktails good, ice cream and smoothy bar a particular favourite for our son. Pools and slides good, although lifeguards should try and manage children cutting in front of and upsetting other children. After lunch at pool snack bar, quite a bit up of old food laying around all of the beds near all of the pools attracting lots of wasps and hornets. Room wasn't cleaned each day, they missed ours for 3 of the 7, and drinks not replenished in mini bar on a fair few days. Evening entertainment is ok, but not the best compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Turkey. Some staff we found very miserable, rude and dismissive and should be reminded that people spend a lot of money on their holiday. Some staff clearly do not want to speak to English people or even offer basic hospitality but attend to everybody else around you. Unfortunately many were not able to communicate basic English and we attempted to report a hygiene concern but were unable to do so. (A family deciding to pour their sons urine from a bottle directly in to the bin at the bar by the beach instead of walking 50 odd steps further to empty in to a toilet instead!) We would have gone to reception to report it but we'd had an experience of them being dismissive and rude previously and they wouldn't have cared / understood us anyway. Half way through our stay more guests arrived which quite clearly overwhelmed buffet capacity and staff. The buffet was like a cattle market even before the extra guests arrived. I would guess about 500 people all bumping in to each other with a mixture of some pushing in and some queuing politely. Have been to lots of hotels, appreciate this is the norm but imagine x5 more people to fight through to get some food! Sunbed situation as per many previous reviews is ridiculous and needs to be managed by the hotel. I am sure as per other reviews there will be a response to say this feedback will be passed on but this is on reviews going back quite some months. After a few days of this is does end up getting frustrating. Lovely complex and facilities but sadly it is very badly let down by some staff!
We’re just waiting for our transfer home with our family of 13. 7 adults and 6 kids aged 3-11. We’ve had a brilliant time, the entertainment team are great, there’s always lots going on of a day and they always have a smile on their faces. Guest relations were really helpful too helping us get the a la cartes booked with such a large group. The Mexican and the Greek were particularly brilliant. Other hotels we’ve paid a lot more for in Antalya and they only do 1 free a la carte where Liberty do 2. No matter where I stay I’m never a fan of buffet restaurants just personal preference so having good a la cartes is really important to me. The kids loved the pools, water slides, the milkshake bar is a great idea as is the 24 hours ice creams in the patisserie. I do prefer hotels which have waiter service around the pool and a restaurant with waited service at lunch time but getting served of a day even in peak session I found really quick so no big issues really. I didn’t see any member of staff without and smile on their face and they couldn’t do enough for you. The room was large with a big bathroom so no issues there either. Overall I’d definitely recommend Liberty Kusadasi, we’ve all had a ln amazing family holiday. Thanks for a lovely stay
A very luxurious hotel with lots of staff and great service. It's big but everything was close and compact. I particularly loved the beach, it was quiet and always had beds available as most people seemed to prefer the pool. The water sports were good fun and just beside you. The beach hut lads were great and kept the beverages coming fast so you were never waiting long. The Mexican restaurant was the family favourite followed by the Asian and I loved my meal in the Italian. The buffet had something for everyone and the snack bar at the pool was amazing, something different every day from really good hotdogs and burgers 🍔 to great kebab meat and beautifully stuffed mussels, something I'd never normally go for. I really felt I was living the life for the few weeks we were there. The only small complaint we that the kids loved the waffles and they only served them for an hour a day, also the machine broke so the had none for 3 days. Aside from that we love the experience and will most likely stay here again next year.
Great hotel , modern , clean and a nice environment. The entertainment team are fantastic, especially Yusuf. Yusuf made us feel welcome and engaged with my teenage girls so well . Got them to be involved in most of the games . The one thing I think this hotel could improve on is the temperature of the food but apart from that this is a excellent hotel ,
Excellent hotel. Room excellent, 2 double beds, sea side view, food and drinks all day long . The whole hotel and site is very clean. Would definitely return.
Very good entertainment team who made every effort to talk with as many people as possible and help with anything they could. They also created a great atmosphere for all pool side and evening games.
We are having a fantastic stay at the Liberty Hotel! It’s such a brilliant place for families – there’s so much to do for the kids, they were entertained from morning to night. The facilities are great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and everything is really well looked after. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation for the adults and fun for the children. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Honest opinion for my family and I. We are here now and I will give our honest review. First impressions is wow as it looks amazing inside, rooms are great, bed is very comfy. Mini bar wasn't refilled or tea/coffee replaced, we asked at reception for more they said sorry nothing we can do you have to wait until tomorrow. You can get drinks from the bar but sometimes it's nice to have one in your room on the balcony when the kids are sleeping. The info that is giving to all guests states that no sun beds to be reserved, this isn't adhered too and all sunbeds are taken by 7am people are leaving inflatables out on sun beds all night which isn't fair at all, this does really need to be addressed. The food there is plenty of it, two members of our party love the food and what it has to happen, one child has arfid and won't eat anything so we have brought stuff from home that we know they will eat. Another member has just lived on watermelon and apricots which they love, honestly if you have a picky family you may struggle with food but I can't stress enough there is plenty of food, you won't go hungry. The restaurant staff seem nice especially Mustafa he was great with my child. Outside food looks nice.(Again picky family) 2 are very well the other 2 well this is an ongoing theme nothing to do with the hotel at all) burgers chips, got dogs, salad, chicken, water melon, bottles of water everywhere which is nice along with coke and other fizzy drinks. The milkshake bar was a hit also as was the ice cream better than at home! The pool area is very slippery and some mats to walk on but nowhere near enough it would be better if more of these were available. The slides are have been enjoyed by my family and for the youngest people the slides are great for them too. The thing I don't like outside are the amount of hornets around, lots of plates of food left about which obviously attracts them, you'd think they'd have some sort of hornet trap to trap them. The place is clean and always been cleaned inside, the toilets are of a good standard inside and out no complaints at all there If you don't like cats or have an allergy to them this might not be your place, they roam.around the restaurant which to me isn't hygienic but they don't pester you, hurt walk around looking for food. The beach is nice I don't know what people are complaining about, there are sunbeds, a bar, water sports if that's your thing and the view is lovely. There is entertainment throughout the day but it's not intrusive at all you can as much or as little as you like. You have to check out by 12noon so I'm hoping that we can hove a late check out room as we don't fly until late into the evening. It is nice for families, lots of nationalities which I like and not many English which I also like! No rowdy drunk Brits causing trouble which is fantastic! Would I stay again, probably not, but this is not a reflection on the hotel at all it's just personal preference and the sunbed issue is a big thing for us. There is something for everyone and you'll never know what it's like until you try for yourself. This is my opinion and speak for us as family whilst we are actually here.
Had 7 nights here, and found it to be a really nice resort, full of families of lots of different nationalities. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing with lots of different communal areas, our room was spacious and clean. Communal areas and toilets were frequently cleaned. The food was a bit basic but there was always something, including some nice quality chicken and beef. If you've got a sweet tooth, this is the place for you, with lots of lovely desserts and gelato - by far the best quality we've had on an all inclusive before. We always managed to get a sun lounger on the sun terraces, around the pool was always busy but its quite a small site so you're never far from the pool or a bar. If there were queues at the bar/snack bar, they were only ever of a couple of people. It never felt crowded. The place seemed well staffed, with staff working hard and being polite and helpful. There is daytime and evening entertainment but it's not obtrusive if that's not your thing. If a la carte dining is included in your stay, you need to book it early (8am same day). The tube slide has a minimum weight requirement of 40kg, and they do enforce this with a weighing scale at the top. For me, safety is no bad thing. You can request a late checkout which incurs an additional charge (70-90 euros depending on how long). Staff will accommodate this where possible. There are a few shops and spa within the hotel, but they aren't pushy unlike some other places. There are 2 things you should know that might be make or break about this resort: 1. Cats. There are resident cats and they are in all the ground floor communal areas inside and out, including the buffet restaurant. If you're very allergic or strongly feel cats shouldn't be in eating areas, this maybe isn't right for you. 2. Beach. Its not a tidal sandy beach, in fact appears a bit man made. The sea is clear but its shale that quickly becomes big rocks. Also, there are lots of water sports boats in operation nearby, so there was that blueish film over the water from the fuel. For this reason, we stayed out of the sea. This is the only reason we wouldn't come back here again, but that is no reflection on the hotel. Overall an enjoyable holidsy and would recommend this hotel.
We visited in August as a family-four adults and seven children aged between 2 and 15. Drinks are of good quality and lots of variety both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Patisserie good for iced coffee and cakes/biscuits. Tokyo bar good, excellent cocktails and live music was enjoyable. Asian restaurant food very good- easier to book via the app than queue at guest services at 8am. Smoothie/milkshake bar and pool bar also nice although smoothie/milkshake bar only had two flavours available on our last day. Majority of staff friendly and helpful, although reception staff unsatisfactory throughout our stay, one man (I will not name him on trip adviser) very rude, bullying and chauvinistic attitude, should not be working in customer service, had to inform manager about his extremely unprofessional behaviour. Other staff were shocked and apologetic but the manager did not appear sincere and he was dismissive, we also saw him laughing after the event with the same member of staff who had behaved terribly, we intend to report back to Liberty head office and jet2 as this incident was shocking and left a family member in tears on our last day. Most reception staff seem disinterested and unhelpful (they actually actively avoid eye contact!) very keen to pass on anything and everything to someone else. Guest relations however always attempt to be helpful, polite and friendly, I think they are acutely aware of issues at the hotel and must feel constantly moaned at by guests which must be difficult. Entertainment team work hard, lots of activities throughout the day. Water polo being our older children’s favourite. Our younger children went to kids club on two occasions and enjoyed it but it lacked the variety of activities so they didn’t want to go back. Main pools dirty, bits in the pool and could see scum marks around sides, children’s pool needs updating, didn’t smell great in this area either so we avoided sitting there. Slides were good and well managed. Pool area littered with plates of left over food/cups etc that were only cleared towards the end of the day so lots of hornets/wasps and quite stressful. Small baby near us was stung badly. Floor extremely slippy both inside hotel and particularly around the pool area, observed lots of people falling, some really hurt themselves. Hotel have put some matting down around pool but nowhere near enough. Most sun beds reserved by the pools by 7am with no one sitting on them so unless you are an early riser you will need to set an alarm clock each day! Indoor pool is nice, the water is cooler and it’s usually less busy. Adult pool also lovely temperature, has a jacuzzi and separate bar that was quieter, it’s a good spot to have five minutes of peace from your own children but frustratingly other guests took their children ignoring the clear signage there and staff did not ask them to leave. Male lifeguards sat around pools regularly on their phones or talking to one another so not paying attention, female lifeguard (Miray) however excellent, professional, diligent and hard working and often went out of her way to assist people and be kind to the children. Toilets by pool rarely cleaned, absolutely disgusting state most of the time and extremely unhygienic. Only once saw a cleaner in there over the 7 days we were there. Overheard quite a few guests saying that they had upset stomachs so we used hand gel regularly. Food in main restaurant overall not brilliant, soup, cheese selection and salads were good however; would avoid going at busy times in the evening and at breakfast as restaurant is very chaotic; there are not enough staff to clear or set up tables despite most working very hard (Hakan in particular was very attentive). We laid our own table in the evenings with cutlery, glasses etc most days; it appeared to be different staff that were inexperienced in the evenings-there was often food all over the floor, smashed glass, food debris on tables, dirty tablecloths etc, so not an enjoyable and relaxing experience (lunchtimes and early breakfast times between 7-8am are much better however). You do have to get your own drinks from the bar as lacked staff to offer table service. Snack bar ok but lacked variety although seemed to improve at the weekend when lots of Turkish guests arrived. On our last couple of days ice lollies unavailable in snack bar as told by staff that the freezer had broken and they did not have a replacement so not great and kids then wanted to purchase ice lollies from the shop which were quite expensive. Beach ok, again often littered with rubbish, plastic bottles, plastic straws, cigarettes etc as well as plates of food and cups although staff did clean it fairly quickly when highlighted to them, we did attempt to walk along the coast to the left of the hotel but not particularly pleasant and wouldn’t bother, better off getting cab elsewhere if you want a change of scenery. Room not cleaned properly each day, literally a change of towels and clean of basin and toilet. Beds were scruffily made and sheets not changed despite request. Nothing more in our room cleaned/tidied during our stay, honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced abroad in an all inclusive hotel of this rating. Mini bar not always refilled. Upon arrival fridge was not working, half drunk can of beer in there and litter from previous guests in bathroom. Bath really dirty and grubby and we therefore didn’t use it. We did unfortunately experience a sewage smell in the shower also. We did make repeated requests to housekeeping regarding cleaning and mini bar but gave up eventually. There are not enough lifts for the number of rooms and they aren’t particularly large either so was an issue as there were a lot of buggies (as to be expected in a family hotel) so would sometimes have to wait quite a while which was a pain. The lifts were also very hot and people crammed in so was quite claustrophobic. Hotel have a ‘cat house’ but they don’t look after their cats other than the house and providing a bowl of biscuits; there was a litter of kittens at the cat house which unfortunately looked very poorly that was extremely upsetting to see. One had died and was laid on the front lawn. Advised by reception that all cleaners go home at 4pm which seems odd at a hotel such as this so if you have a late flight there is no chance of keeping your room on. They did agree to move us to a room on a different floor but failed to mention that it was a tiny room with no working air con or balcony, an empty fridge and only two bath towels provided- guests are expected to pay 90 euros for the privilege. We were eventually given a different room of similar size with working air conditioning but it was a huge hassle and quite stressful on our last day. This hotel has lots of positives as I have highlighted above but it needs some significant intervention from the Liberty group to bring up standards and improve the level of customer service, particularly the cleaning and reception staff. I would not return to this hotel and have stayed at much nicer hotels in Turkey.
Just returned after 12 days at this beautiful hotel. The first impression was Wow! The lobby/reception area is stunning. Our room consisted of two double beds and a whirlpool bath, biggest hotel room we’ve ever had was fantastic. Lovely view of the coast and sea from our large balcony. We got the dolmus to Kusadasi and back but be warned it drops off side of motorway and no path, won’t do this again Taxi would have been better, trip to Aqua fantasy. Definitely refomnend was brilliant. Back to hotel. Food was lovely a little repetitive same choice but good all the same. Snack bar was a favourite of our Sons, never any pizza though was always an empty dish. Staff attentive and friendly, all work so hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy. Pool area mega busy . Tried to get around pool so many times, set alarm for 7am and still couldn’t get around pool. Lots of sunbeds have towels on but no one is there. Very unfair. We didn’t want to go on grass as need to see son in pool. We hired Cabana a few times. Loved them, such peace and relaxation, son loved the slides, pool clean and jacuzzi fun. Beach Rocky but a welcome dip in the heat. Enjoyed this holiday sad to leave. Will definitely return, Thsnkyou Liberty for an amazing holiday 🥰
We recently stayed at Liberty Kusadasi and were very disappointed with our experience. Staff were generally unhelpful, unapproachable, and often rude. There was a significant language barrier, with very few staff able to communicate in English, making even simple interactions frustrating. Several members of our group became unwell with sickness and diarrhoea, which we believe was due to poor food hygiene. When reported, we were referred to an on-site doctor who was unprofessional in appearance (sliders and socks) and unable to speak English, offering no real support. Additionally, my daughter contracted head lice after a visit to the hotel’s on-site hairdresser, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness. The hotel is in a very remote location, over two hours from the airport, with nothing nearby. Transport into town is expensive, making it feel very isolated. The beach is small, dirty, and not what we expected. Lifeguards were often absent or distracted, leading to multiple accidents and pool closures during our 7-day stay. The smell when at the kids pool is disgusting and was unbearable at times, meaning we had to move despite wanting to be near that pool to be close to my children. The same sewage smell is present in the hotel bathrooms. I had to request to be moved to an alternative room due to the terrible smell which the hotel staff seem to be unbothered by. When we expressed our concerns to the hotel staff, we were met with an unhelpful and dismissive response. No support or assistance was offered at any point. Overall, this was far from the relaxing holiday we hoped for. We will not be returning and certainly do not recommend this hotel to others.
We stayed at Liberty Kusadasi for 10 nights and overall had a really good time. The hotel grounds are on the smaller side, so there isn’t loads to explore on-site, but the entertainment team more than made up for it. There was always something going on - day and night - which kept us busy and really added to the holiday vibe. Food was good for an all-inclusive. Meal times can get a bit hectic, especially in peak season, but that’s to be expected in the summer holidays. We never went hungry and always managed to find something to eat, even during the busier times. What really stood out for us was the staff. They were amazing - so friendly and helpful, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They really made us feel welcome and looked after throughout the whole stay. If you're after a lively holiday with great entertainment and lovely staff, Liberty Kusadasi is definitely worth considering.
Memnuniyetle kalın."Anahtar kelime memnuniyetle" Tüm personele güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı olduğu için teşekkürler.
A very good experience, and would come here another time again. The rooms are clean and the entertainment is amazing, there are always some fun activities. The food is also amazing
This hotel was lovely, had a lovely welcome from porters and reception after a long day of travelling who showed us to our room and took our luggage. The hotel staff work so hard to keep it clean and it is a really nice hotel inside and out. Rooms are so big, really comfy bed and mini fridge stocked daily which is nice. Air con amazing doesn’t take long to cool the room down. The food is one of the biggest let downs for this hotel, a lot of it is cold which is a real shame because there’s a good selection of stuff, is was just never hot or very rarely! I ended up with an off tummy for most of the week and possibly down to something I ate. Snack bar is great though lovely pizzas there and jacket potato’s my daughter was happy living off chicken nuggets and onion rings! They have signs up saying about not putting towels down, which we didn’t the first day to then come down to everywhere being full and ended up right at the back where I couldn’t see my daughter in the pool. So if you want a good spot get down early! Entertainment another let down for the hotel, they have a kids mini disco 8.45pm which they try there best with a few English songs but for English kids they don’t know what’s going on half the time because they are talking in another language for most of it which is fine but if you want somewhere a bit more English orientated for kids wouldn’t recommend here. The shows are good they have on at 9.30pm but they are finished by 10pm so only really an hour and 15mins of entertainment in the evening for kids. Overall the hotel is amazing and you are looked after by the staff, there’s just the food and entertainment that unfortunately let it down.
We’ve just come back from an incredible all-inclusive holiday and honestly, we absolutely loved it! The place itself is stunning – from the beautifully kept grounds to the gorgeous room we stayed in, everything was spotless and really well looked after. One thing that really stood out was how hard the staff work – you’re constantly seeing cleaners scrubbing, wiping, sweeping… it’s clear they take real pride in keeping everything immaculate. The staff were also so friendly and genuinely eager to help or serve you – always a smile and a helpful attitude. The food was great with lots of variety. If you’re after a full English every morning, this probably isn’t the place – but if you’re open to trying new things, you’ll be well fed! The Mexican à la carte was a real highlight for us – absolutely delicious. Also loved that there were plenty of drink options, and the 24-hour ice cream at the patisserie was a nice touch (especially with kids). We didn’t use the spa, but the onsite shop was handy for little bits, and there are a few more shops just outside the hotel if you fancy a wander. The beach area is on the small side, but still nice, and we took a quick taxi ride into Kusadasi for just €8 one way and €7 back – really easy and worth doing. All in all, we couldn’t fault the hotel. Beautiful setting, fantastic service, great food and drink – just an all-round amazing holiday. Would definitely return!
We stayed here as a group of 11. The hotel was better than we expected. Branded drinks available, absolutely vodka, pink gin, Jim beam. Lovely food, different meats available at every meal, with an excellent choice of salad, rice, cous cous. The rooms are huge, as a family with children it was lovely to have 2 double beds instead of the usual sofa bed we have had in other hotels. The hotel is very clean with cleaning staff visible all day. The entertainment staff never stop, excellent choice of activities from 10am until 5pm for both adults and children. We would definitely return
The entertainment team is the best we've every experienced in a turkey hotel!! None stop for the children and adults all day. Pool games, darts, ping pong, table tennis. Pool party! Foam party! Red & white party! and space party!. Amazing music all day it really does make your holiday!! 🙌
We returned from Liberty a week ago after spending a week there with our 6 year old twins and we've had the most amazing holiday. The hotel staff were all so friendly, everywhere was clean and tidy. Our girls loved the kids club and wanted to go every day - they both particularly loved Nora! They danced every evening in the kids disco and we enjoyed the entertainment too. The restaurant had a lot of variety of food everyday and as vegans, my husband and I still had plenty to eat every day. We were extremely well looked after in particular by Hakan in the restaurant who was lovely.
I had a really great vacation at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always helpful — no matter what I asked for, they were happy to help without ever making me feel like a bother. I have to say, the cocktails were amazing! I tried every single one and loved them all. The food was good too, though I have to admit I found myself at the snack bar most of the time — and I absolutely loved it! It was fun, relaxed, and had everything I needed. The hotel isn’t massive, which actually makes it perfect for families with little kids. And for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, there’s a +16 adults-only area — a nice touch. There were plenty of sunbeds available, so no stress about finding a spot to relax. My room was a highlight — really spacious and quite fancy. The bed was super comfortable, the sheets were spotless, and the bathroom, with both a shower and a bathtub, was modern and elegant. I also appreciated the little details like the working desk and the fact that the minibar was restocked daily. Overall, I was really impressed with the service and attention to detail. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to others! The alcohol selection was also impressive — very high quality, and I was definitely satisfied. As for the sea, while it’s not something the hotel controls, it’s worth noting that the water in the Kuşadası area is quite shallow and slightly rocky. I’d recommend bringing water shoes or sandals. That said, the shallow sea can actually be a big plus for families with children or even adults who aren’t confident swimmers. The temperature of the pool water was just right, and I felt safe using the waterslides — they seemed well-maintained, and the lifeguards were attentive and professional. Definitely don’t skip trying them! There’s also a separate pool and play area for little kids, which is another great feature for families. If I had to point out one area that could be improved, it would be the animation and entertainment. It felt quite limited — possibly due to some language barriers with the staff — and the activities were a bit too simple. The parties were also on the softer, quieter side. This doesn’t mean the hotel is bad at all — it just seems to follow a more low-key, relaxed entertainment concept. Still, I believe there’s potential for improvement, and I’d love to see more lively events in the future! For example: a cocktail-making contest, big pool games, water polo matches, and more energetic parties would really take the fun to the next level.
Food en drink was excellent every day different food. But the beach and the sea was not good. But the rest off the hotel was very good the kids had a lot off fun
It was a good hotel. Pool and entertainment is good. The food is not amazing but good. Great place/stay for families especially if you have young kids. It is short staffed. My table was barely cleaned unless I asked for it. But staff does their best, smiles. I did not see any attitude. The sea is low tide actually terrible, forget about the beach and want to swim in the sea if you are staying with them. Very safe and happy place. Overall I will give 4 stars but definitely not more than that.
Çok güzel bir tesis çalışanlar ilgili odalar temiz ailece konakladık çok memnun kaldık
There was 32 of us stayed at this hotel it was amazing to have the company and craic in the evenings however in both bars the staff were rude having to make/get us drinks always didn’t seem amused with the big orders the front of house staff were no better and beyond helpful at all times we asked for our mattress to be changed as we kept getting bit and asked for paper work and was told to go to guest relations in which they told us to go to front of house we also went para gliding and were told our pictures would be sent to us I have texted the boy on what’s app every day and nothing this was 150 euro we spent so watch out for water sports the same with pictures round the pool I spent 60 euros got my prints but only one photo sent in email I did go back twice when there and I’m still waiting to receive a week later there was however good parts of the hotel the staff in the main restaurant were more than helpful the spa and hairdressers were great and good staff the pools were great and entertainment team went above and beyond we will be considering others hotels before booking here again after returning 3 times after this stay
Just back from a two week stay at this Hotel . Cannot praise it enough food in restaurants and buffet restaurant was varied and good something for everyone. All bar staff were lovely and friendly and made great cocktails. Our room was large and spacious overlooking the sea just lovely and kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. Entertainment started in the morning with games and dances for all the family throughout the day . Lisa and Harrison were so friendly as were all the Entertainment staff who worked so hard to entertain you on a daily basis. Staff definitely a big asset to this hotel . Pool area brilliant.
Sea can be better foods are delicious we like the hotel entertainment team is so kind and we love them thank you for everything
Fantastic hotel with great staff in every department very friendly and helpful. We are still in the hotel rooms 1738 and 1744 excellent front sea and pool views, great flumes and slides. Food is very good always a great selection to choose from. As a family of six we have visited Turkey quite a few times and this is one of the best we have stayed in. Credit to all the team for a great holiday.

Absolutely fantastic holiday for 3 English ladies who wanted relaxation and fun. Everything about the hotel and service was excellent, the staff were so friendly and we had the pleasure of being looked after by our wonderful kind waiter HAKAN a beautiful kind gentleman who was always so attentive and gentle, He made dining a pleasure with his smile,
We are very satisfied. Specifically with the professionalism of the waiter Sahin. We thank Sahin for the wonderful attitude towards us.
Entertainment team was very good and helpful, they made the stay really enjoyable. Yusuf, Harrison and Lisa in particular! Food could do with improvement, as well as the Internet. Rooms are kept tidy and cleaned daily with the fridge being refilled daily
Really enjoyed my trip to Liberty Kusadasi. The daytime and nighttime entertainment team done all they could for you especially Yusuf and Lisa. They will always be friendly to and have a laugh. Drinks were really good and there are loads of options and food has lots of variety however could be improved in some areas.
Really enjoyable stay, nice clean rooms and communal spaces. Pool space was great with plenty of space to chill out and entertainment team fab. Food slightly temperamental on occasions. Whilst 95% of the time, it was great, some occasions let it down with the chef frequently struggling to keep up with demand
Super
It was a great time in a great hotel! We arrived late at midnight at the hotel, and the lobby was very lively, which made us very welcome! We also got the option to have a late dinner, simple but very tasty food in the main restaurant, after our long trip. The staff are amazing, attentive, and courteous. You see people working everywhere all the time (they are very hardworking people, and they do deserve tips always, if you can). The cleanliness isn't 5 stars, and I'm blaming the buildings around the hotel, which are many at this time. So the balcony is always dusty, but you can request to clean it from the app or with housekeeping. The bed wasn't the best one I have had, but it is ok, are couple beds, not 2 single beds together. The towels were changed every day during our stay The main restaurant there has a lot of options of food options from European to Azian. Nice and very tasty! We went to 2 A La Cart restaurants (Mexican and Italian), and even the staff were nice, the food wasn't the best I have tried. So, go to the free options if you have, but don't pay for Italian, even if it is only €10 per person. There are kids' dance and show activities every night. I found it a bit late to start at 20h45, going to 22h, but it should be fine for most. The beach doesn't worsen the trip. I'm a beach person and have been in many beautiful ones. The view is nice and beautiful. The water is clear until kids start playing in the sand on the edge. I think isn't natural sand.
The hotel is huge and looks lovely from the outside. However, the carpets outside the rooms are quite dated, and the wooden flooring inside the rooms creaks badly. There was constant noise until the early hours of the morning, and we were then woken up by a loud crackling sound from the extractor fan. The bathroom also had an awful smell first thing in the morning, which was very unpleasant. The buffet was quite limited, especially for vegetarians, with very few options available. It was extremely crowded, and there was a lot of cross-contamination from the meat dishes. For a five-star hotel, the little touches that make a stay feel special seemed lost in catering for the masses. Sadly, it didn’t live up to the five-star expectations.
